Great food awesome atmosphere. Get the wings or oysters! The prices are average and the service is awesome. Lots of sports on all the tvs and big screen. We'll be back !

We stopped by on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It was quite at the time, but Paula, our waitress (who was great by the way) said they were expecting a crowd later since football season was starting. This would be a great place to go have a few beers and sit and watch sporting events with your friends. I had the Reuben which I really enjoyed. My boyfriend had the hamburger with a side of their mashed potatoes which for a pub with surprisingly good! I'm would get these rather than French fries, they were tasty. I see no reason why we wouldn't stop by again if we were in the area.

Got the Shepherd's Pie. Strangest Shepherd's Pie ever. It had cheddar cheese on the top, it was sort of runny and greasy underneath, and was pretty skimpy on both the veg and the potatoes - which weren't particularly "mashed" potatoes. It wasn't *bad*, but it wasn't particularly *good*, either, and weird on top of that.

Was looking for a new place for a late lunch on Sunday and this came up in Yelp. Saw the good reviews on the wings and I had to try it. Was so impressed with this place. Friendly bar staff, about 15 beers on tap, others in bottles and really good wings. I chose the General Tso's sauce and it didn't disappoint. Good mushroom swiss burger, although I wish they would allow you to get it cooked to order (menu states all are grilled medium well). I'll be back. They have specials most every night according to the menu.

On consecutive nights, they refused to honor free-meal coupons my daughters had earned for making honor roll in grade school. Both times, I was told that they couldn't honor them due to conditions that were not written anywhere on the coupons. Both tines, the bad news was delivered by a smarmy manager, who assured me this was good news because we could use the coupons next time. There never has been another next time. Never will be. Customer service shouldn't be that hard, especially in regards to honoring your own promises.

Great food and service! The new pork osso bucco is to die for. Very tender and flavorful. The bacon cheese burgers are great as well.

My husband and I went to lunch here last week. I had the fish and chips and he had the French Dip. The fish and chips were exactly what I wanted and his sandwich was perfect. The service was great too. We've lived right next to this place for over 2 years. I can't believe we had not been there before. We loved it and will be back soon.

All you can eat breakfast on Sunday is awesome, especially if you come with an appetite. Guy serving my wife and I (believe it was the owners son) and the guy running the kitchen were very nice. Will definitely be back.

Was pet sitting for a friend and used the good ole monocle to find out what was around this area. Searched for some beer and wings and this place was right on the dot and within walking distance (of course we drove, what am I some neanderthal?). Had a fun and energetic waitress who was there at every right moment despite the bar being a bit packed. Started with two red ales which were awesome! I think they were called shamrocks red ale or something along the lines of that. For food, we ordered 10 of their hot wings and 10 cajun rub wings and they were mighty tasty, although I was a bigger fan of the Cajun, the hot was pretty good too. The only thing that was a little on the down side was the blue cheese... was kinda watery and tasted more like ranch. No it wasn't ranch because I asked, but wasn't even a big deal (ate it anyways). Typical bar, nice atmosphere, good serivce, and tasty wings. Definitely will go back if I'm in the area. Wish I could put the two glasses emoticon here :( , cheers.

Good wings and cold beer. Went on a Sunday night, it was a little slow but the food was well worth it. The wings are on sale for 69 cents, not bad price. I had a combo of Hot and BBQ. The flavor was really good but could have used a bunch more heat. The blue cheese was good and was a good accompaniment to the wings. The server was fast and efficient. Made sure our drinks were refilled and that our beers were full. I will be back on a Monday to try these BOGO burgers!

Amazing menu, super cool staff, great pours, nice prices, relaxed environment. Everything i want in a bar, except strippers, they have none :/ Love this bar

Let me be clear. Absolutely the best Pub in Tampa.

Always really enjoyed this place- but starting to be over it. Service has been really slow, and as they make their menu bigger, the newer items aren't nearly as good. The burgers is our go to. We like to mix and match the apps- but they have been adding more variety and getting rid of the classics. Tried the shrimp special the other day- was dry and not worth it- same with their new chicken sandwich. Classic dinner plates or burger seem to be a solid option. Sports nights are great, but we walked out of the obnoxious karaoke night.

This a must stop for anyone in the Tampa area. Beers and staff are outstanding !!!! The Shepard Pie is the must try plate. I live in NJ and this is must stop for me !!! You guys rock !!!

Best prime rib sandwich ever. Strong drinks, Outside pool table with no backspin, but still an outside pool table. Friendly staff, and great coverband on friday. I like it. Awesome draft selection as well

Nice local restaurant and bar. $ .69 cent wings on Wednesdays. They call them "Jumbo" wings and you never really know until you try them, right? Well... they were pretty decent size and pretty meaty. Sauce was good and perhaps a little more tame than most places as far as heat level but still very tasty. Beers were also reasonably priced with a wide selection. Our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Plenty of TVs to watch a variety from most seats in the place. Overall, it's definitely a place I'd gladly return to.

Joey M.
I used to love this place. I drank my first boilermaker here. they recently got rid of the arcade games, the happy hour specials, and most importantly, the 2-4-1 all day draft beer special. just received a menu and they've omitted the meatball sub. what the heck, man? food is pretty good, but I'm butthurt they changed things. probably won't be back. makes me kinda sad. thanks for the memories!

Nice local wing and beer joint. The wings were great! Lots of tvs with a few different beers on tap. Good place to come have a beer on a Sunday afternoon

Really good food for an ale house. Ordered the ribs not greasy and real tasty. I myself ordered their grill chicken salad, lots of chicken. The service was great but it was Sunday afternoon. Will definitely return soon.:)

I've been coming here for a couple years now. Same friendly faces and great food. Their wings are arguably the best I've had in tampa and at a good price. Sunday 69¢ wings after 8pm.

I used to live in the Temple Terrace area and often visited Shamrocks before my yelping days. I loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place. It's a sports bar, but it's not an obnoxious sports bar with 18 different screens of sports going at one time. They have a very nice outside patio seating area and often have live local musicians playing. The food is good, nothing spectacular. Your typical bar food. Drinks are good and they have nice variety of beer.

Above average neighborhood joint. Great Shepard's Pie, onion rings very good. Huge Fish with your Chips. Live band, good service.

2 for 1 drinks...allegedly. A $6 Ultra isn't my idea of a great deal. Food is decent and staff is friendly. Mixed drinks are strong and good :) They have Taylor ham!!!

Fantastic wings and service! The prices are higher than the biker bar down the street to keep the riff-raff out...which is fine by me. The owners do a great job with hiring a great staff. Def worth checking out. Can't beat the wings. Did I say the wings were great yet?
(4)
Josiah G.
Stopped by here after a quick round of golf across the street. it is 2 for 1 domestic beers all the time, which works out great if you've been golfing all day. The menu was very extensive, offering a selection for anyone. The wings were large and came with a wide range of sauces, including a delicious dry rub. Good drink specials, a ton of tv's and great food make it a good spot for anyone in Temple Terrace to check out.
(4)
Jacqueline L.
When they first opened, we would come here on a rainy day and sit at the bar while they had their rolly-window up and bullshit with the bartender for an hour or so while we ordered some strong drinks and ate some delicious boneless wings. Since then? Ugh. We've been there when the drinks have been weak as hell and we've been there receiving drinks that knock us on our asses. They've jacked up their prices and lowered their quality for their food. Their food quality used to be something I would brag to friends about, and now it's something I am ashamed of ever being associated with. Since we live so close to this place, we wanted to love it -- and did for a while. Not so much anymore.
(2)
Blake T.
I would definitely put this joint at a solid three stars with a tint of gold. The food is very average, and the drink specials are not too bad. It is always dead when I have gone during the day so I cannot say much for the late night crowd. I will probably keep going back due to the place being by my house, but it is not a place that I would suggest to friends/out-of-towners.
(3)
Rocky B.
This place is amazing - it's like home away from home!!!! There is no place like this anywhere else so give up on trying to find one - there is only one Shamrocks! Would not change a thing!

Great food, lots of big screen TVs, great fun! Trivia night on Thursdays is a blast. The wings are huge and I love the broccoli bites. They sound a bit gross, but trust me!
(5)

I just had a very bad experience in this restaurant! They gave me the wrong order after waiting for 1/2 hour for our food. They then charged extra for extra tarter sauce and grave without telling us up front. Guess they are used to drunks who don't pay attention to their checks. Won't. Make that mistake again even though it is close to our home

Owner came over to talk to me as I was working on a Friday night. Really nice guy. He used to run Ricks on the River and is doing well here. He is a great beer finder and changes up the menu often. Place was packed by 7 30 but the service is great. Try it
