I have to say I was petty disappointed with the look of this place on this inside. I haven't been to many Boston markets but this one was a little dirty and had a weird fast food vibe to it. Idk if it was just a busy day or what but the customer service could have been a little better. The servers were kinda everywhere and not really serving. And idk what there policy is but everyone was using their bear hands. The redeeming factor here is there food. It's not all that bad. There chicken is great. There pot pie is awesome. Their sides are pretty tasty too. Because of how it felt inside we took our order to go and enjoyed it elsewhere. But if we had to eat inside this place would be getting two stars. All in all I'll order food from here, but I won't eat it here.

I don't know what's wrong with the Tampa Bay Boston Markets. This one always does something wrong when I roll through the drive thru. Once I came home to find raw chicken in my bag. This time I ordered a side and an extra side of Sweet Potato casserole. I never ordered the mac n cheese, but in the place of sweet potato casserole, mac n cheese is what I got. Why not tell me you ran out? Why have me go home to disappointment? I just don't get it. This is a franchise with specifics! Get it right!

As far as BM goes, this one is pretty standard. My go to items are the mac n cheese, squash casserole and their chicken noodle soup (which if you dine in, you get free refills-score)

My favorite chicken place in Tampa. I love getting the chicken bowl with mashed potatoes and gravy. So good! I wish they would build a location in Washington state. I would go there all the time!

Very friendly staff and very fresh food. Sometimes at Boston Markets the food may look like it's been sitting there awhile, but it always looks and tastes freshly made at this location. I'll be here often!

I love fast food. I love junk food. I love Jamaican meat pies from 7-Eleven. I even like those egg salad sandwhiches you get out of vending machines (yikes!). Boston Market is several notches above all this. Its actually a notch above Taco Bell and Burger King. In my opinion. What makes Boston Market is its wide selection of yummy sides. Their mashed potatoes are my favorite of any fast food restaurant. No, they are not up to the quality of Charley's, but they are cheaper, more convenient to buy, and they are goooooooood. I order them without gravy. Their mashed sweet potatoes are also one of my faves. They are sweet and creamy, not at all fast food like. To be honest I am not a fan of their chicken. Remember when they were called Boston Chicken? Their meatloaf, on the other hand, paves the road to food heaven. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and there is no egg salad sandwich vending machine handy. I come to my senses and decide to eat a little healthier but still fast. Boston Market is a good spot. I'm a fan.

Quick service with a smile. Good food. We placed an online order. Within minutes, I got a phone call from someone from Boston Market, alerting me that they were out of one of the sides I wanted. He was very polite and professional. He apologized and asked what I would like in place of my chosen side. When I got to the restaurant to pick up dinner, he apologized again. Because of the phone call, there were no delays -- everything was ready to go. All I had to do was pay and head home. Taking the time to make the phone call and not waiting for me to walk in made all the difference. It didn't matter that they were out of something -- they were proactive! I appreciate the customer service and would not hesitate to continue to visit this Boston Market location.

I like Boston Market... I like their chicken and I love the pot pies... The staff at this BM is very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that caught me unaware: As I was checking out the cashier gave me a cup for my soda and then came out to bring my food to the place that I wanted to sit. If I got my soda first, she doesn't know where to go. If I go with her and show her where I want to sit, my plate of food sits on the table alone and unguarded while I have to go back and get my soda and straw and napkins... Please, wait and let me get my soda first!

I've been going to Boston Market for years but this location takes the cake. I go here often for a quick lunch on my break, or when I'm craving a home-cooked meal. The service is wonderful and everyone you speak to is working with a smile. The manager who I've spoken to on a few occasions, is very passionate about the company and makes a point to be on the floor assisting staff during peak hours. They have a convenient drive-thru at this location as well. Prices are fair, portion sizes are great. Everything tastes fresh-made and delicious. A real winner among boring, greasy fast food in the area.
