We decided to eat here instead of the food court, HUGE mistake. I ordered a quesadilla and a side of chicken noodle soup. The soup came out first and was basically cold. There was no warmth; if they had stuck it in a microwave I might have been initially tricked. When I put my spoon in the bowl I scooped out this massive piece of slimy, dark meat - possibly chicken? My son and I thought it looked like a skinned frog. In fact, my son said just look at it was making him sick. So my husband offered to taste it and said it was very chewy and nothing like any chicken he has ever had. Gross! I decided to eat the packaged crackers on the side of the bowl. I opened them and had a bite and had to spit them out. They were so stale! I had never had anything like it. They kind of tasted rotten - how long do you have to keep crackers for them to taste rotten and have no crunch at all? This was a first. My chicken quesadilla came out and my husband said "is it hot?". I touched it and it was. Delighted, I took a huge bite. Some how the flour tortilla was very warm, but the chicken inside was ice cold! The cheese was kind of melted - how can one thing be hot and the other cold? My husband had the salad bar and hamburger sliders - he said the salad bar tasted old and his sliders and fries were okay. My son had a kid's pizza and it was doughy - you could see it wasn't fully cooked. So, if you want to spend $40 on terrible, cold, mystery foods this is the place to go. I highly recommend you go to the food court instead; their food is 100 times better than this place.

Horrible! We are visiting the area on a family vacation with our 5&6 year old. First, we noticed the salad bar was small for a Ruby Tuesday (the main reason for coming)...we sat down and I asked my husband if we should leave. We didn't because we were all hungry and the kids were restless. They ordered mac&cheese and my 6 year old added on a salad bar too..I went for a crab cake dinner (despite being $15.99) and grilled zucchini & salad bar as my second side..hubby had a burger and fries. ....before we even ordered we asked for another min because we weren't ready and our waitress passed us about 6 times before asking us again!!! The drinks were soooooooo sweet (strawberry and raspberry lemonade and berry tea) and asked for water but it never arrived....we got salad bar after finally ordering (maybe 15 mins after arriving)...it was just off...it tasted weird and I went back for a few dif kinds of lettuce to find one that didn't taste funny and it didn't happen...I went back for a second salad plate with some that was okay to eat with my meal and when I come back the food was there and my $15 crab cakes were sooooo small I literally said out loud "are you serious?" I was shocked! It was smaller than the kids dishes! And I'm far from a big eater!...they let me re-order and I asked the manager if a certain chicken dish was spicy (chipotle BBQ) and was told it was extremely mild .... My food arrived at least 10 minutes after everyone was done!! I asked for a to go box and just put my food right in...hubby asked why I didn't even try it and I said because I didn't want another reason to complain...we both decided to taste the sauce and our mouths were on fire!!!! We left and will never return!!! Unbelievable!! Do not go here! Needless to say I have an empty belly and can't even eat my leftovers!

Walked in at 9:00 for a beer. The door clearly states the restaurant closes at 10:00. After sitting at the bar, the bartender asked what he could do for me. I asked for a beer and was denied, as he's closing up for the night. There were plenty of patrons in the restaurant having dinner. Turning away customers at 9:00 when you close at 10:00 is pretty unreasonable. It's not like I walked in at 9:55 expecting a full service meal. I found customer service terrible throughout the mall that evening, as if nobody wanted to actually work. Ruby Tuesday was no exception. It's a shame I can't give zero stars.

Service is pretty average, nothing to complain about. I enjoyed the pretzel burger both times I dined here. There's only this restaurant and the hurricane grill at Sarasota square that are "restaurant restaurants" so not that bad.

The server was not attentive at all. I ordered "Low Country Shrimp with Grits". The amount was ridiculously small, I asked the server if what I ordered was a sampler or an entree. He replied it is an entree, why you did not get enough ?. Then he left me under the impression that he will address my complaint. Needless to say nothing was done about it. This my last visit to Ruby Tuesday!!!.

I have been here before and usually stray away from the corporate chains but this location has always been good, the menu has been updated and everything's fresh! I especially like the salad bar option it's definitely a plus!

The bartender Steve gave great service, however I fee like their salad bar steadily goes down. A while back they removed items, downscaling. Last time a cane dressings were changed no 1000 island so I asked about it, they said they were out. Month later no 1000 island, still waiting on shipment? Or more cut-backs? It's the only reason I go to the restaurant (salad bar) not sure your giving me the reason to return. Service was great though.

Went here today for lunch with my wife waitress said she would be back in a minute took her a good 5 minutes then we went to the rest room came back and table was being cleaned all the staff having a great time while the customers all wait. Will not be back

Salad bar is perfectly maintained. Not huge trays but manageable and fresh. The service is attentive and the menu has enough options to make you choose. The happy hour by the bar is a great deal too.

The salad bar is always my weakness, but to order a Special Shrimp Dip with chips and an entree of Baked Salmon with a baked potato is the bomb! The service was absolutely awesome, our server Francesca was excellent and fun to talk to.

First off I took my daughter here for a date night. She informed me of no toilet paper. I opted out of the salad bar, it seemed that it had not been replenished for quite some time. Silverware on the ground with food. Several servers and manager did not even notice or too lazy. Ordered a soda, it came with no ice. I will never return. I have had better service at Waffle House. Issues start from the top down.

We recently tried Ruby Tuesday for the second time and it wasn't nearly as good as the first time. We love their fresh salad bar and the service has always been great. However, when we look at our bill we say to ourselves, why didn't we just try a new restaurant in Sarasota. I can't decide if we will be going back or not, maybe yes because of the salad bar.

The last three times that we had dinner here the service was terrible and the food stank. Our guacamole and food were waaaay too salty and the rest of our food didn't taste good and took a long time to come out. We aré not going back. What happened to this place?
