An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Really disappointing experience , not in a sense of food but service, burrito I ordered was rewraped 3 times by that time most of the topics were on the counter or the floor , hygine is horrible , simply don't go there

Food is okay lacks flavor. Some of the servers need education on sanitary practices. Upon ordering my food I watch a guy rub his hands on his shirts and touch his hat sweating badly and continued to use the same gloves to touch the lettuce, cheese, etc. I then proceeded to tell him you must change your gloves before serving me. He did with no problem but the fact that he did it multiple times leads me to believe it's a bad habit. Probably would not go back to this location!

I agree with the other comments that this location has serious quality issues that corporate should look into. Whoever owns this location doesn't follow the Chipotle standards. As previously mentioned, the portion sizes are erratic and the staff doesn't seem well trained on them. The mild salsa looks like canned Rotell tomatoes from the grocery store. The beef was overcooked and cut into odd shaped portions with fat visible leaving much to be desired. We will not eat at this location ever again and will stick to Chick Fil A. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to the standalone location on Westshore Blvd.

This location just opened up and the very first thing I noticed was that they will not serve you the correct portion of meat. I've eaten at several other Chipotle locations throughout Florida for years now and the location inside the International Plaza Mall will only serve you a quarter of the portion the other locations will give you. Its not just the meat but everything. If you ask them for more meat they charge you double.

Chipotle, what is going on? This location is subpar at best. bLocated in the mall food court, my husband and I were excited to get a quick bite to eat. The line was long, just like it is at any Chipotle. When we got to the front and ordered our food, I noticed something peculiar. The mild salsa looked completely different. It looked like picante sauce, not the pico de gallo style "salsa" we are accustomed to. Once we got our food and found a table, we started to dig in. We both looked at each other and said this didn't taste like Chipotle. It was lacking all flavor. My meal with swimming in liquid from the new "salsa", the corn salsa didn't have the taste of fresh cilantro and onion, and the barbacoa tasted odd. Needless to say, we will skip this stop and head over to Chick Fil A the next time we are shopping and needing to fill our bellies.

I am an avid Chipotle eater. I on average eat Chipotle 2-3 a week and almost always the food is on point. This Chipotle however is by far the worst one I've ever come across. If it were my first time going to chipotle and I went to this location first, I would never have tried Chipotle again. The food was not of Chipotles quality. The staff was a bunch of kids goofing around, talking to each other and ignoring customers. I literally had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Employees were sitting on the counters and doing other unsanitary actions. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!

This is the worst Chipotle location by far. The meat, rice and beans were lukewarm at best, and I think there's a hygiene issue as I had a belly ache a couple hours later. Yuck. I will not be returning.
