Worst food ever. Manager refused to replace bad food and offered a discount on future order. Ordered subs and fries cheesesteak was soggy feeling and had a mayo like substance on it. The fries had a fishy smell and were cold and my Gyro had 3 small pieces of meet and drowned in a thin white sauce that was no Taziki. This was ordered through my pizza.com and they urged the manager to replace but he refused. This is after it showing up twice as long as promised for delivery. They need to fire manger and redo menu. I gave them an opportunity to make it right and was refused.

Found a flier on my mailbox after I came home from shopping and decided to give them a shot. They're a small operation so my expectations were low. I ordered a meatlovers pizza and was surprised how quickly they got to me. They said that it would take 40-50 minutes, which seems to be a going trend, even with the big chains, but they were at my door in about 30, which was impressive since they are on 301/Adamo and I'm off Heather Lakes. The pizza was crispy, the sauce was thick, and I feel like there was too much meat on my meatlovers, if that makes sense. The customer service was great. The delivery driver was friendly and even asked how my day was. There was a different vibe from this place that I've never picked up from the big chains. I'll be ordering from them again real soon.

Aweful! Flyer in my hotel room and ordered seafood pizza and a meatball and cheese calzone. Ordered no sauce in the calzone.. order came and sauce was in the calzone and the pizza was like cardboard. The "seafood" on the pizza was supposed to be shrimp and crab. The shrimp were the itsy bitsy shrimps the size of a dime and the crab was the imitation crap... NOT crab as advertised. I counted 29 on the extra large pizza - again, they are the size of a DIME. The "crab" was just over a heaping tablespoon... again, this is an extra large pizza. I call them immediately so the driver could turn around come back and get the food and reimburse me. The girl told me she would have to get her manager and that she knows she wrote down on the calzone no sauce. A guy named Mario picked up the phone and said he's sorry he made the food he'll bring me another calzone. I said no thank you you ruined my dinner plus the pizza is absolutely awful; it's dry and there's no seafood on it and I'm not paying $20 for a piece of cardboard. He said "Too bad, I'm in charge of the food and I'll give you a partial refund but you're not getting fully refunded just because you don't like the food". I told him to come back and get his food I don't want it this is not meeting my expectations in any way and he hung up on me. I called back Mario answered and I said I want a refund he said I'm not getting one and hung up again. Will be writing the BBB, consumer affairs and whoever else I need to.

After waiting 1:50 mins I wanted to write the worst review in the world. But when I tasted the food, it is so incredibly awesome! The food is hot, it tastes excellent and is really great. The 3 stars are only because of the waiting time.. it was way to long

I only gave them one star because Yelp wouldn't let me post otherwise. They deserve nothing after what they put me through. And by the looks of other reviews , I am NOT the only one. HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ! ! The worst service I have ever received in my whole 53 years! On June 30th my husband and I ordered sandwiches and dessert, one piece of chocolate cake and one piece of tiramisu. 2 pieces of chocolate cake came. I called and spoke with a woman who said she was the manager and called me sweetie a lot. She said she was sorry that they were out of tiramisu and just sent the chocolate cake instead. She was very apologetic and said she would do whatever I wanted give me my money back or send me out a piece of cake on another order. I told her I will just take a piece of cake on another order. She promised to remember me that she's always there and all I have to do is tell her my name. Fast forward to July 3rd obviously only a few days later. Their food was good and I was preparing the 4th of July meal for 14 people, so my husband phoned in an order for him our daughter and myself. He reminded the girl on the phone of the tiramisu that was supposed to be replaced and she denied ever knowing about it , and that there are no female managers there. He decided to drop that issue and ordered a veggie calzone with white sauce and jalapeno poppers. He reminded the order taker twice about the white sauce, I know because I was standing right in front of him telling him to remind them! lol Wouldn't you know the calzone came with red sauce on it!!! And the jalapeno poppers were mushy an undercooked. I called back and spoke with someone named Sydney. When I told her my order was wrong that it has red sauce on it instead of white she asked: "why I couldn't have red sauce, everybody has red sauce on it! That's the way we make it here." I couldn't believe my ears, why should I have to explain what I eat or how I eat it? I told her it shouldn't matter how others eat it, it's how I eat it and it's how it was ordered. She said my husband never asked for white sauce! I told her he did and my daughter and myself heard him plainly say twice white sauce on the veggie calzone! I couldn't believe we were actually arguing on the phone! I asked her why is she insisting on being right instead of saying I am sorry we got your order wrong and offer to send a new one out? She said that they were short staffed and there was nothing she could do about it but maybe refund me a couple of dollars the following day, but I have to come get it! Until then eat the one they sent me. I told her I can't eat it, and I won't eat it, they should bring my money back and I'll give them the calzone back. She refused. I asked for a manager she said he wasn't in, when I asked when he would be back she said in a few minutes. I called back a total of 11 times between 9 and 11 o'clock, he was never there and he was always "out" delivering. I told Sydney is long as she picked up the phone the manager would never be there. She called me back one time and said she spoke with the manager and he said to give me a full refund the following day. I told her no and that I want to speak with him concerning her behavior. She kept patranizing me by calling me sweetie even when I told her to stop. She was very condescending and very sarcastic. I believed she knew she would be in trouble. About the fifth call in she offered to have a new calzone made and send it out, I refused and told her they would probably spit it and she laughed. I desided to stop the calls for my own sanity and wait until Monday to speak with the manager, when I assumed he would be there. The first calls were answered by a male "Chris" when I asked for the manager he was very short with me and hung up on me .... twice. I finally reached him (Mario) at 5 o'clock on Monday the 6th of July. I explained to him what happened to Saturday night, and that his employee Sydney was especially rude. He said that he will deal with her (I don't belive he will, probably a relative) and I could come and get my money back. I again I ask why should I have to drive there? I tipped the first driver 10.00 on a 40.00 order and 15.00 to the second driver on a 50.00 order, I have arthritis in my legs and can't get around well. He told me that he was heading out for deliveries and he would bring it by. After two and a half hours of waiting he never showed up. But by time my husband got home he picked up the calzone and the jalapeno poppers and took them to Italian Express himself and got our $20 back. I would highly recommend that NOBODY purchase anything from them! They're all rude, nasty, and mean! They have no regard for customers and like to argue with you. I think they actually believe that they are the Mafia! They make what they want and you better not give'm lip! #Forgetaboutit!!!!

This restaurant is by far the worst restaurant in the area. I ordered a. Veggie Calzone for delivery. I was told it would take 45 minutes to and hour. I waited for over one hour until it was delivered to me. When I inspected the calzone I noticed Black Olives in it. The ingredients are cheese, onions, green peppers, tomatoes mushrooms and garlic. I asked them to leave out the tomatoes and onions. Instead they added black olives. I called to complained. I was told it will take another our for another on to come here. I spoke with the owner and we got into an argument over it and he told me to bring it in and he will refund my money even after I told him I don't have a vehicle. He told me never to call again. I called back repeatedly asking for my money and he finally said he will send his driver back with my money. I am still waiting. This place is the biggest con in town. Don't waste your time or money. They don't stand behind their product.

This place is pretty awesome, if you ask me. The prices are very reasonable, and I always get my food fast and hot, even when I order delivery. They also have daily lunch specials where you can get 2 pieces of pizza and a soda for under $5, which is really cool. The pizza tastes pretty good, if you ask me, and their baked pastas are fantastic. I don't know what all the complaints are about, but all I can say, is don't let it dissuade you from going here. It's surprisingly good!
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
