Don't waste your time or money!!!! Food has no taste, portions look like there from the kids menu! Can we say burnt shrimp!!! Worse family dinner ever!

The bread is good, that's about it. I had Chicken Marsala which has no resemblance of Chicken Marsala. Service was fine. I won't be going back for a while.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!! This is my all time favorite restaurant... Service is great and my waitress made us feel like we've known her for years!! I recommend this restaurant for everyone!!!

We've been to this location several times and appreciate the service and food. They were particularly attentive to our 4mos old and served us quickly enough that we could get her back home before too long. While the shrimps diavolo had a bit too much butter sauce in them, the calamari was good, and the portion sizes of the main courses were not overwhelming. Definitely will go again.

I've been to this Carrabba's location ever since they opened. My family and I have gone there many, many times. Yesterday was the worst experience that I've had... 3 out of 3 soups came to our table cold. Aside of that though, the food tasted great as expected. But what my family and I witnessed has made us never want to go back again... We saw a cook handling noodles with his bare hands, after he's touched other surfaces and then handling it more with NO GLOVES!!! I literally felt the food that I just ate (which included noodles!!!) come up to a knot in my throat. I asked our waiter if that was normal and he apologized and said that he should've been wearing gloves. Our waiter then went to the "manager" and told her, I heard the entire conversation. Do you think she came to our table to even ask if our cold soup was tasty?! Do you think she came to our table at all? I guess she didn't want to deal with another issue for that afternoon, as they had already had an issue with a bad piece of meat being served to another table. That couple was told they didn't have to pay for their food because of their issue. My family and I will gladly pick another place to enjoy eating out at since this location is going down-hill.

The very first time I went to a Carrabba's, I was like, wtf is Texan-Italian, and did not enjoy it. Ten years later, I really like this place. It's close to home, and the food is pretty good for a decent price.

I love this chain. But the last couple if times I have visited the food has gone down hill. The appetizers came cold. The food was disappointing. I'll have to try another location but I am not going back to this one.

Shady service. Server (Samuel... "It's easy to remember bc it's biblical" he told us) was overbearing, showy and annoying. My mother used a pre-loaded visa gift card and when he returned it, we questioned the balance and he suddenly clammed up stating "I'm not lying" and turned his back. When I contacted visa we found out there had been a 20% tip added. We still left him a cash tip! No way did he not know the tip was included. How unethical and disappointing.

This is a chain and I did not expect much. Five of us went for dinner and it was terrific. The flatbread was great and so were the salads. I had the pasta with shrimp and scallops. It was a huge amout of food. Everyone liked theirs meals. It was so much food that we all took most of our entrees home. The soups were good but should have had less salt. Shockingly good for a chain. I would come here a lot if I lived around here. Also, great value. We had the $15 deal where you get entree plus dessert and soup or salad or appetizer.

I have little to no experience with chains. I am pretty militant about what I eat and trying to avoid the Sysco/Monsanto world. I also don't like the over buttered, over salted caloric taste of the dishes at places like this. If I am going to ingest 3000 calories it's not going to be on a dish that should have 1500. So I may be way out of the target market for this restaurant. But, I was visiting my grandparents (who are ironically completely Italian, and also amazing Italian cooks) who love this place. Maybe they love the staff, who are all really nice. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and knew the menu intimately. The hosts were equally lovely. The parking is ample? Is that a thing people care about? If so, insanely ample. The food is pretty gross. The bread is gummy. The dish I ordered was drowning in butter, salt and whatever else they could find. My Dad's pork dish was so overcooked I thought that it was fried. My salad was cafeteria style, clearly stored in a freezer/fridge before serving and the reason most people in this country probably hate salads. The red sauce was way too sweet. I don't know whether it is or not, but all this stuff tastes pre-made, pre-packaged, and delivered weekly on a truck.

Daddy wanted to eat here while I was visiting Florida so I obliged. Although it's a chain restaurant and I try to steer clear of that, the meal was great and I really have no complaints. The sangria was delicious! Perfect combination of sweet and dry with fruity notes and it was on Happy Hour! One thing I do miss about chain restaurants is their corporate serving style. It is all too often that I get crappy service from mom and pop restaurants and the service here was absolutely perfect. Ordered the goat cheese, sun dried tomato, chicken (small) with pasta as my side. The lunch also comes with a salad or soup. Nice size meal for lunch! I couldn't even finish my pasta and gave it lovingly to my dad for his dinner (they give you a lot of pasta!). Daddy had the 3 chicken sampler and that is a big boy meal! He could barely finish 2 of the chickens. Overall, I can't complain.

Kitchen is a joke. Multiple tables wondering where their food is. When it comes out, our table of 5 had variable temperatures; from cold to warm. Would not go back.

Carrabba's is a decent chain with decent food. They do give you sizable portions with their signature baked bread and olive oil. The entrees are usually slightly above par, but not entirely authentic due to it's franchise nature. Still, the environment is nice, and serves as a good option.

I've been to this location several times and have never encountered a problem with either the food or the staff. The staff is always friendly and close by should you need anything. The food is tasty, but I have trouble finding something that jumps out at me. Last night I had the Seafood Cannelloni and was pleased. Some of their dishes are a bit pricey for what you actually get, but I suppose this is the norm at most places these days. The Razzamatini's absolutely are a reason to come here if you haven't been. Trust me!

Awful service...awful food. What wasn't burnt tasted off. Not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon but rarely saw a waiter...when the food...finally...arrived it was not worth the wait...had better out of the freezer section at Publix. Plus the place smelled and not in a good way. On the way to the rest room passed the kitchen...prep station was a total mess, floors dirty, and stacks of pots and pans shoved in the corner on carts. Hoping I don't regret what little I ate tomorrow. The "chef" was equally interesting - looked about 19 and wore a ball cap 'gangsta' style...skip this one.

Wednesday is wine Wednesday $10 off a bottle of wine and 2 for 1 drinks until 7. Not sure the food was great but after 4 cocktails I'm not sure it mattered. The service was good for the most part but my mother who likes to complain sent back the wine glasses because they were dirty. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. It was one of the quieter places I've been so maybe a good place for a date so you can enjoy the conversation.

Went there yesterday, had the Chicken Bryan which was absolutely AMAZING and tasty! My husband ordered the Pollo RosaMaria and that was absolutely DEVINE! This was my second time at this particular location & we will definitely be back!

If you want to eat wholesome unsophisticated italian food at a good price go to Carrabba's. Everything we have tried here on several visits has been good. Well it's a chain and I am a food snob, but this is just the best of the "you know them" chains. And the staff are well trained and friendly ... obviously got a good manager here.

Had to wait to be seated at the bar... food came out cold and had to be sent back. Group walked in and sat next to us never had to wait. My wife's food tasted like it was fresh from the freezer... could have made the same thing at home. The server didnt even offer us desert or coffee. Haven't been here in a while and probably won't be back.

We were very disappointed in the service and food preparation at this location. We ordered the grilled chicken and Italian salad. The salad took forever to arrive and was shortly followed by the main entree. I hate when this happens. Also I requested that the green beans not be coated with butter and they were served with melted butter. Our ice tea was allowed to go empty more then once. The food itself was tasty, but I can't forgive these transgressions.

We've been to this Carrabas multiple times and have always been treated friendly and served very well. Carrabas is an Italian grill, meaning the menu is a bit more grill oriented than say your Olive Gardens. The grilled Filet Fiorentina is excellent, but if you can't make up your mind between steak and chicken, go for "The Johnny" which gives you a taste of both worlds.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
