As Panera Breads go this one was about as good as you can normally expect - that is, good quality food at affordable prices with a slight Starbuckian commercialness which can leave a bitter taste to the trendy or indy-minded. The roast beef asiago ciabatta was tasty but way too much onion... Was that an onion? So spicy I thought someone slathered wasabi all over the inside. The mango smoothie was also tasty but not blended right, I got about as much ice as mango smoothie through the giant straw. The wifi was free and plentiful. The place was huge, and FREEZING! Felt like I was having lunch in a meat locker.

Maybe it's the fresh food. Maybe it's the free samples. Maybe it's the cheap prices. Whatever it is, panera does it good. The service is friendly, the food is good and the place has free wifi. Great place for all times of the day. If you need to get homework done, this is the place to come. You'll be happy you tried it!

This place is a great chain place, that has fresh breads of all shaped and flavors, and decently priced. for 8 dollars, you can get a half sandwich plus soup or salad combo, with a side of fresh baguette or a bag of chips. not bad! The Bacon Turkey Bravo, is what my roommate suggested to me, and for good reason! It's on this reddish rosemary sundried tomato bread, with turkey bacon and gouda cheese. my favorite soup is the French Onion, with the great croutons and fresh cheese all melted in the soup. awesome. another good soup is the broccoli cheddar. creamy and flavorful. The other great thing about this place is, since it's a bread place, they have lotsa fresh pastries for a morning or afternoon snack. it's a good place to go if you are looking fora quick lunch! :)

Trying to write this review like no one has ever been to Panera before! LOL! I like the Panera Bread franchise because of the consistency at all of their locations. I love all of their brewed teas that are next to the soda machines. This location is BUSY BUSY BUSY especially at lunch time so plan ahead. I've actually been told on several occasions that this location runs of out bread by dinner time. Crazy! I'm starting a petition to have the autumn squash soup on the menu year round. They can call it something else because it's literally the best soup they make with the tomato coming in at a close second. If you're also looking to have something incredibly yummy (and really bad) their cinnamon crunch bagel is basically the beautiful love child of a donut and a bagel. Have it toasted with regular cream cheese and it's the bomb! If you're looking for an awesome bakery item, the cookies are good but I recommend the apple crisp muffin. They don't have them a lot (super exclusive bakery products here people) but when they do definitely grab one. They're best when warmed up so use the microwave they have near the coffee station to heat it up and enjoy with a chai latte! BAM!

Online ordering response is horrible. I only buy online for rapid pickup and find it very convenient on every location except this one. Have done it 4 times and order is never ready when I get back and I have had to make the line just to get them to start the order about 30 minutes after the time promised in the rapid order. 2 of the times have gotten attitude from employees. If you order in store the process is as expected from any Panera Bread.

If you do take out or pick up at this panera, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!!! I always forget. I'm an idiot. And then I call back and ask for a refund and they refuse and say to come back and pick it up. Who has time for that? They say they can't refund my money for the items they forgot to pack, because then they will have to refund the entire order. Okay, fine some systems are like that, but then they could refund the entire order and re-ring the order without the item that they forgot to pack. I hate feeling ripped off. I should have checked my bag before I left, but they shouldn't have forgotten my items or at least give me back my money. I hate lazy stores who could care less about their guests.

Needing to get out of the house and study for finals, I dropped by my local Panera. I arrived early as to get a good table. I scoped out the place first. There are A LOT of tables, and not a lot of booths. I LOVE booths. I can spread out and feel like I am in a cocoon. The few booths they did have, weren't near an outlet for my laptop. BOO. I found a back corner table, right next to an outlet. So I grabbed it and then ordered a coffee and a bagel. The lady was very nice, but I hate when they don't ask about my rewards card. And, of course, I always forget about it. Oh well. I grabbed my coffee and bagel and holed up in the back. Right by the bathroom. No one bothered me. The employees were nice and kept the place nice and clean around me. I love their display of baked goods. Nice and organized with names and prices. A lot of Paneras don't have that. Glad I have a place I can run to and study! Be back soon!

I'm not sure what the deal was when I went here for some lunch. Either Panera Bread has gone downhill in all aspects of service and quality, this Panera Bread is just flat out awful, or my experience was just a combination of all sorts of bad timing and luck. I always enjoy the Half Soup/Half Sandwich (PIck 2), and on this day, I did not. I chose not to complain because I was A) hungry and B) the whole setting was just funky; like something was in the air. My sandwich, half sandwich, came out half pressed (top grilled, bottom soggy) and my soup was room temperature. In hindsight, I should have complained, but like I explained, it was just one of those times. Both my girlfriend and I agreed that our experience that day (2 meals gone wrong) was sub-par and sour enough to leave a lasting memory.

Meh... losing it's luster for me. When it first opened it was the bees knees, but as it's been here it's been on a gradual decline. The ice machine was broken, it was kind of dirty, and they definitely use bagged lettuce as you can taste it. It's dry and not very crisp. Their bakery and bagels for breakfast is probably your best bet...especially in the morning when Starbucks is gang busters. Their sandwiches are hit or miss, sometimes you order the same thing at one location and it doesn't taste nearly the same at the other. No idea why this is. I don't need to go back.

I love the food here. It's an alternative to the types of restaurants that cater only to one specific type of food or different variations of the same food. You can find a great salad here like you cobb salad which is amazing, there is something about gorgonzola that makes any salad good! This one hits the spot especially with the applewood smoked bacon. There sandwiches and Panini's are very well made. I like there Turkey bravo sandwich. Smoked turkey breast, bacon, smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomatoes with tomato basil bred and special sauce. It's really good. They also have soups and pasta. I am a fan of there Torellini alfredo, you can really taste the romano cheese... Can you tell I really like cheese?!? There is one thing that is on the negative side about this restaurant. There location, it's almost as if there location and success causes me to think or look the other way at times. This place is always packed. That's a great thing !!! Bad for me when it comes to lunch, If I were to come here at any other time of the day Monday thru Friday other that from 12pm to 2pm I would be in and out in a skip. However, since it's in a shopping center in a business area where there is a mall and major business's people come in flocks and the lines become long. It's a shame because I don't want to spend most of my lunch waiting to place my order. I will give them credit, they move fast but it's still a more than normal wait. Other than this I don't see anything wrong. My advice is to beat the traffic and get here around 11:45am or so... Early bird gets the worm.

This is the worst run restaurant that I have ever seen. I'm standing in line waiting 30 minutes for an order to go. It's one sandwich!! They don't know what in the hell they're doing in here. Don't bother going there unless you got lots of time to waste

What do you have to do to get a correct order? Whether I am dining in, taking out, or ordering online there is something missing, something added, or the food is so salty it has to be returned. Rapid pickup order hasn't been right once, and is usually not ready. The employees don't seem to care (oh ok we'll MAIL you a coupon for the thing you ordered but we forgot). This is a busy location with very bad parking. Do not have this problem with any other Panera. Get it together. Please.

There's something extra special about this Panera. The service is usually fantastic and the orders are always ready quickly. Even during the super busy lunch rush. Don't be scared if you walk in to a line that reaches the front door- it usually moves quickly. Parking can be a bit of a pain during lunchtime, but there are always parking spots available on the side of the building next to the LA Fitness. It's a bit of a walk, I know, but it'll help you walk off your lunch.

Love this restaurant! We have been visiting for years and go almost weekly. The place is always clean. The staff is always friendly. The management is always helpful. Even when I am the one that orders wrong. They correct MY mistake. The whole family loves this place and it is the only restaurant he wants to eat at. :) No problem eating here. Will continue for years. Thanks for the great service.

My family has been huge Panera fans for years however I have noticed a decline in quality in the last few months. This Panera took our order and then told us at the waiting area they were out if Paninni and another sandwich bread. Really you take our money and then tell us you have no bread 2 hours before closing. They gave me Focacia bread which was hideous, This is the third time in 1 month that Panera has run out of bread at three locations 2 in Florida and one in Illinois also one of the apples looked like it had been attacked by worms seriously get your act together.

I used to hate Panera...not sure why...but I was never a fan. Then I came in here and had a 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup. I have been back a ton of times since! During lunch time the line is literally out the door - so be warned. Things I have had: SOUPS: Butternut Squad - Seasonal and AMAZING! Get this when you see it available. Mushroom - Great! Creamy and delicious French Onion - Really good! Delicious to dip your sandwich in. Broccoli Cheddar - My favorite! It's always available (from what I have seen?) SANDWICHES: Classic Grilled Cheese (Not overly impressive but AMAZING dipped in the soups) Sierra Turkey - Good sandwich! Turkey slices on Asiago Focaccia. Italian - Delicious! Great mix of flavors from the meats and crisp red onion (I am on a sick red onion kick lately.) All of the "pick two" combos come with a side of bread...which you dip in your soup (see the trend yet?!)...that with half a sandwich and a bowl of soup makes up for a delicious and filling lunch! The baked goods are always great as well! The coffee does suck. I have yet to try the ice coffee but I have never been a fan of the hot stuff. Service is always great. They give you a buzzer...which when you put on your table it notifies the server where your at so they can bring your order over...pretty cool.

Very friendly, and very welcoming. The location is clean and easy to find. As always, their soups are incredible and super delicious. I love how the staff here are very attentive and aware of their customers. The wi-fi is also very fast, so this is a great place to study for class, or get some work out of the way while grabbing a quick and delicious bite to eat. The restaurant is also well-located with plenty of options of things to do near by.

I LOVE Panera Bread, and I have been a guest there for many years, but this Panera Bread has disappointed me consistently the last three times I visited. The first time I went, I got the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with no feta. I take a bite out of it, no feta, good sign, though what I did pull out of my mouth was a 2 inch long piece of plastic. I was immediately thrown off, and left to speak with the manager. The manager told me that this sometimes happens because of plastic being sliced off of meat or cheese and accidently getting into the sandwich. Though, I explained to her I had neither of these things on my sandwich...strange. She didn't offer not even a coupon, or a free pastry, an extra baguette...nada. Very strange. I have NEVER found plastic in my food, let alone pulled it out of my mouth and I have gotten compensated for far less. But...terrible management is terrible management, what are ya gonna do? Upon returning to my sandwich I discovered that there actually WAS feta on the sandwich but it had been lackadaisically taken off as an afterthought, which is more I can say about the other two times I went there, when the feta was on the sandwich I ordered. I have been to many Paneras but this one is just...awful. Hopefully they step their game up.

Panera is great!! Nothing like a satisfying lunch break on a long day. That one hour to myself is crucial for my day-to-day sanity. Enter Panera as if a mirage in the desert; I run forth! Ha! Anyway, for those Panera lovers I highly suggest you sign up for their rewards program. It's free and offers great kick-backs. For instance, upon opening an account, you already receive a free pastry! Not only that, but about a month later, I received a free espresso. Mind you, I go often to Panera, but even then I thought my free espresso came quickly from a rewards perspective! I think Panera caters to all diets. From the calorie conscious to the sweet tooth, there are many many options for all! Panera definitely always had a customer in me, but now with their rewards I am totally digging them more!

This Panera is ridiculously awesome. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean, and -- most importantly -- they have this Sobe Cranberry Grapefruit drink that I would probably sell my firstborn child for. It can get a bit crowded here during the peak hours, since its a relatively small store and people seem to stick around for hours doing their homework (I also saw a guy playing World of Warcraft here once -- ahh, free wifi). There's a few other stores in this same plaza, so after you eat you can check out the Gamestop or... mail something at UPS. OK, I guess the Gamestop is about all there is, on second thought. Either way, I definitely recommend this Panera!

Great stop for lunch, sandwiches and salad, soups, coffee, smoothies and pastas. The broccoli cheese soup is highly praised by everyone who knows anything about panera. And if your into bread put any of the soups into a bread bowl! I personally love the turkey sandwich on Asiago bread. It comes with this amazing sauce and it is consistent every time I have it. Coffee lovers - I prefer Panera coffee over starbucks! They have soy milk too. They are fast and swift just like every other panera!!!

DISCLAIMER: More than once, ok frequently, it has been suggested that I'm a bit of a snob. Any opinions expressed in the following review should not be taken as anything more than the views of a cynical, and openly picky eater, who admittedly, is not fond of bread Typically I try to avoid chains. I mean I will often skip a meal rather than wasting money on overpriced and mediocre food. However, every now and then the options are limited. Due to a limited time constraints, and a burgeoning need for caffeine, I decided to give Panera another try recently (it has been quite some time after a few previous mishaps). What a mistake it was. Now part of my offense with Panera is the overwhelmingly large amount of bread products. I am aware that it is a bakery, and thus pretty much what they are known for. However, that just isn't really my thing. I thought it might be good to get some protein, so I opted for one of their "egg souffles." A properly made souffle is one of life's penultimate joys, and I was ecstatic to think I would have such an opportunity. However their "souffle" I soon discovered was a clear misnomer for something that instead was nothing more than a slightly upgraded breakfast wrap. Picture a calzone filled with eggs, with more dough than filling. That's the "egg souffle." Okay fine. Perhaps it was just my personal anti-bread prejudice. I can accept that, but what ired my the most was the fact that following this abomination it took about 40 minutes to get my chai latte. There was 4 people working at the time and only one other customer waiting. What on earth was the holdup? Needless to say I grabbed my cup and quickly headed out to make it to the office on time, looking forward to taking my first sip. Except I couldn't, because it was scalding. Not just lukewarm, but full on volcano scorching. What did they spend the entire 40 minutes heating the thing incrementally? When it finally cooled I was yet again disappointed, it was abysmal. Now I tend to order chai lattes a lot. In fact, that is pretty much the only beverage I order when trying a new coffee or tea place. I wouldn't say I'm an expert by any means, but I definitely have tried a wide range of versions. Saying that, it really is no exaggeration to state that it was one of the worst chai lattes I've ever tasted. Panera, I know that many people are lured in by your ease and abundance of carb-tastic products, but I just can't seem to figure out what it is is that has enabled you to thrive to the epic market domination that you have achieved. Now I remember exactly why I stayed away for so long.

I'm an ex-Starbucks girl! Oh, don't whine! I go there still but, this is IT! Panera Bread has some really yummy baked goods and now offer some interesting breakfast goodies, too. I love the Asiago bagel but I could go for their Pecan Rolls, too and, then there is......well, I like it all! But, I go there for their coffees! Their Caramel Latte is wonderful. It comes in an oversized coffee cup/mug, is not too sweet and hits the spot every time! AND, FREE WI-FI! My only complaint: they are too far and few between. Starbucks is on every corner, Dunkin Donuts, too. They've got to open more locations!

I just love this Panera bread! The service here is awesome. They are fast and they are pleasant. I love how everything is freshly made everyday. Their self service coffee station is great because if you just want to sit back and relax, bring your laptop and get unlimited refills of coffee then you can! I love their Asiago bagel. It is by far my favorite!

I love Panera and this visit was just like any other because the food was perfect and delicious. They are very consistent with their food which always makes it for an excellent place to eat. For breakfast I have two options: First: I love the asiago bagel with the chive and onions cream cheese. Let me just say that this is extremely delicious if that is what you want for breakfast because the bagel is always perfectly toasted and the chive and onions cream cheese is super flavorful. I try not to put it all in the bagel so I can take some home for later... it's that yummy! Second: The Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich is soooo good too. I specially love the cheese they use because it takes the sandwich to the next level. My family and I actually have a tradition that when we go out of town we have to have breakfast at panera and we each get one of these because they are amazing/nutritious and will fill you up. For lunch I usually get the "you pick two" with the Frontega chicken sandwich and the broccoli and cheese soup. And I do not think it has ever changed, it always tastes delicious and it has always been at the perfect temperature to eat. I specially love the side of bread because it's so good when you dip it into the soup. I have tried other sandwiches and soups but the ones mentioned above and most definitely the best. Overall I have always have a great experience at this store and many other like I mentioned before they are very good about being consistent which is always a good thing.

The staff here are great. My children love to come here on Saturday mornings for bagels. I've never had a bad experience. Very busy location and they handle the crowds extremely well. Service always with a smile and very clean. Awesome place!!!

By now I tried all Panera sandwiches, soups and pastry. It's always good, but I do wish for more veggies in sandwiches. Some are pretty dry and in need of a tomatoe or sauce.

Nice little Panera location. It is a smaller location. Not a ton of seating, especially for a party of over 4. Friendly staff and manager. Thanks!

good place and good food. That being said - it is very under staffed and the service is sooooo slooooowwwww..........!!!

Good place for a quick lunch! You wont get bored with the menu. I had the turkey and bacon, a bit salty but overall i enjoyed it.

Food & service was very good on this trip. Great thing about this Panera is the Starbucks next door, so you can get great coffee and go to Panera for delicious food.

I usually love Panera however this location is always a mess. They are very unorganized, inconsistent, and often dirty. Ugh. It's a shame because I normally do love Panera. :(

Service has gone down recently. 4 guys in the pickup area. No other orders in front of me. They fool around and im waiting for a sandwich and salad that should take what 2 mins. They also forget my cake.

Always excellent service when dining in, sometimes take long when you're taking it to go. My favorite is autumn squash soup!!! Love it love it!
