Enjoyable...that is the only word I can come up with right now for my meal @ Ichigo Ichie. During my visit, everything at my table was cleared and refilled in a cheerful way. All of the food that I got (primarily from the Hibachi admittedly) was tasty and there was lots of uncrowded seating. The food wasn't world class but everything was cooked well and turned over appropriately. I liked that there was lots of fresh fruit on the dessert table so my 8 year old had other choices besides ice cream, cakes and jello...and I got slipped a coupon card when I left for my next visit. Ill be back.

Great selection of seafood! Fresh and tasty seafood. The blue crab is delicious as well as all the other seafood such as, jumbo shrimp, squid, steamed salmon, oysters, and crawfish. The Sushi and hibachi are yummy. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. The service is always great. The prices are awesome $10.59 for dinner? That's a deal.

My friend and I ate here for dinner. Saturday night 6.30p.m. chicken and broccoli was old and dried up. After round 2 my friend went to get the pepper shrimp and the lady was cleaning the counter with her dirty rag and had a piece of shrimp in the rag and put it back in the food on the Buffett table. I left the waitress a 2.00 tip, and complained to the owner. I still had to pay for one dinner. I'm. Still Hungary. I'm done eating in this establishment.

Oh heck no after they failed their health inspection I'm definitely not coming back because the food didn't taste all that good and it wasn't that my cup of tea.

Honestly, the food is okay but I won't be coming back because the restaurant itself is pretty unsanitary. The tile part of the floor was filthy when we got there, and it was like they didn't bother to clean the tables between customers. I know you think I sound like a clean freak when I say that, but honestly it's a good thing to have clean tables because who wants germs in their food? I know I don't. Go at your own risk, and if you do, bring sanitary wipes because you will need them.

The price is great, but the food quality is questionable. Still, the food tasted as good as any other cheap quality asian buffet, so when you're craving that sodium blast only such restaurants can achieve, this is a super well priced option. Especially wonderful is the fact that it is all you can eat. The staff is nice and you don't have to worry about waiting. The hibachi grill is was delicious - the butter sauce is amazing, but avoid the crab. On the buffet, the food looked questionably, but the lo mein was up to par The green tea ice cream was amazing; possibly the only thing that really shined out of the whole restaurant experience.

The price is really good and the food is pretty amazing for being a buffet. The sushi that they serve is of great quality. I know some people are like no way will I eat buffet sushi but I promise this place is great. I go here sometimes just for the sushi. There is many types not just one or two and all the other food is quality as well. I will keep coming back here!

The prices is ok for a buffet but unfortunately the food was not fully cooked. The chicken warp in bacon and Hong Kong chicken was partially cooked, it was bloody. We told the waitress and she told the manager but they told us everything was fine but it was not. 15 minutes later I ended up throwing up and with stomachache. I couldn't eat anything else that day, everything I ate I ended up throwing up. I will not recommend that place again to anyone nor will I go back.

One moment One encounter Ichigo Ichie is a brand new boofay that just opened up a short time ago. My Japanese friend told me that the name translates roughly into one moment or one encounter but is actually one of those cute and exotic Japanese terms that would take several English paragraphs to fully explain. However you want to translate the name, the food, atmosphere and service at this boofay are all quite good. The building is large so you have plenty of room to spread out for your gluttony at a booth or table without being crowded. The people working here are all extremely pleasant and make sure you glass is always filled and take away empty dishes without being intrusive or annoying. Service and atmosphere are nice but the food is what boofays are about. Ichigo Ichie has a wide selection of veggie, meat and seafood dishes to satisfy the tastes of just about anyone and since the turnover is so high the food is always hot and fresh and the veggies never mushy. The seafood is especially impressive with a large selection of sushi, shrimp, crayfish and even frog legs. I tried the frog and not surprisingly tasted a lot like chicken. There are a lot of good boofays in area but Ichigo Ichie offers a wide variety of somewhat different food, prepared well and offered in a comfortable setting at a very good price. Can't ask for much more than that in a boofay.

Fair. Nothing more. We hit them right before the dinner rush so we may have gotten the lunch leftovers. Considering that there are several similar buffets in a ten mile radius that are better I doubt I'll return. Pretty generic food overall.

The place is clean and the wait staff is very friendly. The wasn't bad but also nothing was great. There is sushi, hibachi, Asian food, a little bit of American food, salad dessert, and hand scooped ice cream. Okay, but but not great.

Quantity over quality! A very large (rows upon rows) Americanized-Chinese food, with the standard options without meat: noodles, fried rice, string beans, broccoli, veggie sushi, salad, fruit, fried vegetables, desserts and ice cream, etc. Nothing special about the food, but the price is cheap! This restaurant also has a fairly large seating area and well-decorated on the inside for a buffet place.

Very large open space. Mostly clean. Food was typical Chinese buffet. They have 9 buffet counters, which is more than most. Some of the labels were missing or incorrect but that's not a huge deal. The sushi bar has a very large selection including raw fish. The hibachi looked clean and stocked but I did not try it. Had a nice selection of 8 different ice cream flavores, used to two or four.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
