We pulled into Ruby Tuesdays excited about some salad bar and apps!! We'd just pulled off the highway. We walked inside, my boyfriend went yo the restroom with the intention of meeting me at our table. Didn't happen! I stood near the hostess stand and was never greeted. The bartender had one guest and the server I could see was sweeping up/ talking to a young man, who wasn't wearing a uniform. As my boyfriend walked towards me that server gave us a friendly " have a good night!!" We told her we had never been helped and were leaving !

Alyssa was an amazing server. Before we left we felt like we had gotten to know her and didn't want to leave her behind! We each had our favorite Blue Moon on draft to start, and I used a coupon I had received on my phone for buy one, get second entree half price. Neither of us can turn down the delicious fresh salad bar at Ruby Tuesday's, so we loaded up with that. My wife then got the chicken tender entree, and said they were good. I chose the rib eye--been a while since I had eaten steak, with the loaded cheese grits as a side. Steak was good and cooked as ordered--just not a spectacular piece of meat, as expected. Alyssa did not know what "Pittsburgh" meant, but the cook did, and he did a good job cooking it as ordered. Only problem--I also had a $5 off coupon, and since my wife ordered a cheaper entree, we ended up only getting $4 off with this coupon, and could have saved another $1 if we had used the other one! Our fault, I guess. Nice to have a good sit-down meal after a long day of driving across Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and into Florida. We love Ruby Tuesday's and miss having the one near our home since it closed last year in Cartersville, GA. Greeter was very friendly with a big smile, and responsive when I told him that the rest room needed some attention.

Love this place! The staff greats us, smiles and does a great job. I would recommend that the staff look at the crome clipsthat hold the sneeze guard at the salad bar. They will snag your shirt...gotta fix that.....hot food..clean silverware..we will be back......

I'm not one to go on about chain restaurants but I really loved my meal here. I expected it to be on par with Applebee's or Chili's but it was so much better. The salad bar was very fresh--all the veggies were brightly colored, not wilted, etc. This is so rare in any restaurant. I also got macaroni and cheese, which was one of the best I've ever had, some delicious white cheddar mashed potatoes, and tasty seasoned french fries. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent.

Ate there last nite My Bourbon Chicken breast & spaghetti Squash were outstanding. .best salad bar any where. .Hubby's sirloin steak was chewy & just OK. great service. Downside people near us were oblivious & eating while their toddler slept on the floor at their feet. Spoke to Mgr afterwards. .they should have been asked to leave. .if I had stepped on that child I would have been most upset . Mgr said he spoke to them. They declined a booth where the child could have lain down. He didn't know what else to do. Really?

The food was delicious. However, what prompted me to write the review is that we had left the highway for a quick meal. We were in a 26' u-haul truck with a car on a trailer behind it. We had pets in the truck and didn't want to leave them alone and had nowhere handy to park so we were a block away on a road paralleling the burger king. I ordered the food to go. The bartender offered to bring the food to the car when it was done. I declined because we weren't in their lot and I didn't want to inconvenience him. He said it was not a problem, asked where we were parked, said he be out shortly and he was. The food was packed well, with napkins and utensils. It was the perfect thing at the time and we were grateful for a bit of help when we needed it.

Very good Chicken Noodle Soup on a cool, damp night. They have hot, Decaf Herbal Tea also. I'm glad they're close to our hotel. I give them a four. My car's old GPS didn't know exactly where this restaurant is. But it took us close enough by it, that we saw the sign!
