Good service and staff, but small store front. As I have stated in other Little Caesars reviews, the Hot & Ready is always hit or miss. I have had a few hits and a few missed at this location. Let me explain my 3 star rating. First, it is not located in the nicest neighborhood. Second, the store is rather small. Finally, while the customer service was good, it was not great. The parking situation is pretty good at this location. It is important to have good parking because the key to the Hot & Ready is speed. You can get in and get out quick with a good tasting and cheap priced pizza. If there is not much parking, you have to either wait for a spot, or park farther away and hike. Now you are not getting that pizza as fast as your expected. If you want to wait around for pizza, you go with a different chain. Now I love to kid and call the Hot & Ready Pizzas Hot & Sweaty Pizzas. I call them sweaty when they are undercooked. It will always be hit or miss. Sometimes they will have an undercooked one right above a perfect one. A good tip is to open up the box and peek. If you do not see and browning of the cheese around the crust, you probably have a pizza that is sweaty (and thus not ready). Ask to get a different pizza. This location impressed me when they actually swapped one out for me in the past. Overall, you really cannot beat the Hot & Ready deal. It is good pizza and a great price. It costs more to buy a frozen pizza at the grocery store. Then you have to take time to cook it. I am a big fan of Little Caesars and swear up and down that you can't go wrong with this Hot & Ready deal!
