I go to this Dunkin Doughnuts multiple times throughout the week to grab coffee before working at night. The gentleman that works the drive-through is always very nice, and does a great job making my coffee. There have been several occassions where he has offered me doughnuts left over from the day, because the store is about to close. I really like this location, at least on the hours that I visit.

This DD location is very touch and go. Sometimes they know what an "express dozen" is -- and sometimes they don't and just give me an "assorted dozen." Not the same thing. Every DD in America knows the difference, not sure whey they sometimes don't. They also tend to be out of popular donuts. I come here (drive-thru) about once a weekend. Sometimes it is great, but sometimes the service is poor. For that reason -- two stars.

I'd say they get my order right maybe 30% of the time. And 10% of the times they've gotten it wrong they've just given me someone else's order. Once or twice I can see, but if this has happened to me more than three times I can only imagine. Good news is though, when they do get it right it's a pleasant surprise!

I stopped at this DD four times in 2012 because of its convenient location. I always order the same thing at every DD around the country, large iced coffee black. My drink tastes the same everywhere I go. This DD is different. First of all, they were somewhat rude to me three of the four visits. The first three times I entered the dining area, no employee would greet or acknowledge my presence for at least 3 minutes (customarily, employees say "I'll be right with you). Each of the four times I went, I was served weak tasting coffee -- as if it was either watered down, or brewed with not enough coffee grinds. The first two times, I thought it was two successive flukes. I complained, and told them the fourth time I went that I thought the coffee tasted weird. They said it was just brewed and shoo-ed me away. So I messaged Dunkin Donuts corporate about the coffee -- I thought that the corporate offices might want to know about one store serving a product tasting far different than what's served at every other area store. A representative from corporate emailed me back, and told me that since each store was independently franchised, a manager of this store would be calling me back. So, I get a call from a man with a thick accent yelling at me that I don't know what I'm talking about with the taste of the coffee. I told him that I taste the beverage at many stores, and that his product tastes different. He proceeded to yell at me, and told me he knew who I was and what I looked like. I was somewhat bothered by his attitude, and asked him what his relationship to the store was.. is he a manager? He then (for the first time in the call) identified himself as the manager. Then he demanded that I come to the store so that he could give me free things, coffee or donuts. He demanded loudly to know when I would next be in, and I told him that I'm never coming to his store again. He hung up. Later that day, I got a voicemail from a woman with a thick accent claiming to be the manager of the store, She said in the voicemail that she does "not tolerate weak coffee or strong coffee or whatever." I never called her back. I'll never go here again.
