If you need to purchase something simple and expect to get in and out quickly, you're sh*t of luck with this place. I've twice now had to stand in this place in excess of 10 minutes waiting to get two bagels just as-is; no slicing, no toppings, no toasting, no preparation; in a bag. All of us were made to wait in line until it had gotten up to the cashier, who in the mornings is a young guy more interested in being amusing than attentive, before being able to put in an order. I got up there and said I wanted two bagels in a bag and instead of taking the 10 seconds necessary to turn around and get them, he proceeded to take a complicated order from the person behind me. When I mentioned that one of the three people behind the counter could just turn around and get me my bagels so I could get out of there and out of everyone else's way, I got a snotty remark about waiting my turn. There is no effort at this place to move people through promptly and efficiently, which must be cutting into sales (manager/owner, take note), and no evidence that these employees have the slightest notion of multi-tasking and working efficiently. If you are looking to quickly grab something to eat in the morning, do yourself a favor and find a reasonable substitute elsewhere. Otherwise, be prepared to wait .... and wait .... and wait. After being put through this twice, I'm done with this place.

Great variety of bagel sandwiches and muffins. Always packed for breakfast. Not exactly a NY bagel but what is? You have to have NY water to make the bagel perfect but this was a nice place. Lots of coffee and drinks to choose from too.

This place is misnamed. Einstein has nothing to do with this place. It's not exactly high brow, nor is the way they run & do things. Never had horrible service here. It's slow though, yes. Waiting on 6 bagels we don't want cut. Ummm... priorities? Oh wait, they're out of some. Many comment on this place being dirty. I've never seen that, although I'm always taking out. They have a TV here, but have not seen it on. They just play crappy light music. What is this? Starbucks? Yeah, but slower and seemingly more confused.

This place is in a downward spiral. The service is so bad. They are always out of most items. The place is a mess and dirty. Tables dirty. The coffee is not hot. Not enough employees to handle customers.

Friendly faces working here. Bagels were soft and fresh. My skinny vanilla latte was better than Starbucks. Both of my kids agreed that they bagels were better than Panera. Only complaint would be the messy tables and unkempt beverage area.

Their food is good, but the service has gone way downhill. I am in the store right now and the staff is going around asking who had which order. It's complete chaos. This has been happening the last few times I have been in here and it's time to find another place. It also takes way too long to get food. As I look around the seating area, I see nothing but dirty tables and hear laughter in the back. Good thing they are having fun.

Years ago this place used to be my favorite place to get my bagels and my coffee which I still enjoy The Hazelnut Vanilla, I even asked them to make a sandwich line and also to use plastic gloves for cleanlinss... Till this last month June, 2015. A young fella helped me there his name is Dylan. A spunky off the wall teenager who seemed like he did not want to be there, attitude he took against me. When I asked about getting a senior discount. He jumped all over me on that.I am entitled to it, I worked hard all my life, If you do not want us to get the Senior Discount say so, and we will not ask. Then I saw the big mug. I asked him wow that is a big cup of coffee, he said it was for his tips and others. I said Tips, Don't you get an hourly salary. He said Yes he did. and he said some people pay us tips I said for what? He said to me that He busts his ass working there. I said you do not know what its like to bust ass as a waitress, I used to be one and I busted my ass., All you do is a register and help with some orders. That to me is not busting your ass. The first time he did this to me I talked to his manager and he said he would talk to him about this, The following time which was last week, I went for my coffee again Dylan was there, he never mentioned anything to me about the Senior Discount when I asked to get it this time. Then on June 29th I arrived again and had Dylan work on me again. This time He got irrate and nasty to me, mistreated me, I said I wanted the bagel and coffee he put in the whole order and I said to him 3 times its a Senior discount. he says its only 8 cents. I said whether its 8 cents or 33 cents which i am entitled to get I want it. He said You not tipping me? Tipping you for what? You get a salary, and I want my discount. He got pissed off again. I went around to tell others who were seniors to get their discount too. This time it was so busy there I decided the best thing to do is not go to the managers, I wrote to corporate and let them deal with it... I am just fed up on how these places try to make you look so bad for buying some food, if you do not like your job say so, or leave no one is breaking your horns to stay there. I refuse to be mistreated in an establishment that I pay for services. I never once been ever mistreated at this place before Dylan worked there, he needs to find another job and to leave there. I hope they fire his behind because he is not that kind of a person that belongs in that kind of environment to question seniors when they ask for their discount. He does not give others a hard time why only me. I think he thinks he can get away with it, and this time he could not. So I am reporting him big time. If you read this Dylan you need to learn to respect others and to learn how to do a good job and you do not bust your ass there, cause sonny you do not know what and how it is to bust your ass unless you own your own resturant or work for a moving one all the time.. if you think this work is hard wait till you get out of high school and see how much your other employees are really going to make you work hard hours and for less pay, now thats really busting your ass, and you can not say shit. So when I come back to get my coffee Dylan you better keep your big mouth shut and not give me any shit or I will make a mockery out of you in front of everyone.

Slow service even when not busy. At least five to seven customers waiting for their food at end of counter, and no one in line. Would hate to see it at busy time. Bagels are good, but our lunch sandwiches were just ok.

I visited this store today at 6 AM. They had two employees working and we had to wait a long time for a frozen coffee. Courtney at the cash register was very friendly and helpful, but they appear to be lacking the management they used to have present. The bagels are extremely overpriced and every to e we go here we say we won't be back. It is a local place with easy in and easy out, so we go back on occasion. My bagel was very good. My frozen coffee was well blended and flavorful. There were three people in line behind me and when Courtney left to ring up a couple of people a nasty employee came out of the back yelling at her to find out what needed to be made. The employee was rolling her eyes and seemed annoyed that she had to serve customers! Management needed in this place!
