Can't say enough good things about this place. Service is great and the food is even better. BBQ pork spring rolls are excellent. The beef with lemongrass and the chicken curry are must haves.

I started to ask myself if this place was just having a bad day but I suspect a good day is no different. The restaurant itself is the typical "it used to be another restaurant so we don't have to spend much to make it our own" facility which is to say it's old and dingy. There's a display case as you walk in featuring retail jewelry and accessories. They rely heavily on fans in lieu of maintaining the air conditioning at a comfortable temperature. It took about ten minutes to get a table for one not because there was a wait but because the fellow at the counter refused to redirect the exceptionally slow woman bussing tables away from the larger tables to clear off a smaller table for the one person (me) waiting. Once I was finally seated, a woman tossed a straw on my table and curtly blurted out "drink?". By the time I got my food (and I only ordered a bowl on pho) my drink was empty and was never refilled. Icing on the cake - the cashier in cargo shorts and sandals. Mediocre pho, lousy service and none of the charm of a dive - this place is a dump plain and simple.

I am a big phan of Pho. This is definitely one of my phavorites!! The servers and owners are very nice and accommodating. Service is phantastic!

Ordered the Large bowl of Pho Dac Biet. Soup was very hot with mild flavor and aroma (could use more flavor)...but not on the sweet side. Noodles, Tai meat, meatballs and tendons are all just okay. Flank steak and tripe were a bit chewy. Service was typical...rushed and then non-existent. Interior decor was a little nicer and cleaner than usual for pho places. Prices were a bit more expensive (over $8 for a large bowl), especially the Banh Mi sandwiches ($7.25+tax each...are you kidding me?). Overall score is a solid B.

I love their sandwiches here ! I also love their boboa tea and ice coffee! I love it here!

Nice little whole in the wall. We eat pho every time we travel, so we have eaten it a lot, and this place is at the top of our list. The spring rolls were large, and tasted fresh, and the have different sizes of pho. Our kids love it, and they had kids bowls. They bring the Su da in the glass to brew, and we pour it. Bubble tea is real fruit, and not powder. Tapiocas were great too. Service wasn't great, but I've never had excellent service in a Vietnamese place. Overall, a great pho place, and not expensive

Great atmosphere, staff and food, prices are very fair. The place is nice, open and clean, with no flies to constantly shoo away like next door at Tu-Do.

Pretty authentic Vietnamese cuisine if you ask me. Everytime my family and I go, we always order the special spring rolls, which are HEAVENLY. I gave up bumbaowei this time to try the stir-fried vermicelli which also was delicious. Service was Ok, but not great. Great restaurant, I come at least 3 times a month.

I've been here twice now. Both times I've gotten a gigantic bowl of noodles. Unless you just really don't like it, you won't leave hungry. The pork is delicious and they have tofu for you vegetarians. My friend ordered pad thai with tofu extra spicy but he said it was disappointing. Lots of choices. And yes, they do have fried rice as a meal. The boba smoothies are awesome and you can get them with or without the boba pearls. The service is fast but not necessarily great. The place is kind of tacky but clean. The music really confused me because it was midi style, more like musak (as my friend described it). With a egg roll appetizer, 2 boba smoothies and 3 main dishes the total was $45. This place has it's pros and cons. I would say try it at least once.

My favorite thing here is the avocado boba smoothie, which I have to order every time I come here. I love their com tam (rice dish). Their vermicelli (noodle) dishes are good too. My mom said their pho didn't taste so good. We all love their rolls wrapped in pork, noodles, and vegetables dipped in their special sauce.

The pho is good, but not great, but oh MY, the sandwiches are awesome, as is the Vietnamese coffee. Forget S-bux and come HERE. The service is a bit slow, the decor is a bit tacky (think BBQ-pit meets fake Chinese) and the fin-nipping fish in too-small tanks are a bit distracting, but the food is still great. I usually get mine to go. To-do is right next door, so be careful you don't turn in to the wrong parking lot.

This place is absolutely amazing, everyone should come and have the combo sandwich or a bowl of pho! The staff is very friendly and they know my order before I even sit down now. The bubble tea is great as well. The reviewer who said they had to spit out their food obviously did not visit this restaurant, maybe tu do down the road!

A lot cleaner than Tu-Do!!!! Food is okay.

***** ONE STAR****** Okay, if you find me spitting out my food, that means that it's pretty rancid, because i rarely waste food in such a fashion. I ordered spring rolls with pork and shrimp. GROSS. I have had many a good spring roll in my day, and this is seriously an abomination. I also ordered the combo pho (tripe, tendon, rare steak, meat balls)... The broth tastes like the canned pho broth that can be purchased at any Asian Market. The garnishes (cilantro and bean sprouts) were old and wilted. I will never come back to this place. Pensacola needs to step its game up pho real. Okay bad pun. But you get my point.

This is my favorite restaurant. I usually get the pho with beef and sometimes the fried rice, coffee and a avocado smoothie, only once did the pho taste a bit off however it was still great.

Decent prices, and average tasting Pho. You can't ask for much more in Pensacola. See my other review for the neighboring Pho restaurant. They're both about the same quality of food, and nothing to brag about when it comes to Vietnamese food, but are good none-the-less. I do like one more than the other, but because they're right next to one another, I always forget which; it's likely just a small personal preference in taste between one recipe and the other though.

This place is your average Vietnamese restaurant. The pho is kind of bland in taste. They used to have homemade meat balls (not very good). The bun bo hue is not too shabby. The grilled meat of the sandwich (that I had) was dry. The best food there is the special spring rolls. They are pretty good with the sauce. Most of the food could be better. Maybe they should hire a new chef. With all that said, it's probably the best Vietnamese restaurant in Pcola (that's sad). Thinking going next door (Tu Do) for better food? I would rather have a big mac.....lol.

I was living in Pensacola for about 2 years and would frequently eat at this restaurant, week after week, because of how delicious the food was. Located next to another Vietnamese restaurant, this particular restaurant was still my top choice for pho. They also make a mean avocado smoothie. Delicious!

Hard to believe someone would knock this place for any reason. We eat a lot of Vietnamese in many different cities. This restaurant is the best by far. The chicken pho is incredible... deep, rich broth and super tender chicken. The #1 combo sandwich is amazing. I love the grilled pork spring rolls. In town today and going there today!

our new favorite place! Great food, incredible flavors of sweet and savory. Loved the spring rolls and the lemongrass chicken. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with menu guidance. Atmosphere is simple, but the food/staff make up for its shortcomings.
