OH MY! Oh Our! Simply The Best - hands down. There is something for everyone here but the PIZZA is fantastic. They have a way with Customer Service too! Thanks Debbie, Glenn and Tim for the food and great service tonight. We ordered it and it was exactly the way we love it.

I was not impressed, our pizza was very whimpy and the sausage looks like just very finely ground loose beef and tastes like ground beef, not italian sausage. It was just OK.

We had the.fish fry on Friday night delicious. The.cesar salad was wonderful and bread was soft and yummy. My husband is picky and never tasted a.connoli our waitress gave him a small 1 to try at no charge. Would we go back again YES. Restaurant was a little noisy but people were having fun and enjoying themselves. Perfect ending to a hard work week.

Luigi's is a better alternative to the chain pizza places and Italian franchises. The waitstaff is super friendly and attentive. Our glasses were never empty and we had to be careful to not fill up on the delicious garlic bread that came out before dinner. We ordered a medium pizza that was served piping hot. There was plenty of cheese and other toppings and our waitress also offered to add extra fresh-shaved Parmesan. It was a cheese-lover's delight. Crust was good and was soft and bready. I prefer a crispier, thinner New York-style crust--and they do offer a thinner crust option, so that may be closer to my preference. I'll have to try it next time. Glad we tried this place. We will be back.

Awesome food, I order Sicilian pizza by the slice and was overwhelmed with the sizable portions, great food and drink, highly recommended!!!

Monday is half price pizza, & 2 for 1 drinks. Tried several pizza joints since moving from the northeast, and this is true NY style & taste. Pizza is fantastic! I honestly don't know why they do a half price night. I'd pay 20 bucks for a Luigi's pie. Wednesday is pasta night, & spaghetti is half price, also w/ 2 for 1 drinks. Pasta is also top notch. Pasta night does exclude lasagna and dishes that aren't just pasta w/ meat sauce. Anyone giving this place a bad review hasn't eaten good pizza, ever!

Nothing spectacular about the food. The place is in need of a good cleaning. Just average nothing special!

Well my Family used to love this place, we loved it so much we had a Birthday Party for my Great Grandmothers 79th Birthday (in 2010) but after that there food went down hill. Now the Sausage and peppers are very soggy and pasty all you taste is sauce, the same with the Eggplant & Chicken Parmesan. The pizza's are good. We also can't figure why they have Mash potatoes and brown gravy and Pot Roast but NO PLAIN PASTA OR TOMATOES SAUCE.. If you need some Authentic Italian Cooks we've got plenty in my family. P.S. They also tried to charge me extra for a cheese topping.....

Perfect authentic Italian restaurant with olde world flair. Home made bead with olive oil drizzle. Yummy! Staff was more than kind and the food is excellent. Full bar with specials. Everything is freshly made.

Sunday Buffet was good. Service was good. Quality of the food was consistent of a pizza place and not that of a fine Italian restaurant but for the money, it was enjoyable.

Great Italian restaurant smell. We ordered a large pizza with just cheese and half mushrooms. My son thought it tasted great. For me, the sauce was a bit sweet otherwise I thought it was good. The cheese was stringy and tasted authentic (not imitation). The sauce was thick had good flavors of Italian spices and sweet. Not to say I was being nosy, but I looked over my shoulder and noticed the huge serving of Lasagna that a man ordered. Looked and certainly smelled delicious! His partner had Manicotti smothered with gooey cheese also looked inviting! The restaurant itself seem to be a good neighborhood hangout even at the bar. Many areas to sit and eat.

Ordered meat lovers pizza which was delivered. Pizza was a 6/10 & toppings quite inconsistently applied & terribly lacking in quantity. Also, the crust was over cooked, slightly burnt on the edges & difficult to cut. Price was well above what others charge. We're ordering elsewhere next time. I'm sure we can similar for half the price & it won't be a challenge to cut / chew! #NotSoGood

Great spaghetti on Wednesdays. Really good salad and dressings.. Then there's pizza Mondays. In season there is a long wait but no one seems to care. All the wait staff is very helpful and courteous. The best happy hour every day. Have been coming here for 20+ years at their previous location. Very affordable and worth the wait on any day.

Nothing to write home about. I am gluten free and they messed up my order, wait staff not terribly knowledgeable about celiac. Slow service, kitschy atmosphere.

The thin crust is the best NY style pizza I have had in the area. Very flavorable sauce and a blend of cheese that seems hard to find, strings, is tasty and has a little chew to it. Found the crust to be close to perfect. Staff was friendly. Two for one drink specials, reasonable prices. Can't vouch for the rest of the menu, but when I want pizza this is where I'm going.

We ordered two strombolis They were great. I got the veggie and added riccota and the veggies were so fresh. The sauce was perfect and the large we got was huge . Plenty for 2

Good pizza, nice people busy on half price pizza Monday. Outdoor seating is nice but if they're on a wait you have to hear everyone's name yelled out.

Awesome food. Never disappoints. Pizza's are fantastic. Portions on the entree's are incredible. The one drawback is the waitstaff. I honestly DO NOT want to sit there, and be able to overhear the servers bitching and bellyaching about 'oh that last customer' and the like. Very unprofessional. Another bad thing is their delivery service. As another reviewer also noted, they charge out the wazoo for delivery. Large pizza, 2 toppings, $35 OUCH. Place is large and gets rocking in season, and there is a nice larger area for groups, and the outside area is not too shabby in the non-sweltering SW Fl months. There is a nice bar in the rear for a good time.

Great food for dirt cheap price. Highly recommend their evening specials. I got the spaghetti and meatballs with soup and bread for under $6.

Coming from the Northeast, minutes & miles away from New York City, I am harsh judge when it comes to Italian food. In the land of seafood and bad attempts of "italian" food (due to the water), this place stands out. We walk in, seated immediately, our party of six. The waitress had a northern accent, so I felt right at home immediately. Our drink order was taken and a basket of garlic bread brought out with quickness. I ordered the Veggie Lasagna. It was smothered in alfredo sauce. It had potential to be great but the fact that I had to "scuba dive" to get to the lasagna killed it. Everybody else in my party seemed to really enjoy their dishes and the service was excellent. This is a pretty outstanding restaurant in Florida, considering they don't have New York water. However, I'll still rave about my New York style Italian food :)

I've never eaten inside the restaurant, but the pizzas I've had have been great ever since I had it the first time in 2006

Ordered for delivery a thin crust and regular crust pizza. Arrived promptly and was warm enough to considered acceptable. Yes the thin crust pizza was thin but the crust was a tasteless soggy tough product that if indeed was hand tossed was tossed to the point where it broke down the dough. Sauce in one word Bland. Other toppings and cheese were ok, but the entire pie was greasy. Medium crust pizza seemed to use the same dough, but was not beaten up and not tough. Maybe I'm not a fan of NY thin crust, but if NY means no taste crust, it's not for me or the fellow 5 diners who disliked tonights fare.

I loved the New York style pizza. The pepperoni pizza was one of the best I've had but either the meatball or the sausage on the meaty pizza was not to my liking. I can't really comment on the service since someone else got carryout. I didn't hear any complaints though about the service.

Love this place! Great pizza (and I'm picky growing up in NY). Good decent meal at a reasonable price. Nice bar staff,

every one in town was eating pizza the night we stopped by and they had great service. I was not wild about the sauce but others in my party liked it a lot.

I would have to agree with one prior reviewer in that the service at the restaurant has dropped considerably. We have walked out twice because we could either not get quickly seated ( in an almost empty restaurant) or because we didn't get served promptly. The atmosphere is fine for a neighborhood restaurant and the food is good. Their pizzas are hand tossed and prepared at a station in the dining room and the other dishes are excellent as well. I have tried multiple dishes and was only mildly disappointed once. But when the service sucks it makes it hard to want to come back. I really don't know why the wait staff are so caustic. They are lucky they are working in this economy and are working at a busy restaurant where they at least have the chance to make some good tips. If want to try them then do so with the caveat that the service may be lacking but otherwise the food is good. Oh and be prepared for the carb orgy that is contained in their very good olive oil dripping dinner rolls..

Pizza is good but don't get delivery. One med. Pizza with 2 toppings, and a huge delivery fee put them on my "I learned my lesson. Pizza should never cost 30.00

Had much better Pizza but they have a good special on Mondays.

Food ia good, service is bad. I grew up here and remember a majority of the staff as pot heads and alcoholics.

There is a reason Floridians are in Flordia - cause they couldn't get it right from wherever they came. Be smart - pass on this place. Most in the area say its the best restaurant in the area... and that ain't saying much.

Very bad. Service sucks and food is worse. I've been twice. I won't go back. Promise.

The BEST restaurant in the area. Delicious Italian (& more) dishes. Great pizza. Garlic bread to die for. Efficient service and reasonable prices in a fun pizzeria/Italian restaurant atmosphere.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
