I don't know why I keep coming here. The service is so sadly inadequate. BWW hires the youngest, most inept children to work their minimum wage jobs and it shows with every order I have ever placed here. I sit at the bar and I feel like I'm invisible. I'm being polite about it all, as usual, but this place just never gets any better. I hope you have better luck.

Terrible service. Then waitress kept my change assuming it was her tip or I didn't want it. After I waited for my takeout order that was supposed to take 15 mins which turned out being 40 mins because I'm assuming they did not put my order in. Never going back to this location again!

Despite a limited menu, BWW is a great place to eat- most especially if you're in the mood for wings. The food is good and we haven't had any complaints about the service. Although I have noticed that this location seems to be short staffed often, we have never had an impolite server. An added bonus is the family-friendly atmosphere that also allows for us to enjoy the game.

Always seems to be packed with families looking for a quick bite out. Mediocre wings and burgers with Slow service even when they are not busy. Beer selection is fairly broad and you pay chain prices. If this were an independent in a less lucrative location it would have gone under in less than one accounting cycle because the numbers just wouldn't add up.

We call ahead 10 days in advance that we were bringing a friend in for a Bloody Mary Birthday on 24 Dec 11am- we arrive with 15 people...they only serve 3 bloody Mary's and run OUT of mix. Then the server gets snooty and ignores us. The lazy manager doesn't come to help, assist or even comp the 3 bloodys. POOR And slow service continues to highlight this franchise.

The food here is good. Unfortunately, my waitress wasn't very nice, although I was with a couple kids around my age(20) and we weren't dressed like we were rich, so maybe that threw her off. The prices are a little much, but that's not their fault entirely. I liked the layout: seat yourself, main dining room cut off from the bar. All in all , an okay experience.

This place is what it is. Good beer. Good wings and bar food. I go here for late games and it's good. I don't hang for kid day because of all the kids that come here. The beer is cold and the prices are not bad. The food if what you expect from a bar.

We always order it takeout and it is quick easy and it is always right. Once we went super late for service and it was ok...not amazing but ok. Not disappointed at all. Good food and fast.

Outstanding service and really good food. Bring a sweater or jacket because it is really chilly even when packed. More than enough TVs with sports channels tuned in to enjoy your favorite sports action. My favorite meal is the 5-piece chicken tenders with a mild sauce (still has some heat and bite) along with onion rings and carrots. When I'm not drinking water I prefer Cherry Coke Zero.

I keep trying this place about every other month hoping it would get better...it hasn't. The wait is ALWAYS at least 45 minutes for your food, whether it's busy or not. The food rarely comes out hot. Although the service can be great...my last two visits it was sub par at best. Greatly disappointed and I really think this will be my last time at this establishment.

The Black Cherry Mojito is super Yummy! Honey BBQ Boneless wings are always a great choice. Great for a wing joint. Consistent food and great service.

Why beat a dead horse... BWW needs a reality check; their menu needs a revamp (aside from mini corndogs), the service and ambiance at this location is depressing. I can literally walk to it to watch the late night games but the promotions are awful and those that are working seem to resemble zombies, sorry zombies. Enthusiasm always brings business back, unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any; from the host to the bartenders overall a sad excuse for genuine hospitality leaves me not wanting to return.

This is a decent location with a friendly wait staff. I'll typically head to Beef's for takeout but they have a different items on their menu. Their wings are decent. I had the italian burger which was very good. The service was quick and the order was correct, which always isnt't the case. We will be back.

I don't love this place.. Not just this location but in general I think the food is pretty bad. This time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, instead they brought me a fried chicken sandwich. I never send food back and ate it anyways, it wasnt very good, I would have rather gone to Chick-fil-a and spent half as much on a sandwich that tasted 100 times better. We sat in the bar and I will say the bartender was awesome! Very attentive.

Due to convenience, we dined here again today. Still beyond awful. Food was absolutely terrible. Overcook chicken strips for the kids, many were were actually so dark brown (over cooked almost fully burnt) the waitress first responded that was the color of the sauce, we had to say "there is no sauce! 45 minutes to get the food and the order was wrong for 2 of the 5 at out table, but she did order correctly, the kitchen was in error. They need to wipe out the management and kitchen staff here. This place is BELOW ONE STAR. Only fools would be investors in this place. There's little good about this Buffalo Wild Wings. Service and, especially take out, is horrible. Time and time again, when we get take out our order is wrong. Now we go through the entire order before leaving and that usually irritates the staff at the counter. We dined in this weekend and one of us had to send back their burger which resembled a coal briquette is was so over cooked. Needs a management refresh!

Lots of televisions so good to watch sports! Lots of different beers on draft too. However, the food is mediocre! The buffalo wrap and the flat breads are pretty good, but I do not care for their wings or pretty much anything else on the menu. It's just ok for a quick bite in a casual environment, but would rather go to other similar local places (like Beef's, Hooter's or Wing House) for better food!

This is just like every other BWW that I've been to. Food is the same, bar selections are the same, the service seems to be the same even tho I've been to several BWW locations in different states. The food is just okay for me, although I do like the Asian Zing sauce enough to buy it by the bottle. This is a great place to watch sports or hang out and have a drink with friends. They have lots of TV's that you can see from any table. One big irritation for me is that they don't enforce the "no kids after 8 pm" in the bar area.

Been trying over an hour. Either they have wrong info on all their advertising or they're intentionally not answering. Either way - SHAME ON THEM!

I went with four friends to watch a UFC fight. We sat at the high top table in the bar area. We ordered our first round of drinks and they were great alng with some nachos. The next round of drinks were significantly weaker and when we asked for additional chips we had to remind the waiter twice. our third round and second order of food took two reminders as well. Needless to say we left a tip that matched our service. When I checked my online statement, the server changed the tip to three times the amount we left him. I was fuming and a let me bank know, and they reimbursed me. When I called the place to speak to the Manager I was hung up on 5 times, and never transferred. Definitely returning back to that one!

This place is fading fast. The last three times we have gone the service has been mediocre at best. We have had to ask for simple things like napkins and silverware. Orders take an inordinate anoint of time to come to the table. And this wasn't just during football season. We have been in here when it was about 4 people eating and still the order took 30 minutes. And our order wasn't anything special. Today was probably the last straw. One hour from when we entered to when we left. Food was ok not particularly hot but not cold either. Surprising it wasn't hot since it took so long to come out.

Around the time my server told my friend to get her own drink, we decided as a group this wasn't the place for us. We've had issues with servers "accidentally" adding $5 to their tip, managers telling us larger parties take priority of smaller groups. Finally convinced my entire friends group to never go back .
