Line was out the door the entire time I was there and the staff was friendly and good natured despite the crazy line. Food was great too. Delicious chocolate cake!

I have no complaints about this location. The staff is very nice and they move the line along fast. One time we had to wait a few minutes for the meatloaf to be made and they offered us sodas to make up for it. I would recommend this location.

Quick and easy food on the go! I go Boston Market whenever I'm in the mood for something with less of a fast food feel. Their rotisserie chicken is great and is equal to, if not better then, what you buy at any major grocery retail store. The chicken, loaded mash, corn bread, and squash are among my favorites and never disappoint. There is generally a moderate line but the staff is quick and efficient when preparing the plates.

The Boston Carver sandwich I ordered was: - well cooked; - warm and well seasoned; - assembled correctly; and - just what I wanted when I walked into Boston Market. They were out of the apples, so I had a side dish of the sweet potato casserole instead. It was ok. Nothing special. I liked the lemonade that came out of the minute maid dispenser. You could get raspberry lemonade or regular lemonade. Nice option instead of the regular fountain drinks.

There really isn't a lot to say about Boston Market. It's a pretty good fast food option if you want something that taste a little more homemade. I usually get the regular turkey breast with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. I love turkey dinner and can't just have it for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I just can't. Lucky for me, Boston Market serves a decent turkey dinner meal, IMO. I also got their rotisserie chicken occasionally, which is what they are known for. That too is pretty good. Their sides range from good to just ok, but they are all still satisfying. I would recommend their creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole. My boyfriend is a fan of their mac and cheese, although I don't think it's particularly special. The customer service here is surprisingly great. However, I did have to wait in line for awhile in order to order. My biggest complaint is that they don't have a drive thru but you can't have everything you want, right?!

I love Boston Market and I was craving it today so I decided to visit this location. I have been maybe twice before and never had any problems until today. I asked for a chicken carver sandwich on white bread with no sauce and when I got the sandwich it had sauce, the bread was iced cold and greasy. I attempted to get rid of the sauce as much as I could and move forward, but when I had my first bite I bit into a piece of bone.... so after eating my delicious Mac & cheese I decided to go and ask for a new one and the manager was super nice and prepared me another one, which was perfect and delicious as usual. I have had their chocolate cakes before and they are a must if you are craving a little dessert. The cake is so moist and it just taste delicious. This location was very clean, the costumer service was great, and the food after the hiccups was amazing as always!

I love Boston Market, but this location needs to step it up a notch. Some of the food on display looked as though it were either old, or had been sitting out too long. The server did not take much care in putting the food onto to the plate (he should wear gloves in my opinion); food touched his finger and he slung it back into the pan. No bueno!

What is the purpose of online order that probably is in English if they still get the entire order wrong. Like seriously stop wasting people's time. Time is money

Service was as bad as the crap ribs... They tasted like some used some dirty liquid smoke to make them.. Also were surprisingly tough.. 4 people in line and one confused girl helping customers while 2 managers are in a deep conversation at the register.

Awful service, slow food delivery. I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my order, and the food was lukewarm. The staff was disorganized and nonchalant about everything, and just seemed to go through the motions. I will NEVER go back here again!

Definitely a comfort traditional American food, this Boston Market is waayyy much better than the Fort Lauderdale Boston Market. It's mainly the service and the friendly employees, that totally made us happy. They even asked us if everything is fine while we were dining in. I also thought the restroom was decently clean and well maintained, grade report A+! Another tip, if you're on of those people who wants to avoid the crowd or super screaming and yelping kids then go there before 1p.m. Overall: the best service and the kindness of the staff. Food was okay, even though I'm not a meat person, it was all the worth of eating. Oh yes, hungry as a great white shark. As for the parking, there's not a lot of places...

It chain so the food was as expected to keep up with chain standards. I tried the bbq pulled chicken that was surprisingly good if you're into a sweet bbq sauce. very sweet. I have a sweet tooth so I don't mind but some may find it overpowering. My pet peeve with this location was the speed of service. The location was not full at all and there was no reason for me to have been there as long as I was. It seemed they moved at snail's pace and there was no real organization on who was responsible for what. Then came the size of the chicken. I can't even call it a chicken. It's more like a Cornish hen. It was so small. For $7.99 before tax the value based on portion size was poor. Will I come back? Yea I will. It's close to my company and not many other quick options are in the vicinity but I'd drive a little further to pollo tropical.

Stopped here with a friend. Typical Boston Market food. (I really like the carver sandwiches). I thought the staff was wonderful. It seemed a little slow at first but they made up for it by being great about the details and special requests. Good job.
