Wanted to try this out after tasting their pasta at the Yelptucky Derby. Didn't even know it was at International! It's MUCH quieter than its upstairs neighbors on Bay Street. I wasn't too fond of the layout of their menu, and actually didn't especially find something that popped out at me that night. I couldn't remember the name of the pasta we tried at the Yelp event, but to my luck, I ended up ordering it! Boyfriend and I always order separate entrees then do a half and half sharing thing. So we got the cavatelli pasta and the sausage & ricotta pizza. The first couple bites of the pasta were as good as I remembered, but towards the end of my half, it was getting to be too much for me. Too salty? I was just done with the taste. The pizza was pretty good. I liked the ricotta on it. I think I was hoping for more after just having a taste at the Yelp event. Glad I tried it out, but for the price, I probably won't find myself here again.

On a night where the manager was bragging to another guest about having, several papers and bloggers present to sample a new menu, I pray the new menu brings with it edible food. I should have run when I saw the nearly empty dining area. I might as well have eaten a hot dog at the airport. Then I could have expected poor service and lousy food. I ordered the filet medium rare, and while it was the correct temperature, it was charred on the outside. To add insult to injury, I am fairly certain salt cured pork, had less sodium. The good news, they poured a glass of water when I sat down. The sides paired with the dish were nothing spectacular. Service was marginal at best. The waitress came by once during the meal, and I was finished 15 minutes before she stopped by to offer dessert. A bus boy collected my check after it sat on the table for 15 minutes. The receipt suggested I follow the chef on Twitter... Only reason I can fathom following him? You would know what refuse he is peddling this week. First and last visit to this establishment.

Okay modern Italian restaurant in a good hotel next to Tampa's International mall. Biggest trouble is that there are so many good Italian restaurants not to mention a plethora of pizza joints that do a good job. In spite of it all, it has made the top 50 list of the area. Atmosphere 85 New, modern restaurant in a hotel Service 75 Good as can be expected Food 80 Slightely above average Italian fare Value 80 Good - a well rounded choice It has a lot of competition in the immediate area, but if you are in the mood for very passable Italian I would recommend the place.

I, sadly, was only able to enjoy one meal here. I was staying at the hotel and got the breakfast buffet one morning. It was... AMAZING. There were so many choices. The waiter we had was great, the cook was great, and they really worked to make sure we had the best experience possible. The food was DELICIOUS. This place was so good that when I stepped out to use the restroom I ran into some people trying to decide if they wanted to eat there... and I stopped to tell them how great it was. And told them they should. And, now I'm telling you that you should.

HORRIBLE!!!! My boyfriend and I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel and had breakfast here. First of all, the hostess was flighty, had us follow her twice to tables that were not ready, she barely spoke a word to us. Someone spilled a glass of water all of the table and floor behind the table we finally got. It took at least 45 minutes for people to clean up the spilled water and that was only after the flighty hostess sat a couple there. Of course they complained about the water. The manager walked by the mess on the floor numerous times and did nothing. Only when the couple sat at that table and complained did he act on the puddle. I should've slipped in the puddle and caused a scene. Let's talk about the food, shall we? Available buffet or order from a menu ( which we never got by the way). Watery eggs, bacon was flavorless, sausage was dry. My boyfriend ordered an omelet. He said is was the worst he's had in awhile. For a restaurant attached to a very prestigious hotel to have that kind of service and quality of food is a disgrace! Never again!

Not your average hotel dining. A nice fine dining experience off to the side of this busy location. Relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. Will definitely be returning to this spot again, well worth the visit.

This is a hidden gem, located at the bottom floor of a hotel in the International mall. Everything I have had there has been prepared to perfection. I leave one star off only because the atmosphere is mediocre at best. Lights down music up as the night goes on please.

Decided to give them a try after avoiding the "hotel restaurant" do to many others in the area and the 3.5 stars they had a few months ago. Well things have changed here they have 4 stars now and I am giving them 5. Having breakfast and the food and service is eccellent. Having the crab, real crab eggs Benedict with avocado and great potatoes. Grab a coffee in the hotel at starbucks it's not the best here unless they will make you one with the Starbucks machine. Again great service, smoothie sample. Excellent without venturing out of the hotel.

Three of us enjoyed dinner at Pelagia Trattoria. We sat outside on the patio. It was a beautiful night to dine outdoors. Our server was helpful in navigating the specialty items in the menu. Our meals were quite good. I ordered sea scallops - the lime sauce was delightful. The beans had a little kick to them - a nice surprise. Everything was wonderful.

I don't give out 5 stars very generously but this place really earned it. Went in on a Weds night around 6:30 and waited at the bar for my dinner companion. Had a lemon martini, no rim, which was perfectly made, albeit a little slow to arrive. (one lone employee would explain that) Companion came and we perused the wine list while the bartender/waitress set the table up for us. We started with a lovely bottle of italian red, which excuse me I cannot remember as I['m no pro at italian reds, besides chianti, ick. ANYWAY, the wine was a great choice thanks to our lovely servers suggestion. We started with meats and cheese, sopresseta, prosciutto and a white cheddar served with pickled walnuts (amazing!!) and fresh honeycomb. Delicious and plenty for two to share. For dinner we both opted for the duck breast served with a house polenta. This polenta I would kill for!! It was heaven on a plate, in fact the entire dinner was delicious. The duck was perfectly done, mine medium his medium rare, a lovely sauce served with it, just spectacular. We opted for a second bottle of wine (hate when that happens!) Which was actually even better then the first one, again thank you lovely server for your terrific recommendations. A great night, great dinner, great companion, great atmosphere! Bravo!!

To start this place is located at International Plaza Mall inside Marriot Hotel. Best way to get in is valet or park a distance out and walk. The setting is nice not too upscale so you could where jeans or a dress ladies. There was a really cute pinting class that they were setting up. I found that they have it every Sunday if you are interested in painting with friends. I ordered a mojito based on the servers recommendation, she said it would be super fresh. I watched her walk by with literally a fist full of Fresh Mint from there little garden outside. SO COOL! She waived and smiled! I also order the grouper sandwich but I swiched the bun out for wheat (healthy choice). Oh my that grouper I will surely go back to get. It has this amazing seasoning rub on it and a little drizzle of lemon pepper, Tarragon Tartar sauce, and watercress. It also had little orange slices, very tiny and grapefruit. I would never have thought to put grapefruit with grouper but Chef...that was a great idea. The mojito was so fresh and not overly minty, I only needed one btw :) I love this place.

Tampa locals, do not overlook Pelagia Trattoria as a place for happy hour or date night. Their new R Life Live happy hour on Wednesdays features live music and $5 appetizers using all locally-sourced ingredients and herbs/greens from the garden on their patio (swoon...) Best entree dishes I have tried so far: 1) Saffron tagliatelle with clams, shrimp and mussels. Amazing housemade pasta; the seafood was incredibly tasty and fresh. 2) Wild boar ragout on potato gnochhi. In short, the ultimate Italian-inspired comfort food. Typically restaurant gnocchi is so heavy that I can only eat 3 or 4 before I hear the siren's call of a long afternoon nap...but these were surprisingly light and airy, which complemented the ragout's very intense flavor nicely. Never did I think I'd be recommending "wild boar" -- but trust me, this is a dish not to be missed. I only learned about Pelagia recently and have been twice so far. I will definitely be back. Next time you're planning to eat at Brio or another chain at the International Mall, scoot down the stairwell near Urban Outfitters and enjoy this hidden gem.

4 stars for food and waitress experience. The only thing they need to improve is first impressions at the host/hostess desk. Dinner, we were greeted by an 'extra hand', I guess. Dinner was excellent and drinks were made perfectly. Our waitress was fantastic! Breakfast, at the hostess stand, two people. One girl who could have snarled at us and the other a waiter who was kind and professional. It took a minute to acknowledge us (the only ones standing there). The waiter was kind and very attentive. We had their Sunday breakfast buffet. WOW! I have never had such a great display of such yummy food! It was delicious and so much variety! Wish all of our breakfasts can be that way! If they could just work on the hostessing and greeting, it would be a 5 star! P.S. Please add more Italian meals, such as Veal or Chicken Parmesan. Was craving something in that mode.

This is place has such a broad selection of great dishes. Not to mention that I love the colorful decoration. A lot of people doesn't know this is located in Tampa International Mall. Come here for brunch you won't leave hungry !

Lovely setting and a nice menu. I had the touted grouper open face sandwich. While it tasted great, there was a persistant fishy smell to it. The smelll was ot enough to send it back but enough to know it wasn't a recent catch. Freshly made soup was enjoyed by my guest.

This would be a great 5 star establishment if is wasn't for the poor service. My wife and I dined here Saturday evening 2/15/2014. The place was busy no doubt because of Valentines Weekend. The service started out okay as we had a few questions about menu items and the server was quick to respond. We ordered our meals and never saw our server again until we flagged her down 15 minutes after we had finished our meals. Not once did she come by to refill drinks, ask us how our meals were, nothing. We had to wait even just to wave her down because she was no where to be seen. If you are going to spend $90+ dollars on a meal for two I expect a fine dining level of service. I get it that they were busy but, a manager or someone could have come by to check on us. I will be sure to let others know about our poor experience which is a shame because the food here is top notch.

Pelagia Trattoria really impressed me, especially since I wasn't expecting much based on the location- in a hotel attached to the mall. We've been twice, once for a weeknight dinner and again for Valentine's Day. Our first dinner was great- our server informed the chef that it was our first time and he sent over a complimentary appetizer- duck confit fried in wonton wrappers with a balsamic glaze and micro-greens. It was delicious; not something I would have ordered on my own, but I would definitely have it again after trying it. It was a weeknight and neither my husband or I was starving, so we shared a salad and an entree. The server was lovely and accommodating, had the dishes split for us, and had a refreshing positive attitude. I cannot recall specifically what we ordered, but I remember being thoroughly satisfied- so much so that we made reservations for Valentine's Day. On Valentine's Day there was a special price-fixed menu. Being a former server, I usually avoid these holiday menus, but my husband wanted to do it. As expected, I felt the price had been inflated due to the holiday, compared to what we got. The first course was good but forgettable, I had lobster bisque. Now the entrees- both my husband and I felt they were some of the best food we've eaten in Tampa. I had fresh pasta and veal in a mushroom truffle cream sauce. It was outstanding. He had fish, I tasted it and would have been happy eating his order too. Perfectly cooked, delicious. Dessert was underwhelming. I was craving something decadent all day, and it didn't satisfy. All in all I would highly recommend Pelagia Trattoria. Great staff, awesome food, fair prices for regular meals. We will return many times! They take reservations, and have outdoor seating weather permitting. Also we have heard they have special nights with live music, which sounds like fun. There is a separate secluded dining area as well, so if I was throwing a small party like a bridal/baby shower etc. this place would be my local pick.

I wasn't blown away, but I was content with my choice. The appetizers, we rather standard, nothing too exciting. The entrees were decent, if you are hungry make sure you order a full size. I was happy with the food and the service was top notch. Price wise, well, let's just say I was OK with it. A little on the higher end of the spectrum, but not unreasonable. Would I go back, perhaps, but not my first choice for Italian food

I had the pan-seared scallops with rosemary potatoes and it was well-prepared and tasty! The desert, Strawberries and Cream, was disappointing. But perhaps I was comparing it too much to the Mexican version of Fresas con Crema, which I love. Either way, it wasn't that good. The second reason for the -1 star is the service. Although very endearing and innocent, the waiter was socially awkward (e.g., interrupting conversations without first saying "excuse me", talking so softly that everyone was leaning forward, and taking too much time to return after dropping off the check- we had to wave him down). Since I was staying at the Renaissance, the location was very convenient, which is likely the only reason I would go back.

I was here on a Tuesday night with a small group. Everyone's dish, from the apps to the main course to dessert was presented beautifully and was delectable. Even the decor was gorgeous. Highly recommended! Super convenient if you're staying at the Renaissance, but definitely worth the trip if you're not. And they'll validate parking for valet.

This week's Tampa tweetup with WineTwits live from the WITS 2012 (Wine in Technology Symposium) in Napa Valley was held in the PDR at the Pelagia Trattoria. Chef Andrew Basch and the team at Pelagia Trattoria dazzled us with an array of wine friendly small plates, including BLT bites, blue cheese stuffed strawberries, mushroom ravioli, and a Lamb steak. All the wine 'tweeps,' were also treated to a mind blowing selection of desserts. Much love goes out to Chef and everyone at the Pelagia. I love working with such a friendly and professional team. I will definitely be booking more tastings here. Check out some photos from this event at foodspotting.com/33507-t…

We tried this for a weekday lunch and perhaps a dinner would have helped it earn another star from me...maybe next time. The ambiance is ok, it was quiet which didn't help but there was definitely that big hotel glossy superficially charming feel. I had to wait quite some time for my wine as there was nobody at the bar. Kind of strange the waitress couldn't pour it. Wonderful bread served with tapenade instead of butter. We had the appetizer platter, choosing the goat cheese (a stingy portion of thinly sliced hard goat cheese with fig jam), the risotto croquettes (3 large pieces nestled in tomato sauce, unusual and yummy), shrimp (good) and finally goat cheese, pesto and tomato crostinis which were delicious. Hard to mess that combination up! Served with some nuts, olives and salami. We both had the soup of the day and it was disappointing. Pork shredded, kale and some large light beans in a broth. It was a little bland and watery, we both added salt. I had overly high expectations perhaps, or maybe bad luck. Service was fine. Overall a nice but not amazing experience.

Very few restaurants leave me feeling jaw-dropped impressed. For this to happen, my culinary experience must be exquisitely executed-to every minute detail from the moment I step into a restaurant to the second I leave. Sure, with Tampa's ever growing and evolving culinary scene, I have been fortunate to wine and dine at some exceptional establishments. However, no Tampa restaurant has left such an outstanding impression as Pelagia Trattoria. Easy to miss, this fine-dining foodie's heaven is located at the International Plaza, on the first level of the Renaissance Hotel. Modern Italian Fare with tried and true traditional influences, this restaurant also takes culinary inspiration from many other Mediterranean countries. Not surprising, Pelagia has won countless awards and recognitions for their brilliantly designed plates containing only the finest local seasonal ingredients. Executive Chef Andrew Basch and Sous Chef Brett Gardiner have such keen eyes to detail which shows in every beautiful dish Pelagia serves. From the moment we stepped into the Pelagia, we knew we were in for a real treat. Vibrantly colored décor insists a fun night out. Huge windows and swanky lighting treatments scream big-city dining. The kitchen is completely open to all, a feature I particularly enjoyed. We were immediately welcomed and offered wine recommendations from our sincere and skilled server. She suggested a light red as it is perfect for a hot summer eve and pairs well with all kinds of meat. First to arrive to our table was a small plate consisting of a manchego cheese and honeycomb crostini as well as a skewer of deep fried beef, veal and pork stuffed olives. These mini bites could not have been better matched. The sweetness of the honey and the sharpness of the manchego were beautifully balanced with the saltiness of the meat stuffed olives. Served to us next was a pomegranate marinated duck breast topped with a pomegranate grappa glaze. The duck was served over bright green grilled asparagus and to its side was a voluptuous cold barrel smoked scallop over Swiss chard. A Saba reduction was delightfully drizzled in the middle of the plate for the added enjoyment of both selections. The duck was out of this world luscious. The scallop was cooked in a very unique way; cold barrel smoked. Finally, our pasta course was served. A trio of colorful and diverse pastas sat waiting before my noodle-loving palate. Knowing that Pelagia makes their pastas in house, I was especially amped. Nothing beats that soft, yet chewy bite of fresh homemade pasta. My first forkful was from the Saffron Seafood Tagliatelle. A Spanish food connoisseur, saffron is an absolute favorite of mine and man, did it make this pasta divine. The homemade ravioli noodle was liberally stuffed with tasty creamy ricotta and succulent veal. As if it wasn't rich and yummy enough, the ravioli was topped with oyster mushrooms and decadent truffle oil. Just when I thought I had tasted the very best pasta of the evening, I tried the "dessert pasta"- a butternut squash scappellacci in a brown butter and sage sauce. This wide and very thick noodle was simply lovely on its own. The piquant sweetness of the butternut squash and the peppery essence of the sage were all too wonderful. Oh, did I neglect to mention there was amaretti cookie crumbled on top? With a few deep breaths to indulge some more, we briefly waited for our next course. Out came filet in fois gras truffle butter and adorned with an oyster mushroom fricassee and wilted spinach. He was really showing off now. The filet might as well have melted in my mouth. The truffle butter was impeccably apparent and made an already scrumptious cut of meat that much better. The oyster mushroom fricassee was stewed into succulence, truly making it the "icing on the cake" to the filet. Had this been any other evening of the week, I may have rejected dessert. After all, I felt like I had already given my sweet tooth its fix with the heavenly butternut and amaretti cookie pasta. However, this was no dessert to refuse. House-grown Grand Mariner drunken berries lay between two mounds of enticing semifreddo (similar to gelato). A house-grown mint chocolate frosty dream refreshed my taste buds and reminded me what a cool and fresh summer dessert is all about. The blueberry pomegranate semifreddo was sweet and tangy and convinced me my Italy trip must come sooner than later. What an excellent final course to an extravagant and inspired five-course experience. Pelagia Trattoria is truly in a league of its own. This is the kind of restaurant where you wine and dine and never want to leave. It is the restaurant you go to for anniversaries, birthdays, graduations and any other occasion that calls for culinary and service excellence.

Stopped in for an early Sunday dinner, the fresh bread and olive tapenade were delightful. Ordered a cocktail instead of wine, thought the wine list was a little unimpressive, the cocktail was decent. Onto the entrée, I ordered the potato gnocchi with braised beef and arugula pesto my friend ordered pappardelle with bolognese. The gnocchi were just about perfect, as the italian word describes just like little pillows. The beef was tender and had an amazing taste. I will say the arugula pesto was a tad bland but when mixed in with everything else it was pleasant. The pasta in my friends dish was well cooked and the bolognese was on point. I will definitely come back as the food was quite good and I saw some other dishes I would like to try on the menu.

I had the opportunity to attend a food bloggers' conference at International Mall back in September. One of the events at the conference was to attend a demonstration and tasting at Pelagia Trattoria. We all watched as Chef Daniel made veal ravioli and berry panna cotta. We came back and second and then a third time and have always had a great experience. A dish to try would be their Crispy Pan-Seared Chicken Breast. The title says it all: CRISPY. It was amazing crispy. In fact, I don't think I've ever had chicken that was so juicy and so crispy all at the same time. Side note: Pelagia can be a little difficult to find- in fact, before the conference, I didn't even know it existed! Luckily it does because it's so good! Find them in the first floor of the Renaissance Hotel, right off of and downstairs from the outdoor courtyard.

My last two visits to Pelagia have been stellar and it has zoomed up into my top ten favorite places in Tampa Bay. Chef Andrew has done an amazing job supporting local farmers by using as much local product as possible. Food is simply amazing and never ceases to impress me. Be sure and try one of their desserts!

Was lured by a supposed Neapolitan pizza... close but not quite. Very high end Italian with first class presentation. Nothing disappoints unless you go with a particular expectation (like a certified VPN pizza). Really liked the ceasar salad with its classy presentation

Friday evening famished ended up at Pelagia. The pan-seared Chilean sea bass featured on the new dinner menu was outstanding. I loved the lobster and saba sauce flavors but found the taste of the fish alone exquisitely flavorful. Enjoy the meal while also listening to some great live R&B right inside the restaurant. Just recently the group Hard Groove has begun playing there in Friday nights. Can't wait to explore the new dinner menu more and check out the newly launched lunch menu too.

We stayed at the Renaissance in Tampa while we waited for our cruise on the weekend. This restaurant is connected to the hotel. We had such a good time during our lunch at Pelagia that we ate and drank everything! The tapas in the beginning are awesome. The mint- cured octopus, sardines in citrus, tomato goat cheese with pesto and the grilled shrimp were very delicious. Try any of their signature cocktails, you will not be disappointed. Even something as simple as the bread they served with the olive spread was very tasty. All of our entrees were very good as well. We ordered the mussels in a spicy broth, shrimp with lobster stuffed ravioli and my mom even asked the chef to make pork chops which was not on the menu. This restaurant was great because all of the ingredients used were so fresh and everything was prepared beautifully.

I hosted a bridal shower at Pelagia Trattoria today for thirteen guests. From the first phone call to their event planner, Trent, to the service we received today, everything was outstanding. They made everything so easy. Trent worked with me to develop a customized menu for my guests offering lots of choices for appetizers and entrees. Their prices were extremely reasonable even surprisingly low considered the quality of the food and beverage. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we were given a private room with a small table for gifts and a long bar to decorate. Every person we met was cordial and professional. Our waiter, Mark, was exceptional. Imagine thirteen women in a room wanting coffee, diet coke, ice tea, water, Bloody Mary's and Bellinis, and not once, did Mark flinch. He smiled the entire afternoon taking great care of us. When the food arrived, it was beautifully presented and extremely tasty. We had the Stuzzichin with a taste of all eight appetizers. For our entree's we had Ravioli, Grouper sandwich, chicken paillard, and black and blue steak salad. Everything was delicious. Based on fellow Yelper recommendations, I asked for the baby green salad or the Cesar salad fondue - and we were not disappointed. My favorite appetizer was the octopus because it was very tender and tasty. I highly recommend this place for small groups, a quiet lunch away from the mall, or even a romantic dinner. Thanks again for a wonderful setting.

We stopped in for lunch a few days ago. I had the grilled chicken paillard and my husband had the soup of the day (tomato pepper) and the seasonal grilled veggies. The service was excellent and the food was reasonably priced. The soup was very good with just the right amount of spiciness. My husband said the grilled veggie plate was very satisfying. My paillard was very good but too salty for my taste. It needed less salt so the more subtle spices would have had a chance to stand out.

Stopped by for lunch today and chefs Fabrizio Schenardi and Daniel Goldich blew my mind. We had huge, spicy Shrimp al Pil Pil, incredibly tender garlic- and mint-cured octopus, fried veal-stuffed olives, manchego with sweet honey, oven-dried tomato and goat cheese with pesto served on a garlic crostini, and deliciously earthy wild mushroom risotto croquettes. We also tried a pasta special of penne with wild mushrooms, thin strips of beef tenderloin, tomatoes and parmesan tossed in a rich cream sauce. As always, everything was impeccable, from the flavor to the presentation to the service. It seems like every time I visit, I discover a new favorite dish, whether it's the grilled Caesar fondue, the decadent bolognese sauce, the pomegranate marinated duck breast or the simple olive pate. From my experience, this is arguably Tampa's finest kitchen. (1/30/2009)

This place isn't bad as a hotel restaurant, but it failed to live up to the hype I had been promised ("should have a Michelin star" was the description given to my husband by a coworker). I felt for the employees as at 7pm on a Friday, the place was nearly empty. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The wine list was reasonably priced with a strong Italian influence. The small plates were great. We started with the chorizo and the Manchego. Both were tasty and went well with the 2003 Rioja that we ordered. The white chocolate cheesecake was heavenly. It didn't taste of white chocolate (a good thing) and it was as light as air. It was so good, i almost wish I didn't have to share it with my husband. However, the main courses were disappointing. My husband's chicken was described as crispy but was soggy throughout. My veal was likewise very soggy (although the accompanying green beans were pleasantly crunchy) and coated with a mushy yet dry pear sauce. If we decided to return to this place, I'd order a bottle of wine, a handful of small plates, and dessert. I'd skip the overpriced, mediocre entrees.

Enjoyed a great meal tonight. The Heirloom Salad was delicious and the scallops divine. Staff very friendly. I'd do it again if I lived in the area. Atmosphere upscale but not stuffy.

I really enjoyed my time here when Betty and I came for a special date night. The food, the staff and the atmosphere are all top notch. Out of all the restaurants in the chain laden International Plaza, this place is by far the best of them all. Anything you get will be treated with care and passion. I had a cornmeal upside down cake and it was phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about this place and I hope more people get to enjoy it.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
