Great salads via take out. Fresh, no iceberg, dressings plentiful. Then came dessert. What a disappointment with their cinnamon rolls. Had to be at least day-old. It rather rained on the whole meal. Disappointing!

I don't know what it is, but the bacon here is the best. Everything else about my breakfast was also very good.. My wife also loved the pancakes. Anita H did a great job of serving us.

The food here is okay, nothing special, not really bad, but always okay, always safe. Breakfast is their specialty and they do an okay job with that egg, pancake or sausage patty. Sausage grave comes up a little short, though. Lots of brown color but not too much sausage. Staff is accommodating, but there sure are a lot of seniors working here. Place is clean. Pies are grocery store quality. If you like the frozen Bob Evans food from the grocery store then you will like this place--the food here is a little better. They are good at taking that grocery-store quality food, plating it, then serving it to you and doing the dishes.

I can only speak to the pies. The chocolate cream was actually moderately tasty. The pumpkin with pumpkin cheesecake the same but whatever type of "cream" they laced it with, was so laden with non natural or sugary components, my whipped cream loving pooch refused to eat it. I could taste something wasn't true, it was more like a Cool Whip. How does the average person accept eating non natural food? It boggles my mind.

A fantastically average restaurant at higher than regular prices. Everytime I go here(mainly out of convenience) I am reminded that I am about to get very okay food for too much money. Enough said.

Always have wonderful service here and good food. It's a little pricy for Perkins like food but their app and website are full of 2 for one deals or buy one get one half off. The wife and I had the sirloin steak. It was tender and tasty and it was $17 for both. A good meal for $17.00. Love the buttermilk rolls. Oh and the dinner included dessert! Makes me wonder why we don't go there more often.

I usually enjoy Bob Evans...we ordered omelets, hashbrowns, rolls and water with lemon. I knew we were in trouble when 10 minutes later a couple were seated across from us. They has their ice teas and food before we got our water...took 3 tries to get the lemon requested. After asking several times 40 minutes later cold salty "food" arrived. I mentioned to the waitress that our dinner was cold and salty; on the other hand we did warrant a shrug. Guess who didn't get a tip. There is an IHOP across the street...sorry Bobbie you've lost a customer for a few months!

Just thought I should mention that we had a great lunch after golf yesterday..We do frequent Bob Evans in the Villages quite often. We had some great service and laughs with Avita and a new girl Robin..It's nice to be taken care of in a big group. We will be back soon..

My husband and I had a late breakfast here this morning. I had their classic breakfast which was very good and he had the pot roast hash breakfast. He said it was delicious. I had to send back the decaf coffee because it was very bitter. Instead I asked for regular coffee which was better but a little too strong for my taste. We had a buy one get one free breakfast coupon, but with tip it still came to $18.00.

I ordered a cheeseburger and half way through it I bit down on a piece of bone and almost broke a tooth. The manager offered to bring another sandwich or a free dessert, but I declined as my appetite was now gone. However, he did NOT remove it from the bill as is customary.

Consistently good food & service. Wish their cherry bread was served year round.
