Just finished our meal. Sat just after 8pm and the dining room was half full, decent for summertime. We ordered 3 courses and wine. The pear ravioli purses were amazing and I ordered the chicken special. They didn't have the half bottle we asked for but they offered a nice supplement to accommodate. The cannoli are amazing but you can also order just the cannoli cream and berries and I'm sure that would be amazing too. Great service and attentive at just the right amount.

Ladies night out and the dinner was delicious. Group of ten and they placed us in the private dining room. Very nice to have our own space and the company was very enjoyable. I ordered the shrimp for appetizer and snapper for main entree--with berries for dessert. A decent section for a summer selection menu, and it was ladies night prices for drinks. Nice evening-would return again

I'll come right to the point....EVO is the best Italian restaurant we've experienced to-date. The chopped salad, linguini w/white clams, pasta Bolognese and the bread surpassed our expectations. I will also tell you that the lemon ricotta cheesecake was the best rendition we ever had. As this was our first visit I can't speak to "consistent performance" which is the most challenging metric for any restaurant, but I will tell you that we'll certainly return to find out. EVO is $$$.... ($155 for two included tip) but worth every penny. When you tire of Dominick's and Lemoncello, both very good.... go to EVO!!!

I go to Evo at least once a week, sometimes more. Excellent food, excellent service, great wine list. I have some neighbors who say Evo is "too expensive". I reply by saying it is only "too expensive" if the quality and/or service are bad or if the portions are small. None of the above are the case at Evo, always a great dining experience. Another cool thing is that if you want something that is not on the menu, they will do their best to accommodate you. If you like great Italian food, great service and a great atmoshphere, give it a try!

Fair experience for a special eve. Read the reviews on Opentable and EVO looked great. In addition, our neighbors highly recommended. Was not impressed with ambiance as it seemed dated. Also, very pricey. The food was Fantastic . I would say for food quality , u won't find a better Italian restaurant . So, I would rate our overall experience a B. Will we go back ? Yes, to sit at the bar and have a great meal.

Been there twice and enjoyed our meals both times. Service is good, but the ambiance is somewhat dated and marginally maintained. Sit at the bar and take advantage of the happy hour menu. Average to above average italian food, a bit pricey for location.

We've been here twice - we come only during 'the season' - and have had delicious meals both times! The service is friendly - only had a long wait the first time with a party of 6. The second time I was with my wife and the service was flawless . We love this restaurant and are planning to enjoy their food again on our next trip down !

So it is our first experience here first impression was a nice ambiance. Food took a long time to make it better they messed up the order. Food was mediocre at best. Pricey for quality of food. And to top it off when you ask for a to go box they box it for you and drop it by your feet like a dog. On a good note cremebule is pretty good still waiting on the pricing for it though. Would not recommend this and we do not routinely eat out at fancy restaurants.

Evo is a tucked-away joint in a strip mall (of course), so hopes were high going in. The decor will immediately grab your attention, though I can't say in a good way. Crystal. Gray. Black and white. Some purple. If I were a cougar, I'd feel right at home. The cuisine was just fine. We started with a decorative plate of olive oil (with a creepy balsamic message drizzled therein -- not sure if it said "Evo" or "Help!"). The meal began with a light caprese, decoratively arranged. I opted for the carbonara, an artful presentation of a sunny egg yolk nestled atop a mound of noodles, pancetta, and fresh peas. For dessert, a lemon ricotta cheesecake, the high point of the meal to be sure. Leaving behind the Blanche Devereaux ambiance, the food was OK, but nothing more. I stripped a star for outrageous prices and a star for ho-hum Italian cuisine. Service was somewhat an issue. We languished solo in the dining room toward the end of the meal, forgotten in the hum of cackling conversation from the kitchen and bar, probably concerning some escapades back in St. Olaf.

First- I was torn between 2 or 3 stars. So the restaurant itself is pretty and although like most restaurants in the area it's in a strip mall. But the decor and atmosphere are nice. But the food... So I am new to the area and we tried Evo by chance the first time we went. My husband had Osso Bucco and I had a fish dish. While hubby's Osso Bucco was excellent my fish was awful. I don't even remember enough about it to give details but thought I never need to go there again. Well 6 months later, after hearing great things about it, friends wanted to go to try their summer tasting menu. I am all for second chances. So 3 out of 4 of us ordered the tasting menu. There were 2 choices each for a starter, entree and dessert. Between the three of use who ordered off the tasting menu we tried everything. All four of us thought the food was mediocre at best and said we will never to go back there again. My fish tasted like flour and was swimming in a tasteless sauce. It was like it was trying to hide the fish. One of my friends (not a picky eater) loved his calamari but sent his entree back. The other 2 diners thought their meal was like airline food. There are not a lot if fancy restaurants in Jupiter and Evo has the atmosphere to be one but their food needs a lot of improvement if they want to attract a crowd other than the much older can't really taste their food crowd. I will not go back until I hear they have a new chief.

Im sorry. But. Calamari overdone and tough. We were offered a caesar salad. Wilted. Tasteless dressing. Enuff said. Main course. Seafood plate. So overcooked. Sauce tasteless. Meat dish for hubby complete with curly grey hair. Need i say more??? So sorry. But at these prices you must do better!!!

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
