Pizza Bar is the best pizza in town. If you are looking for pizza with fresh seasonal ingredients with an incredible crust vs processed ingredients, this is the place to be! The chef ,Phil McDonald does it right. I give pizza bar 5 stars and is my highest recommendation for pizza locally. The appetizers and wine is amazing too!

Wow - this place should be considered a Mecca for any Pizza Buff. Authentic Neapolitan style pizza in a wood-fired oven. We went a couple days ago and had a fabulous experience. We got the great luck of sitting on the kitchen side, and I was able to "talk shop" with the baker as he was making the pies. They make their dough from scratch using imported Italian 00 flour, sea salt, and a little oil (not strict Neapolitan, but hey, we're not in Italy). The ingredients are all top-shelf. Thanks to the wood-fired oven, the pizzas come out piping hot, with just a little crunch on the outside with that perfect tenderness on the inside that only a wood oven can produce. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars was just some minor stuff. .... the pizza dough appetizer needed more rosemary, and the Farmer's Market Pizza seemed a little skimpy on the toppings (though plenty of arugula!) Bottom-line: HIGHLY recommend this for a stellar pizza experience. If, however, your definition of great pizza is a 5-dollar Little Caesar's, this place may seem a little too gourmet for you.

Friendly waitstaff, excellent food (I had the chicken tortellini salad), great atmosphere, and outstanding location right on the Gulf.

A Seaside gem. Not just because its in a lovely town, but coming here from New Jersey where pizza is king, we don't have too many places like this. We sat on their back porch, open air next to the dune foliage. Very lovely and comfortable furniture. We were welcomed by our server Debbie, and within ten minutes we had a fresh homemade sausage pizza (t no nitrates), an equally fresh kale Caesar salad paired with some excellent glasses of house chardonnay and pinot noir. This is the second time we came. Last year we met the owners and were very impressed as they work in the restaurant, making the pizza and tending bar. So you know your food is cared for. We'll be back next trip.

Stopped by while on vacation and checking out seaside one evening. Needed something quicker and more relaxed due to young child. Got an outside table on a beautiful night and ordered the 4 cheese white pizza as well as a caprese salad and beers. The salad was really good and the pizza was fantastic. Thin crust with great flavor. A little over priced but it's seaside where everything is overpriced. Will definitely go back when we are in the area.

A mouse, giant roaches and a really bad waiter. I never complain or even take time to make a bad review. The 30-A has so many great restaurant choices: Great Southern, Red Bar, Lu Lu's etc. go to one of these and skip the Pizza Bar. Great location right in the middle of Sea Side but it backs up against a brushy area that invites the mice and roaches.

Terrible service. Had to ask 3 times for a refill on a Monday night. Over priced pizza. $68 tab for two tiny pizza's and a small salad. Literally had roaches climbing up the walls and around the floor by our feet on the outside patio! Do not eat at this place!

Sadly I will not come here again ever. This used to be by favorite place to eat in seaside. I'm sorry but the new menu and food is horrible. Bring back the old chef and the seafood please. Gross. The waiter....horribly embarrassing attempt trying to convince me the new chef was doing exciting delicious things. F-

Great location and delicious pizza! I enjoy the different topping pairings they put together. I was also a big fan of the crust.

Me and the girl split a kale Caesar salad and the four cheese pizza. The salad was above average as was the pizza. They have good wood fired crust and a solid selection. Girl got a Bloody Mary (they taste weird in this town, but strong) and I got one beer. Everything was good! So why the 3 stars? Extremely over priced and a staff that's not very interested in service. Our meal cost $50 and took a long time. Try it for yourself, but there's better places in town.

Ordered a cheese pizza to go. Took about 30 minutes. Sloppiest pizza I've ever had. Worst customer service to boot. Good thing for them they have great location.

Going down hill fast!!! The new "chef" is ruining the menu and the food tastes awful now. The prices are outrageous even for Seaside. Seriously, go back to doing pizza the way it used to be done and quit the fancy stuff.

I love Pizza Bar! The Farmer's Market pizza is my go to. Fresh local toppings and the crust is just perfect. I had a delicious martini here as well. The ambiance is great and the staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Will be back!

Terrific pizza. Tre Carne so good, I might have one fedex'd to me in Texas because I craze it! And anyone dumb enough to complain about the speed of service or the price of food at a restaurant literally steps from the sandy beach is just a moron. Seaside is expensive for a reason. You either accept that fact and you will have the best vacation of your life...or you should drive back to Destin and enjoy your Domino's delivery. We honestly didn't want you there in the first place.

Ridiculous wine prices 4x retail in some cases. Other than that it is good but that really ruins it

Terrible service (slow, sat here 15 minutes before asked for drink order and it's not packed). Food service equally as slow. Waiters complaining openly about lack of supplies in back and talking about tables in the open.

Excellent Pizza as reviewed by a die hard pizza snob from the N East. Plan to go again in the next couple of days.

SERIOUSLY ... As good as it gets! I can't believe there are no reviews for the Pizza Bar out here. Let's see ... where to start? Everything was so yummy. A little HISTORY: I have been going to this guy's restaurant(s) since about, ummm, 1986 - That's like, 26 years! Three restaurants make up the Bud & Alley's gastronomic experience on 30A in Seaside. And you can't go wrong with any of them, but let's just focus on the fabulous food at the Pizza Bar for a moment. I'll get the "admin" part out of the way: ATMOSPHERE Husband and wife, Dave and Carol Rauschkolb visited Italy for architectural ideas (and Prosecco) for the Pizza Bar! Carol is an interior designer, and her elegant and comfortable design style is ever-present in the newest of their three restaurants, where the atmosphere is just that: both elegant and comfy. It's casual, but it's not like the pizzerias at home - this one is definitely reflective of Carol's great style and what I imagine the fabulous places they visited in Italy to be. The terrazzo is a favorite place to enjoy Seaside, and a yummy pie! SERVICE We decided to stay away from the kids outside, having made the unfortunate decision to head down for a long weekend which happened to be over Spring Break, and sat at the bar on the right side. We were greeted and served quickly there. The bar is always the best seat in the house! Now, to the good part ... We started with an order of Oven Fired Dough, and it was fabulous. Bread, olive oil, rosemary and sea salt, served with their yummy marinara. Next we moved to the meats and cheeses plate. 3 for $13? HA! We had 2x that! All their meats and cheeses are fabulous. Can't go wrong with any of them. We also had the steamed mussels and the Orecchiette & Fennel Sausage which were both really good. For salads, I had the arugula and radicchio, which was very, very tasty. Next time: The Roasted Beet salad. The following evening, thinking we were going to head down the street to Basmati's (another favorite of mine on 30A), we opted for the Pizza Bar again. Sat in the same place. Ate different selections from the Cured Meats & Cheeses part of the menu. Enjoyed a salad. And then ate some of the best pizza ever. White Pizza with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Heavy Cream and Basil! The San Marzano pizza is super tasty too - It's got tomatoes, shaved parm and arugula. Something a little lighter on your mind? Go for the Onion pizza - the sweetest onions, mozzarella and shallots. SO GOOD. The dough must be a special secret also acquired in the Italian travels - It's soft and crispy at the same time! You know that crust? The one that's charred a little, and crispy like a flatbread, but still soft and airy on the inside? Yes. THAT one! That and a little melted cheese? That's MONEY! Try any one of their pizzas and you'll be back the next night too. If I had to sum it up in four words or less, they would be "NOT TO BE MISSED". NEXT UP: TACO BAR!
