The pizza was good but I can do without the burnt crust. The thing that got me was that they have no fountain drinks or ice tea brewing machines! Who serves only bottled soft drinks and bottled ice tea this day and age? For $2.75 per drink I expect a refill or two. Especially in Florida in the summer. If your kids drink like mine, you might as well go to a steakhouse with free refills and skip the pizza. Won't go back.

If you love well done pizza as I do DON'T MISS THIS RESTAURANT. It's wonderful. I love the decor and the food. I also have tried other thing on the menu but the pizza is a must.

Just went there yesterday for the first time. The traditional pizza was pretty good, but the crust was a bit burnt for me - as in the edge of the crust. It was fine where toppings and sauce accompanied the crust, but the edges just tasted like burnt and so for once I didn't eat the crust. It's a nice restaurant and it's interesting how they explain how the ovens work as such. I think I am just spoiled because I've been to Cristino's in Clearwater and prefer their pizza.

Love the pizza. My boyfriend loves the wings-- they come with all this juicy looking stuff on them... Onions? Nevertheless, the restaurant is cuter than you'd expect sitting in the back of a strip mall. The wine choices could be improved and the salad was non-memorable, but the pizza is hot and crispy, just how I like it. The regular cheese is delish but the meatball w/ricotta takes the cake. I'm not a fan of anything on my pizza so i get half without meatball and can then just take in the cheesy ricotta goodness. Overall, a yummy pizza place that I've gone back to time and time again.

Went there a little over a year ago and just recently went back to try their stuff again. Never forgot how yummy my 1st visit there was and the quality didn't miss a beat. I enjoyed myself with the nice venue and kind service. The food itself was delicious. Now note, their pizza is PURPOSELY burnt at the bottom so for those that are picky on that side, I don't recommend this little shop. The cost is a little up there I have to admit so unless you have the means, I wouldn't want to come here every week because it would hurt my wallet very badly! ;) Better ingrediants, Better pizza, Papa Anthonys lol

This Place rocks! I've been back a couple times and I must say that if you're not in the mood for pizza try the eggplant Parmesan appetizer. First of all it's not an appetizer size, definitely a full dinner portion and some of the best I've had! If you're on the fence about trying this place, get off the fence and go and have a great simple, inexpensive night out.

I am actually wanting to review the new location that opened in Brandon, Fl but since it's not up yet I will review this one as it is the same chain. My husband and I eat pizza in Brooklyn at least once a year (I am from New York) and have never been able to find anything that tasted remotely like the coal oven or brick oven pizzas we love up there until now. We LOVED this pizza - especially the Eggplant Marino. The only thing missing was a little fresh garlic, other than that - we could have been sitting in Brooklyn if we closed our eyes (and shoved the tables closer together, removed one bathroom, and had to wait outside in the cold for 45 minutes!). LOVE IT!!!

Amazing food! You can actually taste each individual component of the dish! Highly recommend this place!

Have been looking and looking for a good pizza place. Found a great one. We had the Italian Salad to start and the the "Paul and Young Ron", a traditional with sausage, pepperoni, onions and mushrooms and a "1/2 White-1/2 Eggplant". Thin crust, well done but no burnt taste...AWESOME. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR PIZZA!!!!

Very simply the BEST pizza you'll find anywhere. I've been eating here for over a year - it's the only pizza I can eat now. Anthony's has truly spoiled me. Oh, and try the tuna sandwich for a change of pace once in awhile. It doesn't get any better than this.

I love their pizza. The dining room is a little small but the pizza is the best around. The ricotta cheese is a nice touch

I went to Anthony's last night for takeout. First of all, the pizza is fantastic. First rate ingredients and some very innovative and tasty combinations - try the Paul and Young Ron - meatball, sausage, peppers and ricotta. I doubt you'll find this on any other menu but it was outstanding. The staff was also very helpful!

Quality pizza in Tampa? I tried to veto my friends proposal that we stop in this place for pizza after my plane landed. I've had pizza in New York, New Haven, Boston, Providence, Jersey, and Philly and like to think that you really can't find any quality pizza south of here. He was driving so my veto attempt didn't have much juice. I can honestly say that the pizza was terrific. It ranked right up there with some of the best pizza I've had. It still suffered from somewhat of a chain restaurant feel to it (I've since learned they have a few other locations so that should explain it) but I'm actually looking forward to going back on my next trip.

awesome food. the pizza is out of this world. they are cooked in a real cole fired oven. The outside of the crust looks a little burnt but don't worry, this actually ensures that the pizza is cooked correctlly... DOn't pass on the wings. They too are cooked in the coal oven and taste great. No frying, they are like baked wings

First visit here and I must say it was delicious! Plenty of different items to choose from like sandwiches salads wings pizza etc... It being my first visit I decide to try their pizza. I had Italian sausage with mushroom and I must say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The whole staff at this location were very friendly as well. They do have a few tv's inside along with a nice bar area. There is also some outdoor seating that's pretty nice. One thing I must say is this restaurant was extremely clean inside. You can tell the staff here do a very good job at keeping things clean. another thing I thought was really cool is the different pictures on the wall gives the place a unique look. They play a variety of music inside witch gives the place a really cool vibe. All in all just a really nice spot and I will definitely be going back. When your in the mood for some really good pizza don't go to Pizza Hut or some other chain. Give this place a try you'll be happy you did.

Got the meatball and ricotta pizza to go. It was made quickly and the service was fast and friendly. Didn't stay inside to eat but the atmosphere was lively but chain-generic. One large pizza is over $21 - I have to take a star off for that - I don't care if you cook the pizzas on the moon and have to space shuttle them down you'd have to work hard to justify that kind of price. This pizza is pretty decent but it's not amazing. There were lots of meatballs, although I thought they were a bit dry - either too much parmesan or breadcrumbs or both. The sauce was good although there could have been more of it. There were entire bites of the pizza without sauce or toppings. The coal fired crust has a nice taste to it and there were maybe one or two bites of crust I didn't have because it was burnt but I expected that. I had a good experience and the food was a little better than average. Based on the price I'm not likely to go back very often.

Wow! No microwaves freezers or fryers can you say fresh?! We had the pizza which was u real in the 800 degree coal oven. We advised we were new to the place so the brought us a free wing app to try which was awesome. Fantastic service great food and atmosphere. Solid!

When's the last time you sat at a bar in a restaurant and were offered food samples during Happy Hour? I don't think I've ever had this happen in Tampa Bay, until this Anthony's location did it on Tuesday. Tuesdays are generally one of my favorite days if I have an Anthony's craving, since they do half-price drafts and carry Peroni...but now they throw around some free food too? Considering all the delicious options I've enjoyed at any Anthony's over the years (Pizza, Eggplant Marino, that hot roast beef sandwich, meatballs, wings), it has always been a sure thing to me. Now that I've met Dara who manages this location and Jackie who tends bar, it will be tough to keep me out of here on Tuesdays for multiple reasons. In a previous post about Side Splitters, I openly questioned why anyone attending a comedy show would order food there. Considering Anthony's is about 102 steps from the front door, that makes it a no-brainer in terms of having a quality dinner from an actual restaurant before or after someone like Gary Valentine mails in another set to pay his bar tab.

Oh shit y'all. Hooooooow have I missed this place for SO. MANY. YEARS?!? In one fell swoop it has usurped them all for the Best Pizza in Tampa Bay belt. The crust is thin and crispy and so good that I actually eat the crust. I EAT THE CRUST. I don't think you understand. I have never eaten a pizza crust in my 25 years (okay okay okay, give or take a few years) of life. I made that crust my bitch. RIP pizza crust. Can't wait to devour your family. We got the foccacia to start. Bomb. I got their traditional pizza (bomb) with mushrooms (bomb) and arugula (meh, I was feeling adventurous) and extra pizza sauce (bomb) on the side. The pizza sauce is soooo good. Rich, deep tomato flavor. Not sweet, not too many spices, not too tangy. Just perfect. The cheese is awesome, and I can't tell you how many times I've been pissed off by rubbery pizza cheese, both in flavor and texture. This cheese has a delightfully salty flavor, not too greasy, and perfectly stringy and melty. Basically, they knocked it out of the park. Nothing beats a coal fired pizza. Mmmm, char.

This may be the first time that I'm genuinely surprised by the ratings a restaurant has. Maybe we went when there was a new cook or something? My boyfriend's favorite food is pizza, and coal fired tops the list for him around here (Giordano's deep dish is sorely missed though!). We were excited to finally try this place, but have decided never to return. It was clean. The atmosphere inside and the service was nothing special. No complaints there. He ordered 1/2 pepperoni pizza, and 1/2 white pizza. I ordered the eggplant marino. We found it to be very bland, especially the white pizza, which no one wanted to eat. The eggplant marino was the best of the 3, but not something I want to have again. The crust was charred more than any other coal fired crust I've come across. I wasn't a fan, but it was edible.

As a pizza fanatic I am attempting to try all the yummy pizza places in Tampa -- while I have a long way to go meeting that goal -- it has been fun thus far chipping away at all these yummy pizza restaurants. Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza has been bookmarked way too long. We headed here on a Saturday night at dinner -- please take note -- trying to find a parking spot on the weekend is a pain in the butt. Upon entering Anthony's we noticed it was super dark -- I thought my eyes needed to adjust but it is just not very well lighted. We were seated promptly, but it was so dark we had to use our cell phones to see the menu. The waitress explained to us that the dough is made fresh daily, they use imported Italian plum tomatoes in their sauce and the chicken wings are never frozen -- impressed they use all fresh ingredients. We kept things simple and ordered a large 16" traditional cheese pizza to share -- my daughter chose the small order of pork ribs (six) with vinegar poppers. I am not keen at all on their drink options -- having to purchase plastic bottles of soda, sweet tea or lemonade stinks and not cheap either. One 20 ounce bottle of Mr. Pibb is $2.79 (that adds up quickly -- my son is 6' 6" and can put away some beverages). Next time we will definitely ask for water to quench our thirst. Our pizza was absolutely delicious. Thin crust that is very well done (actually burned on the edges). We loved it. My daughters ribs were very tender and tasty ( ribs cooked in garlic, rosemary, spicy vinegar peppers and white wine). Anthony's does offer a variety of pizzas, wings, salads, sandwiches and ribs. They have a daily lunch special served from 11:30 am to 3 pm daily. Check out their website for locations, hours of operations, menu and lunch specials. acfp.com The pizza is so good we will be back -- now I know to get here early for better parking and sit near a window for lighting. All in all the pizza was so yummy this place gets Four Stars.

Never had a bad meal here. They have amazing wings! The pizza is all cooked in a coal fired oven leaving it nice and crispy. Super tasty and authentic New York style. They also have a nice selection of craft beers. Usually have pretty good service. One night we didn't have the greatest waitress, but it also was super busy so we didn't dwell on it. Overall, a good, quick place to go for really good food.

I love this place!! Best crust, with just the right amount of burn! You don't get this anywhere else as I don't think any other ovens can get as hot. We usually get just a large cheese and pepperoni (and wings). But today, wanted something different! We ordered the Eggplant Marino (not marinara, as I keep wanting to say), named for NFL hall of famer Dan Marino, who is a business partner. OMG! This pizza was delicious. I should have taken a picture! Nice thin crust (burnt just the right amount), a layer of eggplant, and tons of tomatoes! It was sooo good!! :) Will definitely order it again!!

No doubt, absolutely the best thin crust pizza in Florida. What flavor! And don't forget the chicken wings, these wings are the best I've ever had. Try Anthony's and you'll be hooked too! Super nice people work there too.

Great pizza. Toppings are incredible. The only pizza joint in Florida that comes close to what you get up north. Manager is always on the floor greeting tables. Staff friendly. Good craft beer selection.

The pizza is excellent . I recommend the meatball & ricotta pizza. Everything is good on the menu, but please note : no fountain drinks (bottled only). I've had everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The cheesecake for dessert is flown in from NY and it's great !!

I enjoy eating at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. I would say that of all the wood/coal fired pizza places around town that Anthony's is my favorite. Because the pizza is cooked at such a high temperature the cooking time is really short and you usually get your food relatively quickly. The dough is thin and chewy and they offer some unusual choices for toppings, such as broccoli rabe. The quality isn't always consistent. I've had slices of my pizza that were so burnt on the edges that I couldn't eat the crust. I've also had some slices that were dry because there wasn't enough sauce on them. That hasn't happened often though and when their pizza is prepared properly it is delicious. The sauce they use is excellent. Besides pizza they also have salads, sandwiches, chicken wings, and calzones. I've never seen a sit-down restaurant that only serves sodas from plastic bottles. I wish that they just served fountain drinks. Besides the fact that I like fountain drinks better, the current method seems pretty wasteful.

Great pizza. Awesome wings. Service varies from outsanding to decent. Their happy hour is a little weird its only certain days of the week like its on monday and tuesday but not wednesday then on again friday. Don't quote me as I'm not sure of the days exactly and of course the website doesn't tell you. But overall good experience.

This place is great. Everyone raves about their chicken wings, I personally am not a fan. Don't get me wrong they are good though. I say stick with the meatballs you can not go wrong with them and the pizza is fantastic. I have not had any of the other food but I'm sure it would be great.

This place shattered my hopes of really good pizza in the heart of Carrollwood in the same plaza where Windy City pizza once reigned. 2 visits and I drive to Grimaldis in Citrus Park mall to get a GOOD coal fired pizza. Anthony's does take pride apparently in burning their crust. I like a well done coal fired pizza with fresh toppings but I do not like my pizza tasteing like coal. I suspect that they rarely clean their oven & therefore acquire's that coal taste after a day or so. If you were one that received coal in your stocking at Christmas & acquired a taste for it , this maybe YOUR place! Bring your own drink or pay their inflated price for bottled soda & tea, no refills of course. If you really love char bring your credit cards as this place is not cheap and stop on by. If you are just looking for a good coal fired pizza head west to Grimaldi's. Oh by the way you may want to give Grimaldi's a call to make sure they can have a pizza ready for you, they shut down their ovens daily late afternoon to CLEAN them & they take some time to fire back up.

Crispy thin crust, fresh toppings, homemade sauce and lots of cheese. They have mastered the fineine between a burnt crust and an extra crispy crust. Perfect pizza! Recently tried the eggplant parmesan. Crispy eggplant piled high, with delish sauce and combinations of cheeses. More than enough to take home. Remember to get there early, they fill up fast & you don't want to be waiting and having to smell all the mouth watering items cooking in the kitchen.

I don't eat much pizza, but loved the thin crust, coal-fired pizza at Anthony's. We had the cheese pizza with basil and it was really, really good. Two people in our party had the wings with caramelized onion and raved about the grilled flavor. I opted for a side-salad.

Husband ordered food for carry out, after my aunt raved about the pizza. We had a cauliflower pizza, a small pizza with black olives, which were not pitied and our youngest son almost choke on it. My son had one of the sandwiches, and I ordered the calzone. The calzone's pastry was burned, not coal fire burned, but burned. Inside of it, there was so much cheese, that it was impossible to eat it. In the center of the ball of cheese, there were a few spinach leaves, and ricotta cheese. The cheese wasn't seasoned at all, so the taste was really not nice. The calzone came with a side order of tomato sauce, which is nothing more than tinned tomatoes with a few herbs and salt. It was absolutely disgusting. We also ordered cheesecake which was just as bad as everything else. I really have no idea why this restaurant has so many good reviews, especially when this place is ridiculously expensive. $90 for a carry out order, no thank you. We're never ordering from this restaurant again.

This place is overrated. The atmosphere is good and the service was good, but the food is not. The famous meatballs were too bready, and did not have much of a taste. I have had a lot of meatballs in my time, and these are subpar, though not terrible. We had the pizza that had ricotta on it, thought this would be good, but it was not. Not close to enough mozerella on this pizza, and the vegetable were too large, I dont want to eat half a bell pepper on my slice. All in all, stars are for service and atmosphere, not food.

Located at North Dale Mabry and Fletcher, the restaurant is friendly and warm. The seating is all tables and there is plenty of room for them to combine tables for larger groups and not feel crowded. All of our servers were excellent and provided very helpful suggestions. We tried the Focaccia bread with sauce appetizer which was very good with fresh, spicy red sauce. Their salads come regular or family size. The Family size is plentiful and loaded with toppings. Portion wise, it fserved 6 of us as side salads with extra left over. We had two large 18" pizzas and took half of one home because they are so large! The crust is thin and good but can have sort of burnt edges because of the coal fired cooking - it was very good, but I think that is important to know as everyone has different preferences. The restaurant will split styles which is great - we tried 1/2 Philly Cheesesteak and 1/2 Meatball and Riccotta. The latter was very popular, the former had a few too many onions for us, but it was a Philly Cheesesteak and we should have expected it, others will love it because the toppings are loaded up! The cheese pizza was consistently popular and good. They do have wine by the glass, the pours are a little light, but it was good. This is a good neighborhood place to grab dinner with friends and family and worth the visit!

Eggplant Marino is very good as are the weird wings with bread and grilled onions, definitely unique. A good wine selection and great service. Atmosphere is lacking as music is too loud and spec is just a big rectangle with hard seat chairs.

Update - went back again. Pizza was amazing, again. But this time we had some leftovers and our server actually stacked our slices in a box with wax paper between each slice so the cheese didn't stick to the crust. Who is considerate enough to do this?? Talk about bad ass, top of the line service. I love this place!
(5)
Jenny S.
I don't know how people likes this place, First of all the pizza is not that good, it's ok but not that good. If you compare to Pizza Hut or Dominos then it's good but for the price you're paying it is not worth it. Second of all, there's no refills. You're already paying so much but they still offer you no refills.

OMG.. They have the BEST chicken wings that I have ever had! The pizza was so delicious! Excellent service and as we were sitting at the bar waiting for our table a gal sitting there was recommending things to order.. This place was fantastic and I will back!

A pretty cool chain that doesn't act like one.... this place limits the menu and doesn't deliver... why? Because they can! They have a loyal following of Floridians who know that some places don't need to add anything more than crispy pizzas (burnt as they like to say), grilled wings with onions, and a couple salads to complete their menu. They have a nice weeknight happy hour as well. The location in Carrollwood is in a great plaza that has quarterly festivals and Anthony's donated wings and a drink at the Halloween event. It is a great place for families or date night with a small bar and a few tvs quietly throughout the open space. The outdoor seating is nice by the awkwardly bright blue fountains of the plaza. Although the pizza prices are a little high they make up for it with the amazing flavors and crispness. Our favorite is the ricotta and meatball pie! If you go for lunchtime with 2 people go ahead and split a larger pie vs. having an individual one- it is a better deal. Enjoy!

Food was bland. Not sure if all these other reviews disagree because their authors are local and don't know any better, or because we happened to go on an off day. No ranch dressing? Don't you serve salad here? I think the waiter knew I wanted to dip my chicken wings in it and was appalled, and therefore told a little white lie. In fact, our waiter seemed generally inconvenienced by us the entire evening. Yes we were the only ones sitting outside, but we had two kids and were trying to be considerate of other guests. Speaking of, there was no changing table in the restroom. Message received: Not Kid Friendly. That's cool. I didn't like the overpriced bland food anyway.

This was a night to forget. Thursday date night and my wife was having a Pizza craving. Despite the spotty reviews we chose Anthony's - hoping to find a reliable pizza place close to home. Ordered a salad, wings and a pizza. The salad was lacking creativity, but not offensive, the wings arrived an and were abominable. They were scorched, desiccated, and clearly left over from an earlier meal period. We chose not to stay for a pizza, fearing a repeat of the appetizer. Diner beware

Their service is about average and they have good beers on tap. Here are the items that I've had a chance to try: Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced Tomato & Basil Pizza This is the Pizza to get, hands down. Not too much sauce. full of flavors, and the serve it with balsamic vinaigrette, which makes for a flavor burst of pairing. Roasted Cauliflower Pizza Horrible. It was a giant slab of oily, tasteless thick like a brick food. Roasted Chicken wings The wings are good and the caramelized onions that come with them make them great. Focaccia bread Meh, stiff flavorless bread that wasn't even a very fulfilling appetizer. Overall, I'd come here for the Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced Tomato & Basil Pizza and beer with friends.

They tell u the pizza will b well done, that's their "thing". Mk, but its disgusting. Something's wrong with the crust. Its dry, edges r black, and absolutely can't reheat because its already burnt. They have no soda fountain, so... No refills plus adding thousands of plastic bottles to the earth. Not good for mother earth. I've been there twice, won't b back.

I had high hopes for this place. I had heard good things and had meaning to try it for a while, and my girlfriend and I just moved right up the street and we needed a good pizza place for when we are not feeling like cooking. She is a vegetarian so we decided to try the cauliflower pizza because it sounded interesting and new. We got it and were sorely disappointed. The cauliflower pieces were massive, almost too big to fit in your mouth. The pizza crust was nice and crispy on the outside, but soggy in the middle. The worst part was that the pizza was unbelievably salty. It was almost uneatable. We payed something like 24 dollars for the pizza, and we ended up throwing half of it away. Maybe their other pizzas are better, but considering how awful this one was, I doubt I will be able to convince my girlfriend to return. They should consider removing this atrocity from the menu, or some how make it edible if they want to retain customers, because they lost our future business.

This place was recommended to us over a year ago and now I am kicking myself that we didn't go sooner! We had the wings and loved the caramelized onions and focaccia bread that accompany the wings. We also had the lunch size specialty pizza and loved it. If you go on a Mon or Tues they have half off craft beers. $3 for a great beer? yes please! We will be back and I can't wait to try the cauliflower pizza! Also, the entire staff was super helpful and really nice. They made us feel like regulars on our first visit!!

Within walking distance and I never go there any longer. I'm not sure why. Probably because I've found better pizza and also got a lot healthier so I'll only eat fabulous pizza now. Theirs is a little too "well done" for me. Their chicken wings should be tried if you go there. I recall it being very crowded on weekend nights. No desire to go there again but I used to get their pizza half meatball and half eggplant. If no place to sit, try the bar. Fun spot to eat.

Pizza and wings are pretty good, however I will say if you are there for a pick up make sure you lock your car doors. I went there to pick up my pizza and I noticed 3 guys wearing t-shirts empting the garbage... on the drive home I saw that my USB lighter charger and some spare change had been taken. I had been using the charger on my way to Anthony's and I was in and out fast enough that the same song was playing on the radio and the guys were walking back in as I left. I did call the manager , however; he assured me that his guys wouldn't do it since someone is always watching... it's was a Sunday evening and there was no foot traffic. Pick ups beware.

One of my favorite pizza places in Tampa. The coal fired pizza is ALWAYS delicious. I think their chicken wings are really different and really good! We come here often and it's always consistent. The pizza is definitely well-done with a nice coal fired taste. Love it here. It's always clean, the staff is always nice and it's always a good meal!

I love this crust! We usually get the pepperoni, mushroom, italian sausage and onion pizza.. Also the tomato basil no sauce pizza. I didn't use to like pizza but now I love it...especially these.

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza and Metromix hosted a Tweetup a few weeks back and it was a chill and fun networking event with plenty of food tastings. I was one of the first 7 people to arrive so I received a goodie bag filled with swag, including a Metromix and Anthony's Coal Fired t-shirt. They had four pizza types available in addition to wings, salad, and meatballs provided to tweeters for free. It's great to see restaurants empowering themselves using social media today. Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza received input from a health and fitness blogger and organized the event in conjunction with local area site Metromix. There were a few things I would have liked to see at the event, including some name tags and free Wi-Fi, just to enhance the networking aspect of the event. Regardless, it says something about a restaurant to take the initiative to invite people to come and critique their food for free. My personal favorite was the "fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, and basil" with no sauce. Normally I don't enjoy pizza without tomato sauce, but this pizza tasted as fresh as its name and wasn't heavy or greasy. Although I do enjoy greasy pizzas at times, I don't like the stomachache I get later that day, and the food at Anthony's left me feeling great. The pizza had a thin crust and was cooked just right. My second favorite that I sampled was their pepperoni pizza. A small specialty pie at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is normally $16.25 and a large specialty pie is normally $19.25. I became full after my second slice with some of the salad and meatballs on the side. While perhaps not the cheapest pizza around, it did taste good and was a good change from your usual pizza chains. In other words, I wouldn't mind spending the money for a pizza like this. Believe it or not, but some restaurants would rather keep the social media away from their place because they fear bad buzz (a sign there might be something wrong with their dining experience). Metromix raffles off all kinds of prizes and I happened to win a set of blu-ray DVDs! Thanks for the fun times Anthony's! I'll be trying their Cauliflower Pizza at the location in Brandon on Wednesday :)

Food is excellent! Some of the best pizza in town, though still not sure who has the best in Tampa. Wings are awesome too. Baked but delicious. Customer service here is awesome! They were so kind, respectful and professional like all service industry representatives should be. It was raining outside the second time I went and the manager and wait staff were walking new customers and people who just ate to their cars. Haven't seen another restaurant ever do this before, not even fancy steakhouses. Was very impressed and complimented the staff. I had to give them a five star because of the service. Well deserved.

Worst pizza that my husband and I have ever eaten! Well done pizza is advertised but charred? Very salty. Although, server was excellent!

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is known for their NY style "well done" pizzas. During my visit our table ordered the large traditional pie (aka: Margherita pizza). The sauce was perfectly seasoned and the pizza contained lots of ooey gooey cheese. I liked the flavor from the coal oven, but why does the restaurant have to burn the crust to the point that you can't eat it?! I've had coal oven pizza elsewhere and the restaurants manage to produce a crispy crust with lots of bubbly brown bubbled pockets without the charcoal black crust. Obviously the restaurant has gotten tons of complaints on the burnt crust because the first thing our waitress said to us when we ordered our pizza was that the restaurant cooks the pizzas at 900 degrees and that the crust may come out burnt. Instead of explaining to me how you are going to burn my pizza have the kitchen figure out how NOT to burn my pizza please! Anyways, back to the positive points of Anthony's: The restaurant has an impressive beer selection, including $1.50 Peronis on Monday and Tuesday. The restaurant has a great bar, but it seems to attract a lot of families with young children so I would not consider this a spot for happy hour. Overall good pizza, but minus one star for the layer of charcoal on the crust.

A surprisingly good pizza restaurant located in the heart of Carrollwood, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is known for their thin-crust, crispy pizzas, fresh salads, sandwiches, Italian favorites, and chicken wings. Signs around the restaurant warn that the pizzas will be well-done, which is another way of saying that they cook quickly in some very hot ovens, and that the crust will be crunchy and not overly dough-y. I had the lunch-sized salad which was a nice mix of fresh rabbit-food, followed by a lunch-sized pizza with meatballs, sausage, sweet peppers, and ricotta cheese on top of their plum tomato sauce with more cheese, basil and olive oil. The pizza would have easily fed two, so I brought half home for tonight's dinner. The restaurant has TVs along one wall showing every variation of sports programming, so it's easy to lose track of time - especially during lunch. Anthony's is a chain restaurant, but the food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

The absolute best pizza in Tampa! This rivals even the best NYC pizza joints, in terms of taste and quality (i.e. John's and Lombardi's). The service at this location is always superb, we have visited several times. Specifically Robert, the server's assistant, his upbeat dynamics and caring attitude are great. The hospitality of the entire team keeps us coming back. The wings are pretty awesome as well.

My favorite pizza in the tampa bay area. Love the crispy crust and original combinations. I'm amazed at how many pizza joints are in this area, but nothing compares to this one.

Wings were amazing, pizza was ehhhh. You could tell the cheese was not fresh mozzarella and the pepperoni tasted like it came from publix. Go to Grimaldis if you want true New York pizza. They do it right. If you want wings, come here.

Situated in the heart of Carrollwood Village, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza has two 900 degree coal fire ovens which cook one heck of a crispy pizza. There is even a large disclaimer over the oven reading "Warning our pizza are cooked well done!". At 7pm on a Sunday night, this place was packed. We ordered their small traditional pizza and an order of chicken wings. Cheers: - crispy pizza with a few burn spots around the edges - incredible chicken wings, they stole the show(cooked in oven, not fried) - very good service and follow up from the waitstaff - they actually boxed up our left overs instead of just handing us boxes to do it ourselves. (To many restaurants have forgotten this service) - fun dining experience - served my blue moon beer in a nice very tall glass with an orange Jeers: - pizza sauce was a bit on the salty side for me - I had trouble tasting the basil. The sauce over powered the rest of the ingredients :-( - they use a sauce instead of sliced tomatoes(preference of mine) - lighting was on the dim side Summary: These guys make some awesome oven cooked wings and the service is very good. The room was a bit cold for my guest who had to grab a light jacket. My guest said the wings were better than the pie. I thought the pie was ok, but lacked the bursting fresh taste of a pie at Stephanno's in Seminole Heights.

I love the crust the coal-fired crust is awesome the topping for great too but I had to give it less stars because it had a really acidic tomato sauce and I kind of want my sauce to be just right. If you like acidic sauce then its a five star place for you, otherwise great place

Really enjoyed Anthony's. I had just a normal pizza with onion topping. It was really good. The sauce was flavorful, the onions were nicely sauteed. The crust was nice an crisp. One thing I would point out is I would've given this place 5 stars, but the crust on the pizza was burnt. The waitress saw it and did offer to get me a new pie, but I decided to just give it a go. I just skipped the burnt parts; it was more than enough food so it's not a major ding. The really interesting thing was that a friend ordered this cauliflower pizza (yes, he's more adventurous than I) and it wasn't what we expected. I tried some and the cauliflower completely tasted just like an Indian curry which usually has cauliflower and potatoes (gobhi aloo). It was delicious as gobhi aloo goes... but felt kind of strange tasting that on a pizza. I would've sworn that the chef back there was Indian guy. :-)

This place is fantastic just for the fact that they will deliver to the World of Beer. Their service is always friendly and quick. I have ordered their pizza several times and the wings a few times also. The wings are very different than most wings. They're not buffalo wings. They are cooked with sauteed onions. If you are looking for buffalo wings, you won't be pleased. If you just want some yummy chicken, try them. I think they're just great. The pizza is brick oven and also delicious. Their food really hits the spot when you're hanging out at World of Beer. ;)

I've eaten here a number of times as well as have had takeout. It's a different kind of pizza if you are used to traditional New York Style Pizza or Chicago Deep Dish. Its a thinner crust and because of the high heat in the ovens, it's very crisp. Usually, a part of the crust is slightly burnt. Last night, I ordered a plain (granddaughter), cauliflower (son), and a meatball with ricotta (myself and spouse) for take out. I actually requested that they hold baking the pies slightly since we were out on some errands. When we showed, the pies were ready and we took them home. The plain has that right tomato sauce...slightly tangy. The cauliflower, although it sounds a little weird, tastes pretty good. The meatball with ricotta was not to my taste buds. The meatballs seem to have a little too much filler. On past trips to dine in, we've been able to be seated very quickly. The staff has always been quick to respond to requests. The pizzas have been cooked and at the table in a reasonable time. All in all, a good experience. Most pizza houses have what I call traditional specialities. That means, they tend to have their versions of Hawaiian, Supreme, 4 cheese, Veggie, etc. Here, it seems that you would have to put your own together. The description on their specialities take a little bit of time to read because they are different. If you like thin somewhat hard crust pizza, try this out. If you don't, this is probably not your place.

There's no place like home. And "home" for me, is NYC. When it comes to pizza there IS no place like home. But, if home is 1200 miles away, let me tell you about the next best place to being there. Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza? I'm a Slaaaaaaave for you. (Said with complete Britney Spear gyration, minus big yellow python...because they scare me.) Hubs and I happened to stumble in on this amazing little place while getting ready to go into "Side Splitters Comedy Club", in the same shopping center. There were a few places but smack in the middle, like a glowing beacon was Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. We walked in and immediately fell in love. The decor was all "Old Hollywood", black and white photos of icons throughout the generations. Cary Grant, Marlon Brando, Sophia Loren, the iconic photo of Audrey Hepburn from "Breakfast at Tiffany's". Beatles paraphernalia, which immediately grabbed me as an enormous Beatles fan. You get the point. Above all the old photos were multiple well placed flat screen televisions all tuned in to various sporting events. The place was crowded and noisy, but a "good" kind of noisy. Nice vibe. People watching the college games, families enjoying their time out with their kids, couples holding hands and indulging in various wines and appetizers. A really nice vibe in the place. And the reason for that vibe? The General Manager, Dominic. Fantastic disposition, stayed out on the floor the whole time, making sure everyone was satisfied and happy. He personally visits every table, talks to his staff like they are part of the family not just members of the crew and genuinely cares that you have a fantastic experience. He told us the story of how they started out as a little chain that just kind of grew, but they always wanted to keep that homey, family vibe. They succeeded...big time. The food. Hubs and I ordered an appetizer of 10 chicken wings (their small order, $9.50). Erase any preconceptions of what you think chicken wings should be. The chicken wings here are baked, mostly "drummies", and there is not drippy, wet, sloppy sauce all over them. They are baked in a plethora of spices like rosemary and basil and then, steamed for a bit with some caramelized onions. My hubby LOVED them. Devoured them like they were the last meal he was ever going to eat. I'm not a meat eater and I am not a fan of chicken wings, but I did taste these and they WERE, in fact, pretty damn delicious. They were also served with some foccacia bread for sopping up those onion juices and the bread was hot, spiced to perfection, crispy and yummy. Then, we ordered a large specialty pie ($19.75). The pie we ordered is known in NYC as a "Margarita pizza" or a "Grandma's" pie. All it is is fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato and basil. Simply as simple can be. No sauce involved. The problem with such a basic pie is that if your crust is not made to perfection with just the right amount of butter and spice in the crust, if your tomatoes are not thick and beefy and flavorful and mainly, if your mozzarella is not still dripping wet with its milk fat and fresh, you are going to fail this pizza miserably. There IS no sauce to hide behind. It's plain, straight up fresh ingredients that have to be cooked just right. The cheese cannot be too melted. The tomatoes cannot be hot. The basil needs to be fresh, but not overpowering. And Anthony's KILLED it. (According to the "kids" , this is a good thing.) The crust SNAPPED in my mouth. The cheese was sheer perfection, still moist from the milk fat it soaks in. The tomatoes were the best beefsteak that Florida had to offer. The basil tasted garden fresh, cut in strips, not dried flakes and were pleasant, not pungent. My husband downed five slices like it was nothing; I ate the remaining three, which is amazing, because I generally can't get past two slices, ever. But the pizza was light, airy and fantastic. They offer you some olive oil mix to put on your pizza, but we declined. It was sheer perfection as is. We had a long conversation with Domenic about the business, took a quick tour of the place and their amazing 800 degree coal fire oven. Their menu is very basic, very simple but very old school Italian with fare that includes Broccoli Rabe, Pork Ribs with Vinegar Peppers (a large plate is 12 ribs, big enough to share $16.95) and of course, classic antipasto/salads with fresh mozzarella, gorgonzola, tomato and arugula. When you can't get to NYC for pizza perfection, I suggest letting Anthony's bring NYC to you. With locations all over Florida, NY and Jersey...rest assured, we WILL back. It was just THAT good.

If you've read any of my other reviews, you might pick up on a common gripe I have with restaurants where the service is less than spectacular. Not the case with Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. First things first, when you walk in, you're greeted by both the hostess and the manager who seemed to both genuinely care that you were there. We were promptly seated and the server came around in no time A limited draft beer selection, but a good number of bottles to choose from, including a few craft beers that I was surprised they had. The menu is simple and straight forward. It's a pizza restaurant. Build your own, or choose from one of their preset options. We opted for one of the specialty pizzas that had sausage, peppers, meatballs, and ricotta cheese. It was delicious. Their claim to fame are the coal fired ovens, which certainly gave the crust some crunch. Just the right amount of cheese, and a tangy fresh tomato sauce. I've seen a few of the other reviewers on here complain that they're overpriced - but for me and a friend to be able to go out to dinner with drinks and have the bill come out to under $30 I felt it was fairly priced. I would like to see some additional specialty pizzas added to the menu though. Now to the headline of my review. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I realized it had class. From the decor with white walls, black and white photos, and dark wood tables - to the fact that most of their drinks are served in a bottle with a glass of ice - to the samples of their latest pizza creation that they walked around letting customers sample, it was a great experience. I really wish there were more restaurants around the Tampa area that tried to create the upscale New York Italian feel while keeping prices reasonable as they do. Well done. And not just in the sense of their tagline of "Pizza Well Done"

My favorite pizza joint. I am normally a pizza purist... I love few toppings and good quality chewy bread. But Anthony's Coal fire, thin crust, slightly burnt pizza is absolute heaven. it just doesn't get any better than their Paul and Young Ron's pizza, with either the sweet or hot peppers. Go have gotta try this. The salad's are very good and they do have a craft beer selection, although very small.

We arrived here around 8:30 pm after a 4 hour drive from Jacksonville. The kids wanted pizza and my wife and I wanted something different. The compromise was our first taste of coal fired pizza...and it was awesome. We ordered the sliced mozzarella, tomato and basil pizza with some coal oven roasted wings (served with grilled onions over focaccia bread) and enjoyed every last bite. Service was great too...the Longhorns were playing that night and none of the screens had it. I asked the manager if he could accommodate. He tried to find it for a solid amount of time before coming to the table apologetically...I really appreciated the effort.

Love the pizza here, lots of great new combinations i never would have thought to try like cauliflower on a pizza (its now one of my favorites). My one dislike is that they serve soda and most drinks by the bottle, which is mildly annoying and it feels a little like "nickle and dime-ing"

this pizza is incredible. the group did like the chicken wings too, but i focused on the pizza. we had a few different pies, but I couldn't stop eating the white pizza and the cauliflower pizza. they were some of the best pizzas i have had. its a nice find in tampa as I wasn't expecting delicious pizza. cannot wait to come back

When they say they cook everything well done trust them it's well done. After you get past that it's good. I am an ice tea drinker and not crazy that they do not brew their own tea. They serve you tea in a glass bottle. Salad is large and will serve at least two people. Also you might want to try the wings. Surprisingly, they were really good. Again different with no sauce but good none the less.

I'm always on a mission for good pizza and I definitely found one at Anthony's. In a period of a week I went twice! First time around I got the classic margarita pizza which they call "Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil" Pizza. It was AMAZING!! The pizzas have a great char on them due to the coal fired oven. The crust was perfect crispiness and the cheese was perfectly melted. The second time around I tried out the Eggplant Marino Pizza which is totally my favorite. The sauce is what makes this pizza what it is. It isn't covered in cheese but the full flavor of the sauce doesn't even make you miss it.

Pizza in Tampa. I'm from Ohio, and that's like saying "Italian food from Sweden." I've had nothing but disappointment with pizza since I moved here. Then we discovered Anthony's. Somehow the restaurant staff seem to mix tidy professionalism with laid-back recognition. It makes it feel like a neighborhood pizza place - I think if I told them my name, they'd remember me every time I came in. There's no grease, anywhere. The restaurant is clean and the pizza is clean. They make it in a fiery oven, so as you've read, your pizza will be burnt on the edges, but for some, I think that's part of the charm. It tastes fresh, crunchy, and faintly smoky. The sauce is fresh - you can tell it's not just stock sauce bought in a can from some nameless food service provider; you can see that it's actually made from tomatoes. I wouldn't recommend the salad, though. It's rather bland and the dressings leave a lot to be desired. If you're like me and you have yet to find a decent pizza place in Tampa, maybe try Anthony's out one night. If you dislike nasty, fattening, greasy chain pizza, you'll probably like Anthony's a lot.

Tampa is pretty lacking in good pizza places. We were perusing Yelp, attempting to find at least one new pizza restaurant that looked worthwhile. Thanks to a few reviews, we decided to try Anthony's. And...WOW. As we arrived, the manager opened the door for us and found us a table. He explained the menu and how the pizzas were cooked since it was our first time. The service was very fast and very friendly. They even gave us a free sample of their wings while we waited. Which, by the way, the wings are absolutely delicious. If you're a wing fan, I would definitely suggest getting some here. They're baked and served with caramelized onions. Very unique flavor, but moist and tasty (not greasy). The pizza itself was very yummy. We got the Traditional, which is just mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil and olive oil. It was gooey and delicious, and very fresh. No greasy residue left all over your hands, and no stomach aches afterwards. It's cooked in a traditional fire oven, so the crust gets a little charred on the edges (which I personally liked). For about $30, we got a very filling dinner, plus lunch and dinner for the next day. This place was awesome and we'll definitely be returning again soon. If you've had the same dilemma of not finding satisfying pizza around here, give these guys a try!

I consider myself a connoisseur of fine pie, and the pie at Anthony's is good if not great. I think that the portions and pricing are fair, quality of ingredients is great, and the service was decent. The pie was good, the chicken wings were amazing. I find it odd that a pizza place would have better chicken wings than pizza pie, but I am not complaining.

My new favorite pizza spot. I just love the thin crust that's slightly charred. The Paul Young Ron pizza is crazy good, and the chicken wings are grilled to perfection!! So,so good.

When I move somewhere I've GOT to have a great burger joint and a great pizza joint. Found the pizza joint!! One of my fav ever: try the broccoli rabe & sausage pizza. Also, their wings are FANTASTIC, prepared very differently than typical.

Well, I went back for a second round, I was tasting a salad and their pizza. It was a nice night so I opted for a table outside. The hostess took me to the table and that was the last I saw of anyone. Spoke to an old friend for a bit, stared into space, checked messages... no one. It wasn't a super busy night. I waited a bit more and got up. Left. Went to the burrito place around the corner. Didn't get my salad or pizza. Stopped by to see what this place is about. Very nice simple atmosphere, very attentive service, I mean A+. I ordered a half salad, plenty for two, and a small pizza, for my child and me. It was fresh, and chilled. Nice light oil and vinegar dressing. Pizza, on the other hand, was disappointing. It was well made and as advertised, but seemed to be missing flavor. I like sauce and there was little to be found. So, I'd go again, but I wasn't knocked over.

went there last night for dinner. It was a complete disappointment. The wings were dry. No Blue Cheese is served with them. the pizza was burnt both on the edges and on the bottom. Wmill not be going back.

This pizza was wonderful! It had a great taste because of the coal-fired oven. My only problem with the pizza is that if you didn't eat it quickly, it became soggy. My first couple of pieces were crisp and delicious, but after that it was soggy. The reason for the two stars is the service I received. It wasn't busy when we went there, but we waited a really long time to get our drinks, get our check, and pay our check. Our server was often at the bar chatting with a patron and it became apparent very quickly that we weren't going to get her attention.

Great place. Good atmosphere and crowd. Really good pizza. GREAT cappuccino (I was shocked, because I'm very picky about my espresso) and absolute BEST roast beef sandwich I've ever had in my entire life.

I was really looking forward to Anthony's, having grown addicted to coal fired pizza in the Twin Cities' 2 awesome Black Sheep pizza locations. Alas, as we've found so often in Tampa this is a good idea watered down for a metro area addicted to chain restaurants. The salad was fresh, with flavorful dressing but nothing special. A seasonal offering with locally sourced produce would be so much better (hard to do in the high heat of summer in Tampa, but it's only May). The pizza was fine, and nicely charred, but the crust was really blah and a bit tough for a thin crust. On the plus side, we did enjoy the complimentary sample of the chicken wings our server brought, though a little on the salty side. Nice casual atmosphere and we enjoyed our table outside, but the search for truly superb pizza in the Tampa/St. Pete area continues.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

REAL pizza cooked in a REAL, HOT pizza oven.
(5)Douglas B.
(2)Kathleeen T.
If you love well done pizza as I do DON'T MISS THIS RESTAURANT. It's wonderful. I love the decor and the food. I also have tried other thing on the menu but the pizza is a must.
(5)Holly H.
(3)Jess C.
(4)jeff t.
(4)Linda R.

LOVE IT!!!
(5)April R.

(5)Brad M.
Very simply the BEST pizza you'll find anywhere. I've been eating here for over a year - it's the only pizza I can eat now. Anthony's has truly spoiled me. Oh, and try the tuna sandwich for a change of pace once in awhile. It doesn't get any better than this.
(5)Tim D.
I love their pizza. The dining room is a little small but the pizza is the best around. The ricotta cheese is a nice touch
(5)Chuck H.
(5)Ray D.
(4)Denny G.
awesome food. the pizza is out of this world. they are cooked in a real cole fired oven. The outside of the crust looks a little burnt but don't worry, this actually ensures that the pizza is cooked correctlly... DOn't pass on the wings. They too are cooked in the coal oven and taste great. No frying, they are like baked wings
(4)RD E.
the pizza and chicken wings are the best i've had in Florida
(4)Melissa N.
great pizza! fresh, high quality ingredients. definitely worth a visit.
(4)Daniel P.
(4)Rob H.

Great wings and pizza, brick oven. Never had an issue with Clearwater, South and North Tampa.

We've been here a few times now and, each time, the the food and the service were great... not sure what else to say.

(4)Cindy L.
(5)Joseph A.
No doubt, absolutely the best thin crust pizza in Florida. What flavor! And don't forget the chicken wings, these wings are the best I've ever had. Try Anthony's and you'll be hooked too! Super nice people work there too.
(5)Martin D.
Great pizza. Toppings are incredible. The only pizza joint in Florida that comes close to what you get up north. Manager is always on the floor greeting tables. Staff friendly. Good craft beer selection.
(5)Matthew P.
Yummy!!! Simply awesome! Great food, awesome service!!! Arugula Salad oh my :)) hormone free wings!!! Dan Marino picked a winner!
(5)Kristin C.
Hands down best wings and pizza in town. Consistently fast service and food is always amazing!
(5)Lisa W.
Great pizza (mozzarella with tomato and basil), amazing wings (rosemary wings with the most delicious grilled onions), delicious meatballs and wonderful salad. Service was great, too.
(5)Frank A.
The pizza is excellent . I recommend the meatball & ricotta pizza. Everything is good on the menu, but please note : no fountain drinks (bottled only). I've had everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The cheesecake for dessert is flown in from NY and it's great !!
(5)Tavo C.
Moved from CA 10 months ago. Have tried dozen of pizza places since then. Best one of all. Great taste and service.
(5)James R.
You can't go wrong here. I love their Margarita, Cauliflower, or Paul & Young Ron Pizza. All awesome!!
(5)Chris W.
(4)Ben W.
(4)Aj W.

(2)Kathy D.
(5)Deborah H.
I don't eat much pizza, but loved the thin crust, coal-fired pizza at Anthony's. We had the cheese pizza with basil and it was really, really good. Two people in our party had the wings with caramelized onion and raved about the grilled flavor. I opted for a side-salad.
(4)Lyn J.

Everything was good service food and the wine but it a fabulous scenery pizza good roast beef sandwich was killer
(5)Joe R.
(2)Bret A.
(3)Don K.
Eggplant Marino is very good as are the weird wings with bread and grilled onions, definitely unique. A good wine selection and great service. Atmosphere is lacking as music is too loud and spec is just a big rectangle with hard seat chairs.
(4)John L.
Update - went back again. Pizza was amazing, again. But this time we had some leftovers and our server actually stacked our slices in a box with wax paper between each slice so the cheese didn't stick to the crust. Who is considerate enough to do this?? Talk about bad ass, top of the line service. I love this place!
(5)Jenny S.
I don't know how people likes this place, First of all the pizza is not that good, it's ok but not that good. If you compare to Pizza Hut or Dominos then it's good but for the price you're paying it is not worth it. Second of all, there's no refills. You're already paying so much but they still offer you no refills.
(1)Melinda P.
OMG.. They have the BEST chicken wings that I have ever had! The pizza was so delicious! Excellent service and as we were sitting at the bar waiting for our table a gal sitting there was recommending things to order.. This place was fantastic and I will back!
(5)Cathy B.
Enjoy!
(4)Emily R.

(1)Jon W.
(4)T P.
(1)Derek H.
(3)Kris N.
(5)Bonita B.
I totally enjoy their roasted cauliflower pizza.
(5)Lori V.
(3)Jesse J.
(3)Eden F.
Try their ribs, it's quite unique. Their pizzas are unbelievably amazing, and the cheesecake is to die for. Nice and relaxing atmosphere and great service. Must try!
(4)Andrea T.
(4)Anne A.
I love this crust! We usually get the pepperoni, mushroom, italian sausage and onion pizza.. Also the tomato basil no sauce pizza. I didn't use to like pizza but now I love it...especially these.
(5)Carlos H.
(4)Andrew M.
(5)Brenda M.
Worst pizza that my husband and I have ever eaten! Well done pizza is advertised but charred? Very salty. Although, server was excellent!
(1)Michelle M.
(4)Steve E.

(5)Ligia C.
My favorite pizza in the tampa bay area. Love the crispy crust and original combinations. I'm amazed at how many pizza joints are in this area, but nothing compares to this one.
(5)Ashley K.
Wings were amazing, pizza was ehhhh. You could tell the cheese was not fresh mozzarella and the pepperoni tasted like it came from publix. Go to Grimaldis if you want true New York pizza. They do it right. If you want wings, come here.
(2)Paul V.
(3)Nathan W.
I love the crust the coal-fired crust is awesome the topping for great too but I had to give it less stars because it had a really acidic tomato sauce and I kind of want my sauce to be just right. If you like acidic sauce then its a five star place for you, otherwise great place
(3)Anuj S.
(4)Christine C.
Their food really hits the spot when you're hanging out at World of Beer. ;)
(4)Jerry G.

Wife and I split a salad and small pizza and that was more than enough...everything was great!

Delicious pizza! I've looked around the Tampa area for good quality pizza for a while now and this is top tier. Definitely recommend.

Delicious coal fired pizza. It is my favorite pizza in Tampa. I am got the biggest fan of the wings but I see why people love them. They also deliver to World of Beer which is fabulous. Definitely check it out
