The worst buffet I have ever been to. We came here on a Sunday evening two hrs before closing time. The food on the bars looked like it had been there since before lunch. I asked if they would be making anything else or bringing out more items, I was stared at like I had two heads. The hibachi grill was not running for customers. Rather the employees were cooking themselves meals. The workers were wearing tank tops as they cleaned and prepared the food. Tried for the snow crab legs, they reeked and had turned brown. DISGUSTING. Stay Away for your own health

This is the single worst buffet I've ever had. It was so bad that I for the first time ever felt obligated to with a review about it on Yelp to warn others about it. The problem is the food. It is overpriced considering the low quality of the food. Everything tastes like it was drowned in sugar. Except for the fried chicken which was dry like sand. Don't waste your hard earned money here. Stay away!

Don't even know where to begin! Stopped in at 8:15pm to ask if restaurant was still open, woman said we don't close until 9:30pm so we stayed. -Felt like they had shut the A/C off hours prior- seemed like 100 degrees in there! -All food tasted & looked like it had been sitting there since lunch. LAST...was really looking forward to the crab legs, they looked at if they were molding so I asked if I could get some fresh crab legs. So woman bring out a fresh plate of cold ones! Really?!?! We've ate there before but after tonight- never going back again!

Zero stars! This place is a dump! Food is old! No meats at the hibachi grill. When i asked for anymore meat! The cook just said no more meat! Wtf! Spend your money somewhere else!

The Hibachi Grill Buffet is the best buffet I've been to yet. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. When you walk in, the place is just stunning. It's definitely an upscale Japanese Buffet. They have a variety of dishes that are just exquisite. I would definitely eat here again.

I've always enjoyed my good here, just don't arrive late before closing. The employees are nice and they seem to genuinely care, besides a few and I will fail to mention names :) because overall it's a good place for locals and a lot of regulars. The sushi bar is just mainly California rolls, some raw salmon and eel. I enjoy it there.

Not happy at all. My family and I went here for new years eve. We called ahead of time and they told us they are having lobster for a special. We got there and it was an extra $4 for the "lobster". What was put out was lobster heads and very small claw pieces (that were impossible to actually get to the meat) smothered in veggies and other food. When we talked to the staff they made excuses that other people were getting the good parts first. We know that wasn't the case because we went up as soon as we saw it was put out. Don't advertise that as lobster and charge an extra $4 per plate. Definitely won't be coming back.

This place just re opened with new management. Sushi is fresh, some of the items on the bar were stale at 6 pm should have been fresher. A little pricey at 12.99 a plate.

We were shopping in the area and was hungry so decided to go into this buffet. I don't expect a great deal from buffets and I got that here. The food was luke warm without much taste. The problem lies in that it is so easy to get good food in the area for the 12.95 per person they charged that this place is a disappointment. The best thing they had was the ice cream which was real hard ice cream. We ate here about a year ago (lunch) and this time it reminded us how we didn't care for it then. Never again.

Unlike other Chinese restaurants this one is nice and clean even the restroom. Enjoy the sushi bar there(all u can eat ). The steam fish and ribs are my favor. Ice cream are great and lots dessert to choice from. Been there couple times never had a bad meal here. Some stuff speak little English but the manager there is very nice and helpful. It's my fav spot in venice.

Ate lunch there today. Food was hot and fresh. Good favors. Most Chinese places I have tried are super dirty, not the case here, I found it very clean including the bathrooms.

This is one of my father's favorite go to dinner places when he visits. He loves crab legs. So we go to be with him. When it used to be Marco Polo it was kind of sketchy but tonight was much worse. The staff seems to be completely oblivious to the nearly empty, heavily picked over trays that litter the buffet. A couple of times I went up to see if anything had been replaced but it still looked like it did last time. I would be very cautious when bringing guests here. Staff spoke very little to no English, even the waitstaff. It made it difficult to get simple answers to questions. My father is a modest tipper and this time it was too generous for what was provided. We witnessed two rats, seriously, scurrying in the shrubs opposite the restaurant entrance, as we exited. Missed the friendly service that Jackie brought to the visits as he is no longer there. Nothing very friendly about this restaurant anymore.

Maybe we just showed up at the wrong time. The food felt room temperature and many of the trays of food were down to scraps. I sampled food from many of the trays and most of the food was bland and greasy. Best part of the meal was the ice cream and the water :/

" Easter Buffet INCLUDING LOBSTER" This was the headline in their newspaper ad for their Easter Buffett. What a joke! Saying there was "lobster" on this Buffett was the most disingenuous statement ever included in any advertisement for any restaurant. As I was coming in the door there was a woman complaining that there was no lobster on the Buffett as PROMISED in their advertisement. She said there were lobster heads and a few inedible lobster "parts". But no lobster. I thought that maybe she got there when they were changing out the pans but I was there an hour and the same lobster heads and a few other inedible lobster parts was there when I got there and they were there when I left. There is very little good to post about this Buffett. Some of the food was edible and very pedestrian but most of it was truly awful. I honestly cook my dog's food and I would not serve most of what they put out to my dog. The ice cream was good but I actually came there to eat and left hungry because I just could not stomach their offerings. The people were tolerable but this was miles away from good service. I had to ask for eating utensils. They got me this one time but never again. Anyone that would eat at this Buffet has to have a very low tolerance for what is edible and appropriate for a professional restaurant. If you appreciate decent food and decent service you will avoid this place like the plague.

Food was good, not greasy like others say but the food temp was off. Luke warm at best. I think if a health inspector went in he'd have something to say!

Acceptable... My friend is addicted to their craw fish... Sushi and cake are below average... I like their ice cream though

Looks nice and clean. Very spacious. Good service, nice and friendly. However the food was not great. I have been to many Asian buffets and this is at the bottom of the list. Only the BBQ pork was really good. Everything else I tried was blah.

Very nice buffet, good selection nice sushi, and very able mongolian grill I went there with my wife 4 times and we were always satisfied. Large seating areas. Very reasonable prices, not sure how they make profit. Try the grilled hibachi steak -outstanding! Located in a large strip mall off 41 . As far as this type of restaurants go Hibachi grill is a cut above.

If you are looking for bland greasy food just to shove down your throat, then this place has plenty of it. They had the standard Chinese buffet foods all served at room temperature. (Except the soups and the foods closest to the 1 steam geyser spewing from the table). They did have crab legs but replenished slowly and sparsely. Between the 2 of us, we had about 2 medium size plates before we were done. Not from being full but because we could not eat anymore greasy food. Tried the Hibachi grill and that was worse than the prepared foods. The only flavor we could taste was soy sauce. Bleh! Did not try the sushi because after 2 plates, we really just wanted to get out of there. The only good thing was the price. For $12 there was a very good variety of foods, just not good tasting variety.

We've been here twice on our last few visits to the area. It's pretty good, but not amazing. It's worth a visit if stuck in Venice where there aren't a ton of great options. Unless you are super picky, you probably won't be disappointed. The variety is nice with sorta-sushi, seafood, Mongolian BBQ (raw items you select and they cook for you), Chinese, desserts, self-scoop ice-cream, etc. They claim to have crab legs, but they never refill them and when they do, the first person to see it takes all 4-6 clusters away in one plate and then another 10-20 minute wait begins. The price is a little too high for what it is. (I am comparing to "Sushi Grill Buffet" on Fruitville which is a few dollars less for the same exact type of thing but more sushi and noticeably better quality.)

Priced right (where can you get all you can eat for less than $11?), lots of selection from raw oysters and sushi to BBQ and chinese. The food quality is very good, wine prices are great and they give generous pours. We will be going back often and will introduce our friends to this place. Yes, this has instantly become one of our local favorites!
