A satisfactory meal. Though I remember portion sizes being larger in Denver and in Fairfax. Service was a tad slower considering only two tables were occupied. Waitress delivered the menu and disappeared. When I ordered the Tuscan scramble, she asked me how I wanted my eggs. Considering it was a scramble, I thought whether she was asking how much the eggs should be cooked and said well done. But apparently what she meant was whether I wanted the eggs scrambled or fried.. The scramble was done perfectly with the right amount of veggies in it. After finishing the meal, had to wait another 15 minutes for the waitress to appear with the check and then swipe my card. If they can improve the speed of service and increase the portion sizes, they may attract more crowd.

Tiny and very old ihop. Pros: Directly across street from Busch gardens. Nice waitress and fast service. Cons: Needs updating and a thorough CLEANING!! Bathrooms were gross.

This is a small IHOP right across from Bush Gardens. Our waitress, Lynn, was great even though she was very busy. The only thing that detracted from our experience were the screaming kids. I wish parents would keep a little bit more control of their children, sometimes.

The waitress was friendly, but took forever to get us our food. I ordered the breakfast sampler. The pancakes were cold and the bacon was burnt. Aside from the mediocre breakfast, they were mopping the floor right next to us while we ate. The smell of chemicals while eating made me sick. Also, the men's room was out of order and the women's bathroom was disgusting!

You don't go into IHOP expecting a lot. What you might expect would be a clean restaurant, generic food and a pleasant server. This IHOP met only one of those expectations. The food was decent- just like every other IHOP. Lots of pancake options, hot coffee, and greasy hash browns. I did like the healthy option menu- I ordered a Slim omelet off the menu and it was actually pretty good. It was an egg substitute omelet with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and spinach. Our server literally looked like she hated her job, hated her life and hated us. You could FEEL it radiating off of her. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it was super noticeable. It took over 10 minutes for her to bring our drinks. I ventured to the restroom and wished I hadn't. It was disgustingly dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Gross. I told myself that they must keep the kitchen clean- I hoped anyway. The kitchen in open so maybe there is some accountability in that.

I have traveled in all 50 states, eaten in many IHOP restaurants and this particular location was a major disappointment. As I entered the door, there were about 15 people waiting for a table. The young man taking names at the cash register seemed totally bored with his job and provided no obvious customer service skills. When seated, there was a long wait for drinks and a long wait for our food. I ordered the Blueberry pancakes with blueberry sauce and whipped cream. There was hardly any blueberry sauce and it made the pancakes taste very dry. I have ordered this same selection in other IHOP locations and fully enjoyed my meal. The restaurant was very dirty on the floor and our table hand crumbs from the previous guests. The men's bathroom was like using one at a gas station....ugh. This was at 12:45PM on 12/9/2010. It was very noisy, the room temperature was uncomfortable and being a very small IHOP, it was just not the atmosphere for a relaxing lunch and I doubt that any day of the week is different due to it's location I would never return to this IHOP but I will certainly continue to eat at this chain in other locations.

I have absolutely no complaints in regards to service, our waitress was great. However the place was a mess, and the breakfast was mediocre. There's a Denny's quite close, I would definitely recommend going there instead, or the Perkins, which isn't too far away either. Every time I go to a IHOP I tend to be disappointed.

IHOP is the girlfriend that my boyfriend knows about. They find the best ways to shove as many calories into anything they can and make it awesome. Always been a fan of their food, but this location is the absolute worst I have ever been to. Geh-toe. Went here with a girlfriend of mine a couple of times and the fact that it was crowded was not the issue. The issue was that apparently IHOP doesn't seem to give a damn how loud, rude, or obnoxious any of their patrons are, they act like it's not even happening -- even though it is supposed to be a family restaurant. So, a few months later, the boyfriend and I decide to give IHOP another try together at stupid o'clock in the morning (around 5-6am) to load up on carbs and hopefully pass out after being awake all night with noisy neighbors. We're seated and we wait. And we wait, and we wait, and we wait. 20 minutes go by and we finally get a server who asks us if we have been waited on. She had passed us a good 6-7 times and saw we didn't even have menus or drinks in front of us, so it was obvious we were being ignored like ginger step-children. We are, however, this entire time blessed with the sonnets of one of the cooks nearby who had a subtle volume like Sam Kinison shouting "Shit n***a!, Fuck that!, OH HELL NAH!, Bitch, is you fer real?, I know that mothafuckah!" etc. nonstop. Was she fired on the spot for it? Nope. Was she told to knock it off? Nope. Did the manager witness this? Yup. And he didn't give a toss. I will always have love for IHOP food, but this location is complete trash and has been every time I have been to it. I hoped it would change after a few times of going there, but it had not and doesn't look like it ever will. I'm surprised I didn't get approached to buy some fake Rolex watches or a man in a purple crushed velvet suit offering me one of his "females" Never again.

Busy, busy, busy restaurant. Waitress acknowledged us an served our drinks promptly. Orders were brought out in the orders in which they were received. In out case we got the last table open so our order was last of the full place. My husband became annoyed due to the people waiting for their food started blasting their cell phones. I thought it was entertaining. Its Christmas and this IHOP is bumping. My whole grain pancakes were awesome and so were my egg whites, they gave me 6 plus egg whites, nice! My husband had the spinach mushroom omelet and it looked like he enjoyed it because it was gone. Service was efficient.
