This is the final straw. I don't know why I am a glutton for punishment, but the geographic convenience is likely why I have gone here first instead of another McD location that is perhaps the same distance away. Every. Fucking. Time. Horrible service and Inaccurate orders. This time, I ordered a chicken biscuit. But wait. Was it lunch time before 10AM? The menu was on lunch. So I asked; the order taker did not really explain and just told me to order what I think I wanted. WTF? Next: I got my iced coffee and chicken biscuit. NO FUCKING ICE?! I didn't even notice until after I left. Livid, I called the store and spoke to a manager named Stephanie. First off, Stephanie, don't answer by calling me sweetheart. "That's me, sweetheart," when I asked for a manager. Her apology was choppy and stuttered at best, and she offered a free meal replacement. "But you obviously need my information," I said. I know it is typical of restos to take your name for a book or whatever to record who gets what, but she said, "Sweetheart, just say it's on Stephanie and that'll be fine." Does McDonalds know about this at a regional or corporate level? Seriously? I do not feel comfortable doing that; it looks shady as shit. I will not be back at this location. Ever. I should have not come back after the last time when I ordered inside the store, and the cashier was taping her long fake-ass press-on nails as if I was taking too long to look over the menu. Tip: Get a fucking corporate trainer in there, train your people.

The best McDonald's I've ever been to. I love this McDonald's because of how well it is ran and it's location. This McDonald's is on the way to my school and if I'm feeling hungry on the way to class this is the one place I am stopping. I choose to stop here because it is the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to. They have your food waiting outside the second window before you finish paying at the first window. All of the workers are kind and courteous and they do their job right the first time. I've never had any issues with the food here. The food is always hot and fresh and it always tastes great. Another great thing about this particular McDonald's is it's location. It is located right outside of Busch Gardens, one of Tampa's theme parks. This is cool because of how expensive amusement park food is compared to fast food. To be honest, there isn't much of a difference in the quality either. I'd rather pay 6 bucks at McDonald's for a full meal opposed to paying 15 bucks at Busch Gardens for an equal quality, smaller sized meal. It's simply the perfect McDonald's due to it's location and excellent service.

Where do I begin. I was here at 3pm on a Wednesday and it was not busy at all. I was in a hurry and SHOULD have taken a photo of the drink, napkin station. It was a mess! Napkin holders empty. Trash all over and puddles of soda all over. They told me the lemons for my ice tea were at the drink station but there wasn't even an empty container of them. The ketchup was empty. I only ordered ice tea... which is self serve and value size french fries and they took forever and didn't even have to make the fries. They had one person running the drive in and the inside counter at the same time. One customer commented that this McDonalds is like this all the time. I'm glad I was out of town and this wasn't a Mickey Dee's that I frequent. I love their unsweet ice tea because it's fresh brewed and not a mix and they USUALLY have fresh lemons. If you're out and about make a note to avoid this one and DO hit a different McDonalds.

This one is more modern, and the drive through is usually very prompt. However the drive through intercoms face a car wash facility and that makes it hard for the McDonald's employee to hear your order sometimes (or vice versa) when the blowers are activated at the car wash. The inside has a cool light up touch table that will entertain the little ones for the duration of your meal time. This one tends to have the new food products that McDonald's offer, and the food is usually pretty hot and fresh.

I was happy to see this location in my neighborhood completely rebuilt a while back and had high expectations, but those hopes didn't last long. They ALWAYS cut me off when I'm ordering, rip me off on drinks (see pic), and leave out parts of my order. I never bother fixing those problems because I know I'll get a rude attitude in return! The only good thing about this place is that the new building layout makes more sense and moves more quickly than the old one. I'll only go here out of necessity from now on.
