This particular location is not the best. There is no drive thru and with it to the left of Publix it's rare to find close parking. Some of the staff is friendly while others don't even say hi. Yes, it's just a job but at least act like you aren't completely miserable, maybe time will go faster too.

As I walked in a Dunkin donuts I was pretty relaxed and everything for my coffee but I told my father to forget a hot coffee and I got a iced dunkaccino and I felt like frozen for a minute then I said this is the best. So now every time I go to Dunkin donuts I go get the some thing every time with a bagel with cream cheese and the staff is nice they say Good morning welcome to Dunkin donuts.

Easily the worst Dunkin Donuts in the entire franchise. From a staff that barely speaks English and could care less if they get the order right, to actually finding a used bandaid in my muffin last year. Management isn't involved and they never have the items you want. The world would be a better place if this store shut down.

Probably my favorite DD to go to. Everyone is super nice and the line (is there is one) moves very efficiently. I don't get much here, but when I do try something it's always fresh and tasty. I'm a simple guy who just gets an iced tea but I love their tea. It doesn't taste as if it's sat out all day or burnt because it sat in the container too long. It has a small seating area which you'll see people hanging out and using laptops. It's a very friendly area for those who want to sit and read or do work. And push comes to shove, get a donut- they are amazing.

Unfortunately, my experience as of late at this location have not been so great but today topped the cake so I had to update my review. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel and a large coffee. The cashier was friendly as usual. The coffee was promptly made and I watched a young boy make the sandwiches. I noticed he made an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich but was surprised when he handed it to me. Most people would think this was an upgrade but for me who has not had red meat or pork in 25 years, it was a downgrade! I told him it was supposed to be egg and cheese only so he reluctantly took it back. I watched in disbelief as he took the bacon off, rewrapped the sandwich and shoved it back toward me. Before I could complain, he turned his back to me to make his next (probably wrong) order. That's when the young woman who made my coffee noticed I was still waiting to get his attention and she asked what was wrong. I told her and she made my sandwich while he grumbled something to her under his breath. Um excuse me, you incompetent employee who clearly has no command of basic reading skills nor any grasp on customer service, you effed up- not me! What if i was allergic to bacon? Is simply removing it sufficient? I mean clearly I could have done that. So my love hate relationship with DD is back to hate.

Pretty decent Dunkin' Donuts off Pine Island. Coffee and food come out fast, and the staff is consistently friendly. They have a few outside seats, and some bar type seating that have outlets for your laptop. Coffee is always great. Their breakfast sandwiches leave something to be desired, but their donuts usually don't disappoint.

What can I say? The best coffee though service is not consistent from one location to another. This location is especially good because it it next door to a Publix and the plaza also has Pei Wei Asian Diner, a juice bar store, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, bank and Venetian Nail Salon. This Dunkin' has good service and it's convenient and has lots of parking! It works for me on every level!

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts sandwiches along with the amazing coupons they deliver in my mailbox. However, I'm not sure what is wrong with this specific location because their workers are not paying any attention at all to what they are doing. They receive a one star because of their delicious sandwiches and tasty varieties of coffee. Last week, my friend and I visited this specific DD location and it has discouraged us tremendously from visiting this location in the near future. He ordered a chicken salad croissant and I got the iced coffee with the bacon-ranch chicken bakery sandwich. The cashier was extremely friendly and welcoming, but everything went downhill from there. The cashier got the entire order wrong and the employees making the food completely messed up. First of all, the cashier charged my friend the cheaper price for a combo sandwich meal with a drink; however, he charged me separately for a sandwich and for my coffee which increased the total price that I had to pay for my order. The employees making the food were extremely slow and there was not even a line of customers. They forgot to put BACON in my BACON-RANCH chicken sandwich, which I got extremely agitated at because once I realized it, I was already halfway to my work location. My friend asked for NO WHIP CREAM and they drizzled whip cream all over his drink. In addition, his croissant was burnt beyond recognition. Although this DD is in a very convenient location for me- it is close to my apartment and its near a Publix and other establishments, the experience I encountered last week has discouraged me from coming back. In the future, I hope the crew members will get the orders correct and pay attention.

As soon as I walked in I was surprised by a cheery lady at the register greeting me with "good morning, welcome to Dunkin Donuts, how can I help you?" It was so genuine! I ordered and seconds later my iced coffee w/ cream and extra caramel was ready (and perfect I must add) I was then told "Thank you, have a great day!" as I was walking out. Place was clean and very up to date. Best DD experience ever...and I go to a lot of DD's!
