Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Absolutely Fresh & Fantastic! The meatballs as an appetizer are excellent-perfectly balanced with the selection of ingredients that go into them. The pizza is pure perfection ;-)....If you've not tried this place......You're missing out!

I've been here several times over the past few years since it opened and have noticed a drop in the taste and preparation of the food the past year or so. Hope their quality will return or I'll have to stop visiting.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for carryout. First impression: the pizza didn't look great. It looked cheaply made and not very appetizing. Taste: it was salty. This thing made me thirsty. It was really a shame because I had heard this place was good. I may give it another shot one day but it's kind of hard to justify it when I know there's much better pizza available elsewhere at a similar price.

As close to NE pizza as you will find in Tallahassee. The pizza was perfectly grilled and still had a nice crisp to the bottom crust. The roasted red pepper pizza w 1/2-meatball, 1/2-pepperoni and caesar salad was a great combo. The meatballs contained pine nuts, which was a most happy surprise! The salad had large, sharp, shavings of fresh parmesan and a flavorful dressing (not too salty like some caesar dressings). The house wine is decent and a great value at less than $4/glass... highly recommended to enjoy at the small bar while watching the pizza artist toss dough. Lg 2-topping pie, lg salad, and 2 glasses of wine for just $30? I will definitely return.

What a great piece of pizza. Went here for the first time and it is worth going again and again. Can't wait till my next visit up to Tallahassee. I will tell everybody I know about this small tucked away pizza place.

Well that grilled chicken sandwich was excellent. The best ciabatta bread ever. Anywhere. The Marguerite pizza was just real good. Maybe a little light on the buffalo mozzarella and a touch dark on the bottom, but extreme fresh ingredients and hand tossed to order. I'm going to go back to Grazie's.

Really happy with the pizza here and so glad it seems to be popular and will hopefully stay put in SouthWood! Frat spot to sit outside and let the kids run around too!

If you haven't been to Grazie's you are missing out! The pizza is unlike any other and is by far the best in Tallahassee. You know it's a great pizza when even the crust is delicious! There's something about the thin dough that is delicious! It's a local family run business, so the quality is superb and the recipes are unique. My husband and I have tried all the appetizers and we love them all. We thought we wouldn't care for the chicken wings since we never like them at pizza places, but we were surprised that even they were amazing! As for the pizza, you can't go wrong here. The specialty pizzas are all awesome, but the basic cheese is to die for as well. They serve beer and wine. House wine is just $3.25 a glass....can't beat that! They don't deliver, but if you pick up it just takes 15-20 minutes typically. And the atmosphere is family friendly, laid back if you choose to dine in. There is outdoor seating, in door seating, and a small bar with seating.

A great place to eat and super service....this is a real Italian restaurant with people who care 5 stars.

Grazie's is a small family-owned restaurant in Southwood. It's nice enough when you go inside. We have found the service to be regularly good. I have tried 3 different kinds of pizza and found them all to be good. One thing that bothers me is paying standard restaurant prices and having to eat off small paper plates. It makes me feel like I am on a picnic rather than eating at a full-price professional restaurant.

Excellent eggplant Parmesan and pizza. Great service and friendly staff. Will enjoy many good meals here in the future.

Our party of three (husband, 5-year old, and I) ordered pizzas and dined in. Our son wanted just cheese, so he ordered a kid-sized pie. My husband and I ordered our own pie with four toppings. The kid pie looked great on top; however, the outer edges of the crust and bottom crust had some burned patches. Same for the pie my husband and I ordered. While tasty (and the ratio of toppings to sauce to crust was perfect), there were significant charred spots on the outer crust and some of the interior crust was soggy. Regarding wait staff: There seemed to be only one person working the dining area. I don't know if she was overwhelmed or what, but the service was not up to par. (Ex. asking how our meal is, noticing the empty drink cups, and walking away without returning with refills). And, speaking of drink cups... The pizza here is a little on the pricier side, and if you're going to charge more for pizza, please give customers non-plastic/disposable drink cups and paper plates. While I realize it's a pizza place, if you're going to charge more for a pie at least up the quality of the utensils. Would I order from here again? Yes, but it would be take out to dodge iffy service and eating off paper plates.

I think the pizza, the meatball sandwich (grinder) and the service is outstanding. Very tasty food and the girls behind the counter are so cute. Really, this place is quite good.
