Nice large place with abundant seating , fast and very friendly staff and extremely fair pricing . Owners were attentively overseeing the guests like mother hens , far more attention to detail than a dennys or ihop . Worth stopping , and helping keep local owned florida businesses like this one flourishing !

Joe c. If you think Thousand Island cafe is a worth 5 stars then I know a Bodega in Perth Amboy NJ that you have to check out next time you are up north. This place makes Denny's feel like an upgrade. My math may not be great but I've been in 5 star restaurants and Joe C. That ain't no 5 star place.

Went for lunch, had a chicken pot pie. It was totally homemade and delicious. Had cream of mushroom soup as an appetizer which was tasty but salty. That was my only complaint. Would recommend this restaurant.

Good food. Good service. True old timer breakfast diner feel. It is expensive, but you are paying for good food and mainly the feel of the old Main St.

We are new to the area and weren't aware of the back story. We noticed it and wanted to try it. We had two meals-One was: eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon. It was good, nothing special, but good. The other was the country skillet. It was delicious! Both were good size portions (the skillet I had to take half home because it was so filling). Bill total (including drinks) was under $20. Waitress did her job proficiently. We will return.

We finally tried this restaurant after driving past it for a year. It was a pleasant surprise. We stopped in for breakfast. I had basic eggs, hash-browns, toast and sausage. It was very good and the eggs were cooked perfectly. To my surprise, the toast was completely buttered, unlike most restaurants. The two of us ate for under $15.00, keeping in mind that we typically get water as our beverage. The atmosphere is nice and with all of the windows, it is very bright and inviting inside. The staff makes you feel very welcome and treat you like a long lost friend. We haven't tried their lunch yet, but this restaurant a definite keeper for a great breakfast.

Reminds me of the Greek Diners back home in NJ. Great Country Omelette I had. Prices are reasonable. I'll be back :) 1/2 lb. burgers start at $5.95 and include Fries. Greek owned the waitress told me. I kind of thought it was :)

Great atmosphere, very good food.Try the supreme omelette. I felt like I was in a diner in NY. Reasonable prices and nice people.
