They don't deserve a star at all. Went to the restroom first, what a dirty mess. Not a plumbing problem but years of grime floor to ceiling. Just turned around an left. Sure wasn't going to "eat" there. You think their food prep would be much better? No!

I rarely give 5 stars from having 1 menu item, let alone for a fast food joint, BUT the New Big Chicken Sandwich that I just had here deserves 5 stars! Watch out PDQ & Chick-fil-a; Hardee's has a bigger and better chicken sandwich! The chicken was cooked to order on a fresh made bun with mayo, tomato and crisp lettuce. The chicken was nice and crispy and juicy. I am officially addicted to the new big chicken sandwich!

Cant wait to explore more. They have Carl Jr's in Arizona which is hardee's here. So when we moved i was kinda sad. Driving to Apollo beach and notice it and boy did my ears perk right up lol.

Overrated Carl's Jr. I don't know why a company that owns both Carl's and Hardee's and uses the same logo are so different, and one is so bad. there is nothing that would make you think this is a Carl's Jr. other then the star. Food is mediocre at best, soda is always "off"

Food is fresh and tasty, but as others have mentioned the bathrooms are disgusting. I recommend getting to go.

First time trying this chain and the food was pretty good. It did not seen like the food was microwaved like lots of fast food restaurants. The food cane out really hot and the sauces on our burgers was really good. The portion sizes much bigger than their competitors for the price. The onion rings are much tastier than other places and the buns seemed fresh. The seating area and floors could use some cleaning as I had to look around to find one that was clean. I understand this is fast food but employees were not busy as only 2 couples in line and only 2 couples sitting in dining room so someone certainly had time to wipe down some tables. I would definitely go back to try another specialty burger but probably would get it to go and not eat in the dining room. The dining rooms open ups right into a small gas station convenience store which was another turn off.
