I facebooked The Press Box before going there, and got a response saying it was 50 cent wing night, with $2.25 pints. You'd think awesome right???? Until you get the bill. Will never return, their customer service sucks!!!!!!!! When I showed them my facebook page on my phone, the manager told me he would take care of it... because it doesn't have domestic pints or anything specific.... just PINTS. So he took my phone with him and while he was adjusting my bill, another manager comes by and tells him NO, then comes to my table and says well it doesn't say anything specific just that we have them...... Are you kidding me???? You are under minding another manager AFTER he told me it would be taken care of????? I was so pissed that I said I'd pay the damn bill but would never be back and would tell everyone I know not to go there. I can't believe this is the customer service this place wants to have representing them And for what... 6 bucks. And to under mind one manager who says they will take care of this for only another one to come over and say no we wont. Customer service means alot and says alot for a business, this experience alone has completely ruined it for us.

Chicken wings are good, limited selection of beers, and good atmosphere. It gets packed fast. Friendly service and conveniently located on s. Dale mabry.

This is not your ESPN Zone type Fancy Sparkly Sports Bar. No, this is the kind of sports bar that your dad and his buddies probably went to 20 years ago. Which is probably the last time this place was updated. It's not a bad thing, though, this is a pretty straight forward place, with TV's everywhere, a pool table and a decent sized bar. Service was good, the bartender took care of us. We were there on a Sunday and the Bucs weren't playing until Monday, so I'm not sure what the crowd is like when the home team is on. Not sure if that's why it was so quiet there, the sound for one game was on, but it was so low that I couldn't exactly tell you which game it was for. (Maybe it's just that we're used to going to our local NJ sports bar, Miami Mike's, which is loud and boisterous, so it just pales in comparison.) They are "known" for their wings, and they were good...but one weird thing. They are really "wings"...with the tip of the wing and all. Not a lot of meat there and they actually look like wings, so that sort of freaked me out. The House Burger was good, lots of mushrooms. They have a decent beer list, we tried something new which may or may not have been sour...since I'd never had it before, I couldn't tell. (My husband says he liked the beer, so maybe it was me.) I'd come back again if we were in the area.

The staff was friendly, the food was OK. . nothing special, the decor was outdated. The bleacher seating was cool and has a nice view of the TVs where the games are on. My chili burger was very light on chili the steak fries were soggy. Maybe next time I will get the wings.. They looked amazing from what I could see from the next table. Basically this hole in the wall has a few things going for it. I maybe going back if I'm in the area.

Its a sports bar that has a good locals feel to it. Mainly industry people at night so its laid back. Always a good place to catch a game but show up a little early cause it gets packed. The food is ok but it is bar food so dont expect alot. Wings do not disapoint.

Some of the better chicken wings in Tampa. The hot sauce is a vinger taste which I like. There are plenty of tv's to watch whatever game your interested in. Decent selection of beers meaning mostly the bigger name brands and a few Cigar City beers.

Food was o.k., very typical sports bar food, I'd stick to the buffalo menu. Buffalo quesadillas were our highlight, this place needs a renovation, as everything just looks real dated and I think they'll be back in biz

I'm basing this review on my overall experience at Press Box, which is good considering my last experience here was 1 star! They've recently changed management so this could be the reason... That being said, it's a great bar to watch your favorite team because they will put on most any game you want to watch. It's mainly an SEC bar though - at least for football, but what bar in Tampa isn't? I usually get great service here, with the exception of the last time I visited. It was extremely busy for the BCS Championship game, and they were tremendously understaffed. Our server started out alright, then went missing for about a half hour before we realized she was now tending bar. I don't mind going up to the bar to order my drinks, but when I'm seated at a table and see our waitress has changed hats I expect at least another server to pick up our table. Press Box has really good wings though and there is a bartender there usually that takes good care of us (can't remember her name). They have awesome specials, too. Last time we went, they were having $2 domestics and specials on double flavored shots. Their pitchers are $7. Overall, it's a great local bar that I enjoy visiting during football season!

This is one of my favorite sports bars. They have always found a TV for my team wherever I am sitting. When it comes to watching UFC it is the best in Tampa! Get the couch potatoes.

Chaotic-sports-lovers-food-happiness The Pressbox website shows-off the place's ability to house Bucs players in their down time. No wonder-- it's minutes away from RayJay Stadium. The place is easy to pass-- built to look run down with wooden planks and scribbled murals, but inside it's typical sports bar strangeness-- sexy servers in tight umpire gear, full bar, laughing customers and loud TVs. It's a mecca for the local sports teams (and UF Gators) This place seems to attract all sorts of people, so no fear for sports-idiots like me. My sexy server was very helpful, showed up at the right times-- and my marketing eye noticed-- also subtle in upselling. Nice. Food-- Burgers DA BOMB! Cooked how I wanted, juicy, and the right amount of toppings. Bun's bottom half was soggy with juices at arrival-- I didn't like that part. Menu has about 14 types of "famous burgers." No boring BLT there-- all burgers scream butt loads of zing and flavor. And I detest steak fries, but these had flavor (tasty seasoning) The wings tasted like typical wings-- still yummy, but normal. The sandwiches are trampled by the burgers, but still delicious.

Once again this is my favorite spot when I come to Tampa food is great management is really cool. I normally get wings but we had the burgers very tasty. Press box has never let me down.

Hands down, one of the best sports bars in town. Wings are outstanding and you can find any game you want. Drink specials daily and friendly crowd. Service is good and several staff members have been around for a long time. Menu offers a nice variety including healthier options. I love the selection of wing sauces!

Checked this place out recently after looking to grab a bite with a good friend. We chose this place on account of the hours they are open till 3am and it had decent reviews here on Yelp. Unfortunately I have learned , ALOT of people do NOT know what good food is and to give this place 4-5 stars is a huge stretch.. I understand its not fine dining, but this format could be better executed for the benefit of it's customers and the owners. The decor is outdated the seating consists of bar seating and tables. The seating is old . worn and not very comfortable.. There are ample amount of large screen displays around the place but placement could better, sitting in the dining area resembles sitting in the front row of a movie theater. I also felt the noise level was excessively loud and it was only moderately busy. I understand its a sports bar but sound was overpowering to dining area and made it very difficult to hear the person next to you. The food is typical bar grub , the menu is quite extensive but nothing that I saw on my visit stood out as a have to try. We ordered the Jamaican Jerk wings which were served hot and were decent. I also ordered the steak sandwich and I felt it was worse than you would get at a Subway, too little ingredients , dry bread and not very flavorfiul, the only saving grace was the steak fries which were good. My friend ordered the " cheese " bread which basically amounted to dry Italian bread with some mozzarella on it, it was decent at best. which came with a small side of marinara sauce which I have to say was the worst I ever tasted , I thought Dominos was bad this had no taste , very acidic .oily and downright nasty .... She also ordered the Fish dinner which consisted of your typical fried fare you would find at Long John Silvers again nothing really stood out. The prices were a bit high considering the quality and medium sized portions. On the plus side our server was friendly , helpful and provided very good service. Parking is limited and spaces can be cramped for big vehicles. . If your looking for a place to watch the game and grab a bite of basic grub and that's open late and that in itself is hard order to find in the Tampa, The press box has its good and bad points however, the bad outweighs the good 70/30. Fortunately for me , my company made a otherwise subpar experience better.

Great Big Burgers, Wings and Salads. Service is a bit slow but this place is open late and the food is always good regardless of what time you go. Their parking lot is cramped so try to get there before they're busting at the seams friday happy hour. the outdoor tables are great for a fast drink but go indoors to eat. The decor is oldstyle and so is the menu. But we don't complain when the food is this good. Well worth the wait and we think authentic atmosphere like this always has a draw back - which in this case is the layout of the dining room. Get a table on the edge if you want to get in and out quick. otherwise you will be singing excuse me all the way to the door.

Daniel was Very good & the manager stopped by twice asking if we were OK, then he came by again to clean up our table! I was not expecting that... Wings & couch fries were very tasty & hot... I also took advantage of the $15.00 for $25 deal & paid 1.70 out of pocket plus extra tip... NICE Thanks Press Box & YELP!

I feel strange giving an establishment five stars when there aren't table cloths, but for a sports bar, this place is as good as it gets. I was visiting a friend in Tampa and he recommended Press Box, so we decided to check it out. We ended up going twice in the 4 days that I was visiting. I had the philly cheese steak, the buffalo chicken quesadilla, and the couch potato fries. The portions were generous, the quality was excellent, and the service was perfectly fitting.

So I'm really new to the Tampa area, and I have been in search of a place to watch my hometown teams. The Press Box is the best sports bar I've found yet. Everything about this place is great! The food is reasonably priced and tastes fantastic. I went with the giant appetizer sampler, and everything I had was delicious. The menu is huge, and they have a ton of drinks and drink specials. Bartenders are friendly and helpful. There are a TON of TV's everywhere, so this is the place to go if you're like me and have multiple games to watch. There's lots of other stuff to do as well, such as pool, darts, jukebox, video poker arcade games, etc. Surely is never a dull moment at this place. I can't wait to go back. Synopsis: Go here- you won't regret it. One of the best Sports bars in Tampa.

Listen, the Press Box is like the "original" sports bar of Tampa, so it deserves a modicum of respect for being in business this long. I mean, it has been in business when 3/4 of the people in Tampa could not even get cable in their homes. The atmosphere is dark, sports themed, & just works for the type of sports loving clientele the Press Box serves. However, as someone that has been patronizing this business for 20 years, even I wouldn't claim the food is 1st rate. It is very good, but not "awesome" or "fantastic", as it was years ago. The service is good & friendly. The beer selection is limited, & they lots of t.v.'s, but most the time, there is no volume, as they have multiple games going on. This has always been a pet peeve of mine with sports bars. Why not have a separate room or areas where you can get volume on the t.v.'s. I mean, it is a sports bar 1st. To hell with a jukebox, or anything else that people may want. Sports should be the main theme of all sports bars. Regardless, this sports bar is definitely a cut above over most sports bars in the Tampa Bay area.

Love, love, LOVE THIS PLACE. It's everything it's supposed to be: It's a sportsbar, so it's usually packed with loud, semi-drink to drunk sports fans!, and the food is really good! I had a fun visit last week; met some new friends and hung out with some old ones. I had wine, chardonnay, and of course, this is NOT going to be a top shelf brand. I knew that, it was decent, and I drank it. The wine glasses are really small, probably really old!, so it's not difficult to consume 4 or 5 glasses in a visit, which I did! Everyone eles in our party drank beer,of all kinds, and no complaints were lodged. I ordered Chicken Wings to go for our Krewe, and they were hot and yummy! We decided on Hot with Honey BBQ sauce and it was a great choice. I've also had salads, sandwiches and appetizers in the past and never once have I had a complaint about the food ~ maybe I was too drunk to notice a problem, though......Just joking! The bartender was cute and sweet, as usual! I NEVER had to ask for another drink, nor did anyone in our party, which REALLY earned her a big, fat tip! GOTTA love that. I will ALWAYS be a Press Box Girl!

This used to be the only place our family goes to for chicken wings until we moved. A friendly sports joint with games and great wings! Prompt service, cleanliness is okay (since its always dim , its hard to tell!), a bit like Hooters because of the server's uniform, typical menu with anything from burgers to salads and everything in between. Full flavorful intact wings at a fair price. I really like the seasoning and saucing of the wings, crunchy on the skin yet soft texture inside. Does get pretty busy on weekends so visit early! Also, there are actual games to play before or after your meal, though I'm not sure if it's still there. Personally, I think it beats those franchise wing houses -- in terms of quality.

I was looking for a place to nibble on some wings and watch the Rampage/Rashad UFC PPV and this place popped up fairly close to my hotel. As I researched it I realized I'd been here several times with friends many years ago. I was never really impressed with the place, but they all liked it and I didn't have any better ideas. Anyway, my tastes have changed since then so I figured I'd give the place a shot. Atmosphere-wise the place isn't bad at all. It's not full of snowbirds or a bunch of obnoxious college kids, but a good mixture of people in-between. There are several TV's scattered around the place, so you can generally get a good site-line on what you want to watch no matter where you're sitting. I grabbed a stool in the bar area right next to a big-screen and perused the menu. There was a pretty broad selection of typical pub fare, but they seemed really proud of their wings and that's what I was in the mood for anyway. They also have something called "ribeez" which is a deep-fried bone-in pork shank tossed in your choice of wing sauce. Sounds good, right? Not so much. I figured I'd test out the wing sauces on the ribeez, so I ordered 3 ribeez, each with an individual sauce. Somehow this translated to the waitress as "mix all three sauces and pour the result on all three ribeez". It was NOT a successful experiment. I would ordinarily comment on how terrible the service was in this place, but it was fight night and the place was packed, so the staff was more than a bit overwhelmed. Management should probably add a couple more people to the roster on fight nights. I saw something in this place that I've never seen anywhere else and I've gotta tell you about it - wish I'd taken a pic! You know those "claw" machines on which people will throw away dollar after dollar after dollar trying to capture some cheap trinket? Well, the Press Box has a combination "claw" machine/lobster tank! It costs $2 per try, but if you can actually capture one of the lobsters in the tank the kitchen will cook it up for ya. I was sitting right next to the thing and watching people go after those lobsters was morbidly fascinating. Back to the food.... Since my ribeez experiment had gone wrong, I just decided to order wings with Cajun seasoning - a fairly safe bet to me. Long story short, they were over-hyped as well. They were over-cooked and the ranch dressing was watered down with little flavor. I couldn't even eat half of them. I'd probably go back to watch the fights again because I'm virtually assured of finding a good seat with an excellent view of one of the big screens and the people/atmosphere was fun and comfy, but I'd have to dig deep into the menu to see if there's something else I could much on other than the disappointing wings. Maybe lobster....

A coworker of mine eats here every Friday, so I decided it was about time I gave it a try, & we just got back from a very tasty lunch. It's a sports bar, so it's pretty dark inside, & there are screens lining the walls with various games, etc playing, but the lunchtime crowd pays them no mind. It's not super loud, but it's not quiet, either. The menu's larger than I would've expected for a sports bar; they've got burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, & of course a ton of appetizers. For $6.99 cw & I both had a buffalo chicken sandwich -- option of hot or mild (hot for us!), ranch or blue cheese (blue cheese!), & chips, fries, cole slaw, or potato salada (fries for me, chips for him). Standard steak fries come out piping hot, & the chips were pretty warm, too. They definitely seem like homemade chips -- I was impressed. The sandwich was deLISH. I was sort of expecting shredded chicken, bbq style, but it was 2 whole tender breasts drenched in buffalo sauce. The service was prompt, the servers attentive & friendly, & overall I really enjoyed it. With the huge selection of food that I'm sure is all as good as what we ordered, I'd have to say this is probably the best sports bar I've been to yet.

Stopped in on our way through town to watch the Buckeyes basketball team, so thrilled they have the Big Ten Network (not an easy thing to always find in Florida)! Love the atmosphere created here. Pleasantly surprised by the food too. Typical sports bar menu but done very well. Service was great.

I like the Press Box. Sure it's darker than hell in there but whatever. It's got random stuff all over the walls mostly sports memorabilia but the most interesting was a damn Bobcat that was in this fish tank looking thing, though the last time I went in here a sign was in it's place offering a reward for a stolen Bobcat....really??? Anyway the food is good bar food and there are a ton of TV's and they have the ticket so al is well.

My wife refuses to have buffalo wings anywhere else!! Food is great and the service is good (for the most part). Once in a while will have a server that is either new, or bad. Service staff seems to rotate a lot!! The grouper sandwich is excellent.

Went to check this out while in Tampa visting friends, had a good sports vibe feel all the games where on and there was actually a group of jets fans watching them lose , lol.... i was told that place gets packed when the Bucaneers r doing good (Bandwagon Fans exist everywhere) but still had a gopod crowd and was worth my time one thing that was funny to me cause i have never seen it was a Crane type machine like u c filled with crappy toys except it was filled with live lobsters and if u caught one they cooked it for u .... not bad 4 two bucks....

My colleague and I were looking for a place that had some screens with the hope that they'd be alright with switching one of them to the 49ers game. Not only was every screen in the house on that game, but we were shocked to find the house full of die hard 9ers fans. The food was a real treat for the drunk munchies we were bound to have. I got myself excited about the breakfast wrap and I was very pleased with it. I'm not only coming back, but I'm bringing more clients and colleagues with me next time.

We always visit The Press Box on our trips to Florida and have our Team Night here! They have great food and super cheap beer. Tons of TVs to watch your favorite team. Waitresses are friendly and seem like they actually like their jobs.

Average dive bar. Good for games. Has allot of tv's and good service. Not a bad beer selection also. I didn't have any of the food, but overheard that the wings are decent. It's a little dirty, but it's expected. The parking is the most difficult thing, but if you are looking for a place playing the boxing match, this place will have it.

Time for an updated review, even though the Press Box does not change one bit. My first time in here in months and I see the same friendly bartender, the same guy cleaning glasses and honestly some of the same customers too. Burgermania on Mondays for $5.99 is always a steal and their house made chips come included with that price. Is it okay that I like the food here, but have absolutely no interest in seeing the kitchen itself? Well, this is a dive bar and that comes with the territory. Drinks are always a great to decent value and the next time they "perfect pour" a cocktail here will be the first time they do it. When all else fails, I know I can get drinks, a bite to eat and usually a story about interesting customers out of a trip here whether it is 7pm on a Saturday night or 1am on a Tuesday morning.

The press Box has been around for centuries. This is clearly visible by the exterior and interior. It is a sports bar, but getting pretty close to a dive bar. I have always loved the Press Box to watch sports and enjoy decent bar grub & good drinks. It had been awhile since I had been there. It was happy hour and the drinks were nice and strong & cheap. I enjoyed hanging out at the bar and actually being able to have a conversation with my friend. Yup, I will continue to return. It is like your worn out flip flops, that you love...can't give it up. What's a girl to do? Keep enjoying old haunts, as you add new ones to the list.

Myself and a few friends, were somewhat timid when approaching this restaurant because it did look a little 'rough', however, were we surprised! Upon pulling the baseball bat handle to open the front door we were greeted with an all American neighborhood sports bar of our dreams. An incredible number of TVs with sports everywhere, lots of smiling faces, a charming young waitress with a great sense of humor, and beer served just the right temperature and incredibly inexpensive. Loved the wings, some of the best we have had anywhere, the waitress recommended mixing garlic and Parmesan sauces and it was so good!

This is a classic sports dive bar. Everything is wood and falling apart. It does not feel clean. The waitresses are friendly but not especially good. There are more TVs than waitstaff. If you hate loud crowds, you need to come here during the week when there are no big games on. Otherwise, expect to show up just to watch the games, not for sparkling conversation. Their potato skins were overcooked, and the buffalo chicken wrap wasn't great. My husband thought his burger was pretty good. The prices were all pretty darned good, especially for beer. If you check in on yelp, you get a free draft pint. However, when I asked for my draft beer, the waitress served it in a bottle (it was available both on draft and by the bottle), so I couldn't take advantage of the deal.

Came here last night looking for a new sports bar to hang out with since i'm new to Tampa and miss my sports bar in Jacksonville. I have a feeling I'm going to be coming here quite often. Bartenders were very friendly, helpful, and were honest with their descriptions about the beers they have on tap. Whenever I travel, I try to drink the local beers, since you can't get them anywhere else. They had a few different beers on tap from a brewery in St Pete as well as staples such as Bud Light. Apparently they have some awesome food specials on different nights. I happened to show up on $0.50 wing night, which made me regret having eaten such a huge supper. I will, however, be back and try their wings. I also signed up for this VIP card deal. You spend $500 and you get $25 free. Yes, $500 is a lot to spend, but hey, if you're going to be here anyways, might as well get free cash. I love deals like this. Ambiance was great. It's just divey enough so you feel at home and can relax, but not overly divey where you are fearing for your life and have to go to the bathroom in pairs. Parking looks like it may be an issue on really busy nights, but it appears to have ample overflow parking behind it.

We first came here 20+ years ago because hey, very late night drinks, wings, and burgers are not a recent invention. The Press Box had perfected it then and continues onward to this day. We always appreciated a kitchen open well past everyone else's bedtime. You can decide whether to call it "just like it always was" or "dated" but why change the Tampa Sports Bar original? The best features are a full bar and a broad largely standard american sports bar menu where you can dare to mix and match. For example, they have hot wings. They have cajun wings. Try asking for hot cajun wings and your taste buds won't be disappointed! They also have two pool tables behind the bar but they are generally reserved for drunken patrons with limited pool skills and no desire to put up the money. If you are looking for pool action, this isn't the place.

I have been twice to this establishment so far and enjoyed both experiences with my date. This is truly your sports bar establishment because of the televisions indoors, outdoors, the "seat yourself" style and "stadium" presence of seats around the main room. The potato skins are recommendable as their burgers on Monday, which came out to be $5.99 with at least 15 different ways of having it, easily. If you're an L.A. Fitness member, you'll receive a 10% discount (which isn't much but something). I would recommend this place to anyone as being a born and raised person, I popped my cherry only until last weekend (lol somewhere) but hopefully some of the servers as well could be more attentive as some are excellent and others look ditsy.

My favorite wing is med garlic and Press box simply makes the best I found in Tampa though the best I found anywhere is still the charley hoarse bar in Ormond beach but they do not put them on special so for the money when on special 50 cent price Press boxes wins one thing to mention garlic medium dos not sound hard but there a trick to keeping the garlic on the wing that most places simply fail at

Came here on the recommendation of Yelp Tampa for cheap eats. Free draft beer with check in, so that was awesome. Crappy beers on tap though: all of your Budweisers, Yuengling, Miller etc. This is not a beer drinkers dive. They had a very extensive menu and it took me a while to make a decision. The food was good bar food. The environment was a pleasant sports bar. If I lived in the area, I might hang out here to watch baseball or hockey. But unfortunately, our waitress was not very attentive. She took too long to come back to our table to ask if we needed drinks, were ready to order, to pay the bill etc. I had to stand up to show her I was ready to leave. We had been waiting for her to come pick up the check for nearly 20 minutes. That's just not acceptable during happy hour. Have to subtract a couple of stars for that.

When I first moved to Tampa, I was watching an episode of "I Almost Got Away With It" (which is about convicts who, as the title suggests, almost got away with their crime) that took place in the Tampa area. The guy featured in the episode hung out at the Press Box. Ever since seeing that episode, I have been a little weary of this place. I finally made it here to watch some college football with friends and it wasn't full of criminals on the run (at least didn't seem like it was). It's sports bar that looks like it hasn't changed in 25 years. Lots of TVs and a ton of seating with some interesting booths set up in rows for prime TV viewing spots. The menu is -- you guessed it -- typical sports bar fare. Buffalo everything. Yum. This is a great place to watch a game, not too loud, you can see the TVs from anywhere, and a good crowd.

This is a great local sports bar that has been around for years! I love the stadium-like seating and they have tons of TV's showing multiple sporting events all throughout the year. I was super surprised by the vast beer collection (not just your regular bud light) and their wings are awesome! This place is never too crowded where you can't find a seat but there are always the right amount of people there to feel like you are watching the games with a group of people (I hope that makes sense lol). My tip: Get the tater tots

Ok atmosphere, menu looked ok, and my server was new but pretty good. My wings were dry as jerky but the rest of the sampler was pretty good. Looks like it would be a great local watering hole because the prices were much better than the rest of the places near here. I will be back:)

The atmosphere was...interesting. Seemed like it could be fun for a game with a big group of friends, but also included your typical group of terrifying patrons and old guys who were likely 10+ beers in. Not the place for you if you're easily offended, or if you expect your service to be quick.

This cute "hole in the wall" sports bar is one of the oldest in South Tampa. I really like coming to here to watch football games. They have more than enough tvs for every sports fan and they even have stadium seating for larger crowds. The food isn't necessarily the best however. it's typical game day food so nothing really sticks out in my mind as noteworthy. If you want a place to watch your game that isn't really crowded, pricey and very relaxed, The Press Box is your place!

This joint is seriously filthy. There's a thick layer of dust and grease on all air vents, directly over eating areas. The tops of the TVs are coated in dust. The dropped ceiling is sagging and water stained in many areas, and the metal supports are rusty and stained. The floors are filthy, and the bar is dirty. There is so much dirt on the swinging door into the bar that I had to do a double-take. The restroom for men is, of course, nasty, as well. And those are just the public areas. I can only imagine how foul the kitchen must be. The place has the look of a joint that was smoked in for years before they banned smoking. Don't they ever take a look around and do some cleaning? For a sports bar, this place is quite behind the times. The number of TVs is actually quite sparse compared with newer rivals, and there isn't really a single large screen anywhere to be found, just multiple smaller screens all bunched together on the main back wall. Looking at it makes your eyeballs ache. They had the sound of every TV cranked for the Super Bowl and the resulting cacaphony was almost unbearable. We had some wings and they were tasty, but so do a lot of other places. We had a free round of beers thanks to a Yelp check-in. But when the tab arrived, our waitress had added the beers in. We had to get that corrected. I don't watch many sports events, so I'm not too sure I'll return here again in the near future. Nonetheless, it's a pretty popular bar, and it's usually packed. So I guess others don't mind what I saw.

This place is the perfect spot for hot wings & cold strong drinks. Food is always served hot & the service is impeccable. The bartender never disappoints. Just a classic sports bar, that's never lost its touch.

Stopped by for darts and a free pint via Yelp check in. There's also a pool table, lots of TVs, lobster claw game and arcade machines. Small bathrooms for a large-ish bar.

Quick Summary: Came here to catch a Stanley Cup game was happy with the quality of beers, food was as expected for a sports place and at a pretty decent value. This is a your typical sports bar, lots of televisions big and small and plenty of space for a large crowd. Being myself, I opted for a seat at the bar and had my own dedicated screen to watch the hockey game, while everyone else was looking for the Rays to break their losing streak. The selection of beer was impressive, they have nice variety of craft beers, along with your standard lagers... Would have preferred to have a list available to view, but at least the bartender was knowledgeable of what they carried. The food, like I mentioned, is your typical sports bar options, fries, burgers, wings, etc. They had a French onion, which I opted for. I was impressed that it came in it's own ramekin. The soup itself is pretty good, but the bread they used was a very sour dough, which lent an unusual flavor to the overall dish. I also got their pulled pork sliders, which at $1 there wasn't much to complain about. The pulled work wasn't dry and a dab of bbq sauce was just perfect. Finished off with the wings, which were pretty good, only disappointment was that I ask for the 'cruel' wings and it didn't live up to its name... must try their atomic sauce next time =) All in all, it's a decent place. They even have a variety of bar games (various video games, pool, and darts). Looks like a good place to hang out with some friends and catch your favorite game!

Should be called The Not Im"press"ed Box. I went based on the reviews from Yelp. I can't say I understand how this place got 3.5 stars. Chicken wings are one of my fav foods and I haven't really had many that I've been truly disappointed with. Ordered chicken wings for national wing day, and was really disappointed. The wings were not breaded (plus) but not crispy. The sauce was lacking. The chicken on several of the wings was undercooked (inside of several were bright red and bloody) and even the texture of the chicken seemed off and undercooked. Fries were decent. We had 1 waitress at the beginning to take our order then were constantly tracking someone down for service, had to signal someone for drink refills and check. Not impressed at all. So many options in Tampa, I'll be looking for another one soon.

Nice place to watch the games. Many different TVS. The food is typical bar food but unlike typical bar food it was tasty. The wings cooked perfectly, nice and crispy. Stadium seating was a nice touch and the service was friendly and ensured you were taken care of but not bothersome.

Awesome neighborhood sports bar; similar to a beef o Bradys but with better food and drink specials. My wife and I always get the wings, they have an assortment of sauces and dry rubs that are all very good. Occasionally you can meet a professional athlete from one of the bay area teams there as well.

Bartenders are the best! For bar food, lots of options and really good. Great specials on food and drinks. Mondays are $5 burgers, Tuesdays are 50 cent wings, Thursdays are bbq pulled pork sliders night. Perfect after work to grab a drink or on game days to watch any sports game you want. Lots of TVs and seating inside. Not really too many TVs outside but there are tables if you wanna enjoy some fresh air.

I was in Tampa for a few days of Yankees Spring Training when the UAlbany Great Danes made their way to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. I'm a staff member of the UAlbany Alumni Association; the school has a small but mighty alumni base in the Tampa area, so I thought it appropriate to arrange an official viewing party location for those who wanted to gather and watch the game with fellow Great Dane fans in that area. I threw this together in a matter of a couple of days, and Karl of Press Box was a very easy-going yet professional person to work with. He returned my phone call(s) prior to the event to ensure all things were in place, was very involved in ensuring the space for UAlbany fans was set up and ready to go well before tip-off, and even found himself getting way into our game. The servers did a tremendous job of keeping our food coming as well; the scene was lively yet private enough for a "viewing party", and just the right size for the group we had (close to 20.) A laid back, local joint with great food and nice people - I'll be going back next time I'm in Tampa, because I did not get to eat enough buffalo shrimp! So good! Karl asked for some Great Dane signage to hang on the wall with the rest of the sports memorabilia, which I thought was very cool, too. Thanks for having us, Karl & team!

It was 1 am and we needed food. Best option minus IHOP was this place and very close to home so figured let's give it a try even though it looks pretty shady on the outside. The inside doesn't look shady. It looks very old school and casual. It has lots of tvs and looks like a perfect spot to watch the game. I will definitely come back just for that! The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the veggie burger, my friends had Mexican burger and their nachos and cheese sticks. Everything was delicious and food came quickly. They serve food up until 3 am! They also have all types of beer and reasonable prices! Will definitely make this a regular spot to watch playoff games! They have this breathalyzer machine to test your BAL looked cool I didn't test it but I will next time!

We went for the first game of the 2014 nfl season so it was super packed but they were very accommodating seating our 11 person group; but that was the highlight of the whole evening (& the Seahawks victory!!) I was not impressed with the wings. The flavors were either just ok or too salty. Others in my group however enjoyed the Cajun & Jamaican. I had hot & hot/honey...blah. They had about 15-20 tv's in the bar & ONLY THREEEEE were one the NFL game!! That's ridiculous! Around half time they changed the channel & made 2 more tv's NFL. Ppl in my group facing one way had to turn their bodies allll the way around bc the tv's in front of them either didn't work or weren't on the game. Service was pretty slow but our waitress was very nice & patient so I didn't mind. Overall I'd say try it out for yourself. It may be better on a different day but idk if id go back

Another classic Tampa spot. This sports bar is close to RJ stadium and has a lot of really old rear projection TVs, which may be a negative at most places, but I love it here. I've been going to the Press Box for a really long time and I enjoy the dark atmosphere, the dart boards and the halfway functional pool tables. The bartenders are great as long as you don't give them any crap. -1 star for selling hats on the patio now instead of leaving that area open for lounging outside.

Traditional Tampa sports bar/Pub. Tremendous place to root for and support Tampa sports. Great menu. Great pub and bar food. UFC nights can get really packed and interesting however for a taste of Tampa sports tradition along with a few beers you cannot beat the pressbox

Thought the area was a little sketchy, or maybe I am just not accustomed to this sort of place, but I didn't exactly feel a 100% safe. Will say that the "cruel" chicken wings were spicy and delicious, our bartender (a girl whose name I don't know) was on point with the beers and really nice, and we watched the game uninterrupted. Not my usual cup of tea, but I thought that for a sports bar, it was alright.

I have eaten at Press Box twice now and I don't think I've put a single bite of food in my mouth yet that I've enjoyed. I'm not sure how you mess up chocolate cake but somehow they've done it. The set up is good for watching any Bay Area game. There's plenty of seating available. The staff doesn't seem very knowledgable about what makes their menu unique.

Best place to watch sports in south Tampa. Great service and the food never disappoints. During college football season, Saturdays are crazy at this place! Great crowds all day.

The wings were great, the burger was tasty. The ambiance casual but nice. Whoever was scared of this bar/area must live in a bubble. They have a great beer selection. 4 IPAs, All the domestics, and other imports and craft beers. 26 beers on tap. Many tvs. Friendly patrons and staff. As a Denverite I felt right at home. Sam (f) the bartender is wonderful and let me sample a couple of local brews b4 deciding. Go here to watch your next game. I think you will like it.

After my less-then-thrilling experience at the South Tampa AT&T store I was ready for a cold beer. I still had my out-of-town clients with me, and we were looking for one final hoorah before I took them to the airport. Press Box was on my way back north along Dale Mabry, and the idea of some cold beer, hot wings, and the opportunity to watch a few innings of baseball sounded good to all of us. You'll find Press Box Sports on South Dale Mabry, just a few blocks below Kennedy. This place has been around over 20 years, and it has always been a popular sports bar with their five big screens and 23 screens total. My California guys were all excited that I was taking them to a dive bar, and even more excited that the Yankees spring training game was on the big screen. We sat at one of the 4-top tables near the TV and offered a pitcher of beer while the guys looked over the menu. We ordered 20 drummies, naked, and served half-Cajun and half-medium with celery and extra bleu cheese. Since the guys had a direct flight from Tampa to LAX, they also ordered some burgers to hold them over on the long flight. The menu has all sorts of choices, but I've always stuck with chicken wings and burgers when I've eaten here. They're open till 3 in the morning which makes them a popular end-of-the-night stop after a long night of partying and alcohol consumption. Worth a stop if you're looking for a good sports bar in this part of town.

Delicious food and drinks at a price you can't beat. Press Box is rightfully known for their wings, which are bigger and cheaper than many other local wing joints, If you're looking for other ways to enjoy the flavor, then try the buffalo burger, buffalo chicken quesadilla, or buffalo shrimp, all of which are just as good. Throw in a ton of TV's, and you've got the perfect sports bar to watch any game you're looking for.

So I notice a check-in offer for a free draft. It's labeled as a 'any beer draft'. I mention it and I am told that it's only for domestic beers. Well, it's not stated that way. Wtf. Plus, I had nothing but domestic. I drink only craft beers from the 'good' ole US. What the hell?

This is one of my "go to" places for wings and too many calories. I love being able to ADD my way across the many TVs and watch several sports at one time. I like the size and quality of the wings. They are not pigeon wings like so many places. Chili Lime wings are a great change up. Honey BBQ is a great option for those who think ketchup is spicy. I like the home made chips and I usually hate potato chips. They have Yuengling on draft, the service is usually good, unless they are packed. Parking is troublesome, but welcome to South Tampa.

I hope I'm not erring on the high side since I am inb/n 2/3 stars on this one. My wife and I went on a weekday evening to support our NCAA BB team. The place was empty and we were the only ones dressed to support so when I asked if they would change the channel the waitress was quick to have her manager change the channel to show the game on a few of the big screens. Awesome! Next, the sound...we did a quick study and no one was really paying attention to any one channel so we asked kindly if they would change the sound to the game. Done! Game on! Kudos to the manager to get the sound up for some die-hard BB fans! And then there is the food...you can't win 'em all so they say. The wings were supposed to be awesome from what our friends passed, but ended up overcooked and not a speck of meat was wasn't rock hard. The buffalo chicken quesadilla was decent but needed some pizazz. My wife's salad was meh. I guess my suggestion for the kitchen is get another distributor for your wings and teach your cooks about food prep. The beers were quick to arrive though and they responded well to the Yelp check-in free domestic beer! I'm going to try this place one more time soon and decide whether I erred in my ways of taking this one to a 3 star. Maybe it was a new cook and MAYBE next time I can take it to a 4 star.

Love this place. Great setup for watching sports and in my opinion, the best wings in all of Tampa/St. Pete area. I now only order from here and have ordered wings probably almost 20 times now. Their fries are the real deal as well..original thick steak fries which are ironically hard to find. Perfect place to meet friends, have some beer, eat some great food and watch sports.

Great casual Tampa hang-out spot! Theyve got a bunch of large tvs, pool, and darts. Bartenders are always friendly and on point. I would highly recommend the spring rolls, burgers, and wings all with a side of their delicious steak fries. They recently updated the outside seating so there is more room which is great on those packed Sunday game nights :)
(5)

The food here is decent and I like their wings. Yet every time I come here I ask myself why don't they close this place and give it a much needed interior update. With all of the new sports bars in South Tampa it's pretty obvious that they needed.

Came in after the Outback Bowl with my friend to watch the FSU-Oregon game. Lots of TV's, plus. Service was very slow, waited 15 minutes for the bartender to take my food order and refill me and my friends drinks. They were under staffed so I am very understanding to this fact. Why then one star? During the game they had a shift change, no big deal. Paid out first shift and ordered new drinks to continue watching the 4th quarter. The guy working the next shift, I cannot even give a name for (never came over to give it to us) completely ignored giving us refills as he (I'll add on point) served beers to the shift that just got off while ignoring me and my friends empty drinks. I work in the industry, I'd never start cooking and serving food to employees before paying customers. Which I might add tipped the previous server (as neglectful as Katie was) 10 bucks a piece on a 40 tab. My friend at that point was angry and requested to speak with a manager. While doing so the aforementioned server laughed at him for requesting a manger. After being very rude to us after we requested to close our tap, telling him we were leaving because we sat for almost 20 minutes without a simple "would you like another drink" or "you gentleman need anything". Watching him serve drinks to off the clock employees and ignoring asking us for anything. Now you can read my other reviews, I'm not the first to make 1 star reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable and down right insulting to be treat in such a manner. I will say this, there are 100's of sports bars in the area and I will be visiting them over this establishment from now on. If you want to visit a bar and be ignored for upwards of 15-20 minutes at a time. Get mediocre food and have employees laugh about the poor service they gave you too, visit this established. You want better service than that visit Hat tricks, Tampa Ale House or any other bar with good flat screen TV's and a sport package.

Currently inside. Obviously everyone is here for the Seahawks Vs Packers game... But nobody can watch it because it's on 3 out of the 10+ televisions. Poor planning.

Nice place to come on a Saturday for football. Lots of tvs so easy to keep up with many games at one time. Wait staff a little slow but that's to be expected when the place is full. Overall good experience.

I've been going here for years of lunch breaks, and this place is consistently good. The lunch specials are $7 for an entree (ranging from wings to shrimp to a few burgers) and a basket of fries. Service is quick and friendly enough, and the wall of TVs lets anyone even slightly interested the sports catch one or two things. The place is, however, old and well-worn. Plus, they took out the lobster claw-grab game.
(4)

Hole in the wall bar but has great food! Perfect for the sports fantastic with its wall if tv's to feature all of the Sunday or Monday night football games! Krystal was our server and made sure we were taking care of despite how busy they were. Many great drink specials during the games as well. The food was typical bar food but good and the chicken wings were some of the best I've ever had!

Nice TV set up, but the audio absolutely sucks. Sounds like heck. Great football game beer specials. The club sandwich is pretty good. The staff is ok. You get a free beer on your first check in in Yelp.

Came here for takeout as me and the wife wanted wings & fries. I had the teriyaki wings again and she had the Parmesan wings, which she really liked the last time I came here. This time her wings were hot and fresh vice cold and leftover from my dinner like last time. She loved them even more. I really wanted chili cheese fries, but the server on the phone suggested the couch potatoes(cheese, bacon, ranch, & onions) which were really good. I also peeped what they had on tap while I was standing at the bar to pay and get my food, and it looked like waaaay more than the usual(big 3 & a few similarly flavorless others) that you see at most other places. Place was pretty full, several games were on(to include a replay of the Yankees Spr training game that we went to earlier), and people seemed to be enjoying themselves(at the bar, playing the games, in the dining area). I think the food this time around warrants a bump up to 4 stars, as I'll likely be back for my sports bar fare needs(wings, fries, etc) again!

It's great if you like bad food and old draft beer. Time to tear it down and create a better environment. It's old and dark. It was great in the early 90's when there wasn't other places to go.

I bought the yelp deal before we arrived here and it was very worth it! This place is fun with TONS of TVs, a bar area, and a table seating area. The wait staff is friendly, and pretty quick to serve. We ordered a special of the night that had wings, shrimp, potato skins, and a pitcher of beer. We also ordered fries. The sweet chili sauce that we ordered with the shrimp was VERY good! I didn't try the wings, but they looked rather dried out. Maybe they were cooked too long? The potato skins were just gross. There is no good way to put it. They were cooked WAY too long and then drowned in blue cheese. I like blue cheese, but this was not tasty. The fries were cooked perfectly though! All in all, we'll go back to watch a football game on the TVs and grab a bite to eat!

Bar looks old inside but that gives it characteristic. The wings are great, especially when you get the $.50 wings. I get the hot wings and they have a great flavor. Tried the sweet chili sauce this last time also and it was AWESOME!!!!Love this place, plenty of TVs and they actually have some craft beers. Good service, haven't been disappointed yet. The food is definitely better than hooters!!!!

One of my favorite sports bars -- they have cold beer, good wings, and lots of TVs! What more could you ask for?! Their wings are among the best in Tampa. I am a big fan of the tangy and sweet/spicy wings, so my favorite is their Sweet Chili wings, though their plain Hot wings are fantastic, as well. Hot/Honey BBQ combo is good too, though the honey bbq flavor is pretty subtle since the spiciness from the Hot sauce overwhelms it. I love that they have tater tots. Their Juicy Steak Hoagie is my FAVORITE. The sliced rib-eye meat is so tender and flavorful and juicy and DELICIOUS!!!!! Comes with onions, mushrooms and peppers (I get it without shrooms because I don't like them) and melted cheese. Oh my god. It's like a party in your mouth. If I could eat this for every meal (including breakfast), I would. It's SOOO good!!!

I don't watch too many sports but this is a Great sports bar. Open till 3am. You can't sit anywhere and not see a tv. Staff seems very friendly and fast. And when I order a beer I want It quickly. I got the wings last time here they were pretty good but hard to mess up wings. Crispy and had a great flavor. the mild sauce is not spicy so I will go with medium next time. Overall I will come back when ever I am in town.

Don't know why people love this pace so much. It is outdated food is ok beer selection so so. There's newer better bars out there. Green iguana brandon has good big. Screen to watch the games bar Louie has good TV's Marriott waterside has a good bar too,

Horrible service. Walked in to a 1/4 filled bar. Waited until the waitress stopped/looked over at me while never moving from. The conversation she was having. I asked for a menu. She POINTED to one 3 seats down with food and beer on it. I asked if she could wipe down the place where I was sitting, she audibly sighed and plopped a sopping bar rag that smelled of feet splashing me with it. I stood up and said, 'I am am Sorry to bother you'. She blurted back 'Did you want a drink?!'. no THANK You. Update: called left a message for the manager. A WEEK AGO still nothing. Good luck. Perhaps that is why you were 1/4 full at halftime of the playoffs

I really hate writing negative reviews when my experience was good but I didn't like the food, I have to be honest. The server was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was lively, but the food quality wasnt good at all. My husband & I ordered an array of food to share. It was cool that he got a free pint for checking in on yelp. Our wings were crispy & meaty, but there wasn't much flavor to the jerk, and the sweet chili ones were stone cold in the middle(they remade them but I was pretty grossed out, it's chicken!). The mozzarella sticks were good. The steak pot fries were hard and didnt have allot of cheese. My chicken melt was worst of all, it was a small flavorless naked piece (maybe half a chicken?) slapped on toasted bread with blue cheese crumbles and a drizzle of hot sauce. I would try it again except for the fact it had my husbands stomach hurting all night and I've been nauseous even until the next day.

It's exactly what is expected-a dive sports bar with cheap bar food and more beers than you know what to do with. Love the bleacher seats and the wait staff was excellent. Unfortunately, there were no games on when we stopped by but I can tell that it would be a great place to watch.

Pretty solid and consistent sports bar that needs no introduction; seems to have been here forever. At any rate, the place is pretty simple: a large open area crowded with tables and a section of booths along the wall. Other side has a bar. TVs up high along the sides and a wall with 6-8 TVs. They do have a unique dining section featuring "stadium seating." There is also memorabilia on the walls. They have a really good buffalo chicken sandwich, I'd say it is my go-to at the Press Box. Prices are also pretty fair...for food and beer. Wait staff has always been easy to deal with and quick. Another draw for me is that they are one of the few places in South Tampa besides a Hooters that shows UFC fights.

This place has amazing wings. it is a bit of a hole in the wall but over all good food I give this place 3stars because their drinks and shots are extremely overpriced and their parking is very bad.

(4)Mark H.

(4)Robby M.
Some of the better chicken wings in Tampa. The hot sauce is a vinger taste which I like. There are plenty of tv's to watch whatever game your interested in. Decent selection of beers meaning mostly the bigger name brands and a few Cigar City beers.
(4)Mark R.

(3)Chris T.

(4)Eugene T.
Once again this is my favorite spot when I come to Tampa food is great management is really cool. I normally get wings but we had the burgers very tasty. Press box has never let me down.
(5)Tracy G.

(2)Shaun K.
Free beer! Thanks Yelp!
(4)RE A.
(3)Da Vman V.
(4)Tiffany P.
The Jerk chicken wings are absolutely amazing!
(4)Marty A.
It's my favorite Sports bar.
(5)Coda B.

Locals bar, rocks! Bunch of cool people! Thomas from California

(5)Justin E.
Two days in Tampa: spring training and beach excursions. Press box was the first local place we tried. Best wings and sports atmosphere. Servers are fast and drinks cold. Great place to watch a game and scream.
(5)Adam J.
It was fine. Good drink specials, decent food. I ordered a prime rib sandwich (cooked to order) med-rare and it came out well-done. Was pretty disappointed
(3)Jeff S.
Good wings and reasonably priced. Nice tv setup for watching games.
(4)Bill P.
this place is the spot to stop if you want excellent service. I ate dinner at the bar and the food is very good. the staff is so friendly they remember your name and your drink, now that is service!
(5)Prianka N.
Excellent wings (I've yet to try better in the Tampa/St. Pete area), cheap beer, prompt service. If you're looking for a sports bar or just a quick greasy bite, this is the spot!
(4)EJ P.
A Tampa tradition, with above-average food and service. NOT THE CLEANEST place, but hey, it's a bar!
(5)Dakota D.

(4)M. L.
(4)Joe P.
Good, cheap drink specials, the food is ok. you get better service at the bar.
(4)Lorne G.
(3)Chris M.
Not my favorite sports bar in the area.
(3)Dan P.
My faithful Tampa watering hole! Decent food and drinks, great wings, terrible pizza. Stays open late for sporting events with lots of TVs.
(4)Sally M.
(5)Sarah P.
(4)Maria G.
Nice cozy place to go for sports related events. Waitresses arw nice n friendly. Food ia reasonably priced. Had the chicken wings n ceaser salad ... and it was good. If ur viaiting from west coast... make sure u check game time to est... it fills up pretty quick!
(4)Todd O.
(4)Elliot S.
My wife refuses to have buffalo wings anywhere else!! Food is great and the service is good (for the most part). Once in a while will have a server that is either new, or bad. Service staff seems to rotate a lot!! The grouper sandwich is excellent.
(4)Edwin C.
(4)Ottis T.
Best wings in town, great beer specials, friendly service. If its a sports bar you want, this is the place!
(4)Jason R.
The best sports bar in S. Tampa. The food is great too. I definitely suggest the burgers and wings. The wings are the best in Tampa in my opinion.
(4)nathan m.
(4)Ashley S.
We always visit The Press Box on our trips to Florida and have our Team Night here! They have great food and super cheap beer. Tons of TVs to watch your favorite team. Waitresses are friendly and seem like they actually like their jobs.
(5)Dinesh A.
(3)Todd W.
(4)Kathy D.
(4)Chad L.
(4)michelle l.
(3)Cira O.
Everything I need in a sports bar. Great hot garlic wings and can't complain about the prices.
(5)RJ P.
(4)Dave W.
(4)Brian J.
(4)Magnus T.
My favorite wing is med garlic and Press box simply makes the best I found in Tampa though the best I found anywhere is still the charley hoarse bar in Ormond beach but they do not put them on special so for the money when on special 50 cent price Press boxes wins one thing to mention garlic medium dos not sound hard but there a trick to keeping the garlic on the wing that most places simply fail at
(4)Lauren K.

(3)Sarah B.
(3)Nathan B.
Ok atmosphere, menu looked ok, and my server was new but pretty good. My wings were dry as jerky but the rest of the sampler was pretty good. Looks like it would be a great local watering hole because the prices were much better than the rest of the places near here. I will be back:)
(3)Laura B.
The atmosphere was...interesting. Seemed like it could be fun for a game with a big group of friends, but also included your typical group of terrifying patrons and old guys who were likely 10+ beers in. Not the place for you if you're easily offended, or if you expect your service to be quick.
(3)Aleema A.
(3)Brad S.
(2)India M.
This place is the perfect spot for hot wings & cold strong drinks. Food is always served hot & the service is impeccable. The bartender never disappoints. Just a classic sports bar, that's never lost its touch.
(5)Brandon S.
Stopped by for darts and a free pint via Yelp check in. There's also a pool table, lots of TVs, lobster claw game and arcade machines. Small bathrooms for a large-ish bar.
(3)Quan D.

(4)Joanna R.
(3)Nikki D.
I didn't deserve to be called a bitch by the bartender... no matter how drunk I was, luckily manager HALF way took care of it
(1)Lindsay B.
(2)AJ D.
Best place to watch sports in south Tampa. Great service and the food never disappoints. During college football season, Saturdays are crazy at this place! Great crowds all day.
(4)Bryan Sean B.

(5)Jason B.
(3)Jason C.
Been coming here for years. Never had a bad experience. Can't say that about any other place.
(4)Dominick T.

(5)Jessica M.
(5)Michael H.

(1)Mike B.
Currently inside. Obviously everyone is here for the Seahawks Vs Packers game... But nobody can watch it because it's on 3 out of the 10+ televisions. Poor planning.
(1)Aaron K.
Nice place to come on a Saturday for football. Lots of tvs so easy to keep up with many games at one time. Wait staff a little slow but that's to be expected when the place is full. Overall good experience.
(3)James P.
(4)Elizabeth W.
(3)Joseph O.
Nice TV set up, but the audio absolutely sucks. Sounds like heck. Great football game beer specials. The club sandwich is pretty good. The staff is ok. You get a free beer on your first check in in Yelp.
(4)Josh W.
(4)Misty S.
It's great if you like bad food and old draft beer. Time to tear it down and create a better environment. It's old and dark. It was great in the early 90's when there wasn't other places to go.
(1)Elana L.
(4)Derek N.
(4)Lila G.
I love this place!!!!! Open every single day always a blast!!!! The owner and his family are amazing people ..... There are lots of great items to choose from menu wise.. Awesome drinks never ever a dull moment !!! And the staff is pretty cool as well ... Karl is an amazing manager as well as Jason and Mike!! Best time to visit would be hmmmm let me see on Sunday and Monday nights !! ;) hi Walter

(5)Chris B.
(4)Jose R.
Don't know why people love this pace so much. It is outdated food is ok beer selection so so. There's newer better bars out there. Green iguana brandon has good big. Screen to watch the games bar Louie has good TV's Marriott waterside has a good bar too,
(3)Jonathan B.
(1)Apryll L.
Asked for the ASU-U of A game and they gladly put it on! Food and service was amazing! Think I found my new hangout when I'm in town!
(5)Patricia M.
I have given this establishment many chances and hate to give a bad review but the food is always bad and the service meh. Great place for drinks and watching sports though...just eat before you go.
(1)Lisa R.
Jen the waitress was rude! Food was great though especially potato skins n wings!!!!!!
(4)Jennifer C.
(2)David B.
It's exactly what is expected-a dive sports bar with cheap bar food and more beers than you know what to do with. Love the bleacher seats and the wait staff was excellent. Unfortunately, there were no games on when we stopped by but I can tell that it would be a great place to watch.
(4)Kurtis K.
(4)John D.
This place has amazing wings. it is a bit of a hole in the wall but over all good food I give this place 3stars because their drinks and shots are extremely overpriced and their parking is very bad.
(3)Tommy ..
Kind of a dive sports bar but aside from that, the BEST wings ive ever had!!! Love the food and the staff is always quick and friendly, great location also!
(4)Blake B.
they have the best wings in tampa
(5)Brittany R.
We will definitely be back to this sports bar! Had the chicken wings which were perfectly crispy with the right amount of sauce. Also had the homemade chips with cheese sauce also yummy! Sweet tea was also spot on ..Will definitely be back for more!
