Why is this place even on Yelp? Terrible all the way around

Terrible service, can not get orders right, refusal to listen, no sense of urgency or timing; Absolutely terrible. Last time I will ever order food here again.

  • Jim B.

Its a McDonald's - the food is consistent, the service less so - but this drive thru tends to crank it. Typical.

  • Brie S.

McDonald's has had some good days and some bad (they are inconsistent). When I go through the drive- through, the service is usually good, but not great. Their french fries are good, but are very greasy. Same with their hamburgers. When you order a Big- Mac, it's not all up to what it seems. Yes, it's good, but it isn't that big. Some days I like their food, and others I don't. Like I said before, McDonalds is inconsistent.

  • Jodi M.

Wow they are fast! Okay the food's not five star, but everyone knows what to expect from McDonalds. The five stars is because I've gone by just to get a quick drink and I was thrilled with their double lanes. Seriously they were so fast they were waiting on me to pay and then drive up an pick up my order. The staff there is doing there job very very well and should be proud.

Update- Haven't been inside since my review in '08 but do use the drive thru. It's always a pleasure because the staff is super friendly. I don't know if there has been new management or better training since '08 when I gave it a poor review. But no complaints about the drive thru service.

I try not to normally eat at McDonald's, but when I do, this is my preferred location. I am able to take the back roads so I am not stuck on Kennedy and usually get in and out of the drive-thru very quickly. The staff is very friendly here and normally process orders in an efficient manner. I always order my fries with no salt (you get fresh fries and you salt them later) , and they are more than happy to oblige.

I don't bother to review McDonalds very often, but... This location really tries to work the speed of their drive through. They have a double drive through to start, then at rush times they put another person outside to collect cash so they are working two payment windows too. I went throught at peak breakfast time this week and my car almost never stopped rolling. I give them a lot of credit for being innovative and trying to keep the wait short!

    (4)
  • K.L. R.

Meh, is right. I agree with the two star descriptor as the condiments are never in the bag that you ask for and when you do ask for them they give you a look like "oh my god, giving you ketchup is the hardest thing to do.. you're such a nuisance". While I appreciate the free wifi (especially two weeks ago when my internet, cable and phone went out and it's a must for a work from home person) the food is "eh" and the service is "meh".

  • Claire K.

Four stars only because, well.... This McDonald's is always nice & without incident. We often use & abuse the drive thru for cookies (3 hot fresh chocolate chip for a buck?! YEEE!) and I have been known to swing by on busy weekend mornings for a nice, greasy, satisfying breakfast. My cutie adores him a sausage biscuit! And so he shall have one! Sometimes I will bring my people at work breakfast & the staff here is always happy to serve up my order with individual bags, per my request, so that I can deliver to individuals.

Beautiful building. Staff is decent, efficient, but not great with customer service. Big drive though line so I went in. I was here for about an hour waiting for my fiancee to get out of a meeting. I really had to poop, but someone was always using the stall, so I could not poop!!! This was a big disappointment. My breakfast (chicken biscuit) was what I expected. Nothing great, but they did not ruin it. The patrons were diverse. Some looked homeless and some looked like business people. Everyone kept to themselves. Overall, I was pretty impressed with the cleanliness and the newness of the building. That is what kept my rating at 3 stars, A-OK. I will surely come here again when driving on Kennedy, to or from downtown.

You have got to be kidding me. Words cannot even describe how terrible this location is.

Coffee is weak. Try a soft drink. They have free Senior coffee at all Mc. Food is the same as always staff was nice

    (3)
  • Ernie H.

Yes, everyone now likes McDonald's, but we only ordered 4 Shakes and had to wait over 20 minutes. They finally started working on them when I mentioned we were waiting over 20 minutes.

  • Dianna B.

On the way to get my hair re-colored at Tribeca, and I feel like my sugar is dropping. My fault entirely as I'd not eaten, so I pull in through the twin drive through and order a half/half iced tea and a caramel sundae. Service was quick, order was correct and i was on my way in a mater of minutes. I am not a fan of Mcdonalds, but if you need to get an Iced tea. get on.

    (3)
  • Alex T.

Well it's rare for me to write a bad review, but I have been sitting in a spot for 20mins waiting on a drive thru order. It seems a bit excessive seeing as this is McDonalds and typically they are quick. I came here because it was late night, but I think next time I will just head to bed without eating if this is how long it typically takes

    (2)
  • Donnie J.

It's funny how your credit card system always seems to be down when I pull through. I know some people that use to work in fast food that would say cash only to put it their pocket. Service was terrible. I'd rather eat bread then come through that drive through again.

  • Georgios K.

The worst McDonald's ever, the late night staff sucked, the most rude people ever and they never gave me my food! I HATE MCDONALDS! IF I COULD RATE IT 0 STARS I WOULD! Screw them!..,.i can't express how much I hate this McDonald's
