Today was my first time using this service. The driver was punctual and extremely polite. I'm very happy with the delivery which arrived before the 70 min wait as stated on their site. I shall use this service again.

1 star isn't even deserved. This company shouldn't even exist. They are crooks and liars and a joke to the food service industry. DO NOT USE THEM. You will wait almost three hours for your food and the people manning the phones are complete a-holes. & they won't reimburse you for their screw ups.

This is the e-mail I sent to this company tonight: I told them I would post it on Yelp... "So, my boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy a nice night in. After we both finish a 10-hour day, we get online and order food, with an estimated wait time of 70 minutes. We waited until 11PM....no food. There wasn't a courtesy call, to let us know that there wouldn't be a delivery, that the order was late, or that the restarant was closed for the evening. Unfortunatley for us, we waited until 11 PM...when you're closed. So we can't even call to find out what happened. I can't say this is the worst service we've experienced, because food delivery in Tampa, is shoddy at best. Since you are an online business, I do plan on reposting this email on Yelp. We can't say the delivery was timely, it never came. We can't say the service was great, because it wasn't...so, you must imagine how the review will look." I guess we should have just gone out and picked it up, but it was Friday, and we wanted to relax...unfortunately this led to us going to a place that was open past 11 pm (a bar) to get food. Not recommended!

Awesome delivery service! They can deliver anything from anywhere in the area! They can even deliver from food trucks, they did for Taco Bus one night! Decent delivery prices less than what you would spend in gas these days. Good service, and the best thing is they even deliver beer!

We have used this service a few times, and had varying experiences. Twice in our experience, the food has come very late. They say that for driver safety the 70 minute delivery time is only an estimate, but they don't even come close. It seems like the drivers just go whenever they feel like it, and due to the nature of their payments, you have tipped the driver prior to delivery, so he doesn't even care if your food gets there in time. There is an automated delivery tracker, and after 70 minutes waiting for our food tonight, nothing had even happened on the tracker. Our food took two hours to arrive. The owner sent a very flip email when I contacted him to find out where our food was, acting like he didn't even care that we were sitting here starving. This is the 2nd time this has happened with them, so I will not be using them again. There are other services, don't waste your time counting on this one, you'll starve.
