Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Like Todd said, stick to the reviews. Don't stray from the deep dish pizzas. We get the Hawaiian and it's pretty good. I'm not a chicken wing eater, but the man seems to enjoy them. The dessert pizza is just "meh" for me. If you like NY style/thin crust, this is not the place for you.

If you like "Little Caesar's" with extra cheese and extra sauce for twice the value, then this is the pizza for you. Definitely not in my list of favs.

Deep dish pizza is good, haven't tried anything else.

We tried the Brandon location. Horrible salty, greasy, cardboard thin crust pizza, rubbery wings. I wish I'd seen the reviews sooner. My bad.

This place is a riddle. A conundrum. A mystery, wrapped in an enigma, surrounded by a thick layer of crust. They say they're a pizza place, but is what they serve considered pizza? It's square. That's weird. But it's tasty, and technically made in a pizza style. It's definitely not authentic, but it's good. The whole thing is just confusing. The New Yorker in me says "AHH MARON, THESE MOOKS, THESE FOOLS" while the fat guy in me is just jamming square pizza slices into his face as fast as he can. Large bacon/jalapeno comes to almost $22, so that sucks - but the flavor is great and the guys who work there will talk football to you until your wife calls your cell and yells at you for taking too long, so that's cool. Try it for something different. Also, Frank N writes the best reviews and you should totally friend him.

Ok, 1st off, I'm not a pizza fan... think I said this in another review as well. But if I'm going to eat pizza, it has to be Jet's deep dish. By no means is it perfect, but it so reminds me of my favorite pizza back home in Rhode Island, Caserta's "on the hill" in Providence! The crust is tasty, although we do have to ask them to cook it well done or else it's just uncooked dough. Most times, they do not cook it well done and hubby has to ask them to send it through the oven again! And it is GREASY!! Oh my Lord!!! Now, if Caserta can make deep dish that is not greasy, why can't Jet's? Oh and we also have to ask for extra sauce each time or else it's dry. I must say, the staff has always been gracious and kind with our requests. Kudos to the staff! So fellow Yelpers,,,, PLEASE help me out. Is there any good pizza in the Riverview area? And Mr. Manager, here is Caserta's phone #, talk to their manager and ask them how they make a perfect pie !! Casserta's Pizzeria 121 Spruce St, Providence, RI 02903 (401) 621-3618

After rereading my last review at least 100 times I contacted Jet's Corporate office and complained about the grease. I've been doing that lately instead of just bitching on Yelp and stewing in my own juices, I've been enlightening them on what's happening beyond their kingdom's walls. Most have been very responsive and I've actually seen major improvement at several I have complained about, one of the corporates contacted was Jets. I received a very nice email from a company beauracrat promising to look into my complaint. I have not heard back from Jets since. I have not eaten from Jets since......until today. We ordered the same pizza, the same way. I have to say this may have been the best deep dish pizza I've ever eaten. Was it because of my whining or just because. Either way the pie was awesome, better than Caserta in Providence, R. I. , the gold standard. Wife is going back to R. I. this week so I'll get a report on Caserta when she gets back. No one will be more thrilled than me if Jets cut back on the grease, it was really getting out of hand.

I love authentic pizza. However, when I stopped at Jet's to pick up my pizza to go, I noticed that they were dousing some sort of oily fluid from a clear squeeze bottle all over the entire pizza. When I got it home and tasted it, the entire flavor of the pizza came from this mystery fluid and NOT from the real ingredients that make pizza taste good naturally. Check them out if you're ever waiting to pick up an order, they're squirting the stuff on every pizza right after they cut it and as they slide it into the box. Not sure about all you other pizza-lovers out there, but I'll be getting my pizza from somewhere else from now on. Marvin-

Ordered 2 times so far... Consistent quality and friendly service. May have a bit of a wait on busy nights... But worth it!

Absolutely the best delivery pizza I've had in Riverview. Great crispy thick crust. I haven't been disappointed with a single delivery. Pus they always have good coupons and specials.

My husband and I just moved here and our friends introduced us to Jets. After the first bite I was won over. Their square deep dish is deliciouso! Had the meat lovers and the pepperoni so far. But recommend highly off of those two items. PS you can get flavored crust too!

Good pizza. Enjoy the deep dish style they have. Very timely when you get it delivered and it comes hot. Fair prices for what you get. Enjoy!

Best "Take out" style Pizza. Good sauce toppings are fresh. Had the all meaty / Hawaiian split. I am usually not a fan of pepperoni on account of it being greasy usually. The pepperoni here was crispy but moist and had good overall flavor. Crust has a crisp airy taste with some flavors of a zeppole. You can't go wrong for fast decent pizza from a chain.

I'm visiting from out of town. I ordered a small Jet 10 thin crust. I was told 45-50 minutes and it was here in 40. The pizza is really good. Only problem is it was delivered borderline cold. Definitely not warm....BUT if you can eat pizza like that and still say it's really good then I can imagine a hot one from there would be awesome!!!
(4)Todd R.
The pizza here is great as long as you do not stray from the recommendations of online reviews. There "regular" thin crust / round pizza is disgusting. I'd put it below the $5 Little Ceasar / CiCi's cheese crusted cardboard. However, if you go with the 8 corner / square deep dish pizza you won't be disappointed. The toppings are fresh and "chunky" cut and the meats are seasoned correctly.

The good: Short drive from Fishhawk Ranch, convenient online ordering with plenty of coupons. The bad: The pizza. Just sopping with grease. I'm surprised the cardboard container stayed together for the 8 minute drive home. I could feel my arteries harden with every bite. What good is a convenient location and coupons when the food stinks? The quest for decent Litha-area pizza continues. I'll drive the extra mile and stick with Olde Town Pizzeria for now.

I love Jets pizza! I grew up in Michigan (where they are HQ'd) and it is what I grew up with. I have to admit though the pizza in Florida isn't quite as good as it is up north. And it's not just this location, I have tried the shop in Brandon and the one on Bay Pines. There is no consistency, one time it will be awesome and the next time it's terrible. But I will take it all day long compared to what's out there in this area! 8 corner with pepperoni is my favorite.
