The best place I've been to in Tallahassee! Very creative and delicious. Must try the BLT dog!!!

Voodoo Dog - Only place where I can find a Currywurst in town. As I noted on the other Voodoo dog site some time ago, my only beef with it is that traditionally, the currywurst does not come with a bun (it's generally sliced in 3/4 inch pieces and served with fries) but that's no problem - I just take it right out of the bun and slice it myself! I've never had another hotdog at Voodoo Dog - but I'll bet they're good. I just come for my currywurst fix.

First time and definitely not the last. I had the Jefferson and my hubby had the Wakeup, very yummy!!!! Fries and dogs were freshly served and service was on point. Great local joint.

Now when I saw Voodoo Dog I got all excited. Having been to a couple of really good hotdog places thought out this country. From Crif Dog in Manhatten to Pinks in LA. I have had some good dogs. This time I ordered the chili dog with onions and a philly cheese dog. First off the chili on my dog was out of a can and really just there. But, for 3 or 3.50 what do you expect. The philly dog I was a little hesitant with ordering but the reviews said it was amazing so? Well I won't again. I thought the dog was suppose to be bacon wrapped like Crif Dog but I was wrong. The veg on my dog were way under for my liking. There was plenty of cheese on this thing thou. In all it is not a bad place and it is really close to my up coming job site. I will be back to try different dogs. I'm not giving up on them yet.

Had the currywurst dog with their homemade curry ketchup and it was amazing! Only here for a short time with work but this place made the trip worth it

Nice little hot dog and burger shack in an area frequented by students. I had the Philly dog, a Philly cheesesteak inspired hot dog and the holy moley burger, which was a southwestern, tex mex type burger. Everything was delicious and priced very well. I will definitely try to return again.

I was amazed at the value of this place - generous helpings of good chili cheese fries, and a fairly awesome hot dog, with change from $5. Some of the toppings seemed a little out of whack - there must have been half an onion diced on my small dog - but with a little experimentation you'll find something you like.

Everything at Voodoo Dog is delicious every time! The Tennessee location is my favorite, the Gaines location is good too but has kind of a weird parking lot.

Interesting menu. Food is good, especially the fries. Decent beer selection. Really odd atmosphere with KISS posters on the wall, a old corny Japanese sci-fi movie playing on tv, and more oddities. Big problem. The service. Not friendly at all. Almost as if your bothering them by being there.

Food is okay, but it does not warrant the ridiculous prices. Service was okay for the most part, but it's sort of similar to a takeout place. Eating area size is decent but drinks, condiments, and etc are self serve.

First, any time I've ever been to Voodoo Dog the food has been nothing less than great! My boyfriend and I live less than a mile away so we often find ourselves there. I've tried the Jefferson dog (Mac and cheese on a hot dog!!!) and many different varieties of burgers and I've never been disappointed. Also, the same employee is working almost every time we stop in and SHE IS FANTASTIC. I never caught her name but she has medium length blonde hair and said she was from the Tampa area. Anyway, she always remembers us and our orders and I love that. All in all this local restaurant is an absolute gem!

Very casual very good. I always get the Jefferson and I am never disappointed. Sometimes I branch out and get a burger or the sharif but it's always good

Best fried egg burger I've ever had! And the jefferson hotdog is incredible! This is my go-to for a great burger or hotdog. Highly recommend it

The food was exceptional but the decor and dine-in experience were sub-par. The photos range from mummies and frankensteins to movie posters. Also, the only tv in the whole restaurant plays a repetitive, annoying Japanese movie. All in all, it's a solid TAKEOUT restaurant

Bah, I can't justify going back here anymore. They are just too disorganized. I went there today for 2 veggie dogs and waited for over an hour. I was outside with my dog and the cashier knew that (I even came in after a long time and reminded them to make sure). Apparently they called my name some time after that and gave up without checking outside. I can't really understand how the place could be so insanely packed with people waiting for their food. Hot dogs are as FAST food as you can get (especially microwave veggie dogs). While I was waiting, 3 separate groups started waiting in line and gave up soon after. I hope these guys work out their logistical problems (and get better buns).

The only complaint I have about this place is that everything looks delicious. I finally settled on the cowabunga burger and it was tasty. The fries were fresh and very hot when we got them. I ordered a side of their homemade blue cheese dressing which, again, was delicious. I can't wait to come back during football season to try out more menu items ;)

Love this place. The hotdogs are yummy and creative for a great price. The burgers are the same way plus fries so it ends up being worth the price too. They have veggie friendly options as well. Just waiting for them to get high chairs.

My favorite is the chili dog...I know boring. The Jefferson is good and should be tried. I tried the Voodoo burger with the sausage on it, and I didn't care for it. I think if you want a burger don't go to a place with dog in the name. Will update as I try more things.

Voodoo Dog has something for everyone! There are so many fun and exciting menu items that you never run out of something new to try. The quality of the food, considering they're mostly just "hot dogs", is top notch! This is a great place to bring a relative or friend who is visiting from out of town. It's a one-of-a-kind experience in Tallahassee!
