Wonderful place! They use frozen coffee cubes in their ice coffee drinks! Now that to me is a sign of a real quality coffee shop! Seriously! Also, delicious banana bread and brownies. Plenty of space to relax inside, or visit the intercostal back patio!

Delicious coffee and a wonderful atmosphere. They have free wifi, comfy couches, and a pleyhora of outlets. The backyard dock is a delight. If you go for a productive afternoon or for a chat with a friend, you will not be disappointed by this charming café.

This is a hidden treasure! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable about their coffees. They have a great variety of international coffees available. It is a great environment, cozy inside and relaxing outside on the water.

This is such a unique coffee house! Erin runs it like you would expect to be treated it somebody's home. The coffee is wonderful. And the combinations and different styles equal or exceed what you can find at the national competitors. They've managed to create several different kinds of seating areas and they all work so perfectly. You can go outside on the patio, or you can sit inside in several different areas. There is free Wi-Fi. And very comfortable to be at for 10 minutes or a couple of hours. Clean restrooms, ice cold water, very, very clean! I don't know why anyone wouldn't give this place five stars! I was so in need of cold water when I came in and then I got a wonderful iced coffee with coconut milk. Thank you very much and I'll be back soon! If you're traveling through Redington Shores area make sure you stop by there. It is just one of a kind!

Do not miss this gem of a coffeehouse. They usually have 2 different freshly ground and brewed coffees from all over the world each day, with all of the variations (espresso, Ghirardelli mochachino, etc.) you would expect of a great coffee joint. Honestly some of the best coffee I've ever had! The banana and chocolate chip breads are delicious and not sickeningly sweet like at some places. They also have fruit smoothies and protein shakes. The best part: a patio on the water with wifi. It feels like you're at the beach! Lovely, lovely place.

Attention please Yelpers: We now all have access to a wonderful local coffee shop in the area previously catering largely to tourists, otherwise known as Reddington Beach. They feature locally sourced coffee from Sombra Coffee Roastery in Largo! The espresso has a wonderful, dark, complex flavor which can accelerate any heartbeat! They have both almond and soy milk for the dairy challenged and can also whip up a mean hot chocolate with spice if you like. In the back, there is a very nice view of the water via a pleasant rock garden complete with local flowers and vegetation. You can even sit outside and enjoy caffeinated Florida life. Alternatively, you can sit inside in air conditioned comfort and still enjoy the view. Up front, there is a wonderful inviting room with comfy chairs and local works of art. Snowbirds are always welcome but locals are quietly preferred. Don't miss it!

I love this little hidden gem of a coffee shop. I live in the area, but took a staycation across the street from Gypsy Souls recently. I probably would not have ever known about this place otherwise. The staff is super friendly. The coffee is amazing, but the atmosphere of the coffee house leaves you wanting to stay and hang out. There are two rooms with tables or comfortable chairs and there is an outside patio overlooking the intercoastal. It's a place I visited almost every day on the staycation and it's a place I'll come back to again and again.

Perfectly lovely little coffee shop with good baristas. Definitely a nice alternative to Starbucks and the other crappy coffee at local convenience stores.

This coffeeshop is great and they roast their own coffee. There's a cozy canal front outdoor seating area. They just opened in June 2014 I learned, so aren't many reviews yet.

Tasty coffee and a variety of relaxing seating environments. There's a lounge like area with leather reading chairs, an Internet Cafe style room with outlets at every seat, and then an outdoor backyard patio for taking in some rays. The banana and carrot breads are also delicious. Delightful place. Only drawback is they actually close at 5pm everyday, not 8pm as stated on Yelp.

As both a barista and an itinerant person, when I drove by the Gypsy Souls Coffee House, it drew me in. Like a sailor and a siren. From the outside I couldn't judge the quality of coffee house this would be. So I steeled myself to be prepared for anything. I walked in and was shocked. At the entrance is a new and tasteful sitting room full of leather chairs, a couch and books. It was just about the chillest place I ever saw! Once I finished checking out the local art on display I made my way to the back of the coffee house and found a friendly barista working at the counter. She knew what a real macchiato was and made a great one! She also was perfectly happy to chat with me about the establishment, as I was really curious. As for the coffee itself, she served the macchiato in that double layered insulated glass cup that Bodum makes. It was strong with a deep flavor and oaky undertones. I liked the fact that she asked me what kind of milk I wanted as I always prefer whole milk. There is private, well-landscaped outdoor seating in the back, right on the edge of the intercoastal water. There's plenty of seats and types of seating. There's free wifi and there's plenty of outlets. Somebody seriously feng-shui'd the hell out of this place. All in all this is a perfect coffee house that beautifully harmonizes the beach-side attitude with the coffee aesthetic.

Visiting Gypsy Souls when they first opened in the summer of 2014 was an unexpected surprise. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was really on point. Not to mention the stellar outdoor seating with a dock view. Now in the summer of 2015, that exellence still reigns on with their great tasting coffee and a relaxing environment. It's a shame that the location is hard to find when just passing on Gulf Blvd, but to those who look deeper will love this little place

This awesome cafe is sittuated right where anyone would want to be! A cozy lounge with big chairs and beautiful art is found right through the main entrance door. Continue walking through the lounge and you will walk into the best area within the cafe, the "cafe counter" and view room. At the cafe counter an impressive menu of protein shakes, lattes, frappes, breads, sweets, featured drinks, and lots of flavors are on display. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the day coffees, everyday a different one being featured from coffee that is locally supplied. Actually I didnt just "pop in" I was welcomed to stay as long as the cafe was open to get whatever work I needed done. The owner and the wonderful head barista, Erin, were incredibly accomodating and welcoming. Two days ago I stumbled into Gypsy Souls as they were the closest place to where I am staying that offered free wifi. Since I am here visiting my mother who does not have wifi, I was in a pickle to find a place to plug in to work on my College courses and didnt want to take up a table at a restaurant, sit at a crowded bar, or be miserable at Mcdonalds. I am not just saying "plug in" meaning to the wifi, this place has three comfy chairs in the cafe/view room that each have a power outlet in front of them on a sturdy counter and a large glass window to look out over the intercostal and outdoor seating area. Today was day 2 at Gypsy Souls and again I stayed for hours catching up on homework. Featured $1 coffee of the day refills with a shot of inexpensive almond milk kept my energy going as I did homework to the tunes of coffee house rythems playing peacefully in the background. I also tried the all natural pumpkin bread which was simply scrumptious! This place is wonderful, I highly reccomend it, and truely believe this is a rare and wonderful treasure on the island!

excellent selection of coffee and tea. they have Darjeeling and Lapsang Souchong tea, two of my favorites that are usually hard to come across. seems like the sugary drinks are a bit on the sweet side but have good flavor. the barista was friendly and talked with me about their cold brew process and her methods compared with other methods. cute shop with a nice selection of places to sit and also has a book exchange in the front room - bring in one of your old books and swap it for one of theirs. if I lived here year round, I'd be a regular.
