Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered and came out at just the right speed. Stop here anytime.

Olive Garden has REALLY gone downhill. They've stripped the menu to just bare bones standard Italian selections with one or two "specials" which are barely deviations from everything else. As a result, when everything else is bad, you can't expect the special to have any redeeming qualities. The food: everything was blah and lacked any depth of flavors. The create your own pasta I ordered came with garlic Alfredo that clearly lacked cream and Parmesan punch (and salt). I also ordered meatballs (tasted like 70% filler and 30% meat) and Italian sausage that was ran through a fine die, had lots of filler and little pork or Italian flavor. EXTREMELY disappointing. The Zuppa Toscana taste like it was over reduced and still was bland. The fried risotto balls were a complete waste of time. Finally, the breadsticks were very hard on the the bottom. Top that off with a server who was nice, but tried so hard to be fast, she walked (ran) away from us several times without waiting to hear from all of us so we ordered our meal over four different visits by her to our table. I'm beyond through with visiting Olive Garden and strongly encourage others to pass as well. I PROMISE you, wherever there's an Olive Garden, there's likely multiple mom and pop Italian restaurant that will create superior food for the same money!

We arrived at 4:30 and the place was almost completely empty. We were seated immediately and offered wine options and the waitress was very sweet and very helpful. I removed stars because it took a long time to get our entrées. I ordered the northern Italy tour and my fiancé ordered the regular tour of Italy. We started on our third batch of breadsticks before we actually got our meal and our empty salad and appetizer plates stayed on our table while we waited for our entrées. Staff walked by multiple times but never picked up any plates. I'm not sure what the delay was, we were never told, but it was not an acceptable delay. We just sat and waited with empty, dirty plates on our table while other people around us were served. Someone dropped the ball but I don't know who. The food itself was very good, the northern Italy tour was very tasty. Though I wasn't much of a fan of the tortellini. This was my birthday meal and I gotta say overall I was a bit disappointed.

What can I say? The Food was only bettered by the Wait Staff. We truly had the BEST sevice ever. We had a party of 16 and they welcomed us with open arms. The Food came out all together and was fresh and Fantastic. The Staff; Dawn and Jody made this birthday event special. The Manager Micheal came by the tables to see if we needed anything. Could not have been a better party!

I had never been to Olive Garden. The food and service at this location were great. My mom and I got the eggplant parmesan. It was delicious! And the endless salad is a nice plus too. Next time I'm I'm town to see my mom, I'll come back.

We are always pleased with our dining experience here. The food is excellent, always fresh, and consistently prepared the same, something important in a restaurant. The managers and waitstaff are the best. Always a pleasant welcome along with great service. No attitudes and surly folks working here. A pleasure to eat here.

This is probably my favorite place to eat, as I am a HUGE fan if Italian cuisine. With excellent food and great service, this place has it all. I love the way the pasta and chicken are cooked to perfection, and the food is delivered fast and in good time. If you need to go anywhere to satisfy your taste buds, this is it!

It was just ok our waitress was nice, and tentative but the staff member's that seated us were just plain rude, I'm sorry if it was such a pain to make your guests comfortable, we were initially seated at a half booth half table because we required a high chair but the chair was ridiculously uncomfortable. It would've been nice if we were asked up front what we preferred. And the food was mediocre. I come from an Italian background and could've made better food at home, maybe next time my husband will listen when I say I want to go to red lobster.

It is hard to remember that this is a chain and needs to be measured basis this dynamic. First, this "bread stick", whether you like it or not I have no issue but they really should be able to find some real bread. This spongy stuff really takes away from the meal. I had a ravioli dish in a white cream sauce that also had some micro-shrimp and a few bell pepper cubes. I must admit the dish was tasty, but these micro-shimp are more of an annoyance than a plus. I would have LOVED this dish if the shrimp were any where near a reasonable size. This stupid little things have no taste and are often over cooked. I'd gladly pay a little (and do mean little) to have some shrimp in my shrimp dish instead of these canned mico-thingies. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Granted it was 3pm on a beautiful Sat, clearly a slow period. I'd definitely go back and try a different dish. The only shame was I had a craving for a close to authentic Shrimp Parmesian while in this "neck of the woods" and this was as close as I was going to get. Sadly, they don't serve such a basic. It must be the micro-shrimp police.

Stopped here last night with family. As expected... consistent. Good option for Chain Food Italio, especially when I travel for business. Good value and quick.

The service here was really good. We got one of their sweet wines and it was amazing. I'm normally not a wine drinker. I wish I remembered the name of it. I got their portobello raviolis, they were good, except I thought they needed more sauce.
