Reliable. That's about the best thing I can say about this Hooters. It doesn't have the best food or the best service but neither is the food or the service ever a problem either. With specials like the boneless wings on Wednesday its really a pretty good lunch spot.

Wow, terrible management! My pregnant wife ordered some medium wings for pick up. When we got home, we saw they weren't tossed, and the sauce that came with them was orange oil, it didn't even taste like wing sauce. My wife called and the manager rudely told her that's just how the 'medium' sauce is, it's butter based. She said they were supposed to be tossed at the store, and that she's gotten them before and always liked them. The manager said that if we drove all the way back, he would toss our cold wings in the same disgusting sauce he already gave us... Short story: pregnant wife crying and hungry, manager doesn't give a damn about the customer. STAY AWAY!!!

I first want to say that our server was good and I've never complain about the service. The food was not their usual... I think it was the oil in the fryer but saying it wasn't good is putting it nicely. The manager's apology was a far cry from an actual apology. I over hear other people complaining about the food while I was waiting to pay my bill... maybe the manager should do his job and look at the kitchen.

Well, they still can't, and probably never will get it right. We ordered 10 wings Friday night, to split among two, and were served 9, lol. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this, except for the fact that this is at least the third time in as many years this has happened, AND I rarely count them, and I'm guessing most people don't either , so can only imagine how often it happens. Oh, it happened to my on the tiny, tiny shrimp one time as well, lol.

Smallest chickens ever! Where do they find them to produce such small legs and wings? Hot is not that hot for sauces.

Great Hooters! We love Hooters in general, and they had delicious food as always. But this location had super nice people, very attentive, very nice manager. These people really know how to run a business. Manager comes around and asks how everything is going more than once. This is one of the only places open during Sunday night football at 10:30p. It was lively and just right. Sarasota has perfect weather in October.

Ate here for lunch on a weekday in August. Great wings (way better than Buffalo Wild Wings) and fried pickles (try'em, you'll like'em). Split a cheeseburger which was perfectly prepared. Very friendly service and ice cold drinks. Will return again.

We ordered an absurd amount of wings and had lunch as well. It was fine - it was Hooters. Our waitress seemed much friendlier than some of the other waitresses, and since the two guys I was with were not sketchy d-bags, we got attentive, thoughtful service. If the food and beer weren't so mediocre, (there was keg sludge at the bottom of our pitcher - yuck) it would have gotten three stars. Not my favorite Hooters experience.

Not the greatest Hooters but certainly not the worst...

Hooters of Sarasota on Halloween? Great costumes, poor food & service. If you like pretty women in costumes go to Hooters on Halloween but don't expect the same level of service or food you'd normally get here. I'd rather have a waitress write down our order rather than try and impress us with her memory skills because sure enough, the blackened fish we ordered wasn't blackened. After calling it to her attention, she, without apology, took it back where someone in the kitchen simply sprinkled way too much seasoning on it and sent it back to us way too salty. We eat this fish here all the time and know what normal is, this was not normal. Also, the amount of fish was less than normal as well. The wings seemed even smaller than normal(if that's possible) and our ice tea glasses were empty most of our lunch. A very dissappointing Halloween lunch, however, our waitress looked great in that costume. We'll probably be be going back, just not on Halloween. -Brett B.
