Great service and just a fun place to go late at night to chat and relax...and to check out the frequently changing menu items. It's a lot more than just pancakes here. In fact, I almost always have something other than pancakes...whether it's Swedish Crepes or one of the really good dinner items like the steak tips (with caramelized mushrooms and onions), the super-tasty ham and egg melt sandwich, or the balsamic chicken. As one of their newest menu additions they have Cinni-Minions (named after the little characters from the movie "Despicable Me"), which is fried dough dipped in cinnamon, drizzled with icing, and sprinkled with multi-colored sugar. This is obviously kid's food, but I struggle to find anything deep-fried that is anywhere near as delicious. Needless to say, for general waistline purposes, you should only have this once in a great while.

This IHOP isn't much to look at from the outside - it looks old and tired, and it's attached to an even older and tired motel, but in this case, looks are deceiving. Yet another place I have frequented over the years and have enjoyed everytime I've been there. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, their menu has improved over time and the food has always been good to very good, if not exceptional. The service is always efficient, sometimes very friendly, and seldom have I come across a bad waiter or waitress. This particular night we held our band booster dinner party and learned they can certainly handle a big crowd - I was very pleased with the food, the speed of service, and they even threw in a few free hot chocolate's to boot! As is tradition in our family, we'll be back soon - Christmas Eve - for our yearly dinner out. Knowing the wait staff and cooks they currently have on staff - I'm already looking forward to it..

Usual terrible service at this location. Empty restaurant waiting 10 min to be sat and was never even acknowledged. This is the 3rd bad experience here. Poor poor poor management I'm guessing.

The employees seem stressed out, but they are friendly for the most part. All we could hear the whole time was a early-middle aged female manager yelling at employees, so that was unpleasant. But the food was very good, it came out very quickly, and the place was clean and very family friendly. Would probably come back again!

The food was lousy, sausage patties are dry the pancakes are flat and for the first time ever at an IHOP I did not finish anything. Not to speak about the slow slow slow cooks.. I will not be back for along time and will hope for a management change or staff turn over. And I loved IHOP till today! Sad!

I always go here for breakfast with my family. The coffee is better than Denny's, and service is almost always friendly. They used to have a deal where you could get a half of a specialty waffle - that's my favorite, Not sure if you can get that anymore.

Only gave 1 star because it is the lowest available. The service here is horrible. Sunday morning busyness and the staff all grumbling about the job. Seems like any thing sets then off and there is no consideration for the customers. We observed empty table while we waited 20 minutes to be seated. Maybe if the staff understand that they have jobs because of the very people they mistreat, they'd conduct themselves better. One person mentioned that they are under new management. I say get a broom and sweep this place clean. Start over with a whole new crew. Saw the person who was initially greeting people take the menu and throw it where the others are kept while grumbling about quitting. We sat in an area where 3 empty tables were the entire time while people waited to be seated. They clean the tables in between customers but no one looked on the floor to see the food. No busboys so the waitresses have to serve and tidy the areas. A gigantic MESS. Won't be back!

First the bad. I rarely order coffee here cause they charge you over two dollars for a pot when all you want is a cup. MINE WAS ICE COLD and the waitress gave me an attitude when I asked for hot coffee. Now the good. My breakfast was hot and tasty as it always is at IHOP. The only thing is when I order the same breakfast at a regular restaurant in Florida it costs me like 5 dollars with tip. This cost me 10 dollars!!! It was in a good spot. I normally love ihop, but I won't go back to this one. My family went in for breakfast and the service was horrible. They burned all of our food and still served it to us. When we told the server about it, she had the audacity to laugh in our faces and was very hesitant about not charging us. This only happened once, usually the service is fine which is why I gave it two stars instead of one.

I've never really been a fan of IHOP, not for any reason really, just haven't been a fan until now. On Thursdays my daughter has a class that doesn't finish until 6:30 pm, so we treat ourselves to dinner out on that night and this week it was IHOP. My wife a chicken salad, which she enjoyed and I had the bacon & beef burger with bacon and an egg on top...yes, I said an egg! Now, I like my egg cooked 'over easy' so the yolk is runny. I thought how is this going to taste and wow, it was Great, I broke the yolk so it run over the bacon and the burger, everything blended So Well! I definitely will be trying this myself, when I next make burgers. Also, the restaurant was clean, modern and the staff were very friendly.

Wow....the service here was TERRIBLE!!! Absolutely terrible. They forgot half of my husband's breakfast and even though we reminded the waitress when she brought my food, a half hour later, it still never came out, and she never checked in on us, so he never got to eat. The staff was running around freaking out about calling in more waitstaff because it was "so busy", but it was only me and my hubby, a table of 3, and a table of 1. At 6AM. They must have called 3 additional waitstaff in!! The extra waitstaff arrived and looked at them like they were crazy. The cook kept stepping outside to smoke in plain view of us and one waitress kept using the F-word very loudly right next to our table. It was like a bad SNL skit. Absolutely horrible. And then they acted like they were doing us a huge favor for not charging us for the hubby's food, which he never even received!! Do yourself a favor and skip this one. You'll thank me later.

I took my 3 kids in for what was supposed to be a quick dinner. We walked in and stood at the podium to be seated. There were 4 waitresses on duty and only 6 tables of customers with no more than 3 at each table. We stood there for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After being told they "would be right with" us, we waited another 5 minutes and were finally seated at a table and literally thrown menus. We had no more than opened the menus when our waitress asked if we were ready to order. We told her we would need a few minutes and ordered our drinks. She finally brought our drinks and we ordered. Being in the restaurant industry, I was very curiously watching to see why it had taken so long to be seated and have our drinks brought to us. A man was seated in a chair near the waitress station that appeared to have the vying attention of all the waitresses. Each and every time any waitress had gone to her table she stopped to talk to this man. There was one point where 3 of the 4 were talking to him instead of working. Our food came in decent time, however, the french toast was raw and the eggs were undercooked. When our waitress brough the plates, she loaded them up on her arms and basically threw them across the table at the girls. She asked if we needed anything else, and because our drinks had been empty for quite a while, I requested refills and napkins. She again went over to the man to talk to him. When she did brings us new drinks, she brought the wrong ones. She had forgotten the napkins, but told us she would bring them right back. She once again went and talked to the man for 3 or 4 minutes before bringing us the napkins, at which time she also brought our check. I guess we were done. It is my assumption that the man was either a local who, obviously, these poor women thought was a catch, or he was the manager. If so, shame on him, and he needs a new career. The service was lousy, the food was lousy, the entire experience was lousy, and I left a lousy tip. I truly hope everyone else who receives service like this leaves tips like this, and maybe, just maybe, the servers will wake up and understand that tips are gifts of appreciation, not payment for their presence.
