The food is decent and I love the garlic sauce but this place may not be worth it for the little amount of chicken they give you. The other locations seem to be better. Employees are rude. One manager told her workers in Spanish to not give a customer another punch card. You would think they would reward regular customers and not prevent them from getting more punch cards.

Not bad for fast food chicken. I typically order the Mexican Chop Chop and the plate is more than filling. Overall.. Not bad for a food on the go. The reason for the 3/5 stars is the service. The employees are not very personable, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for the cashier to get off his cellphone so I could pay.

Definitely NOT what it used to be! The good was pretty bland and the chicken was dry. Kinda disappointed seeing as I traveled in from out of town and this was one of the places I looked forward to eating. The food was definitely not worth the price - paid $22 for 3 regular chop-chop bowls!

Nothing special about this place! People were in their own world, almost as if it was bothering them to take a food order. Chicken was ok, no flavor. Prices are high for what you get. Will stick to Pollo Tropical/La Granja!

I really think that for fast food, this place has the best chicken option in town. It really is good pollo, yo! I especially like how you can get decent sides - like just a baked sweet potato... not all loaded up in sugar and marshmallows. Keep it simple, keep it real.

I love Chicken Kitchen don't get me wrong, but the people in this location are a bit lost. Never a smile, never a thank you, just a blank stare... Weird.

Let me just start off by saying that I LOVE chicken kitchen.....I always get the deluxe chop chop with lotssss of curry mustard :) I've never considered writing a review for one since its such a large chain...(And considering that I've been to literally all of them in S. Florida) this one caught my eye......... It's VERY clean, and spacious. Not to mention that they don't jip you on the chicken either! Lots of places dice up the chicken and put it in a measuring cup, well not here my friends...they pile it on!!!! The employees are super friendly and patient as well :) oh wait, I have just a teeeeeeny weeny little complaint...the chicken tends to be dry sometimes =\

Stopped into Chicken Kitchen for a quick lunch after getting my nails done on a Saturday. This is my default go-to place for something fresh, healthy & quick. Located in the Publix plaza off of Broward Blvd & 70th Ave, this location is ideal because of its accessibility. I had a deluxe chicken chop with chopped chicken, brown rice, romaine lettuce & chopped tomatoes. Pair it with a side of curry mustard sauce and you've got yourself a winner. They also offer their chop chops in a wrap so it requires less work & provides easy cleanup! Choose from the original, Mexican, low carb, Cuban or teriyaki chop chop. The regular bowl starts at $5.99 for the original & teriyaki and goes up to $8.49. The large bowls are $8-10 depending on the one chosen. While it is not far off from other places to have a healthy lunch, I limit my visits here due to the price. I've been eating at Chicken Kitchen for so long that I remember when a deluxe chop chop was $5.99. Yes I understand prices go up over time but jeez, it's $8 for chicken, rice, lettuce & tomato! I'll stick with cooking my own at home but again if you're out & need a healthy alternative, this is certainly the better choice than other options out there.

I love this place, food is always really good; I get the mexican chop chop.. And the people who work there are so so sweet if you greet them with smile.. Curry sauce is awesome!!

Poor quality food with no health benefits, but because it isn't fried passes off as "healthy." I ordered the low carb bowl and it was basically shredded iceberg lettuce with diced tomatoes and flavorless grilled chicken. They threw in a couple of whole wheat pita corners which also had no taste, and then suggested a yellow curry sauce for my dressing - no thanks. I could've gone to Subway if I wanted a bowl of iceberg lettuce, and even Subway has spinach!

Been to this location twice in a week looking for something healthy. Decent proportion for the price. The cilantro garlic sauce is my favorite. I would give this place more stars execpt for the fact that the service is fair. Both times i came in, the line cooks (2 diffrent ones) look as if i was bothering them with my order. No hello, no what can i help you with, nothing. Just a cold demeanor. At least the cashiers were courteous. First impressions people.. first impressions

I have been here twice...and neither time was very good. A couple of days ago a friend of ours wanted to go here. I tried to persuade against, but was outnumbered...so 8 of us went (5 adults, 3 kids). We stood at the counter under the sign that says "Order Here" for over 4 minutes while we watched a guy talk on the phone, a guy placing chicken on the grill and a woman come out from the back to refill her drink and then return to the back. I pointed out to my friends that we were the only people in the restaurant at 7PM on a Thursday. Not the only people trying to order...but the ONLY customers...but they still wanted to stay. Then a guy calls us towards the back to order. Mexican chop: dry dry dry...iceberg lettuce, cheese. Teriyaki chop: dry dry dry....iceberg lettuce and what tasted like generic teriyaki sauce Sweet & Spicy wings: sauce is not very good, wings cooked well Plain wings with hot sauce on side: wings cooked well, sauce tasted like Frank's Chicken Tenders with fries: tenders were good, fries were straight from the fryer to the plate...zero seasoning Cobb Salad: dry dry dry The best things were what is most likely shipped to the store and then just fried. Needless to say, i didnt even have to tell our friends "I told you so" To top it off...the bathroom was out of order. Total bill was just under $60

Yesterday I got violently ill after eating here. I know it had to be what I was served here because the only other thing I had to eat that day was eggs in the morning, that I made myself, like I do every morning. When I say I became violently ill, I mean everything I ate from there wanted to fly out of my body as if it were late to catch a plane. I can't ever remember being that sick from something I ate in my life. It was beyond painful and seemed as if I had just consumed straight up poison. I'm assuming it was undercooked chicken, but whatever it was has me scream puking for what is now going on a day and a half.

Delivery failed to meet expectation, after two hours, and several calls to check on the status: no food. When it eventually arrived, the meals were unacceptably cold and salads were warm, with one order incorrect. The food has always been ok, but delivery is clearly not a service I will ever recommend.

The food is great! The location is great! The place is always clean! However, the owner is rude, talks down to customers, charges far more for every item than the corporate chickenkitchen.com website lists items at (25%+), and changes the ingredients in items and forces you to pay more when you want to change it to be the same item offered on the Corporate website. ($1.50 for black beans added to the Mexican Chop Chop ... an ingredient according to the corporate website that should already be there). DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Maybe he'll be force to sell to someone who is more customer caring.

The food was bland. The plantains had been sitting out all day. This place is horrible. The best thing about this place is the name. I thought I'd try it out, but it was definitely a mistake. This might not be true of others, but I will never come back to this location.
