Best vegan ice cream ever! Super cute store and everything is homemade! They had some interesting flavors such as cotton candy. I didn't think I'd like it but I ended up getting two scoops of it

Just odd! Weird store hours. The owner needs another pair of hands or needs to retire. Waited over 15 minutes in line, ordered a strawberry milk shake and my friend a root beer float, to be told he was out of both!!! That's like having a pizza w/ no cheese.

I have been to both the Surfside and Wynwood up location and I have nothing bad to say about it all. The panther coffee flavor and sriracha peanut are by far my favorite. I am bit of a Ice Cream junkie myself so for me to go out of my way to make a yelp review means a lot. I definitely recommend visiting Serendipity for your ice cream cravings.

I had cookie dough ice cream in a sugar cone. As far as ice cream goes I'd have to say that this does qualify as ice cream. I tasted the cereal milk ice cream but decided to roll the dice on the cookie dough instead. Why not? I'm on vacation aren't I?

It's not the best but it's still good. Small adorable little place that's good to stop in after lunch at another nearby restaurant. I had the drunken chocolate ice cream - apparently it's chocolate ice cream with whiskey. Honestly tasted like any other chocolate ice cream. My cousin had the cookie dough ice cream and said there was hardly any cookie dough in it. I think it's a bit overpriced for what tastes like ordinary ice cream. But, it's not bad. I'll surely pass by here again sometime.

Was at their their Pop up location in Wynwood. Deeelicious Icecream! Maybe some of the best I've had outside of Italy. Worth a visit in Miami. Chocolate was amazing (had a little more complex name than that) earl grey was yum. Mmmm. Wish it was open on Saturday though :(

I recently started going to Serendipity when visiting my family in Florida. I am a big frozen yogurt fan and am always looking for great places wherever I go. Serendipity is high on my list of favorite places. The flavors are so creative and homemade. The staff there is also super friendly and a pleasure to be around. Recently they have some new flavors that enjoy. I love the salted caramel and butter pecan. I also tasted the sweet potato and marshmallows which sounds odd, but its actually delicious! I highly recommend you check this place out if you like yogurt. You won't be disappointed.

Cute little place. Friendly staff. The peanut butter frozen yogurt is mine & my bf's favorite. We were craving it for a while and finally had the chance to stop by.. Checked yelp for their hours.. "Friday: 11am to sundown".. Unfortunately, We showed up at 11:30am and they were still closed.. We had a really tight time frame.. Coming from downtown Miami, dealt with traffic, and came back with nothing.. So I suggest if you plan on going in the morning-noon time, call first! Just posted a photo of their hours..

Homemade, local amazing ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet, baked goods.. Seriously the best ice cream and fro yo anywhere. The owners are so creative and use lots of organic and local sourced ingredients. Also Cholov Yisroel if needed. Love this place!!

Overall: Overpriced. Kosher. Good tasting. Nothing out of the ordinary concerning fro-yo. The Deets: Located on the busy strip of Harding, this place has a cute outside and warm inside - a few chairs inside and loungers outside. Overall, a nice layout for a fro-yo place. The flavors are fairly standard and basic - chocolate, "original," and whatever the flav-o-the-day. The taste is exactly what you'd expect - pretty good, smooth, goes down with a smile. However, the price is "WHOA MOMMA!". I guess that might be standard for such a upper-class area... but "whew".... not for this guy.

A small yogurt shop with a cozy and cutely decorated storefront. The yogurt is all non-fat and delicious!! They have the staples of chocolate and vanilla, but then have other flavors like cookes & cream and peanut butter (which is the best by the way). There's also ice cream, coffee drinks, candy and yogurt pies. I got a medium cup thinking it would be a decent size and it was HUGE they really give you your money's worth of yogurt! The toppings are great too, from mini m&ms to granola to chocolate covered espresso beans. The girl behind the counter was really nice and friendly. The decor gives the store a cozy feeling that makes you want to just sit down right there and fully enjoy your treat to its fullest. Will totally be going back!

I've visited Serendipity twice, and I'm definitely a fan. The after-school crowd can make this place a bit hectic, so plan accordingly. I really like their Serendipity flavor, which is the plain, tart one. I've also tried the Dulce de Leche, which was very good too. One of the things I really like is that they're generous with the toppings. I normally don't get toppings, but my sister did and I liked to see that they didn't just sprinkle a few little bits on top. I mean, who wants to run out and be left with only the yogurt if you were looking forward to the toppings too? The location is good. It's not an area I visit often, but Harding is a cute street in Surfside with a lot of shops and restaurants. Parking is usually easy - street side with payment in the machine. The ambience inside is very cute. It's whimsical! And, they've got candy galore! I can see why the after-school kids love this place. Really, the only downside to me is that it's a bit pricey - $4 for a small. Maybe that's the going rate, I don't know, but it seems high. Oh well, it's a once in a while treat, so I'm ok with it.

The place is really cute and the staff was very nice. That being said the ice cream was terrible and/or uninspiring which is not what you want to have for the amount of calories. The lady said the owner was pregnant and had not been able to make fresh ice cream in a while that could have something to do with it. I also tried the frozen yogurt and it was melting and the flavors were awful. We bought the flavored popcorn and it was by unanimous consent awful. I will not return. I can just walk across the street and get ice cream at Publix since this ice cream is in that ball park of flavor.

It's a small shop along harding ave that's easy to pass, but soo worth the stop! After driving by this place for months, I finally decided to stop and give it chance. I didn't even sample the flavors and randomly went with a cup of chocolate froyo; it was delish! If you like TCBY, you'll definitely like Serendipity's froyo. Right now this is one of my favorite froyo places in Miami, possibly my favorite!
(5)
Yoly B.
They've got the best tasting vanilla froyo I've had in awhile. Added to that was Oreo and Heath Bar bits at the bottom of the cup and caked to the sides of a beautiful swirl top. This distribution of toppings to froyo made for the perfect bite, every time!

This is an update to my previous review about the business hours. The proprietor contacted me personally and offered to ensure that I had a better experience on my next visit, as well as explain recent earlier-than-expected closings. This type of attention to customer service is a great model for family-owned and corporate-owned businesses alike. I actually did NOT take her up on the offer as I wanted an objective experience, so I went during their posted business hours again and voila! Wonderful service, delicious ice cream, and a whimsical little space in which to enjoy your tasty treat. Not to mention a great selection of everything from root bear floats, ice cream cakes, and frozen coffee drinks and smoothies. A great place to go after a day in the hot Florida sun!

Crusin' down Harding Avenue, windows down, power 96 on blast, and the smell of suntan oil, all I was missing was some ice cream! I would like to thank the 30 mile per hour speed limit for allowing me to find this sweet little spot, if I had gone any faster and blinked I am almost sure I would have missed it. I parked in one of the meters across and walked over to the shop. As soon as you enter there is this cozy home like feel, everything is pale pink and antique. The menu is on chalkboard which I love, I hate when things are too commercial. So many flavors I really didn't know what to have, actually I didn't know if it was ice cream, or yogurt like the yo-plait kind. I explained to the girl at the counter that this was my first time so she quickly went through the selection of flavors. I decided to go with the peanut butter yogurt with colorful sprinkles, I absolutely loved that she put sprinkles on the bottom before the ice cream a sweet surprise when you scrape the cup for more! The smallest size was $4 dollars and with sprinkles it came out to $5 with tax. They have cute little chairs to sit down, I decided to take my treat on the go. They also have tea and coffee aswell as non dairy selections. Finding this little gem was the perfect end to my date with the beach!

Was at their their Pop up location in Wynwood. Deeelicious Icecream! Maybe some of the best I've had outside of Italy. Worth a visit in Miami. Chocolate was amazing (had a little more complex name than that) earl grey was yum. Mmmm. Wish it was open on Saturday though :(

Really delicious homemade ice cream! My favorites are cheesecake, coffee, and dulce de leche soft serve !

They've got the best tasting vanilla froyo I've had in awhile. Added to that was Oreo and Heath Bar bits at the bottom of the cup and caked to the sides of a beautiful swirl top. This distribution of toppings to froyo made for the perfect bite, every time!

Good place but better for take out. They do kosher ice cream.

Good but not very tart. I like real tart froyo otherwise you might as well eat icecream. I've been a few times but have found a better froyo nearby. Also pretty expensive.

An excellent find! We had finished dinner and were walking along the street when we saw the huge ice cream cone statute on the sidewalk. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The frozen yogurt was outstanding and the availability of toppings was very good. They had options for small, medium, and large. The large was $6 and I don't recall the other prices as I wanted a lot! Neither my wife or I was disappointed. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

My entire family loves this place. I think the fact that it is a family owned and operated business, in a small town like community is the big difference.

First visit and I fell in love with the Cereal Milk Ice cream...brought me back to my pj wearing, X-men watching Saturday mornings on my bunk bed!

Ice cream was really sweet but flavor was good and they have a really good variety. It does look a bit dirty and service is not great.
