Hands down one of the best Thai and Sushi restaurants from Miami to Jax! Fish has always been fresh and all dishes look and taste great. Very comfortable atmosphere and servers and owners have always been friendly and accommodating. Amazing find in a Publix shopping center!

In the past week, I have now been to four sushi restaurants in the Vero area. For some reason unbeknownst to me, all of them are Thai and sushi. I prefer Thai when I want Thai and Japanese when I want sushi. So it is with Wasabi Thai Sushi, and this one by FAR is the best yet. The sashimi pieces are twice the size of ordinary sashimi. But most importantly, the fish was fresh. You could taste the ocean melt in your mouth. Presented professionally, it was an overall good experience. Service was also snappy and happy. Some side comments follow. ambiance: it's in a strip mall outside of Sebastian. Not a happening spot, no good people watching unless you're into obese country gals on their big night out with the gals. Doubt any of them knew what a little gem this place is, many I am certain were eating sushi for the first time. Prices: very reasonable especially given the size of the portions. The size of the sashimi in fact bordered on vulgar. One final note--- no place is perfect--- the uni was slightly spoiled. Too old and should have been thrown out. I only ate one of the pieces of uni, I left the remainder on the dish.

Best sushi in the Sebastian/Vero Beach area! Service is always awesome, sushi is always so fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. Our go-to is the boat for two ... $49 for 2 rolls, 10 pieces of nigiri, a generous heaping portion of sashimi, and an order of tuna tataki. Another perk? They don't mind substitutions! :) We can customize the boat for a very minimal upcharge. We'll never go anywhere else in this area!

THE SASHIMI IS MASSIVE! I had a boat for one because I'm extremely indecisive on food and the menu was overwhelmingly huge and amazing! Wish I had a sushi place with the quality presentation, value and portion sizes back home! Will be my go to for both sashimi and sushi when I'm in the area!

I only wish we had sushi places this good in Knoxville! Sashimi is HUGE. And all for $1.95 per piece? I cannot tell you what a great deal this is. The salmon sashimi and nigiri was very fresh and buttery. Tom Kha soup was delicious--full of chicken, mushrooms, green onions, spices. And just the right amount of heat. Sake flight taster was unique and yummy. Served in 2 different small glasses- Coconut & lemongrass, raspberry, Asian pear. $8.95 Service = Excellent. Ambiance = Excellent. Nice lighting and soft, loung-y music. How refreshing this place is. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

We rated the food a three but the service was much better so we think that deserves a four. We had the pork drunken noodles and a bento box for lunch with an edamame app. The noodles were a bit dry, and edamame was hard and very salty. The staff were very friendly.

One of my dinner companions said the fried rice made him feel like he was in Thailand again! The food was amazing and very reasonably priced - $85 for two appetizers, three entrees and a bottle of wine. I had the crispy duck currie - outstanding. Next time I'm in Sebastian, I'll be back!

I must say I really love this place! To have a sushi Resturant of this quality in my own " backyard" is a treat! The staff is so friendly , they are efficient and the food is fresh tasting every time. The spicy Tuna dip is the bomb! ( spicy tuna tartar surrounded by thinly sliced avocado and topped with roe) Big selection of rolls and the Red Thai curry is Yum! Must try!

New restaurant, I had a hand roll and some curry. Both were excellent. The hand roll I especially liked. The server was friendly and attentive, the dinning area was clean and welcoming, I really enjoyed this place. The price was reasonable for the food I got. As far as I know it is the best place for Thai food in Sebastian. I will definitely be back!

Often restaurants trying to mix several Asian cuisines fail at both. But not Wasabi we had miso soup that was excellent, and the massaman curry, with surprise chunks of avocado ranked with the best we've had.judging from other dinners' plates, sushi was beautifully presented as was the tempura. People seemed to be enjoying their meals and the place was packed. Service was very good and the price was right. The only thing that could be improved is to lower the volume of the music, and get rid of the tv's. Having disturbing news from CNN and college basketball is distracting and interferes with the otherwise pleasant ambiance. But still a nice find for Saturday night supper.

My favorite restaurant in Sebastian! Try a lychee sake martini. Yum! They have huge pieces of sashimi/sushi and a very creative menu. The sushi roll portions are generous and are very filling. Their apps (both Thai and Japanese choices) are also excellent. I like their Pad Thai and bento boxes too. Make sure you also save room for dessert. The traditional Thai mango is wonderful. Simply put, this restaurant is exceptional.

Great food , clean , impeccable service and ambiance rivaled only by the newest euro chic club that just happens to serve Bad Ass food -not one to miss if you really know anything about Sushi or Thai food . We visited shortly after this restaurant opened and expected the typical blend of sushi and Thai on the menu, which we got. Their Thai options are great, however, I was disappointed with options for rolls. Most of their rolls have heavy fried or cream cheese components, which is not my preference. I would recommend this restaurant for Thai food, but go elsewhere in town for sushi or rolls.

As sushi snobs from nyc, I can honestly say that this place has the best sushi me and my fiancee have had since moving to FL six months ago. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive, and the rolls are HUGE. This place is truly a hidden gem.
