The service was amazing, the food came out fast and it was delicious (as far as breakfast places like ihop go, you get what you pay for). Our server Rozz greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and before even putting down her things to begin her shift sat us down. She was prompt and extremely friendly in regards to taking our order and had a beautiful and friendly smile (which in customer service goes a long way). After several terrible experiences at the other ihop in town I would Gladly drive to this location, past the other one 100 times to come here. Rozz was fantastic as was our experience. We will be back!

I'm writing this from the Denny's (north of IHOP, the one next to Super China Buffett). Why? Because that's where we ended up after waiting to be seated at IHOP this fine Thursday mid morning. I'll wager that the breakfast would have been just fine, but I'll double down that we would have waited a LONG time, judging by the apparent front-of-the-house confusion. We walked out, the four-person behind us, as well as the two two-people behind them. Before leaving, though, I noticed the wrapped silverware by the hostess stand, and thought it was odd that some of the kids in a party also waiting to be seated were playing with them. I'm not a germ-freak, but I'm confident that a lot of folks out there would think poorly of that. Dining room floors couldn't have been vacuumed in the past 24 hours. If they had been, there are some littering enthusiasts who frequent this location...

Our server forgot to put our order in so we waited longer for food. Not something a 3 year old wants to hear. I do like that fact that there menu changes it allow me to try new breakfast food. They still have the usually.

IHOP is going downhill fast. The last three times we have been in the restaurant, I have noted that the smell has gotten worse, the tables are greasier and do not appear to be cleaned well, the carpet does not appear to be cleaned, and the service has become more and more lackadasical. This last visit is our last visit. My guy was insistent that I eat, it was late at night (too late, IMO) and this was the choice. We should have gone to Denny's. Egad. Never again. The waitress was likely very tired, but she definitely lacked enthusiasm. The table was sticky and I had to wipe it. I ordered a couple of eggs and two pancakes and after one taste of the sickly, greasy overcooked bacon, let my guy have it. The pancakes were all right, but the syrup dispenser was sticky and stuck to the table. By the time the meal was over I wanted to go home and take a bath. The pancakes tasted all right, the eggs were cooked to my specifications, but I wondered if I would still be healthy in the morning. We won't be going back to any IHOP in Tallahassee again, they are both in need of a serious deep cleaning in the dining and kitchen areas. The serving staff need a training overhaul, and DBPR needs to do a full on inspection...if they even bother anymore.

The food here is great, but the wait is terrible! We've been at our table for 20 minutes and we still haven't seen our waitress. Also, there's syrup all over the seat, and my pant leg is stuck to the seat.

The food is on par with other IHOP locations, and for that, I will not add or deduct stars. You know what you're getting into when you go to IHOP. Get breakfast, avoid non-breakfast foods. You can't go wrong with breakfast. However, what stands out at this location was the service that I received. I was in a group of about 9 people, and our waitress was extremely patient with us. I wish I could remember her name, but she was working late in the evening (around 9pm) when we went in for "breakfast for dinner." She was super sweet, and I sympathized with her because we had some picky eaters. We'll be back!

If I could put a -1 star I would! Terrible customer service and the wait for food is ridiculously long. Never returning again.

I was seated promptly and the waitress arrived within a couple of minutes. I always order water with no ice and the waitress remembered! No pancakes for me with such a lovely picture of cinnamon toast brioche on the menu! The only way the brioche could have been any better was if they were to put it under a broiler to caramelize a bit. My eggs were perfect and I'd ask for grits. My plate came out with hash browns and I am so glad I ordered grits. The hash browns look soggy and unappetizing. I didn't taste them not did I want to. My grits came out right away. Bacon was good and tasty, as was the ham. Breakfast was good and I'd come back.

Waited 1 1/2 hours for breakfast and never got the food. Worst service ever. We saw a table of seven sit down after us, get served and finished eating while we sat there waiting for our meal. The manager came and left and was of little help. We left with never eating because we needed to get to the airport

This IHOP location was pretty good. The pancakes were good, the bacon was crisp, the coffee was not as hot as I like though, so we had to flag the waitress down for a fresher pot. We had to wait for our utensils too, but in all fairness, the waitress was waiting on a lot of tables. I'd had worse service and food before at the other IHOP location.

We stopped in to IHOP Sunday morning. We all had great meals. I ordered a veggie omelette and my husband order the Western. The meal was great and our server was very attentive. She came back several times to make sure we were happy with our meal. The bathrooms are a little run down, but clean. When we left the manager opened the door for us and asked to come back and see them again sometime. The food was delivered in a timely fashion, cooked to perfection. For a Sunday moring, they were definitley keeping up with the flow of customers, while also giving good service.

Although the food is no different from any other IHOP throughout America, I must give it a 5 stars based on the excellent service I remember receiving. I remember it was just another night out filled with dancing and drinking (lots of drinking). Our stomachs were craving some sort of hearty breakfast food to maybe at least help the hangover we were all going to experience in the hours soon to come, so the word IHOP came up. Out of the two IHOP restaurants in Tally this was the one that seemed more closer to campus. After sitting down and ordering our waters, my overjoyed feeling for those buttery pancakes soon to come hit a complete stop when the waitress said all the burners and stove tops weren't working. After about a minute of disappointment I couldn't take no for an answer and asked the waitress if we could possibly take some to go and just cook it ourselves at home. The staff had no problem with that at all and finally shipped us off with 5-6 large cups of pancake batter, hash browns and other breakfast items I can't exactly remember free of charge. So despite having to cook my breakfast, in all I had another memorable college night that ended perfectly with those fluffy buttermilk pancakes in my mouth. Couldn't get any better than that.

The WORST service I have ever received in a restaurant. I think my party was at the restaurant for 3 1/2 hours because they were soo slow to seat us, then to ask us what we wanted, and then to serve us. The food was awful and the server basically ignored us. Never going back!!
