Love this place. The lunch special is one of the best deals in Fort Lauderdale, and the Buffalo Bites rock.

The inside & the scenery is nice as its on a golf course but its like the Pompano version of Tavern on the Green. This place needs to follow suite & close up shop or switch to just renting out Titleist clubs rather than selling what i think was their version of food.. They should change the name from galuppis to Sub Par They had a special on a full rack of ribs, I think $11, and they were drier than new mexico, no amount of bbq sauce was saving this experience

Galuppi's once again exceeded our expectations! We are a local non-profit, FFO and we always turn to Galuppi's to host our dinners the night before our fishing events. At our last event, they hosted our dinner outside. It was a gorgeous night and everything was set-up perfectly. The food was wonderful, the staff was fantastic and tables looked wonderful. We usually have a very large group and everyone is always served in a timely manner. If we need something, the staff handles it. THANK YOU to Grant and his entire staff at Galuppi's for their support!

We decided to stay and have lunch after our round of golf. We grabbed a seat at the bar and were quickly greeted by the bartender, didn't catch her name. She took our drink orders and gave us some menus to check out. My buddy went with the Patty Melt and I opted for angus burger which comes on a kaiser roll and includes the usual lettuce, tomato, and onion along with my fav...avocado! We cooled down with our iced teas and added up the scorecard from our round to pass time. Soon after our food was served and we dug in. After trying the fries I found them to be soggy and not so tasty so I only ate a few. I got in to my burger and it was as tasty as I imagined. Every bite was juicy and flavorful. I was the "pigeon" meaning my week to buy. The patty melt was $10, the angus burger $9.50 and the iced teas were a couple bucks each with free refills. Not a bad deal although I wish there weren't so many smokers so I could enjoy my lunch without a side order of cigarette smoke. I missed my friend and favorite bartender Susan!

well had Flatbread chicken with wing sauce cheese etc very good waitress nice ate in back room--there was a little musty smell but nice view over and out

We ate here for dinner on a weekday 2 weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised, especially given the mixed reviews. The outdoor seating was nice -- good music, nice view of the water. Service was excellent -- I am usually difficult to please but the service was prompt and on key. No hassles and we were periodically checked on. The chipotle crab fritters were great. I had the pistachio crusted salmon which was absolutely delicious - large portion! The only disappointing thing about our experience was the host at the front -- that meathead was too busy texting on his phone to even greet us goodbye, he should really be fired since his wages could be better spent on a potted plant or something.

This is a review for the band and drinks. We sat outside under the awning and listened to the band, Rock Therapy. The band was great. They have room for dancing. The band plays outside. They have an outside bar and many tables around it. There are tv screens playing sports. The band played until 11pm. Service was great because there is a button on a table for when you want to place an order. You click it and a server appears! This is a great concept! There are tables further away from the band that are uncovered that do not have the magic server button. Some people came with lawn chairs and sat in the distance. There is plenty of free parking in the attached lot. I will definitely go again to listen to the live music.

Excellent Father's day buffet! Endless crab and oysters, meats, veggies, omelettes, and waffles! Yummy!

Once more at GALUPI'S, this time on a Sunday afternoon, we have been a few times after the Dog Park with Barkley. Very nice lunch choices and a big bowl of water for the dog..... I don't now what people expect....as I wrote before...this is NOT a 5 star restaurant, but very good for what it is.......
(4)Erika U.
I enjoyed my meal at Galuppi's. We ate breakfast and I had a southwest frittata wrap and home fries. The potatoes were burnt. The service was quick but she tried to take my food before I had finished. She apologized. The price is right, though!

Good spot to watch a game or grab a drink. Food is ok for dinner but brunch is better. Nice view of the golf course. Main bar is outside so don't go on a hot humid day.
(3)Kevin H.
Great place it is usually my stop after a round of golf at Pompano Municipal for a sandwich and a drink. Great view of the course from the outside eating area and bar! Great breeze even on stifling hot day and plenty of TVs around to watch sports on. Kudos Galuppies!
(4)Dave P.
Grant runs a tight ship and keeps a friendly staff. Have brought young children, dog park near by and tvs everywhere.
(5)Allison D.
I love their lunch special 1/2 sandwich & salad or soup. Besides their selection, the food is fabulous! Their waiters have gotten better since the first few times I went. I used to see the younger waitresses walking around, EATING, talking with coworkers...meanwhile, my drink was empty and i was missing my other half of my meal. Oh yes, PLEASE eat in front of me and then serve my food the hygienic way. They were mediocre at best. Now, like I mentioned, they are quite attentive and oh so friendly. They have great specials too... That usually start around their happy hour at 4 pm. It is a normal lunch spot for me now. Oh, their tuna melt is fab (get it with cheddar not swiss)! Enjoy and cheers!
(5)Annie W.
The food...5 stars! The bar service 4.5 very nice! But for the snowbirds that are coming here to watch football? Call first to make sure. Our game was cut at half---until we talked to Paul. We started watching the BEARS game, bought a couple buckets, and then out of 20 TVs they kept it for 2 games...that's 10 TVs for each game! (And the Bears, werent one of those teams)... We begged, we pleaded... And then came Paul!!!! After asking 3 servers/tenders Paul was able to make it happen! Amazing food at affordable prices! Thanks Paul for keeping our favorite restaurant our favorite place to watch the Bears!
(5)Esteban R.
You gotta have the cheesecake tempura, being outside and seeing the golf course while eating its amazing
(5)Marqus R.
I've been here many times. It's located on and generally serves as the clubhouse of the Pompano Beach Municipal Golf Course. So if you go there, you are actually going to what is basically the clubhouse of a golf course, however, open to the public. It has a very nice outside patio bar that serves rather a delightful pleasant lunch, an attached inside sports bar, generally full of drinking golfers escaping the Florida heat, a few eating, lots of flat screens all tuned to different competing, confusing television channels and the patrons engaging in a lot of amateurish sounding, rather embellished sports talk. There are also a dinning facilities often used for group function dinners, usually serving what I might best term as rather substandard cafeteria quality food with a wait staff of seemingly limit experience as well as limited enthusiasm.
(2)Curtis P.
I like this place. I am a Nole parent, and this is a great bar restaurant to watch the fsu football games. The staff is friendly and competent. The food is mediocre, but thats okay. The prices are reasonable, and everything i've ordered has been decent. They have a great selection of tap and good bucket deals on beer. They pour a legit mixed drink as well. I have always gone to the outdoor bar/ patio area, so i cannot review inside table service. I like Galuppis, and i like the crowd for games. Good people having a good time. And the scenery of the golf course is very pleasant. I will be returning often to meet friends here and hopefully make some new ones.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I most certainly would. Three words to describe my dining experience: UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and DISGUSTING. We got seated and upon our drink order we ordered chicken nachos as an appetizer. While we were waiting for our chicken nachos, a waitress and bartender started to get into a verbal altercation right next to our table. They were CURSING and yelling at each other. At least 4 tables turned their heads to watch the two employees go at it. First off, not only is it extremely unprofessional but it totally classless. If you are going to argue, fine: just don't do it in front of customers. That should have been a foreshadow of the rest of our dining experience. My sister and brother-in-law ordered a side salad with their meal, and the food runner brought it out as an appetizer. It was alright because we were starving but we kindly reminded the boy that we were missing one. He acknowledged us and told us he'd bring it right out, he never did. When we got our food, our orders were wrong. Not to mention a big black bug crawling into my mother's salad. Yes, a bug crawling into her lettuce. The food runner saw it and brought it back immediately. We asked him to get our waitress, when she came over we asked for a manager right away. The manager comes up to our table, and without apologizing or asking if my mother wanted anything else he says that they are making a new salad. My mother told him that she didn't want a new salad and he responded "Well what do you want?" in such a rude manner that my mother looked at him and immediately got up from her seat to walk out. He acted as if we were annoying him and it was our fault. My brother-in-law says that we would like to leave because we do not know if the other food is contaminated with insects. So as we get up from our chairs, the manager response was "Are you REALLY going to leave me with all of this food?" - WOW, was my first response. A good manager would immediately apologize, but no.. instead he decided to get in an argument with my brother-in-law about how WE were sticking him with all of the food. As if it were our fault that there was a bug in our food. He started to raise his voice at our party and at this point I was disgusted because never in my life have I experienced such disrespect from a restaurant manager. I am appalled to know that our party was treated with such disrespect that I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family to never set foot in this establishment. To my fellow yelp patrons, please do not waste your time or money coming here. There is a reason this place constantly gets below average reviews. Not to mention that there are more than 1 review that mentions insects in food. Disgusting.

Galuppi's never disappoints! We've been coming here for 4 years now. It's still our favorite place to go, especially on football Sundays!
(5)Sha S.
I don't know why there are such negative reviews about this place, it has a great vibe, there are numerous venues to sit at, outside patio, inside sports bar and the dining room, the food is great the view is great and happy hour is real value for money, every second Friday they have live bands on the patio what more can you ask for in our little Pompano Beach, you want million dollar service and prices go to Palm Beach, leave our Galuppi's alone!!!!
(5)Marci B.
Not a good place for those looking for above average food. Maybe not even average. The chips and guacamole appetizer was terrible: chips were stale and guacamole was store bought guacamole paste, NOT homemade like our server Charlie said it was. The asparagus medley would have been good if it wasn't mostly green beans; the scarce amount of asparagus wasn't trimmed properly and was tough and not chewable. The chicken was like Costco chicken and had no flavor and was totally overlooked. The sides we ordered were all wrong; it was like seven year old was running the kitchen. What a mess! The good thing was the outdoor patio where your dogs on leashes are welcome and are even served bowls of water; that part was nice.

Took a sip of water... tasted funny... passed on the entire lunch and my friends who did order and eat said that I did the right thing... nice view of the golf course though...

I met my mom here to just relax and chat at 5:30, and by that time the bar was pretty much full. We squeezed in anyway and asked about the specials. I only wanted a drink, so I asked what beers were on tap. He told me around 8 beers and I remembered last time I came they had swamp ape and he didn't mention it in his line up. So I asked if it was available and he said yes. It perplexes me why he didn't say it when I asked in the first place. So after chatting a while my mom decided to order, and we then asked to turn off one of the fans because it was cold. 5 minutes later, it wasn't turned off. So some older men sat came up to us and started asking us about moving over to be closer with his friend and what we were eating and drinking. They soon hollered at the bar tender to turn off the fan and turn on the heater. It happened immediately... Really?! So at the end of the night, it was like pulling teeth to get one of the two bar tenders to pay our bill. I just asked, "Do you want our money? We don't have to give it to you if you don't ever come get it." I didn't end up using my buy one get one free beer, and we asked about getting a token to redeem the free beer for next time we came. They said no. I know so many places that do this and for them not offer it just shows how eager they are to bring customers back. To me they are a failure because of their bad customer service, their expensive mediocre food and drinks, and horrible knowledge about the options they offer. This really isn't my type of place to even walk into, but my mom mentioned it and we just met up. But now we both know not to go back. $7.99 for a pint of swamp ape!? 11.99 for a tiny mediocre portion of pulled pork sandwich, a half a hand full of fries and a tiny cup of coleslaw.....No.
(1)Dana R.
I have held numerous events at Galuppi's over the years and they always exceed my expectations! They have an outstanding level of customer service and always go above and beyond to ensure the food and service is great. I have already booked my charity events for 2015 and 2016!
(4)Morgan R.
Out-of-control if you know about it you love it, but it's a hidden gem in the back of a golf course. Try the ahi appetizer.
(5)Mandi C.
Perfect restaurant to go to for Sunday brunch. For less than $20 it's all you can eat (drinks are not included). They have a wide selection of options including an omelette and waffle bar, bacon, sausage, bagels, etc. While dining you can enjoy a beautiful view of the golf course. Friendly waitstaff, clean environment and a wide variety of seating options including inside with a view, outside with a view or inside the bar area with multiple televisions perfect for watching Football on Sunday. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately, another bad review for Galuppis. Had drinks and appetizers there tonight with a large group of people. Although I requested a separate check for three of us, the waiter insisted on ordering everything together. Of course, when he presented the bills it was all screwed up. This is the reason that I asked him, twice, for a separate bill to prevent errors. It took forever for a bill. I went and talked to the manager and he had the nerve to tell me that it was our fault, since we were a large group! I told him, au contraire, I requested a separate bill and even reminded the waiter when he insisted on taking our orders together. Bad service and even worse management. This is my second bad review for Galuppi's. Such a shame, because most of their food is good.

Galuppi's is a restaurant/sports bar located on the Pompano Beach Municipal Golf Course. Came here for brunch during a weekend stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The place was not bad. Our waiter was nice and helpful, the food was decent buffet style breakfast food - poached eggs, scrambled eggs, sunny side up, potatoes, bacon, sausages, bagels, pancakes, waffles - just about every breakfast food imaginable and although we just had one plate each, I believe it was an all you can eat buffet. The selection of food options were abundant, the staff was super nice, the sports bar area was loud and crowded. Had a real chill time here. The place did look a little dated but I wasn't really expecting to be walking into the Ritz Carlton either. Im not sure why this place received such bad reviews... The golf course views from inside the restaurant was an added bonus. Actually, if it wasn't for those views and being able to watch golfers do their thing while eating my meal, I might have had a different opinion about this place altogether. All in all, for what you pay, this is not a bad restaurant. Maybe it's cause I'm from NYC and we don't have golf courses in Manhattan but I sort of liked Galuppi's.
(3)Mandy H.
Over all the food quality are okay. Nothing fancy or exciting about. There is a dog park in the same area. I think it is a nice place to bring your dog and then grab a quick lunch with your lovely pet.
(2)Kev M.
Fine time having the $11 ahi dinner special. Torpedo IPA on tap. Had 2 for 1. And a yelp check in deal. Early 90s rock as background music. Lots of TVs in the bar area for pretty much any game you could ask for. Not fancy, but sufficient for a casual meal with a few drinks. Plenty of parking too.
(4)Ruth D.
I really cant see why this place has such mediocre reviews. Its a great bar to sit out and enjoy the golf course views, has very friendly staff and decent specials. I can't speak much for the food because I literally always order the wings - they're great here.
(4)Lisa D.
We went for Mother's Day brunch buffet. We had a reservation and had to wait about 15-20min. They were packed. We sat outside away from the bar area. They had the tables set with linen table cloths, which they changed after every seating. They had nice chill music playing, view of the golf course. The buffet was inside which was kind of cramped. They had an omlette/waffle station, 2 rows of food, a seafood table with crab claws, a salad table, and desert table. Overall, it was good. $35/person was one of the lower cost buffets I had seen and did not include any drinks. Normally it's $17.95 on Sundays. We will definitely try it again!
(4)Lauren G.
I too purchased a Groupon thinking from what the restaurant wrote about the Brunch that it would be great. What can I say it really sucked and I would never go back there again for Brunch. Maybe the regular kitchen is okay.
(1)Anne G.
Service here is always top notch. They have the best ahi tuna you will find anywhere. Outside bar has great atmosphere and drink specials.
(4)Jeffrey G.
Wow... average food and poor service. The poor customer service from managment at Galuppi's appears to be a common theme from quite a few reviews on this site (and others). Based on the reviews, I think I'll skip this place and choose a restaurant where managment is happy that you are at their establishment.
(1)Robert G.
We just got back from the Sunday Brunch at Galuppi's in Pompano. We got there just as the Brunch started and I was a little surprised the hot food was not as hot as I like it from a temperature standpoint. The food was very good but It could have been a little hotter. I did go back for seconds, yes, it didn't stop me from going back, and the food was hotter having been in the steamers longer. Nevertheless, it was a very good value.
(4)Joe D.
Awesome atmosphere... service and food wasnt so great! Visited on March 15th at Approximately 8:30PM Didnt catch our server name but she was HORRIBLE! shorter dark haired girl. Ordered a Steak with Beans... the beans were ice cold and my steak was not made to order. the other 3 people I was with could not flag her down to get refills.. she was too busy pointing at us and talking to another server. 2 other girls came around with free guiness beer with a donation.. that was fine..I was actually happy to see other servers with a smile! I would not come back here...something is truly wrong with this server...we were nothing but polite to her! also swearing while walking by?! very nice place here.. but some changes are needed..we sat outside..if that helps finding out what server it was.
(1)Brian C.
Decided to try out the brunch after getting a travelzoo special for 2 people. The view of the golf course is nice feature. Now on too the food... Its your typical breakfast buffet.. cook to order omelets and waffles, along with trays of bacon, sausage, and various other breakfast items. There are also ribs on the buffet, but at 9 in the morning, I dont consider that part breakfast. If you happen to be in the area, its a place to try... however its not worth a long drive, as there are better options closer to you, Im sure.
(3)Keith H.
Waited for 5 mins. at the hostess station to be seated; not for lack of servers, there were at least five hanging around chatting. Went to the bar, bartender was MIA as well. Remembered that I glanced at yelp beforehand and there weren't too many good reviews, so we got the hell outta there; this happens enough I can tell when the meal is gonna suck. Came back on here and read the reviews more thoroughly, and seems like leaving was the right call. Ended up at Little Havanah in Pompano, very good place.
(2)Mary-Frances G.
Despite the mediocre reviews from fellow yelpers, Galuppi's is a favorite spot of mine. I am an avid yelper, (although I don't review much), and for the most part I feel that the ratings and reviews on here are pretty accurate. However, in the case of Galuppi's, I have to disagree. These negative reviews, in my opinion, are not accurate. My husband and I have been going to Galuppi's for 7 years now and usually go for our date nights or to watch games. In fact, it is where my husband proposed to me. We enjoy the outside bar and patio the most. You can't beat the scenery and cross breezes. For some reason, sitting at the bar, you always get a refreshing South Florida breeze. Even in the dead of summer! They have live entertainment from time to time which adds to the ambiance. We both enjoy the food and feel that the prices are reasonable for the portion size and quality. We've never been to a Sunday brunch, so I can't speak for that, but as far as their lunches and dinners go I've never had anything that I didn't like. A few of my favorites are the ahi tuna dinner with asparagus and risotto as well as the ahi tuna salad, the tenderloin tips with mashed potatoes and onion straws on top, the spinach dip is by far the best I've ever had (can't go there without getting it), the wings are always a good choice (they are meaty and there are quite a few sauce options) the Philly is my hubs favorite (get it with a side of au jus), the caprese salad is delish, in fact you can't go wrong with any of the salads, actually the buffalo bite salad is another fave. The last time we were there, I discovered that they had Purple Haze on tap! It's one of my favorite beers, so needless to say, I was stoked! They have a decent craft beer selection, which to me, deserves an extra star just for that. There are a few bar tenders that have been there for as long as we've been going and it's always nice that they remember us and what we like to drink. If you're looking for a local hangout to watch a game or a nice setting for a romantic dinner, all without breaking the bank, Galuppi's is your place! FYI: The only negative is that it's an FSU bar and we are CANES fans
(5)Gene P.
Great spot for lunch, dinner or happy hour. I often order the salads for lunch, which are healthy, delicious and a good sized serving.
(4)Angie B.
Very disappointed in the buffet for $37. Service was terrible. Never saw our waitress but once when we sat down. $60 gratitude added which is bs considering I didn't get a refill on coffee or another drink. The area with the buffet was so dark u couldn't even see the food. Crab legs weren't cold and prime rib was so small and had so much fat in the middle u couldn't eat it. Not to mention we made a 12:30 reservation and didn't get sitted until 1:05. No organization just poorly done. I work at a bar and our breakfast is only $10 and a hundred times better!
(1)Melissa C.
Golf, sun, beer, wine, cocktails, music, and great food? Yup, this place has it all
(5)Donna R.
Galuppi's has a wonderful Sunday Brunch for $14.95. All you can Eat. We started we mimosas and hot coffee. First we strolled around and came across a waffle/ omelet bar. Every kind of omelet you could imagine, or if you wanted eggs scrambled, or over easy. Next hot made to order buttermilk waffles with three kinds of topping. Blueberry, strawberry, hot maple syrup. I went around the bend and to my surprise there was chafing dish after chafing dish with bacon, sausages, home fried potatoes, buttermilk biscuits, gravy, Chicken Marsala, sauteed fish, etc. across from that there were several tables one had all different types of salads, potato, chicken, mescaline, shrimp, sauteed vegetables. Breads, rolls, bagels, muffins, pastries. Now i come to the fish table. A whole smoked lox, white fish, peel and eat shrimp, oysters on the half shell, large crab legs that you crack and eat. Yum! Did i mention the meat? oh yeah! The carving station. prime rib, and turkey cut to order with horseradish sauce and gravy . Last but not least the dessert. There was delicious soaked bread pudding, key lime pie in beautiful dessert glasses with a graham cracker crust, chocolate cake, etc, etc. The services is always very friendly and good. This place over looks a golf course. The decor is just so so but the food is delicious. I know i have been here many times.
(4)Stephen C.
I'd like to give them more stars, but can't bring myself to. Went for dinner one night. Service wast horrible, but wasn't good either. Food was average. I've heard they have a great brunch buffet.
(3)Mary D.
Just want to give a shout out to the server Stephanie. She waited on my family and me Friday evening and she was fantastic! It was packed but she was quick, attentive and was sure to keep us informed of specials. She really stood out and it was a nice treat. Thanks again Stephanie.
(4)Chuck G.
Probably the best sports bar / restaurant in the entire area. The food is really good and very reasonably priced. Great Happy Hours with 2 for 1 mixed drinks and specially priced beer. The waiters and waitresses are very attentive and for you guys, all the waitresses are great looking. My favorite spot to go.
(5)Lucilla P.
Great food, great location and awesome atmosphere. Love it here.
(4)Courtney D.
Galuppi's is always a go-to when we are in Pompano visiting family. The indoor and outdoor space are friendly and inviting with delicious, fresh food served by the friendliest of waiters. Go for a jog on the trail and pop in for a drink after (with your pets too if coming from the dog park). Hats off to the team!
(5)Misty F.
Tried out their Sunday brunch. The view is very nice since it is on the golf course. The waitstaff is a little sluggish and the other staff members were rude to each other when deciding whom was going to be seating us. They were nice to us but it was awkward to witness. As far as the food, I felt that the selection was a little wimpy for $15. Some of the food was not replenished so there were some items that I did not get to try. The omelet station was the best part of the meal. I ordered two bloody Mary's over the course of our meal and the second was terrible and tasted vastly different compared to the first one I had ordered. It was totally undrinkable and since we wanted to leave to watch football, we didn't care to ask for them to remake it since it took forever to get it in the first place.
(2)Rick G.
Typically I don't like buffet dining so I'm not the best judge of this buffet during the Sunday Brunch. The website shows many items that may appear on the buffet and they rotate the menu so only some will be there on any given day. I see where that has surprised others who thought everything would be at every Sunday brunch. There were enough options that it wasn't possible to try them all. I liked the items that I did try. Although you serve yourself at a buffet our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had whatever we needed. The lunch/dinner menu had many options that I want to try next time.
(4)Ryan H.
Great Blacken Mahi or Chicken sandwich's here.
(4)Paul C.
This place is a scam. The food service and selection were very disappointing. Their website advertises a carving station featuring Prime Rib, Roasted Turkey or Honey Baked Ham, none of which were present during their Sunday Brunch. What they had was sliced pork, to go with the bacon, (more pork). The waitress, when asked, said they do alternate the selections so don't expect to see what's being advertised when eating here. Not clear on when they have anything other than pork at their carving station or how they get away with the misleading advertising. The orange juice isn't even included, the food was nothing special, they definitely lack both variety and healthy selections, and the service was abysmal. We had to ask two different servers for our check three times. Our waitress appeared to hate her job and be waiting for someone to fire her and put her out of her misery. This is a place for tourists or those who don't know what a good brunch is. As for the golf course it's nothing special to look at and no substituent for a good meal. We ate here once and would definitely not return. The value isn't here folks so keep moving... Nice place on the golf course, indoor / outdoor seating, food is pretty good. Particularly enjoy steak night on Tuesday night, 9.95 for a pretty good strip steak, potatoes and broccoli, no substitutions on the sides....but a bargain price and a good steak, cooked the way you want it. Lauren is usually outside and our favorite bartender, she is really nice and makes you feel welcome!
(4)Jonie H.
What a great place! It's perfect to meet friends for a drink after work, for an awesome dinner out or lunch with coworkers! Yesterday I had a great lunch with a few girl friends - I tried the Chicken Walnut Wrap - it was amazing - as everything there always is! They have terrific lunch specials starting at just $5.95! The atmosphere is perfect - the outside bar is a nice causal place to meet friends - and there is always a nice breeze blowing through from the golf course. The inside dinning area is elegant and clean! Pat Galuppi's, his son Grant - of course my favorite bartender, Dee - and the entire staff are always friendly and make you feel right at home! I highly recommend Galuppi's - and if you are having a big event they are great for that too - I been to several great parties/wedding there!

I think this is a great place to go with your dog if you want to sit outside and enjoy lunch with your pooch. Other than that I wouldnt bother. Its a dingy place with below average bar food. It attracts the over 75 Boca crowd because of the cheap food. The service is pretty bad as well.
(2)John G.
Terrible... the owner and his nasty arrogant son who is the manager ..Dont ever patronize the place unless of course you want to be insulted like my sister and father were when they asked to honor their groupon like coupon...

Gallupi's is the worst restaurant that I have been in Florida. They charge you for what they should not, they are crooks and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not go there south Florida

Went here for Easter Sunday Brunch - very bad choice. The food was just OK - nothing special. The service was TERRIBLE! After being seated we waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to our table to take drink orders. We then went up to the buffet, fixed our plates, came back to the table, no drinks. All of us were just about done with our plates of food before I could even catch the attention of a random hostess to ask if we could at least get our water. Have no idea where our waiter was, which was par for the course for the remainder of our time here. For the price they charged - $218 for the buffet for four, two mimosas and two bloody mary's (never did get the coffee we ordered), and the automatic 18% gratuity - we could have eaten and drank so much better somewhere else. I will never go bach, and don't recommend that anyone else does either.

I've lived in Pompano for over 30 years and frequent Galuppi's often. In my opinion, it's the best "to go" place in all of Pompano! Our city does not offer a lot of great places to go have a few beers, relax, meet with friends and meet new friends and enjoy great food. Pompano needs a few more great places like Galuppi's! If you have not tried it out yet, I highly suggest you do!

Horrible!! Manager was offensive. Very disrespectful. Will NEVER return!!

I purchased a Groupon for brunch here, and brunch was disgusting. Peel-and-eat shrimp sitting in an unidentifiable liquid, "brisket" that seriously resembled dog food, and a mousse/pudding substance that tasted like my child's glue stick . I actually wish my coffee could have been as warm as the caesar salad was. I swatted 3 flies and retrieved from the un-manned prime rib station what I can only guess was beef from a rubber cow. Two mimosas were included , the first of which was so sour that I couldn't force myself to finish it. I did not try an omelette - so, maybe the eggs were ok. The bread pudding was fairly tasty (if not a little on the dry side). My server was super-friendly and attentive [think of Jonah Hill's character from Forgetting Sarah Marshall], but any service here is absolutely doomed by the food. I like the owners here, and I visit the bar on the occasional college football Thursday, but the brunch was almost complete garbage.

Great location, next to the clubhouse at the Pompano Beach Municipal Golf Course. It is a bar & restaurant. Great drinks and a lot of HD sports watching. It's part open air and part air conditioned. Food's decent, but nothing to write yelp about.
(3)Ed A.
Galuppi's is a long time family operated restaurant right on the golf course in Pompano Beach with huge picture windows looking out at the course along with a sports bar separate from the restaurant. They have the best baby back ribs on Monday's for $9.95 full rack along with fries and cole slaw. On Tuesdays they have steak and on Wednesdays they have tuna all at the same $9.95 price. What a deal that is. Some places offer rib specials but usually not a full rack like Galuppi's serves at that price level. Their signature dessert is home made bread pudding with lots of bourbon sauce and it is great. Their regular menu is very extensive at reasonable prices. Their full menu is posted on their web site
(5)Jacob Y.
Food is below average, the wings were just 'ok" The ambiance is not great, it's a public golf course restaurant located next to Pompano Air Park. Seems ok as a FSU Seminole bar to watch a game, but you can do much better.
(1)Diane M.
We decided to try the Sunday buffet. We were seated outside near the bar with blaring tv's and loud bad music so we asked to be seated in the buffet room where there were several empty tables. The waitress acted put out and told us to "stand over there and wait". So we waited and waited and finally asked why we were having to wait so long and we were ignored by a rude hostess and other staff. Me and my husband were perplexed by this so we walked out the door and will never return and will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!
(1)Maggie S.
awesome food.. awesome service.. hats off to the chef! A true hidden gem in Pompano Beach. Fairly inexpensive and the view is beautiful. Try the brunch, it's the best in town!
(5)Sarah L.

I missed my friend and favorite bartender Susan!

well had Flatbread chicken with wing sauce cheese etc very good waitress nice ate in back room--there was a little musty smell but nice view over and out
(4)Jerry S.

(3)Mindy B.
(5)M F.
Always good food. Always great service. Monday night Ribs special. Wednesday night Ahi Tuna special. Delicious. Great bread pudding too. You can sit in the dining room, the bar or outside. Enjoy!
(2)Joey J.
Took a sip of water... tasted funny... passed on the entire lunch and my friends who did order and eat said that I did the right thing... nice view of the golf course though...
(1)Angie B.
Yup, this place has it all
(5)Morgan R.
Out-of-control if you know about it you love it, but it's a hidden gem in the back of a golf course. Try the ahi appetizer.
(5)Christina M.

(3)Kev M.

Love this place. The lunch special is one of the best deals in Fort Lauderdale, and the Buffalo Bites rock.

(2)Robert G.

(3)Nick A.

(4)Mary D.

(2)Ruth D.

Great Blacken Mahi or Chicken sandwich's here.

Service here is always top notch. They have the best ahi tuna you will find anywhere. Outside bar has great atmosphere and drink specials.

Wow... average food and poor service. The poor customer service from managment at Galuppi's appears to be a common theme from quite a few reviews on this site (and others). Based on the reviews, I think I'll skip this place and choose a restaurant where managment is happy that you are at their establishment.

Me and my husband were perplexed by this so we walked out the door and will never return and will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!

awesome food.. awesome service.. hats off to the chef! A true hidden gem in Pompano Beach. Fairly inexpensive and the view is beautiful. Try the brunch, it's the best in town!

Love this place. The lunch special is one of the best deals in Fort Lauderdale, and the Buffalo Bites rock.

(3)Mindy B.

(2)Joey J.

(5)Jacob Y.
Food is below average, the wings were just 'ok" The ambiance is not great, it's a public golf course restaurant located next to Pompano Air Park. Seems ok as a FSU Seminole bar to watch a game, but you can do much better.
(1)Mandi C.

(2)Nick A.

Wow... average food and poor service. The poor customer service from managment at Galuppi's appears to be a common theme from quite a few reviews on this site (and others).
Yup, this place has it all
(5)Robert G.

I'd like to give them more stars, but can't bring myself to. Went for dinner one night. Service wast horrible, but wasn't good either. Food was average. I've heard they have a great brunch buffet.

Just want to give a shout out to the server Stephanie. She waited on my family and me Friday evening and she was fantastic! It was packed but she was quick, attentive and was sure to keep us informed of specials. She really stood out and it was a nice treat. Thanks again Stephanie.

Over all the food quality are okay. Nothing fancy or exciting about. There is a dog park in the same area. I think it is a nice place to bring your dog and then grab a quick lunch with your lovely pet.

I really cant see why this place has such mediocre reviews. Its a great bar to sit out and enjoy the golf course views, has very friendly staff and decent specials. I can't speak much for the food because I literally always order the wings - they're great here.

I too purchased a Groupon thinking from what the restaurant wrote about the Brunch that it would be great. What can I say it really sucked and I would never go back there again for Brunch. Maybe the regular kitchen is okay.

Great Blacken Mahi or Chicken sandwich's here.

Terrible... the owner and his nasty arrogant son who is the manager ..Dont ever patronize the place unless of course you want to be insulted like my sister and father were when they asked to honor their groupon like coupon...
