I love Einstein bagels. They are smaller than other bagels that you would normally get at a bagel store, but they are delicious and have a huge variety. They have a seasonal selection, which right now includes pumpkin and pumpkin walnut and other fun fall stuff. They also have pumpkin spreads. Their iced coffee is delicious, and you get to make it yourself the way that you like it. I had an asiago bagel with applewood smoked bacon, egg, and cheese. The bagel smelled like maple syrup, and it was so yummy. The staff at this location are also very nice. They currently have a deal going on where you can get 13 bagels for just a few dollars on Mondays.

I have been going here for years. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Food is great and always something for everyone. Prices are good and they take coupons and its worth it. Coffee is wonderful. Staff is friendly for a fast pace, hectic environment. Seating is a real challenge and that is why I give it only 4 stars.

After reading all the negative reviews on this place I was prepared to wait 20 minutes but to my surprise that was not the case at all. I was welcomed by a very friendly staff member who immediately took my order with a smile and contagious energy. From start to finish I was probably there no more then 4 minutes. That's pretty damn good if you ask me. The place was clean and organized and the workers behind the counter really seemed to have a system down packed. The reason I'm only giving them 3 stars is because my caramel macchiato was much sweeter then what I'm used to (I'm used to starbucks) and their blueberry muffins were a bit off (they make my favorite ever). If you're staying away because of wait time or unfriendly staff I would try them again.

I love Einstein but this location is horrible due to the staff. They are rude and don't care about anything. I waited 30 min for a plain bagel with cream cheese. 30 minutes! And I only got my bagel because I had to ask what happened to it!! Will definitely never come back to this location.

Bagels are great and you MUST try the Lox bagel. Downright deelish! Get the coffee mug so you can get refills for cheap. Good deal. I do some meeting with clients there from time to time.

Slow and they always get the order wrong. The final straw was when they put cream cheese on my bagel when I wanted hummus and were rude about fixing it.

I think Einstein Bagels in Plantation is great place for bagels and coffee in the morning. I like that they have indoor and outdoor seating. There's often a line in the morning and the staff does seem to get a little overwhelmed when it gets busy. I've noticed that there are some regulars that are eating there very often, especially outdoors. I haven't eaten any of their sandwiches but the bagels and coffee are good. I like the location and the atmosphere of the place.

I am writing this in hopes of upper management reading this. First off, this is not critical of the manager at this store because I have been treated well since I complained once a few years ago about the service. I go to Einsteins because the coffee is second only to Dunkin Donuts; Starbucks is too acidic for my tastes. I also like their sandwiches. The problem is with the service and I don't think the service at this store is atypical of others. Why are Einsteins located in some small strip mall with limited parking? No one says, "Welcome to Einsteins" when you walk in (like they do at other places); maybe they did once I got to the front of the line but I forget. Speaking of lines, it is usually out the door on a weekend morning. There was only one person taking orders and if the order is for bagels that same person fills the order while the line backs up even further. Often I get behind the person who's never been there before and hasn't got a clue how the system works and has trouble reading the menu boards. Once you place your order you then have to wait in line to pay for your order. That line then gets backed up because the cashier (usually the manager) has to fill someone's specialty coffee or drink order. Ok, then, you wait around for your order and you don't know where you are supposed to stand. Pure chaos. I get my coffee and wait for my name to be called. Finally, I get my food but where to sit? No seats so I decide to eat in my car. Wow, what an experience. What happened to specialization and customer recognition!

This has to be the absolute worst Einstein's I've ever been too. Even after the rude welcoming and brief talk with the clearly unhappy employees taking our order/money there was a lady on crutches who asked to be helped to her seat and they DIDN'T. I repeat these low live employees watched this poor lady struggle with crutches and holding her food until my friend got up and assisted her. They "forgot" both of our coffees and when we asked about them one of the ladies. I believe her name was "latisha or laquiesha" or something, was so absolutely rude and just so bitter she rolled her eyes and when we tried to talk to her she blatantly ignored us and turned around and nodded her head. The manager was nice, but we decided it to complain to her. They messed up food orders as well, food was still decent though. Place needs an entire new group of employees. Being in the biz myself I would never behave like this. Not even smiles from anyone.

I'm a fan of Eistein Bagels; however, not too much of a fan of this location. Stopped by to get a plain bagel with cream cheese & a smoothie. Both were good & came out at a decent time but the employees need some more sunshine in their lives. They look like a miserable group of people and nobody wants to see that at the start of their day. They don't have to be super friendly but at least acknowledge the customers once they step up to the registers.

This place is a clusterf**k of epic proportions. The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of one is that I like the bagels! The service has been HORRENDOUS every time I have gone. It looks like utter chaos behind the counter. There doesn't seem to be a shortage of workers, it's more an organizational/management issue. There seem to be a good number of people running around back there, but no rhyme or reason as to who is doing what or why. Why does the person who takes the order stop to get the bagel prepped, making all the other people in line waiting to order wait? The configuration of the store makes absolutely no sense - why do you order in one place, then walk 1/2 way back across the store to pay, then retrace your steps back to the middle between the order-taking and paying stations to await/pick-up your order? You have customers bumping into each other because they either don't know the process (which isn't surprising considering how illogical it is), or they don't know where to stand to wait for their order. On a busy morning, you run an obstacle course after you've ordered to go pay, dodging all the people waiting in the middle for their orders. Every other quick-serve place has the assembly line "order, pay, pick up" process down pat - Einsteins owners should go to a Panera, Chipotle or Dunkin Donuts to see how it's done. On the bright side, i like the bagels - good flavor and texture - and selection of cream cheese flavors. They almost make the experience worthwhile.

Another in the list of chain bagel places, there are shops with more traditional bagels but it's hard to beat their flavors. It's a nice atmosphere here. When I arrived at 9:00 on a weekday, the place was packed and the wifi wasn't working. There are seats outside if you want to bring your four legged friend, but expect some jerk to light up a cigarette.

The most apathetic, unmotivated group of employees. Plus they are fighting amongst themselves in front of customers. One customer in front of me and still I waited eleven minutes for a club sandwich. Store was dirty. No one has cleaned up from lunch crowd. This isn't my first negative experience at this store. Only went back due to convenience. The experience is so vastly different from the one on nob hill in which employees are friendly and cognizant of the guest experience.

Love this Einstein's - it's my go to weekend breakfast spot. The service is friendly and pretty quick for the number of people on their busy weekends. I love the new healthier, low-cal menu items, and the prices are great. Ive tried several items on the menu, breakfast and lunch, and have yet to be disappointed. They also have outside seating and are dog-friendly. The only thing I dont like about this particular Einstein's - the ONLY reason I refuse to give it a 5 - is because of this annoying group of people that hang out there every Saturday and Sunday. Doesnt matter what time I go, early morning, or afternoon, this group is ALWAYS there taking up the limited outside seating, blocking the walkway, not ordering, just reading the paper, talking and smoking. And I do mean EVERY Saturday and Sunday. They're obnoxious, sometimes rude and act like they own the restaurant. They need to find another place, like their own home, to lounge and take up space.

Let me start by saying that I love Einstein bagels and have been going to their locations for years. We've had several incidents at this particular location. There seems to be a disconnect between management and staff. I understand that they are busy with customers but that's no excuse for an poorly ran operation. The total time on the weekend from line to getting food is about 15-20 minutes, which wouldn't be so bad EXCEPT the past 3 times the food orders have been completely wrong. I mean it's usually a bagel and a topping, so I wouldn't think it would be that hard. For example, instead of getting a everything bagel with cream cheese, you end up with butter on the bagel. On top of that the bagels aren't cut in the middle, so you end up with 1/4 piece of bagel on one side and then 3/4 on the other side. When we brought this up to management they just said it's a machine malfunction. Its been like that for months. I would think, that if your main business was making and selling bagels, you'd probably want to get the machine fixed. They also GLOB on the toppings sometimes. I ended up with about a tub of butter on a bagel. It's pretty disgusting. Finally, as someone else mentioned, the regulars that sit out front need to go. It's every weekend, and they think they own the place. I also never see them with anything from Einsteins, so I dont even think they are paying customers. There is limited seating due to the high volume of customers and it's rude for these people just to hoard the seats for hours. I think they get there at 6a and stay till noon or so. Since all of this, we've changed Einstein locations and haven't had any problems- it s a little further drive, but worth it.

Perfectly fine bagel joint. Good variety of bagels (try the green chile bagel) and shmears. A couple of tasty bagel sandwiches, too. The prices seem reasonable and the people reasonably friendly. Good for when you're around the corner at the mall and want something healthier than mall food.
