What a disappointment! The menu states that they have draft beer yet apparently something went sideways there, can only get a few select bottles. The Iced Tea is very weak. The BBQ Sampler was a train wreck! It was served in record time, it had to be sitting there just waiting to be picked up. And that is how it tasted: barely warm, poor quality too. The different meats were fatty. The baked beans were so sweet they weren't edible. When we arrived we weren't greeted by anyone for five minutes and at least eight people lined up behind up. That should have been our hint and we should have left. We had to keep chasing our waitress down. Bad service and bad food always go together... We won't be back, I'd kick back with a PB & J first!

Get the all you can eat- you can change meats/sides each time you order a new plate. Sliced pork this round, sweet ribs next, etc. and you can take home whatever you don't finish!

This location has been consistently poor lately. Always out of food, never a clean stocked salad bar, empty soup pans, floors are dirty and wait staff are always flocking around the registers trying to look busy. We have given it several chances, and ate free two of the last three times because of food and out of stock issues.

Unfortunately, this location consistently fails for us. We normally go to fort pierce but we figured we'd stop her since we were driving by. My partner's platter came with cold soggy fries(he ordered them well done) and then bites into his sliced pork sandwich, looks up and I immediately know something is wrong. The pork was raw. How in the world does a BBQ place not know they have just slice raw meat and served it. The restaurant is a disaster. It is filthy. If you look down at the carpet, it used to be orange, it is now black. Our server was nice but she was over loaded due to a 12 top in the back. It is always our luck to get a server that is taking care of a large party, we suffer. We will not return.

I love their pulled pork big deal sandwich! If you're a fan of fried okra, I highly suggest trying it, ask them for some of their white horseradish sauce that they make inhouse for the okra! They also have a great salad bar, lots of extras to choose from.

I came in and got sat quickly but sat there forever before my drink and food order were taken. 10 minutes later my sandwich came but still no drink. I don't know why I still come here. The portions are shrinking (1 slice of garlic bread) the price went up. Honestly I don't know why I still come. Next time I'm craving Sonny's I will go to Stuart or fort pierce. They shouldn't of done this half assed remodel. They should have bulldozed the place down and started over. Oh and one other thing. My to go drink.. Ya that never came!

Not what we expected from a chain restaurant. The chicken and brisket had 0 flavor aside from the Bbq sauces. The sauce was very good. Lunch portions were a tad small for the price on the brisket yet the shredded chicken was plentiful in the salad. It's a shame for the need to drown the meat in a sauce it really takes away from true seasoning and bringing out the meats natural flavors. We won't visit again said to say.

Not bad for a chain BBQ joint. The environment is usually pretty trashy befitting to its location in Port saint Lucie. One time an employee came in off the clock i guess with her baby and started seating customers while holding her baby! Knew a cook that worked there and heard it's disgusting in the kitchen.

Wow this place has amazing BBQ. We fed 5 people for $35 and all of their BBQ sauce is Gluten Free. My favorites were the Spicy and the smoke. A must go too!!!! Ribs are dry rubbed and so tender. Chicken is also dry rubbed and so juicy and tender and I am craving MORE!

The pulled pork to go is not bad and can be staple to any meal!

Inexpensive BBQ joint, with usual choices -- I would recommend to try brisket and pulled pork and avoid poultry. Service is fast and with a smile. South Florida is full of similar restaurants, I think I counted may be 5 or so on a stretch of Rt 1. This one is worth stopping by.

Great service and perfect unsweetened iced tea. My sides were green beans (obviously fresh, not canned for sure) and macaroni and cheese (not bad, but mushy). Best cornbread I can remember eating. My entree was the brisket and that's where things went a little downhill. I like my brisket to be leaner and not so thinly sliced (this was thin like deli meat). I would go back but I would probably skip the brisket.

In town for the weekend. Stayed at a hotel across the parking lot. Had Sonny's take out for dinner. It was great. We called in our order and by the time we walked over to get it they already had it ready. Hot, fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.
