Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Great lunch experience. Ordered chicken piccata. Delicious. $12- came with fresh warm basket of bread and a side salad (greens - no romaine :) topped with homemade italian dressing! Service was speedy and polite. Ambiance is upscale and inviting. Great place for a group or date.

I ate here for lunch by myself and asked the waitress what was good. She recommended the Ahi salad for something lite. The tuna was mediocre and covered in black and white sesame seeds. The sear was only on one side and the salad greens were clearly prepackaged. The two accompanying sauces were straight from a bottle. Overall, the food was OK. For $12 plus tip I hoped they would've added a little imagination to the dish, that's all.

This was the best eating place in the Venice area that we have eating in a long time. The service was fabulous and the prime rib salad was to die for. My wife had the burger and said that British pub was the only close. The fries were excel lab also and beverage refilled when close to empty . This is a 20 star establishment .

I had dinner with a friend the other evening, it was my second time eating here. The first time I had pizza and it was very good However, this time we were very very disappointed! We both had pasta, mine was with a Russian sauce that was tasty but had pizza sausage as its base. My friend has lemon chicken pasta, the pasta was under cooked and the Chewy rubbery chicken was boiled and tossed on top. When I asked about the pizza pasta, I was told they did not know and made no effort address my issue ie a discount a comp desert. Server was nice but management did not empower her to make sure clients were happy.

Is this really in Venice??? Great Jazz on Thursdays in the stylish lounge area (Shelly Torman). Food is family style Italian. Mama Valenti runs a tight ship.

Went there on Tuesday night (4th) for dinner and to listen to the jazz music. We had made a reservation for 4, but when we got there they had no record of the reservation and had to sit at a table where we were away from the music and preformers. This is the second time that this place has screwed up our reservation. The previous time they gave the reserved table to someone else, eventhough we were there ahead of the reservation time. They have to get their act together on reservations. The food we had was OK, but not great. It took over 17 minutes just to have someone take our drink order.

The food was very good and the waiter did a very good job and took his time to explain the menu. Would recommend it to everyone would go back again

We are regulars at the Bistro and never unhappy with the food or service. I am surprised to read some of the reviews on this site. We dance there on weekends and eat there often. They serve the best Italian food in Venice with good service. A check on some other sites supports my view.

Make a reservation in the area where they have entertainment on Thursdays. Great Italian fare. Pleasant decor & efficient staff. Will go again.

Not worth the trouble. Mediocre food at best. Service is slow and the menu is not very creative. Beer selection is nothing special. Seats are uncomfortable, especially after an hour of sitting in them. Pasta dishes seemed pricey. $5.00 seemed like a lot to add chicken to a pizza.

Atrocious service! We had a large party for lunch and it took a half an hour just to get water. One member of our party didn't get her food until everyone had FINISHED their food, she said to just bring it to go and the waitress brought it out with a box! Ummmm hello ..... Everyone has already eaten and now she had to box her meal that she never even ate! And the waitress never even apologized, no I'm sorry for not getting you food while your party of 21 has already eaten! AND she was charged for the whole thing. Ridiculous! The food was ok, not fresh or anything acceptable. The eggplant was obviously frozen and cooked up with marinara sauce, I could have done that at home. The salad was iceberg lettuce with one wedge of tomato! That's it! The Pasta e Fagoli was mushy and over salty (from a can?), not good at all especially since we got there at 11:30 right when they opened! If I could have given 1/2 star I would have. Poor.

Visited last night. We ordered two kids meals and two adult meals. We ordered an app of mussels allegro. They were a bit overdone and missing something. My meal was the insalata caprese which is tomato basil and mozzarella. Again missing something. Possibly tomatoes that have been ripened more. Too much garlic...and i'm italian. Nice atmosphere.
