My hubby & I have a date nite on Wednesdays. Love the bang bang shrimp along with a Chilled glass of Zin and a extra dry Martini, (stir not shaken) . The service is good. I would recommend making a reservation, especially when the snowbirds are down.

Today was my first time eating here. I decided to try a restaurant I've never been to for my birthday. I made a reservation online, it seemed like the hostess didn't know what she was doing. I had to repeat my name three times, then she asked me my last name. Anyway, we ordered the a Bang Bang Shrimp as an appetizer. It wasn't very "bang bang" so my dad says. It lacked spice, but I enjoyed the few I had. I ordered the Fontina Chop with the Truffle Mac&Cheese which is a signature side. I enjoyed the ciabatta with oil and herbs. It was great. When my food came the presentation was nice. I didn't care for the pork chop. The flavoring was a little too sweet for my taste, but it was cooked perfectly. The mac & cheese was amazing! Very creamy, I loved the mushrooms in it. It was a large serving, I had more than enough to take some home. Overall I enjoyed my experience, and my food. My server was very attentive and nice.

1. Make a reservation. We walked in, a party of 6 and were told 20 minutes. We waited 70 and only because my mother threw a fit. It no doubt would have been longer. Personally, I wish we had just walked out. 2. Despite having multiple people serve us, it was spotty. Four people came with our drinks and food but then no one came back to refill the drinks. 3. They seem to cook meat okay but there's an art to cooking veggies without making them mushy. Left something to be desired. 4. Friendly, courteous servers. I give them that!

The service and food today was fantastic! Made a reservation ahead of time to ensure that we didn't wait too long to get seated as this location is sometimes busier at dinnertime. The manager personally sat us and gave us his name which I thought was impressive. Our server was extremely friendly and catered to every request, even for extra extra lemons and consistent water refills. Their bang bang shrimp is an obvious staple (especially on Wednesdays). For a dinner option I recommend that you get them as a meal... in the tacos! BOOM! We had the tomato avocado panzanella salad as an appetizer which is a summer salad option. I was sad to find out they didn't have their tomato, feta, and basil salad option anymore but I have a feeling if requested they could pull it off. I had a chef special for dinner. It was their day boat scallops with corn bacon risotto and zucchini "fries". The meal was beyond DELICIOUS and would definitely order it again. Overall, the service and food hit all the important marks this evening!

Bang bang into your heart....Bonefish Grill is known for its delicious spicy shrimp appetizer but the menu has a wide section of meats and seafood options as well. This location is nicely staffed and has a full bar with two large TV screens for your viewing pleasure. I went on a rainy Monday night so it wasn't very busy. We got seated as soon as a booth was cleaned up. Our waiter was patient and let us take our time ordering. We had Bang Bang Shrimp to start. My mom had the Oscar's style Chilean sea bass and and I had the 6 Oz filet mignon. We also love love love the bread and pesto olive oil they provide. The bang bang shrimp has a hit of a kick to it. It's lightly breaded and saucy. Try it with the salad at the bottom for an extra refreshing taste. The sea bass came with lump crab on top and asparagus. It was $32.50. The bass was a big portion but the crab on top was just what few tiny pieces. The filet was nicely seasoned and medium rare exactly how I wanted. The garlic whipped potatoes are heavenly. Not too bad for a chain restaurant.

The food, the service and the locale are great. The food; always fresh and the wait is never long. I personally love the Bang Bang Shrimp to start with. Then when it comes to entrees I basically love everything on the menu. The service; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The staff is always good with suggestions and recommendations. As for the locale; it's always clean and inviting. The ambiance is cozy and quiet. I love coming here with my wife. This place is one of my favorite local spots in Plantation. I keep coming back and plan on continuing that trend.

This place needs an intervention. I get emails from them 3x a week pushing their bang bang shrimp. I think its the only dish they have than anyone likes. I had a lobster roll that was embarrassingly small; and embarrassingly bad. It's a good thing someone else was paying. I don't think I ever had anything I liked at Bonefish. It's not good food.

I've been to this Bonefish location about 6 times since it opened. I've enjoyed the food so why don't I eat here more often? Here's why: 1. This chain restaurant is heavy-handed with it's use of fats and salt in most of their food. They take something as healthy as fish and batter/fry or smoother it in a fatty sauce. If that's the preparation, I might as well order unhealthy food to start! Their fried calamari appetizer is good - and knowing it's fried when we order it puts the responsibility on us. But what about a grilled fillet that tastes and looks like it was heavily brushed with oil, or the the tuna tataki drizzled with mayonnaise-based sauce, or the "fresh" veggies coated in fat after being steamed? 2. There are no busers so the servers make food recommendations, refill beverages, clean the table of each course's dishes, and help kitchen runners deliver the food. The waitstaff have several tables so this extra responsibility dilutes their effectiveness and ability to quickly tend to the guests. Today we took matters into our own hands! We ordered food with sauces on the side or not at all. We ordered protein and veggies - but sadly hubby's grilled fish was oil-coated and his spaghetti squash was finished with what appeared to be oil and Parmesan cheese so it was nearly congestive when we ate it. He ordered the green beans steamed only but they were overcooked. I ordered the appetizer of NY strip sliced thinly with pepper and the sauce on the side that I didn't taste. The steak was likely about 4 ounces and was served with a honking piece of solid, white fat that really should have been removed before plating. It was very tasty and I couldn't finish it because I ordered a house salad with dressing on the side, which I didn't use. I also had some of the ahi tuna tataki appetizer that was great because it was cold and didn't have sauce on it. I had some of the Mussels Josephine but none of the sauce and it was delicious, along with the fresh tomato garnish. Our server was great, despite handling several tables and having to do nearly everything by himself. We did sit with a platter of mussel shells and spent dishes, but given how Bonefish runs it's business that's not his fault. If the food was prepared in a healthier way, like many seafood/fish restaurants that know their customers want to taste fish and not breading and fatty sauces (bang bang shrimp, indeed), and if they staffed busers to enhance their customers' experience I'd give it a solid 4. Even so, I will likely return and edit their dishes to my dietary interests and recognize that if I don't go on off hours I will have to endure delayed service.

I used to go to Bonefish a few times a week when it was at the Fashion Mall. The staff and food were always on point. I had a great server I always asked for who even walked me to the bathroom and to the table because the floors were so slick there that many people fell including a friend of mine. There was a lot of litigation happening and then with the impending closing of the mall they moved to their current location, which is nice but parking is a pain so I don't go nearly as often. They recently promoted a $10 gift card on their website and I was craving Bang Bang Shrimp so the boyfriend and I made a last minute reservation. Parking on a Tuesday was still a pain but we were promptly seated in a nice, big booth. We ordered the shrimp and tried the BlackBerry Sangria and White Mango Sangria. Both were delicious and it's hard to say which one I liked better. The red was a little sweet and the white was super refreshing. I wish my sangria at home would turn out so good! By the time we finished the shrimp, I was full so I ordered a bowl of the Lump Crab Corn Chowder ($7). The boyfriend opted for the Mahi Tacos. The soup was as good as I remembered but it was in a very shallow bowl so I felt like $7 was a little pricey. Although I make homemade soups at home all the time and know the time and effort that goes into it... The cup was listed at $6.20 so for 80 cents the bowl is a no brainer but maybe a cup is more like a thimble??? The boyfriend said the tacos were "okay". They had more toppings than fish so that overpowered everything. He said the mango salsa was good, the lime cream sauce was too but that it had too much going on between spice, sweet, and savory. He wished they would have just tried to pick one direction and done it well rather than mix too many things. I was disappointed that they were chincey with the fish- after all it is called BoneFISH! The service was good. The Bang Bang Shrimp was top notch as always. Maybe 5 stars if the tacos had been better...

This was my first experience at a bonefish grill and everything about it was amazing! Our waitress was such a doll, service was fast even at a busy hour on a Saturday night. The food was so great, love the choices and healthy sides offered! I will be returning!

First time there and everything was superb! We only had to wait about 15 minutes to get a table, the staff was friendly and attentive even before we were seated. Once seated the waitress was prompt in taking our drink orders as well as showing the specials of the day. We ordered the coconut friend shrimp and wow they were huge! We ordered the bang bang shrimp which was awesome and the shrimp and scallops. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was great. It came in a timely manner and our server was very attentive. This place is great. We will return and recommend it!

Realistically its a nice restaurant however my family and I waited 1 hour to get a table... that was not a great impression and it was my first visit here. The waiter made up for it, he was helpful with the menu. one thing that did irritate me was the limited amount of space in the center where I was sitting oh no! I couldn't get up to go to the bathroom, my husband had to get up so I can get out... way too tight. The food was good, we ordered famous Bang bang shrimp as appetizers and ceviche *thumbs up* I ordered tilapia imperial *thumbs up* as well. I enjoyed it.

Bonefish is one of my favorite places for a special dinner. We've been to them is several states and the food and service is consistently very good. It's great that you can make an online reservation, that's always a plus, and reservations are a good idea. While you might get lucky and not wait to long, but it's better to be safe. When you walk in you'll find an attractive setting and be greeted by a smile. The restaurant has a nice ambience and I like the fact that it's not terribly noisy. You can actually talk to the people at your table without yelling. I like to start with a lemon drop martini. I figure I can't go wrong with something I know about, and I never get disappointed. I had my first Bang Bang shrimp, last week. They were perfectly cooked and had a nice kick without being overpowering. The sauce was cool, creamy and great on the shrimp I could make an entire meal of them, with no problem. For an entree, I like to get one of the fish. I love the way you get your choice of how you want it cooked and what kind of sauce. I generally go for the salmon with the pan Asian sauce, for the perfect balance of sweet and savory. For dessert, if you can get there for the seasonal strawberry shortcake, you won't be sorry. Hands down, the best strawberry shortcake I've ever had. Piles of succulent berries on a tender, sweetened biscuit and piles of whipped cream. You just can't finish a meal better than that.

I like this restaurant. It has a nice atmosphere and the food is good. My favorite dishes are the salads and fish. The prices are pretty research able as well. The only negative is that parking can be difficult at times.

Okay so first I need to point out something, there is a waiting time almost every night. So if you can't wait, you might want to go somewhere else. What I do enjoy is that there is avaliable seating as you're waiting. They offer free samples and you can order a drink or 2 as you wait. They always say it's a 45 minute wait, but I've never waited more than 20. The staff is wonderful. The hostess is always very polite and the servers are very attentive, always ready for any questions you have. I have come here very often and although its a bit pricey I don't mind spending the money. You get what you pay for every time. Their martinis are delish. I always order the Sirloin and Crab cake dinner. The steak is always cooked perfectly and the crab cake actually contains a lot of crab. Their pumpkin ravioli is the best during the fall and their remoulade is probably the best I've ever had. If you're looking to take someone on a date and impress them, I suggest coming here.

Brunch I'm giving 5 stars! Lobster Tuesday I'm giving 3 stars Saturday lunch I'm giving 3.5 stars Overall it's getting 4 stars This happens to be in between my house and my rents and my mom had a giftcard. So I met her for lunch here on a Saturday, we both ordered the steak tacos, I really wanted fish or shrimp tacos, but they didn't have them. Steak was really good, but the portion size was very small. It was like 2 little tacos and a salad or something. Next, moms and I went b/c when we were there for lunch she noticed they have some Lobster Tuesday night and if there's one thing my Mom's likes it's lobster. We sat outside ate some lobster and drank some martinis. Again, portion size was pretty small, perhaps I just eat like a man, I'm not sure. But it was fine, didn't knock my socks off and I didn't think it was such a great deal that I would rush back to do it again. And then it happened, Easter Sunday, and me and the rents were looking for 'brunch spots'. I got an email from Bonefish...and to my amazement they have brunch....bottomless bloodys, mimosas, or blackberry sangria...WHAT THE WHAT!!! Done and done. We go and they have a bunch of selections, I mean really impressive brunch items, especially for Bonefish, I was quite shocked to be honest. $19.99 gets you one of 10 different breakfast options, including 3 different kinds of Benedicts, and bottomless mimosas...um yeah. Sign me up. Brunch was by far the hands down winner. Who knew there was a place like this in Plantation! Hooray for the most important meal of the day!

If you've been to Bonefish you know it's a chain, so you know there is some consistency in what to expect. However, with respect to this particular location . . . I've been here many times over the last few years. I'm not local, I end up in the area on business, so I can say I've been here 2-3 times per year over the last 3-4 years. I have eaten at the bar all but once. The staff is always - always friendly and helpful. The bar has always been crowded if not backed. The bar staff remains attentive, patient, friendly yet professional.
3.5 stars, but I'll round up to 4 for a few things. First off, I hadn't been to a Bonefish Grill since ~2007. I didn't have a great experience then, but I believe most of that was due to the fact that I was poorer and the prices seemed a bit steep to me then, at least too steep for the quality of food. Fast forward to now. I knew that the bang-bang shrimp at Bonefish were fabulous, and I knew it was worth giving them another shot. When Bonefish was brought up as a possible dinner spot this week and I saw I could make a reservation through their website online, I was sold. Trust me, make a reservation. It was a rainy (cats and dogs) Thursday night and the place was still packed. We waltzed right in at 7:30pm (our reservation time) and were sat immediately. Other's didn't have this luxury. Drink orders were placed, wines, sangrias and a tito's vodka (gluten free if that's your thing) and then appetizers were put in. To be honest I wasn't crazy about the edamame hummus. To be fair I a) am trying to avoid carbs so I just had a forkful and avoided the pita chip - maybe it's better on the pita chip and b) have tried to make edamame hummus at home and also had it come out mediocre, so perhaps no one is making it that great or it just sounds much more delightful in my head. We also got two orders of the bacon wrapped scallops. These scallops were a bit overcooked and if you're a Top Chef fan you will know that this chef would have been sent home. We did get free bread at the table, I didn't try it (again low carb diet) but it looked pretty damn good. The sangrias were good. Not sure if I liked the red or wine more, but we ended up getting a bottle of Pinot Noir after the sangrias. The wine prices are quite reasonable here. Next up - the entrees. This is where Bonefish is getting my 4 star vote from. The shining star of the evening was Steven C's entree. He asked them if they could take the Lily Chicken recipe (goat cheese, spinach, artichoke on chicken) and apply it to a filet. They were more than happy to oblige and I knew right there and then that was worth coming back for. The 8oz filet (which is not my go-to cut of meat (I think it's a bit girly)) was perfectly cooked and the goat cheese complimented the steak so well! Still kicking myself that I only begged him for one bite! My lobster thermidor on top of mahi was good, probably 4 stars good, but that steak wow - 5 stars! Others ordered the mussels, the bang bang shrimp and a special made grilled chicken breast with quinoa. The mussels were decent, and I didn't try the other two. We opted to share two desserts - the macadamia nut flour-less brownie and the crème brulee with berries. The brownie was a bit too rich for me and dense without the flour. The crème brulee was the deepest dish crème brulee I've ever seen. Nothing wow, but nothing bad either.... the only disappointment was the "with berries" was equivalent to two blueberries. Oh well. The service was pretty good and our waiter seemed very accommodating to make all of our crazy requests. The ambiance was good, perhaps a tad too dark, but I guess some people are making Bonefish Grill into a big date night spot for them. All in all, I'd come back. I was happy they offered a gluten-free menu (helps carb avoidance) and I wasn't as appalled by the prices any more.

The service is awesome here. I always make sure to ask for Ramon and the chef special is to die for. If i could rate that alone it'd receive a 10 star making. The staff is always so welcoming and the specials of the week are constantly changing. Absolutely delicious!

This place is good. It's not the greatest of places and is usually very busy but the food is good. My favorite appetizer is the bang bang shrimp. There so good. Steaks are ok nothing special. I don't know why I would choose a steak from a seafood restaurant anyway but the rest of the food that I have tried is very good.

My family loves seafood but we always find it difficult thinking of good places in West Broward. Out early enough for BoneFish tonight. First of all, packed even early on a Sat night but only waited about 15 minutes. Nice touch to have a server come outside to ask if we needed drinks & another to one with Bang Bang shrimp samples. Speaking of the Bang Bang, had a free offer on face book so started with that: crispy, creamy, with just a hint of spice=yum. Husband had a Caesar. Nothing special but hard to make a Caesar special. I had the Beet. Goat Cheese Salad: chilled beets, smooth goat cheese, & tiny sweet crunchy nuts make this a winner. Nice alternative to the usual Caesar or Garden salad offered in restaurants. For mains, husband & I had the special, the Dorado Lobster Thermidor: nice sauce & a few chunks of lobster but the Mahi could have used a little seasoning. Veggies on side were nice & love the spaghetti squash. 10 year old's salmon with Asian glaze was good but the winner was my 9 year old"s Rainbow Trout. It was seasoned perfectly and did not even need either of the two sauces brought on the side (although the Asian glaze topped the butter). Service was impeccable! I know this is a chain but it does a great job. A return is imminent!

Took me hrs to get the food , and that simply killed my appetite. The spicy tuna was good, and others was average. I think the rating is overrated

Pretty good for your standard upscale casual seafood chain. The bread with olive oil is good, which of course is important while you're starving waiting for your food. The bang bang shrimp is excellent and a must have while you are there. I usually get the fontina chops which are tasty, so can't comment on the fish. Service is solid and quick refills of the tasty brewed ice tea.

In bonefish grille as I speak I have the best server Alyssa serving with a smile. Very pleasant, witty. Food is delicious. Not making me feel hurried. Dave the manager even visited my table to see how my dining experience was going. Only problem I had was that the chicken pad Thai was too sweet..

This is our new favorite seafood restaurant in the area. We have been to a few other locations from this chain, but we really like the way this one is managed. Service has always been outstanding, and food quality is very consistent. My 2 favorite dishes here are: Chilean sea bass and the crab cakes, and if you like sweets, try their flour less brownie.

This has to be the fastest Bonefish Grille I have been to so far. The seating is quick and easy even though it's the famous Bang Bang Shrimp Wednesdays, and the food came out quick and delicious. Definitely plan to return on another Wednesday to this location. Very hassle free!

It used to be good here but the service has been HORRIBLE for the past few months and so has the food. It's a shame. I never thought a Bonefish could sink as this one has.

Surprised by all the positive reviews. This has to be the saddest Bonefish I've ever been to. The lighting is poor. The wait staff seemed miserable. Maybe it was an off day. I ordered Ahi Tuna from the Specials and WOW! It's sad to see fish cooked so badly. Dry and overcooked I was disappointed in the texture and taste of the dish. The sides were greasy and too salty. Steamed broccoli was limp and dark green. I've been eating at this chain for years and have never had a disappointing meal. I hope that this was just a one off and not a reflection of how the chain has gone down hill. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

Bonefish grill is great when it comes to food. I had the crab chowder and it was phenomenal. The specials are always really great too and I love the bread withvthe olive oil they give you for dipping. Drinks arents on the amazing side, but they're ok. I just stick to fountain drinks or water at this place though. So with raving about the food, I would give 5 stars. The reason behind the 3 star rating is this: the wait and the service. You HAVE to make a reservation at this location. If you dont you're looking at a 60-90 minute wait time every time. This place is always packed. I made a reservation last time I was there and still waited a half hour to be seated. Then once you finally are seated, the waiters are in a horrible rush to get you back out the door. So while the food is pretty fantastic here, its not someplace I would highly recommend as a romantic date night out.

Today I had a Caesar salad and the Lobster Thermidor Mahi. The sauce was very nice, not overpowering. There was plenty of lobster and a decent amount of Mahi. One if my sons enjoyed the rainbow trout with Lemmon butter sauce but he preferred the pan-Asian sauce. The other got a small piece of salmon that was good, but not great. We 'liked' them on Facebook and got a free Bang Bang Shrimp which was DELICIOUS!!!

Always good! I'm so glad they are open for lunch. They need to advertise that they are open for lunch more. I had the Ahi Tuna small size which was delicious as always. The others ate bang bang shrimp which was a huge portion. The reason he ordered the appetizer is that when he ordered the Bang Bang Poor Boy, it only had 6 shrimp in the sandwich. The appetizer with their bread and you can make your own Poor Boy! The soup and salad was also very nice.

I'm the only one on my family that loves coming here so my visits are only every few months. I love the bang bang shrimp app (especially on Wednesday when it is on sale). The fish selections are always fresh and they have good steaks. The service is fast, friendly and professional.

Doesn't even deserve a star. And why do reservations sit before people who are standing in the restaurant waiting for a table. A bunch of corrupt individuals work here and even the manager i saw with my own eyes take a 20$ bill from a customer who walked in and he put them on top of the waiting list. Kinda sad that these clowns try and hide it. I'm seeing it right in front of my eyes and you lie right in front of my face go to hell ya scum.

I came here for the Bang Bang Shrimp since I heard so many wonderful reviews. Seems like I am in the minority, but I am not a fan. It tastes like regular fried shrimp that is covered in a spicy sauce. I expected the shrimp to have been braised in the sauce. Instead, it was simply a topping. Disappointing. The 3 stars are for the grilled salmon that I also ordered. It was tender and had a nice flavor. Even still, I doubt that I'll be back.

I just loathe writing a review that is critical of a former favorite restaurant But... our last few visits, including today, have been disappointing. Our table of four ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer. The portion continues to seriously shrink. The worst part was the coating on the shrimp has changed. We're not sure what the former coating was, but we all prefer that (tempura?) coating over the new coating. Each of us chose a soup or salad. I had the Caesar. My surprise was when the server asked if I'd like anchovies & shaved Parma cheese on my salad I said yes. He then said that's an extra charge of $1.50, and I was amazed. Really? I kinda thought those goodies came with a Caesar. I'm thinking maybe they should show that charge on the menu, versus at table. Everyone ordered the special, Mahi Thermidor. All agreed it was a good choice. Our last visit, in February, was a poor experience. Entrees came out minutes after our appetizer was delivered. Server took them back, but they reappeared, COLD, 10 minutes later. Yuck. We'll try again, & hope for a better experience. If the experiences continue to be off, we're going to find a new local fish place. Oh, today's server was very good, so that's why I rate the restaurant 3-stars instead of a lower overall score.

I was craving lobster so we went to Bonefish Grill, but when we got there we found out they don't serve lobster until dinner! Down one star. There were so many tables in this place you had to walk sidewards to get through the tables. We had our babies with us and we asked to sit in a booth with highchairs but they said they couldn't put the high chairs with a booth and we had to sit at a cramped table. One employee asked my wife to move her chair so he could get the new guests to their seat. I suggested they go around.the table. They arranged the seats the best hey could with the room they had and it was very cramped. Our server was very nice and our food was good. But... I didn't get lobster so I can't tell you if it was good or bad. We won't be going back there, as the impression I got was that families with a few kids are not who they prefer as customers.

This was the absolute most terrible experience I've ever had. Do NOT go here. I repeat, do NOT give this badly managed establishment any money. Thanks bye. Now I know, the Weston location is by far, much better! The waitor even made my sister cry. Way too rude for my taste.

II have to say I was excited to know they took reservations, made reservations for 630. Got there at 6:39. We were told our table was given away.we were quite disappointed very rudely spoken ,couldn't believe they gave table away when you have to park at the total other end of the parking lot to get inside asked for the manager was told Joe was busy so a young Britney assistant manager try to help us she was no more help than the hostess . Finally they sat us in a booth & Jasmine our waitress who was absolutely adorable took our order we were told her we were in no hurry, next thing we know our appetizer & salad r serve the same time we know sooner take three bites of that and our dinner's served. We were like really. Jasmine apologize but that there was nothing she could do my friend had asked for the sauce of the bang bang shrimp to be put on the side it was covered in the hot sauce but we were tired of complaining and just want to try to enjoy a birthday dinner, our main course with the special butterflied shrimp with chunks of lobster and a cream sauce mine was good my friendswas chewy, finally the manager Joe came over and I have been waiting over 10 minutes for glass of wine and he apologized and original Britney assistant manager got caught in a lie about the timetable and all in all it just with it catastrophe very sad that we really want to enjoy our dinner, Joe the manager couldn't of been nicer comp 90% of our bill !!and I have to say that did make up for it but I don't know if we will be back it was just a big disappointment ,that the foods become a chain not fresh delicious like it once was..

I normally love Bonefish Grill, but this location inspired me to start a yelp account. The service was not the problem, it was the food, TERRIBLE! I order the surf and turf burger at every location I go to, this was the first and last time at this location. The burger was horrible and undersized compared to other locations throughout Florida. Shame on the cooks at this location...

Looking at some of the comments I understand the place does get busy especially in the evening. But I come here often and the food is consistently good. So I would say it's worth the wait on the busy nights.

You can not beat Bonefish for their happy hour!!!! Their Chardonnay is DELICIOUS, and it's only $3.. that's right, $3!!!!!!! :) This particular location is super crazy busy, but they recently opened up a seating area outside, which is a great addition to the inside first come first serve seating. This place is one of my favorite spots for catching up with a girlfriend. Avoid Bonefish on Wednesday nights if you are not going to be there super early, because the Bang Bang crowd (for the $5 Bang Bang Shrimp) is MASSIVE! This restaurant serves quality seafood with consistently good service.

I only go to Ft. Lauderdale for business, however I go about once every 3 months. Every time I'm in town, Bonefish is a must. The menu is delicious and is consistent in quality. It's so good in fact that when last in Ft. Lauderdale my coworker and I went twice in two days. Bring Bonefish to Seattle! :)
My bf and I ordered take out from here.. We ordered the Mussels Josephine as an appetizer. It was really good, came in a buttery sauce, sauteed with onions..mmmmm yummy! For dinner I ordered the tilapia dinner with the Asian sauce with baked potato and broccoli. The sauce came on the side I wish they would have marinated it into the fish. The fish was lacking in flavor :( My bf had the sirloin steak/crab cake dinner. The crab cakes were a good size, nice chucks of crab meat and excellent flavor. The steak was delicious. Next time I'll be getting what he had.. I would recommend this place. The food is decent and reasonably priced.

I had the imperial tilapia - with asparagus and garbanzo beans absolutely delicious!!! We did not have to wait very long for our food, maybe because we were there with friends we have not seen in a while. Lots of conversation and laughter!!! The lemonade was tangy, and the creme brulee was delicious as well. Everybody else at my table had the rainbow trout and they all enjoyed their food selection as well.

We go here almost every Sunday and sit at the bar. Chelsea I, Chelsea II, Beth and Natalia are so great to all of the customers! Food is consistently great, but we come for the service and the ambiance. Management is great also!

Bang Wednesday really gives you a bit of a recharge for the rest of the week. I had the surf+ turf burger; the beef was seasoned with flavorful precision which was complemented by their signature bang bang shrimp. Excellent service coupled with a wonderful atmosphere, alongside expertly prepared food is difficult to find, in my opinion it's because bonefish grill seems to be hoarding it all. Truly an amazing experience that I can easily recommend for everyone to indulge in. Bonefish grill for dates, lunch, and family outings.

Went to the one on Flamingo just off of 595 in Plantation, Florida. The food was delicious, thus the 4 stars, but the waiter was maybe the world's worst. I will return because the food really was good and I was happy with everything we ate; I will just keep an eye out to make sure we don't get that same waiter. He was very nice, but sucked as a waiter and should probably explore other options for his future. It's hard to believe the company that owns this also owns Outback, because IMHO, Outback has hit rock bottom and I have nothing but horrid experiences there in the past few years.

I was pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed the bottomless mimosas, blackberry and bellini brunch! Not only was my French toast delic but to top it off my meal and bottomless was only 20 bucks, talk about a deal!! I certainly will be back!

Service was good. Mussels are always delicious. Corn and crab chowder was tasty, but crab was lacking. The crusty crab roughy was not bad, served with mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies. My rating on the food would be a 3 1/2, but added the extra half for service and overall experience.

It's a Sunday night and Was in the area of Sunrise. I've never had Bonefish grill before and wanted to check it out with my boyfriend. As an appetizer we ordered the mussels and calamari. The calamari was different and had a sweeter sauce and seasoning. The mussels had plenty of sauce that was made of butter and tomatoes. The mussels tasted a little fishy and some were uncooked. Moving on to our entrees, I ordered a fillet mignon and a side of steamed broccoli. My boyfriend had a burger with a side salad. The fillet mignon was not the best, but still good. The broccoli had a little too much seasoning. I also had a cherry mojito to compliment my dinner, but it really didn't. Worst mojito I've ever had. It did not have any alcohol in it and it had too many chunks of cherry, I'm Guessing, it was hard to drink with a straw. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it could've been better. My boyfriend on the other hand enjoyed his burger.

Been coming here since they opened and the food is always consistent. My favorites are the perfectly cooked libster tails and the crab cakes. Potatoes au gratin are delicious too. Wish they would bring back the banana foster.

Our server was supper friendly and took time out to explain both their happy hour specials and the layout of the menu. We ordered the calamari and ceviche for appetizers. They were ok, nothing extraordinary. I had the lobster special and hubby got the Kobe Burger. Both were decent and came out piping hot. The overall experience was pleasant considering this is a chain restaurant.
This is a smaller chain...this is the first time I have been back in 5+ years. And while I admit it has gotten better in taste the service was pretty bad. I spilled my water glass all over the table and rather than the waiter getting us paper towels he just wanted to get our order while the water moved all over the table and onto the floor...seriously? What? Then he came back much later with paper towels, while we sat and wanted on a little lake on the table. I tried to get another waiter to help us but I was ignored. I ordered a salmon special that had salmon, spinach, feta, artichokes, and mashed potatoes and I will say it was very tasty and I also ordered a cup or the corn chowder which was a bit spicy which I love. It really appeared to me they just want to get people in and out and they don't really care about the service. Our waiter was a fake friendly there was nothing in his sincerity and he was very robotic. Also a table near us left and 2 waiters talked poorly about the customers after they left...I can't imagine what they said about the clumsy woman who spilled water all over the place. It was so loud and it was a bit dingy... While the food was good I wouldn't go back because the service ruined the whole experience. They need a lesson is friendly and appropriate customer service.

considering this is south florida I expect the fish to be a little bit better I feel they cater more towards steaks lobster shrimps as opposed to just real fish! very very salty food. their bread they give you at the beginning though is deadly good!!

Been here a few times now. The food is top notch, all of us liked every dish every time. The service is quite good, although its very corporate - that fake-polite thing, as versus the kind of genuinely friendly service you can get at many local places. Prices are definitely on the high side, but since the place is packed every night you can't fault them for that. A shame they don't have a larger dining room, I'd go there more often but the wait for a table is really long. From 6-8 you can't even find a seat at the bar. Partly this is because the place is good, but also because in the Sunrise area what are your fine dining options? Not much.
(4)
John L.
Good, always good, but always too predictable. Safe bet for a good meal and good time but also a long wait, crowded bar - for what, always good but just good food. Being a non corporate eater, I avoid them all.

I had given up on this restaurant after many complacent meals a few years ago. Well, it seems they have finally figured it out. Great staff from hostess, to food runner, to bartender, server and manager. Food was great, too. I was pleasantly surprised, especially because we got there at 10:00pm at night! We walked in and they took our name, it was a 15 minute wait..so we found a spot at the end of the community table...probably the least desired spot, sandwiched between the entrance to the restrooms and the service bar. The server IMMEDIATELY greeted us, and was warm and friendly while remaining professional. He handed me the menu and drink menu and took my drink order. I ordered something new, and when it came, I hated it. I didn't say anything to him, but he noticed I had not touched it and insisted I get something else. My second drink came, YUMMY, Ocean Trust Martini. Can't beat it. It was of course, perfectly chilled and delicious. We ordered our food, and in the meantime, bread was brought out and was warm and scrumptious. I love good bread! Our food was delivered in about 14 minutes and was perfect. We ordered a filet with potatoes au gratin and green beans. It was hot, seasoned perfectly and cooked to the proper temperature. My daughter devoured it! The server continued taking care of us, and checking on us. We never had to wait for anything, I was truly impressed, and made sure to tell the manager on the way out. Good job. I look forward to returning.

LOVE this place. My girlfriend and I dine here at least 4 times per month. Everyone is super friendly. My favorite server is Jamie. Be sure to ask for her. Super sweet and checks back frequently. The bang bang shrimp tacos and chicken Marsala are two of my favorites as well as the fontina chop and Lilly's chicken. Sunday brunch is AMAZING. Unlimited mimosas and Bellini's and an entree for only $20. We have looked and I can guarantee this is the best brunch around. 5 stars for sure!!!

For a chain restaurant, the food is decent. I have always had good service. The bang-bang shrimp is very tasty and all of the entrees I have had I would rate as good to very good. It is very popular and does get crowded. Although there is parking, it is very limited and on Saturday and friday nights, it is difficult to park. Defnitely better to make a reservation.
(4)
Erica R.
I have yet to have a bad experience here. Great food. Great service. It's best to make a reservation since the wait can be anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. If you're a small party you can usually sit at the bar with no wait. They have an awesome happy hour with drink specials. I was bummed that they took the ceviche off the menu.

Great Happy Hour 7 days a week! 4-6:30 pm. We go for the house chardonnay, (which is pretty darn smooth! Way better than most house wines at this type of restaurant. It's sister restaruant, Outback has buy one get one free and the wine is house wine is a lower quality.) All house wines are $3 per glass. 1/2 off well, so the bar is consistently busy. But you can eat at the bar as well. Food is pretty good. Love the Bang bang shrimp. Low key, great bartenders and just a relaxed atmosphere. I try not to go on a friday or saturday unless it's in happy hour time, otherwise it's packed. Normally a calm and good place to unwind. I just went for the new appetizer tasting. Love the Bang Bang taco and the sushi cucumber was pretty good. I will review other food later. The chain is consistent, so i can't imagine it is any better or worse than other locations. I just happen to like the atmosphere in this one

We were waited on quick and salad and appetizer came out in an appropriate amount if time, then we sat there for 45 min to get our entries. I got the seared ahi and it did not taste very fresh, rice was cool and vegetables were over cooked and had NO flavor. This is my second time at this Bonefish and both times were just so so. Disappointing!

Absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere & good food. However the wait times on wednesdays can be pretty long. Granted they do come and serve you alcohol outside. Always a great experience.
(5)
Autumn H.
Food is consistently good, if a bit heavy on the oil at times. Nice blends of seasonings, prettily plated. Good service, well kept. Like most of their fish, scallops, shrimp, pasta, specials menu changes fairly frequently. Full bar and specialty drinks.

We have never enjoyed the food at this location despite our many attempts. It always comes out wrong, not hot, or wayyyyy too salty. When we come in we've either had problems with the service or the food, it's never a good experience all around. We haven't been back :-/

Been here 3 or 4 times. Love the bang bang shrimp. One of my favorite dishes. There is a pasta diablo that is AMAZINg but very spicy. Sangria is good and the desserts are great. This particular location had a hard time putting tables together when we had a big party (14) but otherwise I have never had a problem although there can be a bit of a wait.

upping a star bc i came back sat at the bar, ordered tuna tartare ( that rhymed, poet and i didn't even know it) a bottle of vino w a friend, a patagonian toothfish ( chilean sea bass) potatos au gratin . this time around was fresh, tasty and sans bang bang nasty shrimp

I love Bonefish. Say what you will about chain restaurants, but they are one chain that seems to get it right. We arrived early on a Friday night, but didn't realize you could make a reservation. (Make a reservation! You may still have a wait, but not as long as if you just walk in.) We had about a 30 minute wait, no big deal. What was awesome, (provided the weather is decent), is that they have cushy furniture outside and a server passing out samples on Bang Bang Shrimp. And, another server came outside and took drink orders! It just made the wait a lot more tolerable. When we were seated, we of course ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp. I was surprised that even my husband loved them, and not only is he very picky, but he doesn't normally care for that type of sauce. And the bread, love the bread. My husband had the pecan parmesan crusted rainbow trout with au gratin potatoes and jasmine rice. The fish was cooked perfectly and we loved the sauce and the potatoes. The rice was not jasmine, though, definitely just plain white rice. I had the fish and chips, which were, well, fish and chips. The fish wasn't greasy and one of the better fish and chips I have had. The fries were a little disappointing, they seemed to be just frozen. I did enjoy the meal overall, though. The service was great, very attentive. If you don't like being a little crowded and lots of noise, you probably don't want to go to Bonefish. I love the atmosphere, but it can definitely be loud. Also, this location stinks when it comes to parking. It is located in a strip mall and gets crowded in the evening. Prepare to drive around a bit if you get there after 6pm.

Even for a chain, this restaurant is really good. I ate there for the first time last night. I had the lobster tails and the "bang bang' shrimp. Both were very well prepared and fresh. I ordered it "To Go' and asked for some extra condiments (Lemon etc) and they got the order spot on. It was completed earlier than they had estimated which was really surprising because I was picking up at 7:30 on a Friday night. The place was packed. Food quality was really good. I'd eat there again.

Have eaten here at least 3 or 4 times over the years and have been pleased mostly but this last visit turned into a comedy of errors and mediocre food at best. The errors were: being served someone elses food twice, served a plate with nothing on it, just the seasoned oil for the bread which sat there empty for at least 10 minutes before the server came over and wondered where the bread was. Not served drink correctly, not served entree correctly, was then handed by the manager an extremely hot plate with no warning (burning my fingers). The Ahi tuna was overcooked and served with questionable vegetables. Too bad usually loved that dish. Oh well, off to better and quieter restaurants!

I loved this restaurant so much that we are going back on Friday, my last day in Florida. The bang bang shrimp are mentioned by every reviewer for a reason - they are unreal. Probably one of the best shrimp dishes I have ever had. I love how spicy and creamy the sauce is but it doesn't overpower the lightly battered and fried shrimp which are fried to perfection and were not overcooked. The appetizer portion is huge. At least a dozen shrimp if not more and they are not on the small size either. I can't wait to have these again! The warm bread and basil, olive oil and kalamata olive dip they bring before the meal is so good we asked for a second portion even though I hate filling up on bread. We also ordered the mussels which I thought were good but not great. The portion was huge like everything else. Our waitress, Alyssa, was fabulous. We bonded over both being from Toronto, Canada and she took great care of us. We ordered the kobe burger to share with the scalloped potatoes au gratin and a side salad. She was so thoughtful to have the kitchen split the salad and the burger and side dish for us. I'm sure we ended up with a full portion of the salad as a result as the two split portions were huge! The burger and cheesy potatoes were very good but by this point, I was pretty full. I ordered the house special margarita which I enjoyed. We were too full to have any dessert. As I said, I will be back on Friday for the bang bang shrimp, bread and salad and probably something new from the menu.

I've been meaning to review Bonefish for awhile now. We've dined here on several occasions over the past few months and we really like it. I'm not big on seafood but without a doubt they have the best filet mignon in Plantation. Pretty sad dining scene when you need to go to a seafood place to have a great steak! My wife and daughter rave about the crab cakes and we love the bang bang shrimp. I've also ordered their version of pot stickers and they were great. Servers are knowledgable and efficient. Drinks are well made and generously poured.

Been here 30X plus! Love this place and I've had everything on the menu at least once. Never disappointed. Go see Natalie at the bar and she will get you buzzed quick. On the wait staff side, Kevin is top notch and a cool guy. Everyone here is good though. Wednesday is probably your best bet for happy hour. Tends to be an older crowd sometimes but you'll find some nice ladies there. Regardless, you'll have a nice time here. Don't miss the bang bang shrimp or the crab and corn chowder.

On my last visit I had the baja fish tacos, but this time I tried the bang bang tacos. I much preferred the fish tacos. The bang bang shrimp is good, but since I like spicy food, I wish it had a little more bang bang. Both times I had the house made chips. I love them with malt vinegar. Had to ask for the malt vinegar both times. Since I was there during happy hour, I tried the rum punch. I liked it, but I could taste that City of Plantation water in the ice cubes. I guess if you live over there, you get use to it. My son had the fish strips from the kid's menu. Unfortunately, it was served with regular french fries, so he kept eating "my" house made chips. He loved the fish. He now wants to have his birthday party there. Yeah right!!

This was a great experience! The waiter was friendly and helpful, and even though they did not put the mango salsa on the side for the bacon wrapped scallops as we had requested (b/f allergic to mangoes), they were quite accommodating all around! The scallops were amazing, as were the bang bang shrimp, and for dinner I had the corn chowder with lump crab. It was amazing!!! We also had the haddock & feta special, which was simply fantastic! All in all, I would absolutely come back here!

This is a great place for seafood. It has a wonderful ambiance. The service is always good. The food is excellent. There's a nice bar area also. The address is a little misleading because it's not on Sunrise Blvd.. It's actually on Nob Hill Road, a half block north of Sunrise. If you can't find parking in front there's more parking on the south side of the building.

Last night was my first and last time at Bonefish. I expected the food to be excellent being there was a hour and a half wait to get in, but is was awful. We had a 7:15 reservation and waited till almost 8:00 to be seated. The portions were small and not worth the prices they charged. Our waiter Tommy was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a few special requests and he made sure they were right.. It was very noisy and crowded and our table was quite cramped for 6 adults. We will find another place for seafood next time.

Long wait. Got there at 7, said it'd be 45 mins. It was over an hour wait. Ordered. Good was great. Waitress seemed frazzled, forgot our app, but the food came out very fast so it wasn't a problem. Manager came over and apologized too. Very good service once we were seated. I would totally go again.

Love this place! If you don't order the bang bang shrimp then you are wrong. Crispy with a bit of a kick the shrimp are a great way to start off, am I right hater? the food there overall is pretty damn good. Has a nice dark dimly lit dinning area and a full bar. I would def recomend this one for a nice date.

From the wait staff to the drinks to the food--- every part of our dining experience was great. I had the Haddock with mashed potatoes. This is one of the best fish dishes I have had in a long time. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering it, but the waitress assured me that it was awesome. She was spot on!!!! I Loved It! My girlfriend had the salmon. She loved it too. Love this place.. We will be back much more often.

Bonefish Grill - I have been driving by this place for months now and was finally able to convince my dear fiance to take me out for sunday night dinner. How lovely, I say. Despite it being a chain restaurant, the feel is very intimate, cozy and very professional. The staff seemed well informed about the menu items and paid attention to details. Only critique was the time for our entrees to be served. It took them a good 30 min., even though the restaurant was not packed. As a starter they serve a complimentary warm Foccacia with a side of olive oil that is infused with some fresh herbs, garlic and just the right amount of sundried tomatoes. Their grilled fish selection is just right in my book. They have scallops and chilean sea bass (6 oz about $23) - that's all I need to know. :) You can even choose between small and large portions with some varieties of fish. Prices range: $14.90 - $27.30. The house sauces to chooose from are as follows: Mango Salsa, Chimichurri, Pan Asian and Lemon Butter. Even though I did not try any of their sauces the Pan Asian and Mango looked, smelled and was deliscious according to my better half. The grilled fish entrees are served with a warm succotash mix, which seemed to have been previously frozen. Fresh Sides that stood out: Herbed Jasmin Rice (1/2 cup the most), Potato Au Gratin and Asparagus ($1 extra- really???) I almost forgot to mention that we had their Ahi Tuna Sashimi as an appetizer ($9.50 for regular portion size) - that was well coated in black/white sesame, seared perfectly and served on a bed of field greens - well done on this one. They do not mention in the menu description that it is served with a creamy sauce. Advanced notice would have been appreciated! Especially, for folks who try to avoid extra sauces, like me. Hello? On a side note with regards to cocktails: Their martini menu looks original and well-priced ($6.90 - 8.50). I shall be back for happy hour! To give you some ideas: Fresh Blueberry Martini (with basil and homemade blueberry agave nectar - yum!), Espresso Martini. I do not exactly understand why $1 of each Ocean Trust Martini goes to Ocean Trust and what exactly they do with the funds. I will not get this martini then....

I hardly ever write reviews that are this negative. but i just had to this time... service was good. decent, but not great. appetizer: - bacon wrapped atlantic sea scallops with mango salsa. (gamey bacon taste that overpowered the small scallops) entree: - chilean seabass. good dish. and comes with any sauce u want, or you can try all 4. (Pan asian- peanut like, reminds you of thai. lemon butter- too buttery. chimichurri- nice garlicy flavor. mango salsa- mangos were over-ripe) - imperial longfin stuffed with shrimp, scallops and crabmeat... very mushy texture. and it was very gamey. my dining party got food poisoning as did another group that came the same night, but not at the same time, and they didn't order the same meal either. sad coincidence. i'm weary to try this place again.

Knowing how my husband hates to wait, the first time we went I made reservations well beforehand, checked and re-checked. Regardless, the reservation was still lost by the front staff, While this was not fun, the meal that followed made up for it. It was much better - very good service, delicious food served promptly. I left thinking this was a reliable fallback to be revisited often.

My wife and I received a gift card for Bonefish Grill and we celebrated my birthday. We had a great experience from start to finish. The manager even gave me a free chocolate dessert treat because it was my birthday. It was a nice touch. My wife loved the fish and chips (Huge Portion) and I enjoyed the scallops. (Yum)

I LIVE for Bonefish Grill's Bang Bang Shrimp!!! If it were up to me, I would have this every day....assuming it had zero calories of course. I've been here several times and I am never disappointed. The service is pretty fast and the food is always delicious! The drinks are usually pretty good as well. It loses a star however because it tends to always be pretty crowded and there is usually a pretty long wait. To cut your wait time, I suggest calling in advance and getting your name put on the Call Ahead List (it cut our wait time from almost 2 hours to just 30 minutes). If you can make it for Happy Hour on Wednesdays the Bang Bang Shrimp is like half off.......a phenomenal deal. You haven't had shrimp like these before....I promise!

This place is phenomenal, i've been maybe 8 times, sometime for dinner sometimes just for drinks. If you go for drinks, have their seasonal watermelon martini, and make sure Mark makes it. He makes them the BEST! (He is only there on a Wednesday). I popped in last weds to take advantage of their half off bang bang shrimp. But if your not watching your pennies, i recommend going all out with Seviche as an App. and Chilean Sea Bass as the main with the Asian sauce-these menu items are THE BOMB. Keep in mind these are not Chilli's prices but the quality and service is so excellent its well worth it. Watch out for the crowd on a Wednesdays-its busy but then you know its good.

Enjoyed a Sunday dinner there yesterday. FOOD: Delicious. Calamari ($9) was a generous sized portion with a sweet dipping sauce. Bread is served there and it was hot and fresh, not a fan of olive oil dip so got butter instead. Main dishes: I had the grilled trout ($17), couldn't decide on the sauce so the waitress said she'd bring all 3 I was debating between. My husband had a special, which was dory tupped with crab meat and spinach. His food was divine. I enjoyed my trout as well. I don't get overly impressed by fish because you add salt and pepper and it is what it is but this was cooked well, with handsome grill marks and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Side dishes: we both had some corn and edemame succotash and we both learned we're not a fan of edemame. Needs more corn and turkey sausage. Both had jasmine rice and it was cooked well. The drinks we had were very good as well, I had the peach martini which definitely had some punch but my husband's mango twist didn't have enough kick to it. However, for $5 and $7 bucks, prices weren't bad at all. SERVICE: This is the best part. I could care less about good service as long as it's good enough. Long as my waitress doesn't wait forever to bring me my food, my bill, i'm ok. However, service was SUPERB! Our waitress was Jaimee and she was very sweet, attentive and friendly. Water never went down half empty in my glass. Despite being a packed house in the restaurant, service was FAST! Other people checked in on us, including the manager, to see how our food was, whether they could clear out plates, refill drinks, bread, etc. It appears they have a quite a great ration in waiters to customers. When we came in, we were greeted and when we left, the gentleman held the door and thanked us for coming. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's a bit out of our way from home but if I'm ever around there and in the mood for seafood, we will be back. Definitely going to try the fish and chips I saw being served and the table next door, looked pretty good. Hope it tastes as good.

the food at this bone fish is a tad better than the boca one. went with a group of 9 and had to wait over an hour for a table, even though we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. the manager offered us two free appetizers for the wait. so that was nice.. both of my parents ordered the chilean sea bass -- and got tiny pieces that were over cooked. i got the sirloin and crab cake.. it was decent, but again, tiny!

Every time we go here the service keeps outshining it self. I can't really express how appreciative I am of restaurant staffs walking that fine line of being attentive but not overbearing. I hope they keep it up as they have me as a patron for life.

Bonefish Grill recently moved into my neighborhood last month and late yesterday afternoon my mom and I finally gave them a shot! My mom has been to a couple of the locations but this was my first time! We are the typical mother/daughter combo when dining....order a bottle of white wine and the rest is just details! We opted for Newman's Own Chardonnay (side note: Newman's Own Foundation continues Paul Newman's commitment to donate all profits to charity. Over $270 million has been given to thousands of charities since 1982.). It was the perfect choice as it was around 5PM - still fairly hot outside - and we ordered a few bits and pieces making our meal around a 3 tiered experience. Within the first 10 minutes we were brought a nice warm loaf of the softest bread with a pesto oil combo to dip. Next, we tried their signature appetizer - Bang Bang Shrimp - not only is it completely up my alley with a nice spicy creamy sauce but it was the perfect introduction to their offerings. Next came the Bacon Wrapped Atlantic Sea Scallops, 4 large scallops surrounded by crispy bacon was just the right portion for that mid-dining course. Lastly, we finished off with one of their daily specials - a shrimp pad thai which was also the right size for sharing. We left satisfied which is a departure from the usually bloated regret when walking out! This will become a regular place for my husband and I as we can take a cab and enjoy as much of the experience without having to drive home afterwards!

Had the Grilled tilapia w/ crab cake. It was great with the pan Asian sauce.. The Mac & Cheese is on point and so is the sweet potato mash. Shorty had the steak & crab cake dinner she said it was delicious!

Food was good, service was a bit slow for late Sunday afternoon. They were very nice and accommodating with my Uncle who turned 86 and is in a wheel chair. Good birthday dessert with a candle!

My hubby & I have a date nite on Wednesdays. Love the bang bang shrimp along with a Chilled glass of Zin and a extra dry Martini, (stir not shaken) . The service is good. I would recommend making a reservation, especially when the snowbirds are down.

Ordered the imperial stuffed talapida, was very good. My wetter wasn't very friendly. I over heard some other people complaining about the service I will not be going back to the plantation location.

For a chain restaurant, this is really good. Try the Lily's chicken topping with a fish. It's great. I also enjoy their hypnotiq martini. The glow stick is a fun touch

Great service! Bang bang shrimp recommended! Dont have Lobster if u don't like strong taste of fresh pure seafood!

(4)

I have yet to have a bad experience here. Great food. Great service. It's best to make a reservation since the wait can be anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. If you're a small party you can usually sit at the bar with no wait. They have an awesome happy hour with drink specials. I was bummed that they took the ceviche off the menu.

Always consistent food preparation. Drinks are flavorful and served perfectly cold at the bar. A neighborhood go to place.

Food is consistently good, if a bit heavy on the oil at times. Nice blends of seasonings, prettily plated. Good service, well kept. Like most of their fish, scallops, shrimp, pasta, specials menu changes fairly frequently. Full bar and specialty drinks.

This particular location had a hard time putting tables together when we had a big party (14) but otherwise I have never had a problem although there can be a bit of a wait.

upping a star bc i came back sat at the bar, ordered tuna tartare ( that rhymed, poet and i didn't even know it) a bottle of vino w a friend, a patagonian toothfish ( chilean sea bass) potatos au gratin . this time around was fresh, tasty and sans bang bang nasty shrimp

the Cucumber martini was soo awful. But the service and chilean seabass is wonderful.

9/13/15 - I've been here before, quite a few times. Happy Hour with the girls, birthday celebration with friends and it has always been consistent. We usually sit at the bar. This time was an early dinner around 5pm. We were seated in the main dining room. I like the ambience of this place, the lights are dim, it is very relaxing. Our server Chuck, was very friendly, attentive and polite. We ordered 2 appetizers to begin. The Ceviche, Chilled bay scallops, marinated shrimp, fish, fresh pineapple, coconut, cilantro and guacamole, seasoned crisps for dipping & The Thai Coconut Shrimp, 6 jumbos + sweet spicy sauce. Both these plates are big enough. The shrimp are JUMBO, and they are delicious. The Ceviche was perfectly marinated. Big chunks of fish, scallops and shrimp. We opted for another appetizer instead of dinner entrée. We ordered the Wagyu Beef & Ginger Potstickers, Pan-seared with crispy onions, Thai peppers + soy sauce. This dish was beautifully prepared, but it was a bit salty for my taste. I only ate 2 before giving up. Chuck came by with a list of desserts but we were stuffed. Overall, it was a great dining experience. The staff is always friendly which is always a plus. You always feel welcome here.

(5)J G.

The bang bang shrimp was great as always, the grilled chicken was juicy. The pad Thai was way too sweet for me but over all everything was good.
(4)Susie J. S.
The shrimp is amazing as well as the Chilean bass great wines nice ambience... you can't go wrong!
(4)Dianna T.
I like this restaurant. It has a nice atmosphere and the food is good. My favorite dishes are the salads and fish. The prices are pretty research able as well. The only negative is that parking can be difficult at times.
(4)Elly S.

We went to Bonefish Grill to celebrate my best friend's birthday. When we arrived, we were not sat until at least half of our party was there even though we had a reservation! Anyway, the bread is great lol! we were starving and so we asked for another round and that they were very generous with. For the entree, I ordered the fish and chips as I was in the mood for something light that night. I liked the food but I had some leftover to bring home. The next day when I warmed up the food A LOT of grease was on the pan (and I did not use any additional oil), this was a bit of a turn off even though I know this is fried food, as it has not happened with other places. To drink, I order a white sangria, which was very light, but ok. As dessert, the birthday girl had a creme brûlée, now that was delicious! it was very smooth and not overly sweet. I had the flourless chocolate cake as I like anything chocolate, it was really good but it came with too little ice cream, so I suggest you order extra if you are a fan. It was 10 of us and we had 2 servers. After they welcomed us, one of the servers never came back. The other server took about 20 minutes to take our drink order. Customer service was not all that great. Overall the experience was ok. It is not super expensive but is not a cheap place either, so plan on about $20 per person at least.

(4)Brenda F.
Good brunch witn unlimited mimosas for mothers day only 19.99
(4)MAria C.
The service is awesome here. I always make sure to ask for Ramon and the chef special is to die for. If i could rate that alone it'd receive a 10 star making. The staff is always so welcoming and the specials of the week are constantly changing. Absolutely delicious!
(5)Rob C.
(4)Joan L.
(4)Shali W.
Took me hrs to get the food , and that simply killed my appetite. The spicy tuna was good, and others was average. I think the rating is overrated
(3)Michael S.
(4)Edna M.
(5)Mauricio B.
(4)Kalvin K.
This has to be the fastest Bonefish Grille I have been to so far. The seating is quick and easy even though it's the famous Bang Bang Shrimp Wednesdays, and the food came out quick and delicious. Definitely plan to return on another Wednesday to this location. Very hassle free!
(5)Jodi S.
It used to be good here but the service has been HORRIBLE for the past few months and so has the food. It's a shame. I never thought a Bonefish could sink as this one has.
(1)Oyinda M.
(1)Joe Z.
Ordered the imperial stuffed talapida, was very good. My wetter wasn't very friendly. I over heard some other people complaining about the service I will not be going back to the plantation location.
(2)Yannick N.
Had the Grilled tilapia w/ crab cake. It was great with the pan Asian sauce.. The Mac & Cheese is on point and so is the sweet potato mash. Shorty had the steak & crab cake dinner she said it was delicious!
(5)Laney S.
Food was good, service was a bit slow for late Sunday afternoon. They were very nice and accommodating with my Uncle who turned 86 and is in a wheel chair. Good birthday dessert with a candle!
(4)Alexa V.
(3)Anna T.
This place is amazing the food was right on point. The waiter took his time to explain the entire menu since it was my first time there. The ambiance was elegant I will definitely be coming back
(5)Ronald L.
(4)Robin T.
(4)Dennis F.
I'm the only one on my family that loves coming here so my visits are only every few months. I love the bang bang shrimp app (especially on Wednesday when it is on sale). The fish selections are always fresh and they have good steaks. The service is fast, friendly and professional.
(4)Anderson B.
(1)Kendra G.
(3)Kathryn W.

(1)Sandi C.
(3)Melissa C.
For a chain restaurant, this is really good. Try the Lily's chicken topping with a fish. It's great. I also enjoy their hypnotiq martini. The glow stick is a fun touch

(1)Elizabet V.
Looking at some of the comments I understand the place does get busy especially in the evening. But I come here often and the food is consistently good. So I would say it's worth the wait on the busy nights.
(5)Casey M.
(4)Christopher K.
(4)Chanel H.
This was my first time eating here and everything was perfect! Both the server and the food were excellent! We started off with the Bang Bang Shrimp and the Sashimi for my tables appetizers. The shrimp were perfect and not spicy at all would definitely ordered them again. The sashimi was also excellent and tasted very fresh! Two of us from the table ordered from the specials menu and had pan seared red snapper. While another had the imperial tilapia. And lastly my brother had the tuna steak with the sweet Asian sauce. I tried all the dishes for the sake of my review lol and they were all amazing. The imperial tilapia wasn't favorite overall . By the time we were all finished with our entrees we were stuffed but I insisted we split a dessert. Of course we went with the classic creme brûlée and it was worth every bite. Overall my experience was great and I will definitely be returning in the future.
(5)Savani D.
(4)Jackie C.
(4)Kim B.
We go here almost every Sunday and sit at the bar. Chelsea I, Chelsea II, Beth and Natalia are so great to all of the customers! Food is consistently great, but we come for the service and the ambiance. Management is great also!
(5)Benjamin R.
(5)Ruomeng W.
Great service! Bang bang shrimp recommended! Dont have Lobster if u don't like strong taste of fresh pure seafood!
(4)C M.
(4)Nicola P.
I was pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed the bottomless mimosas, blackberry and bellini brunch! Not only was my French toast delic but to top it off my meal and bottomless was only 20 bucks, talk about a deal!! I certainly will be back!
(5)Lee Z.
Service was good. Mussels are always delicious. Corn and crab chowder was tasty, but crab was lacking. The crusty crab roughy was not bad, served with mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies. My rating on the food would be a 3 1/2, but added the extra half for service and overall experience.
(4)Amber H.
(3)Patty P.
Maryland crab cakes delicious! All fish is wild except for talapa and there was one more I forgot lol
(5)Laura B.
Been coming here since they opened and the food is always consistent. My favorites are the perfectly cooked libster tails and the crab cakes. Potatoes au gratin are delicious too. Wish they would bring back the banana foster.
(4)Kelly C.
(3)Brenda P.
Hate to harp on what's been said thousands of times but man o man do I looooooove bang bang shrimp! Even if I am full, I CANNOT STOP EATING THEM! Called last minute for a reservation and they had a 7:15pm available on a Sunday. Waited by the bar and ordered a guava mojito. Holy yumminess! Is that a word? So good. Sat at about 7:25 or so. Got the shrimp as mentioned and some bread. Warm. As it should be. Served with oil and pepper. Ordered the grilled salmon and asparagus salad. Excellent and a huge portion too. Took half of it home. The hubby ordered the Chilean sea bass with potatoes au gratin. Both were excellent. For dessert we had the creme brûlée and the brownie sans raspberry sauce (ew), ice cream and whipped cream (am In the only person in the world that doesn't like it?) Priced reasonably. Good service as well. I love having this location so close to home too!
(4)Liz L.
(2)Stephanie F.
considering this is south florida I expect the fish to be a little bit better I feel they cater more towards steaks lobster shrimps as opposed to just real fish! very very salty food. their bread they give you at the beginning though is deadly good!!
(4)Ron B.
Not much.
(4)John L.
Good, always good, but always too predictable. Safe bet for a good meal and good time but also a long wait, crowded bar - for what, always good but just good food. Being a non corporate eater, I avoid them all.
(3)hank t.
It's nice to have a local place where it's consistently satisfying . Great service, good and management.
(5)Jordanna E.
(5)Tiffany P.
(5)Michael L.
(4)Erica R.
(5)Wendy S.
(4)Kenneth B.
(2)Marvin C.
Absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere & good food. However the wait times on wednesdays can be pretty long. Granted they do come and serve you alcohol outside. Always a great experience.
(5)Autumn H.
Food is consistently good, if a bit heavy on the oil at times. Nice blends of seasonings, prettily plated. Good service, well kept. Like most of their fish, scallops, shrimp, pasta, specials menu changes fairly frequently. Full bar and specialty drinks.
(4)Marie H.
We have never enjoyed the food at this location despite our many attempts. It always comes out wrong, not hot, or wayyyyy too salty. When we come in we've either had problems with the service or the food, it's never a good experience all around. We haven't been back :-/
(2)Holly S.
(4)Monika K.
upping a star bc i came back sat at the bar, ordered tuna tartare ( that rhymed, poet and i didn't even know it) a bottle of vino w a friend, a patagonian toothfish ( chilean sea bass) potatos au gratin . this time around was fresh, tasty and sans bang bang nasty shrimp
(3)Michelle N.
(4)Fred Z.
Always consistent food preparation. Drinks are flavorful and served perfectly cold at the bar. A neighborhood go to place.
(5)Joshua G.
(4)Leslie S.
(2)Vivanna T.
salmon is the best staff is nice
(5)Linda R.
Decent food for a chain restaurant!!! Only been there a couple times but every time was pretty good!
(4)Karen G.
(5)John R.
(4)Rob F.
(5)Julie F.
(4)Tylia B.
It was fantastic! Our server, Colby, was extremely nice and what he recommended was amazing! Deff and great place to go.
(5)Stephanie L.
the Cucumber martini was soo awful. But the service and chilean seabass is wonderful.
(4)Kerrie M.
(4)Jeff T.
(5)Geri G.
(1)Rachel E.
(3)Gregory D.
(4)Mitch S.

(1)Adam B.
Love this place. Ahi Tokyo style is very addictive!!!
(5)Steve C.
All I had was a drink. The people watching was nice. Looking forward to returning for some grub. Wish I was there now as I am starving!
(3)Fauzia I.
(3)Michael C.
(Yum)
(4)Wendy B.
(4)Lucy L.

(2)Rob C.

My hubby & I have a date nite on Wednesdays. Love the bang bang shrimp along with a Chilled glass of Zin and a extra dry Martini, (stir not shaken) . The service is good. I would recommend making a reservation, especially when the snowbirds are down.

Ordered the imperial stuffed talapida, was very good. My wetter wasn't very friendly. I over heard some other people complaining about the service I will not be going back to the plantation location.

(4)Elly S.

Good brunch witn unlimited mimosas for mothers day only 19.99

The service is awesome here. I always make sure to ask for Ramon and the chef special is to die for. If i could rate that alone it'd receive a 10 star making. The staff is always so welcoming and the specials of the week are constantly changing. Absolutely delicious!

(3)Michael S.

(5)Mauricio B.

This place is amazing the food was right on point. The waiter took his time to explain the entire menu since it was my first time there. The ambiance was elegant I will definitely be coming back
(5)Ronald L.
(4)Robin T.
(1)Kendra G.

(2)Sheila P.
This was the absolute most terrible experience I've ever had. Do NOT go here. I repeat, do NOT give this badly managed establishment any money. Thanks bye. Now I know, the Weston location is by far, much better! The waitor even made my sister cry. Way too rude for my taste.
(1)C M.
(4)Nicola P.
I was pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed the bottomless mimosas, blackberry and bellini brunch! Not only was my French toast delic but to top it off my meal and bottomless was only 20 bucks, talk about a deal!! I certainly will be back!
(5)Sandi C.
(3)Melissa C.
For a chain restaurant, this is really good. Try the Lily's chicken topping with a fish. It's great. I also enjoy their hypnotiq martini. The glow stick is a fun touch
(4)Reiza A.
(1)Elizabet V.
Looking at some of the comments I understand the place does get busy especially in the evening. But I come here often and the food is consistently good. So I would say it's worth the wait on the busy nights.
(5)Casey M.
(4)Christopher K.
(4)Jackie C.
(4)Kim B.
We go here almost every Sunday and sit at the bar. Chelsea I, Chelsea II, Beth and Natalia are so great to all of the customers! Food is consistently great, but we come for the service and the ambiance. Management is great also!
(5)Benjamin R.
(5)Ruomeng W.
Great service! Bang bang shrimp recommended! Dont have Lobster if u don't like strong taste of fresh pure seafood!
(4)Lee Z.
Service was good. Mussels are always delicious. Corn and crab chowder was tasty, but crab was lacking. The crusty crab roughy was not bad, served with mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies. My rating on the food would be a 3 1/2, but added the extra half for service and overall experience.
(4)Amber H.
(4)Kelly C.
(4)Liz L.
(2)Stephanie F.
considering this is south florida I expect the fish to be a little bit better I feel they cater more towards steaks lobster shrimps as opposed to just real fish! very very salty food. their bread they give you at the beginning though is deadly good!!
(4)Ron B.
Not much.
(5)Geri G.

(5)Tiffany P.
(5)Michael L.
(4)Erica R.
(5)Fred Z.
Always consistent food preparation. Drinks are flavorful and served perfectly cold at the bar. A neighborhood go to place.
(5)Joshua G.
(4)Wendy S.
(4)Kenneth B.
(4)Michelle N.
(4)Leslie S.
(2)Vivanna T.
salmon is the best staff is nice
(5)Linda R.
Decent food for a chain restaurant!!! Only been there a couple times but every time was pretty good!
(4)Marie H.
We have never enjoyed the food at this location despite our many attempts. It always comes out wrong, not hot, or wayyyyy too salty. When we come in we've either had problems with the service or the food, it's never a good experience all around. We haven't been back :-/
(2)Holly S.
(3)Stephanie L.
the Cucumber martini was soo awful. But the service and chilean seabass is wonderful.
(4)Kerrie M.
(4)Jeff T.
(5)Karen G.
(5)John R.
(4)Rob F.
(5)Julie F.
(4)Tylia B.
It was fantastic! Our server, Colby, was extremely nice and what he recommended was amazing! Deff and great place to go.
(5)Rachel E.
(3)Gregory D.

All I had was a drink. The people watching was nice. Looking forward to returning for some grub. Wish I was there now as I am starving!
