Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

A true mom and pop type of place. Overall the inside needs a little fix'n up.. But the food is good. Had a Gyro sandwich. I'm used to original gyros from real Greeks' so it may not be so fair for me to say this place did not have the same quality of an original Greek restaurant would. The sandwich lacked meat. Again, in a typical Greek restaurant, the meat is piled high! It had the right flavors but the Tzatziki Sauce needed some tweaking. My friend had a ham and cheese sandwich and it looked good. She says it tasted pretty good.

This is a Greek style Pizza house just like in Connecticut. Love the Greek salad and the Greek lemon chicken is awesome. It's a find. Decor is a little dated ...but who cares!!!

We love ABC. Have been coming for years. If you want gourmet pizza or something fancy...go somewhere else. We always get a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza and a large Greek salad. Always wonderful and consistent. Usually we pick it up but have dined in many times. The staff is always pleasant. We will be back!

First of all, I wanted to liked this place. I cannot seem to find any other places that serve Greek pizza in the Tampa Bay area. I grew up in a town up north that had pizza joints on every other corner, and more than a few served Greek pizza. It's too bad I have no answer for this craving when it comes up! When I heard about ABC I was beyond excited! A hole was looked in that balloon when I laid eyes on the exterior. Old and dirty, with no windows. Step inside and the scariness increases. Oh, my, God is this place disgusting. In my opinion, of you agent into cleaning, don't go into the food business! My girlfriend was waiting at home anxiously (she grew up in the same town) for her Greek pizza fix, and since I didn't have the heart to come home empty handed, I begrudgingly ordered a large cheese. After talking myself into being able to bite into it, I was disappointed again. Bland sauce, bland crust, even the cheese was gross. Hopefully these guys will shut down and open a junk yard, I'll bet they'd thrive in that environment.

What a disappointment. The place is dingy from the exterior to the interior with a serious clean-up job needed. And that was just the first few minutes in the place. The pizza was undesirable: sauce tasted like it was out of a can while the crust was just uninteresting.

This place is a local tampa chain. I just moved back and was very excited to be close to an ABC pizza. This was first visit for me at the Riverview location Typical mom and pop place. First impression, the location is in need of a renovation. Compared to the other locations it looked very dingy and dirty. Now the food is a different story. The pizza tasted exactly how I remembered it from 6 years ago. The crust had very good flavor. Greek salad is a must too. Their dressing is the best. My recommendation is to take to go.

Such a major disappointment, I should have known better when we walked in on a Saturday night and it was dead. Instead we stayed and ordered dinner. The waitress was less then pleasant. I ordered Chicken Parmesan and my husband ordered their Gyro. The salad that came with the order was so overloaded with feta sprinkles that feta was all I could taste. Then the meal came out within minutes, which peaked my worry. The chicken was literally a circular frozen processed chicken party you could buy from sam's club, covered in a canned sauce and cheese. The middle was a STILL frozen! I asked for our waitress and from what I can tell, she was so use to bad responses that she immediately took my order off the bill. No manager, no questions asked. My husbands gyro was about the same story, the gyro meat was prepackaged and not even cut up. Just a 4x4ish piece of meat thrown on a cold pita and some onions. To top it off, the ceiling tiles were covered in mold. I have photos for all of these statement, however I can't figure out how to post them. Do yourself a favor and don't ever eat here! You would do better buying a frozen Tyson meal from sweetbay across the street.

This is a little old town Riverview restaurant that are sadly slowly disappearing, I believe we should support them and to keep those old time keep sake restaurants alive. This restaurant has been here 30 years and is starting to show its age but I felt the food was good and will visit it again.

Dingy place. Needs fixing up and a serious cleaning. The service needs some work as well. Couple of rude waitresses walking around. Seemed to be a annoyed we can to eat. The pizza itself was pretty much the same has a frozen pizza. Not good! The beer selection is horrible. Choice of 2 or 3 bad beers. Don't plan on going back to this one again. Too bad!

We ate here for our first and last time tonight. Although the prices were very low and unusual, the waitstaff was unfriendly and rude, and the restaurant was unclean, outdated, and the ceiling was moldy. Also, there was a dead bug in my boyfriend's beer mug. The bill was difficult to understand, and the girl who cashed us out tried to overcharge us. Food was good enough and cheap so if you don't care about cleanliness or service standards this is the place for you

Tried this place recently and my opinion it's basically a upscale Dominos. The pizza was overpriced for the size. 14" is a large ?? We ordered the house special ended up spending over $17 for a medium that was not special at all. Basically the same supreme style you would find at your local delivery joint. I consider myself a pizza connoisseur and purist. I am from NY and know what amazing pizza tastes like. The pizza here' was average at best and overpriced for the size you get The interior was old ,dark and in need of a update from first impressions. The staff was friendly and helpful even at near closing time. Overall it was just above average, barely

This was, by FAR, the worst food I've eaten in the Riverview area. Chinese buffets are more exciting and diverse than this place. We ordered salads and my wife ordered spaghetti and meat sauce and I ordered a calzone. The "salad" was chopped lettuce (For tacos) with some cheese and a tomato on it and they give you their house dressing. My wife asked "what dressings do you have?" and the response from our waitress was "You'll have the house dressing, it's good". The dressing wasn't bad but it's hard to consider lettuce shreds as a salad. They didn't have a lot of choices for filling so I had a cheese calzone which had absolutely no flavor. The "marinara" tastes like stewed tomatoes, no flavor or seasoning. My wife's pasta was overcooked and had the same "marinara" which lead to a very flavorless meal. We will NEVER go back to this ABC pizza :(

I really wanted to like this place because I knew it had been here a while and could tell it was family owned. I only ordered the chicken sub and it was disgusting. I threw it away and went to Subway. The ingredients and preparation were fine and it looked delicious. However, the chicken had pieces of fat and hard bits in it. It had to be frozen, low-grade chicken because it was really bad. Really, really bad.
