Great burgers! The fries are amazing! The burgers are HUGE! I love how they give you the option of toppings and the variety. This establishment has always been clean and the staff very friendly. I think that they are a little over priced when it comes to burgers a fries, but they are very worth it.

I like my cheeseburgers simple with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. My burger was perfect and the fries crunchy and delicious.

Five Guys has never disappointed but this location is my favorite. No matter what time of day they are never busy, which lucky for me means fast service. The burgers are great and you can customize your toppings. While they don't have as many offerings as some other spots, for a good old fashion cheeseburger it is perfect. I also love their fries! I once made a mistake of ordering two large orders (one for me and one for my girlfriend) and we (and I bet no one) could finish it. In fact, they kept asking if I was sure I wanted that much and I now know why. One regular serving is enough for two people! Lastly, the people who work here are honest, hardworking, friendly people and that is something I highly respect. My girlfriend left her purse and didn't even realize she lost it there until an employee, Eniled, I think her name was, dropped off the purse to my girlfriend's house 20 minutes away! We were shocked that someone would go through that much effort. It comforts me to know these are the types of people that work here.

I always come here with my boyfriend 3-4 times a month and we order two burgers with fries. Always cooked perfectly and with correct toppings. They always get our orders correct every time.

I didn't love it but I didn't hate it either. The food was pretty god, don't get me wrong but nothing that really stood out as amazing. However the service was 5 stars at this location. I just think it was a little overpriced. (If you take the food home be careful because the grease from the fries in the bag will get on your car seats if you aren' careful). I had a cheeseburger and fries by the way.

Sooo goood! Got a bacon cheeseburger and added mushrooms on. It was delicious. They also have really crisp and tasty fries!! The fries are totally worth getting. One order is enough for 7 people to share!!! Definitely will be comin back!!

This place was a favorite of mine in DC, and I'm glad we have one (well, actually a couple) here in Broward. They serve up great burgers and fries. A simple menu of burgers, fries, kosher hot dogs, and sodas. For your burger, you can get one or two patties of fresh (never frozen) beef. They're cooked to order (you can watch them call back your order and toss the patties on the grill), and they are delicious! Choose from a whole list of toppings for your burger from the usual (bacon, cheese, ketchup, pickles, etc.) to the interesting (grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapeno peppers, and A-1). They cook their own fries, regular or seasoned, from Idaho potatoes cooked in peanut oil. Very good fries with a very good portion size. Served with (self-serve) ketchup and malt vinegar. They also serve Coke products and have free refills. Oh, and free peanuts while you wait. They service here is quite friendly and efficient, particularly for a counter-service restaurant. This is a great no-frills burger joint. Simple, good ingredients make for a simple, good meal. My only suggestion is that they add milkshakes to the menu.

This is my first time at this location. I found the staff to be very friendly and reapectable. I must say the customer service was good here. I do love you can see them cooking and making your order! It seem they had a rush hour because the tables were dirty but two workers came out and they started cleaning up! I was surprise how big the location is. Most Five Brothers I have been to were small to medium size. This location have tables up front and the back. I really really wish they would add chicken in their menu because I really don't eat red meat but when I'm in the mood I do enjoy the burgers here!! Also they not cheap with the fries!

I'm no burger aficionado, but 5 guys have a fresh, made to order, cooked while you wait, heartstopper of a burger. Burger toppings are really fresh and plentiful. Generous portions. I usually get the "little" cheese burger with everything in. You will need to unhinge your jaw for a regular size. I like the fries with the skin on, and these are quite good. I made the mistake my first time of taking the food to go. Not recommended. The burger will get mushy and the fries aren't good cold. Make plans to eat at the restaurant.

I have to give this location 5 stars. The food is consistent to all the other locations I have been too but the service sets it apart from all others. In addition, it is one of the cleanest Five Guys I've been to, peanuts are not everywhere. I love that whenever I come here it is not packed, bad for them but good for me. Even if they were packed though, there are so many tables I don't think it would be an issue as long as the kitchen could keep up. I really do like the burgers here. They're good and cheap (the price of a Big Mac). Also, I like the french fries here a lot. One thing I noticed on the menu was that they serve it regular or cajun, but I've never been asked how I want my fries so I didn't even know that was an option. One thing I like is that they have an open kitchen. I watched the cook make my burger as I was ordering! But like I said, what sets this place apart from all other Five Guys locations are the people that work here. I have always been greeted with a smile and given the time of day. For example, I ordered way too many fries (two larges) and instead of just taking my money they told me that one regular fries would be enough. Gotta appreciate the honesty. Speaking of honesty, I left my purse here, designer purse with cash and all my credit cards in it, and the manager surprised me by dropping my purse off to my house in another city. The manager wasn't even working at the time I dined there so I can only assume that her employees brought it to her attention and she went out of her way to give it back. I didn't even think there were people like that anymore. So what I am saying to you is stop setteling for mediocre/bad fast food burgers and cold fries with a side of attitude and get better quality burgers and deliciously warm fries served with a smile in the same amount of time.

This will be a short review because really, this place isn't that great. Five Guys has disappointed me. I've been to this location several times in the past when I lived in the area, but it's significantly declined in service. Came here with the family after a day of running around and goofing off. Placed our order, food came out after about 10 minutes. Everyone's burger was pretty much perfect. However, mine was completely flattened. There was far too much ketchup and mustard, as it oozed out of the bottom of my sandwich. I don't normally get irritated with places because people make mistakes, you know? I just don't understand why the other three burgers came out great, but mine looked awful. Honestly, I just wanted a burger that wasn't smashed together and swimming in ketchup and mustard. It wasn't as though I had an overabundance of toppings on my burger. It was a rather simple burger - cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard. The fries were fine. They're usually nice and crunchy anyway. The dining area was relatively clean and so were the bathrooms. The service was so-so. Maybe it's hit or miss with this place, but I won't be coming back.

About as OK as a burger can get when cooked beyond recognition. They serve two thin patties instead of one thick one, because I guess it's quicker to get them well done. If you have read any of my other burger joint reviews, you know that my perfect burger is medium rare. I need to see blood! This place calls their burgers juicy, but it's actually grease. I guess a good greasy burger is better than a dry one. At least the flavor is good, and when topped with all the fixins, it's a decent lunch. Grilled onlons, shrooms and pickles were particularly good. Boxes of peanuts for you to serve yourself is a nice touch while you wait.

Okay, I ate here tonight and was reminded (yet again) of how awesome their burgers are. Definitely the best fast food burger out there - and yes, I've had In-n-Out - no comparison, Five Guys FTW. There's a reason this is President Obama's burger joint of choice! The menu here operates on a similar concept to In-n-Out. The menu is a lot smaller than your typical burger joint (burgers, hot dogs, fries, and grilled cheese/veggie sandwiches only), but what they lack in choices they more than make up for in quality. They do offer a ton of toppings - everything from A1 sauce to sauteed mushrooms - so your burger won't be bland. All the toppings they offer are free, so feel free to pile your burger high. One thing that's confusing is the normal burger vs. the little burger. The normal burger has two patties, where the little one has one. Not so intuitive. Most places would call Five Guys' normal a double, as it should be. I much prefer the little burgers, but they're both delicious. Just a heads up for the first timers. The fries here are also great - not overly meaty, but not wimpy either. Five Guys is a little obsessed with their potatoes (they post the origin of the day's potatoes on a whiteboard), but it makes for a delicious french fry. They're fried in peanut oil, which makes them marginally healthier than the average fry, and definitely tastier. My only complaint is that the regular order (there is no "small") is way too big for one person to eat! Definitely split this one. I shudder to think of the size of the large order. The burgers do take awhile to cook, so it's not as fast as you'd expect for a burger joint. But, this means they're made to order, and you can watch the process right in front of you. If you're really ravenous, you can always snack on some peanuts from the counter. Believe me, these burgers are delicious and worth the wait. Enjoy!

Not sure what the fuss is about. Smooshed-bun greasy burger at the bottom of a paper bag, covered with greasy fries. All of this takes ten minutes to make while you sit in a sticky tiled echo chamber filled with uneven tables.

What can I say? The burgers are fresh, big, juicy, tasty and made to order in front of you. Hot and delicious fries (plenty of fries thrown in the bag). I can't believe it took me so long to come here. The thought that "It's just a hamburger joint" may have done it, but it is worthwhile. If you are from the California, then you are familiar with In-and-Out Burgers. I think this tops that. I will definitely be back.

I am a West Coast guy, so I am a fan of In and Out Burger. Because there is no In and Out in the Eastern US, I would have to say that 5 Guys is a suitable replacement. The burgers are as good, and the fries are good too. They might give you too many fries, and I am confused about the peanuts.
