There is something in their pizza dough. I have no idea what it is or why I like Hungry Howie's pizza so much. Maybe it's the flavored crust? No clue but I really like it. I haven't had Hungry Howie's in a couple of years. Was surprised to see this location close to where we live. Decided to stop in and order some carry out. They have $7 carry out specials for cheese or pepperoni. Not sure if this is an all the time thing but cool! $7 pizzas! Took like 10 minutes for the pizzas to be ready. Awesome! Customer service was top notch in my personal opinion. The people working there the few times I have gone have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Mmm..Cajun crust.

My husband and I went to get some pizza and salad. I haven't been to a Hungry Howie in years, because I had a very bad experience at another Hungry Howie. My husband convinced me to give them another chance. We ordered the "works" pizza and the spicy chicken salad. The salad was good at had a lot of chicken in it. We both really enjoyed it. The pizza was okay but my husband said it was good. We had the flavored crust of garlic and herb. The crust was a little doughy for me. The sauce was from the can of course. There was a lot of toppings on the pizza, which was a plus but more vegetables toppings then meat toppings. Will I go back, yes but for the salad. I will try the Greek salad on my next visit.

I know, I know. It's a cheap pizza joint, but that's the great part. Out of all the cheap pizza places this one's the best. Pizza's are always fresh. Good toppings. Quick service and great price. I've been getting pizza's here for over 10 years. They tell me all the Hungry Howie's are the same, but I've tried others and this one just does them better.
