A few nights ago I went to try a restaurant next to this establishment and they were closed. Being right there I decided to try China House. I got my favorite Mongolian Beef. Some places make it way too hot and spicy. Some places the meat tastes like it has been boiled and the meat itself has no real flavor. Seldom do I find good meat with flavor and not a chewy texture. I got an enormous portion and the standard white rice, that was well cooked and not sticky. This dish is served with a lot of green onions and I had plenty of those also. The flavor profile was spicy, but not to the point of scorching my mouth,( which other places have literally done), overall an excellent dish. This is a dish that I am quite picky about, so it was a pleasant surprise when it all came together so nicely. I have enough left for 1 huge meal or 2 smaller meals. Their prices are good, it is clean, staff is friendly and prices are good. I am a happy camper and look forward to returning to try other dishes. I love Chinese appetizers and I bet China House will also excel with these. Why can't these restaurants add some brown rice? Just a suggestion. I love so many dishes that come with rice and I way prefer brown over white, I'll pay a bit more if that is what it takes. Oh, I can't forget it included a fortune cookie and I got quite the nice fortune, LOL. What's a girl to do? Brown rice is just better for you and healthier than white rice, just a personal preference.

This place is horrible I watched them microwave all our food in the plastic containers and handle trash while cooking and handling food I didn't even eat the food I ordered I suggest you don't go here
